One of the noblest features of a Christian is the readiness to forgive and the cheerfulness in recompensing good for evil, (C.H.S.). Each day we must do battle with evil. "Old habits, hereditary tendencies, will strive for the mastery..." (AA, 476). It must be our constancy : fight your self, fight the flesh. Though sin is tearing us apart in this inward battle between God's will and our selfishness, tearing us away from God's image and embrace, if we have even the smallest confidence that He is our personal Savior, if we seek Him and share Him, we can run up that mountain of sin in Christ's strength victorious !

Is it that the heart is closed and dead, coffined, and a phantom... If you don't know what to do when you're lost and weak, if you can't forgive yourself, if you don't know how to repent or how to fight Satan back, don't despair. “Tell him to recollect his bruised head, which he tries to cover with a crown of pride,” (C.H. S.), remind him that he is fighting a lost battle, and study with us about God's mercies and new beginnings. There is purpose. There is Light in everything, keep moving.

“Mold me, fashion me, raise me into a holy atmosphere,” (COL, 159). The earthly sanctuary was but just a hint, a shadow of the Heavenly. And us, if we could be a shadow of Christ, miniatures of Him, what could be achieved ? Perhaps our families could witness His character through us, perhaps those that wonder why bad things happen to good people could understand faith through us. Perhaps change could happen, a consuming conversion as we behold Him to become like Him. Join us to learn more.
