Thu, 11 Jan 2024 - 1h 22min - 230 - Karen Anderson
Today we are talking to Karen Anderson of the PET MEDIUM. Karen is the author of “The Pet I Can’t Forget", and she is a pet communicator and a pet loss specialist. The concept of an afterlife is often associated with religious beliefs and varies across different cultures and faiths. While many religions have differing views on whether animals have an afterlife, it is generally believed that human beings possess a soul or spirit that continues to exist after death. However, beliefs about the afterlife for animals are more diverse. In some religious traditions, such as certain branches of Christianity, it is believed that only humans have souls capable of an afterlife, while animals do not. On the other hand, some indigenous religions and spiritual beliefs, such as certain Native American and African traditions, believe that animals do have souls and may continue to exist in some form after death. Many people report receiving signs from departed pets in their daily lives. Pay attention to unusual occurrences, such as specific sounds, sights, or animal behavior that remind you of your pet. Before going to sleep, express your intention to communicate with your departed pet through dreams. Keep a dream journal and pay attention to any dreams or symbols that may feel meaningful. We hope you find comfort in this episode.

Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today our guest is Dr. Craig Koniver. Dr. Koniver is a health and human performance expert in nutrient and science-driven protocols for performance and longevity. He is also the founder of Koniver Wellness. What Dr. Koniver does so well is he balances the practicality and the mental side of things with the biological impact, and what the science says. Really it is a matter of trial and error, and what works for one person, doesn’t always work for another. We talked about NAD, peptides, semaglutide, tirzepatide, stem cells, PRP, all the different things that are out there, that you might be curious about. Thu, 2 Nov 2023 - 1h 11min - 220 - Dr. Nicole LePera
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today our guest is Dr. Nicole LePera. We actually had Nicole on the Podcast about four years ago. Nicole goes by the name "The Holistic Psychologist" on social. She has a huge following. Nicole does a really great job of educating people on the dynamics that exist in our reality. What makes us sad? What makes us feel unappreciated? What makes us feel lonely? She has a new book coming out in November called: "How To Be The Love You Seek". I think it is so great that there are more people writing about this more autonomous, self reflection. How to control your destiny. Perception plays a humongous role in our reality. The difference between fear and excitement is a real fine line, and it could maybe just be perception. You could go bungee jumping, and be scared to death, or be super excited. I think it is great that people are writing about this. We have so much power within us to change the way we experience everyday life, based on how we feel about ourselves. We talked about how childhood plays such a big role. How our childhood programs us in how we go into our adult and romantic relationships. Nicole is in a very interesting and different kind of relationship. She is in a throuple. There are three girls in the relationship, and Nicole speaks openly about how that works. This is a great episode. Enjoy with Nicole.

Neil has a new book out called, "To Infinity And Beyond.” This book is a must read. Today we talked a ton about the moon. We talked about the Big Bang. We talked about asteroids, global warming, ETs. I thought we would spend the entire time talking about who built the Pyramids. I have listened to so many interviews with MatÍas De Stefano, and I have never heard him talk about a lot of what we covered today. Enjoy this peaceful information.

Thu, 22 Jun 2023 - 1h 16min - 201 - Teal Swan
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. We have a reappearance of the lovely Teal Swan. Teal is a spiritual speaker, teacher, and author. The episode today was a lot about ancestral healing. This is fundamentally the most important thing that humanity can do right now. There is a choice point happening, and we really need to choose to fix these patterns, so that we are a positive benefit in the universe. So that other entities want us here. So that we don't let our nature, become the nature of AI, because AI just feeds off of our patterns. It is not always going to be easy, but the more that you heal, the more joy, and the better perspective in life you have. The overall baseline of the life that you live will just get better with awakening and healing. Say yes to enlightenment. You can check out Teal Swan's programs at www.tealswan.com. We hope you enjoy this episode.

Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Our guest today is Kashif Khan, founder of The DNA Company, and author of the book" "The DNA Way". I was turned on to Kashif Khan when I was feeling sick from my breast implants. Kashif was doing genetic research on why some women get so sick from breast implants. I did his DNA test, which our audience is getting 15% off. Go to www.thednacompany.com/danica, and you'll get 15% off. From the DNA test I was able to see what I do well, and what I don't do well. So in this interview we talked about genetics: What are genetics? Where do they come from? How do we change the Telomeres and age, how to reverse aging. How do we live healthier. Kashif tells us how his tests showed that when he was 38, his biological age was 43, and now that he is 43 his biological age is 33. He started his health journey and his business as a result of his own illness taking over his life. He learned to heal himself from disease, then he started to help heal his friends and family. This has now grown into an amazing business that challenges the broken process of the medical system in America today. Thu, 25 May 2023 - 1h 48min - 197 - David M. Buss
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. You are in for a treat today with Professor David Buss. David is a professor of psychology at the University of Texas. He is the world's leading expert on strategies in human mating. David is also an author of several books. His latest, "When Men Behave Badly." I am really interested in why people pick their partners, what the psychology of cheating is, the psychology of sex, the mating hierarchy, and mate value. We are learning that women date lateral and up, and men tend to date lateral and down. In my position of being a successful woman, I am very curious about these dating strategies. We talk a lot about sex. Why partners want to have sex. Who people choose as partners. Why do people cheat in relationships? Does marriage still work in modern life? Is monogamy natural? These questions and many more answered in this episode. We hope you enjoy it.
Thu, 18 May 2023 - 1h 31min - 196 - Lindsey Meehleis
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. A really interesting guest today. I don't have any children, but this wonderful woman, Lindsey Meehleis, has delivered more than 1500 babies. She has been practicing since 2004 as a traditional, Spiritual Midwife. Today was a historical education of the process of growing a baby, and having a baby, and how that has changed so much over the last 500 years. We talked about the trauma of circumcision, the birth position male doctors dictated for their own comfort, the drugs used in the process. Natural child birth is such a beautiful process, and except for a few medical reasons that might require a hospital, the magic of a home birth can be the most wonderful entry into this world for your baby. We hope you enjoy this episode.
Thu, 11 May 2023 - 1h 29min - 195 - Rich Cooper
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. You're gonna need to buckle your six point harness for this one. It was a very interesting conversation with Rich Cooper. He is an author. He wrote a book called the "Unplugged Alpha". He has a YouTube channel, "Entrepreneurs in Cars". He also has a podcast "The Unplugged Alpha." I have been looking at his stuff on YouTube for a while, and I just thought it would be a cool conversation. Every once in a while I like to get someone on here, that I think we might have an interesting and possibly contentious conversation. We definitely disagreed on some things, but we also agreed on a few things too. He is the deal. It's an alpha signal. He just believes what he believes. I think that is a sign of anyone being an alpha. You have conviction. You know who you are. You know what you believe in. I think intelligent alphas are open minded, and able to change their mind with enough information. I'll let you decide if that is his personality. That is where I come from. I wanted to do the interview thinking, I hope he changes my mind on stuff, because what it will mean is I learned something. You will have to listen all the way to the end to see if that happened. Enjoy the episode with Rich.
Thu, 4 May 2023 - 1h 34min - 194 - Michael Beckwith
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show, is the amazing, deep, spiritual teacher: Michael Beckwith. Michael is a meditation teacher. He is a conference speaker, and seminar leader for "The Life Visioning Process." Michael has been a guest on the Oprah show. He has written several books. He became very well known from the film, "The Secret", talking about manifestation and the law of attraction. I have been following him forever. For those of you that don't know, I watched "The Secret" back in 2008, and then I went and won in Japan right after that. So I always kept that connected. We had a really cool conversation, about life, and how it works. How energy works. How manifestation works. We talk about the forces that keep us down, and what we need to embody and feel, so that we can create the reality that we really want. We are also asking the question, "what is reality?”. Michael is really good at this stuff. We got a little into extraterrestrials. We got into different entities. What a beautiful human. I truly truly enjoyed this interview. It actually just got more and more fun as we dug in. I hope you love it.
Thu, 27 Apr 2023 - 1h 06min - 193 - Kaia Ra
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. On the show today is my good friend Kaia Ra. Kaia is an international bestselling author with the book "The Sophia Code". Kaia is a promoter of having your own power of sovereignty in this life, to rise to your full potential. We talk about what our potential is, and what forces keep us separated from those divine achievements. We talk about dark energies, nefarious agendas, the way that manifests in this reality, and the way that we experience that. This is an insanely inspiring and empowering episode, that should lead you to a place where you feel you are capable of more than you have ever imagined, which is actually true. Anything you want you can have. Enjoy this enlightening episode.
Thu, 20 Apr 2023 - 1h 31min - 192 - Billy Carson
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today is an epic day. I interviewed someone I have been following for a long time, and have been wanting on the show for a long time. I really think this is going to register with people watching, because these spiritual, esoteric, outer space, ET, episodes seem to do really well. And this is all that and a bag of chips. We are talking today with Billy Carson. He founded the TV station 4BiddenKnowledgeTV. He is the author of best selling book "Compendium of the Emerald Tablets." At 7 years old Billy started researching aerospace. This guy has spent his whole life diving into research, reading over a thousand books. The amount of information you are going to get in this episode is kind of over-whelming. We talked about Egypt. We talked about Anunnaki, Extraterrestrials, DNA, bloodlines, what our bodies are made of, and the general nature of this reality, and my favorite question: how do we play this game the very best we can, so that we are as happy as possible. So much in this episode. I hope you love it as much as I do. Please hit subscribe. Enjoy the episode.
Thu, 13 Apr 2023 - 1h 26min - 191 - Aaron Alexander
Thank you for listening to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show we are talking to Aaron Alexander, author of “The Align Method." Aaron has a podcast called www.alignpodcast.com, he has a book called “The Align Method" and he has a huge following on Instagram where you can see a lot of his athletic technique. Surprisingly, we did not talk a lot about the physical exercises. What we really dug deep into today was where your body stores its emotional tension. You cannot separate emotional health from physical health. It is all connected. In this episode we are really looking at our perception of reality, our connection with each other, and how to get in alignment with ourselves. Until we can face our traumas, and understand where our pain is coming from, we cannot reach full physical health We hope you enjoy this unexpected path down emotional wellness.
Thu, 6 Apr 2023 - 1h 30min - 190 - Gabriella Kovalenko
Welcome back to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show is a girl I have been following for a while now. She also wears the color red a lot. Her name is Gabi Kovalenko. Gabi has a huge following on Instagram and YouTube, and it is growing very quickly. You will be shocked that Gabi is just 22 years old. Her wisdom is ageless. Gabi is a transformational thought leader who teaches a pro-consciousness approach to personal development and mindful living. We talked about the Matrix. We talked about consciousness, enlightenment, the ego, and what the universe is. Learn to upgrade your life so that you become a match to the reality that you want. Gabi tells us that pain is inevitable, but suffering is a choice. Yes life is hard, but when you are able to view the events from a higher perspective to have more peace about the event. We hope you enjoy todays quantum entangled episode.
Thu, 30 Mar 2023 - 1h 24min - 189 - Tim Kennedy
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show is Bad Ass - Tim Kennedy. Tim is an active special mission sniper. He is ranger qualified. He is a Green Beret. He fought in the UFC. He owns a training facility in Austin Texas called Sheep Dog Response, where they train people in fighting and in saving peoples lives. Ultimately he is an insanely brave, strong, capable human being, that has put himself in so many dangerous situations, and pushed the limits of comfort. We talk today about what it is that makes a really high quality human, that is capable, confident, and competent. It is all about getting uncomfortable. Get outside your comfort zone. Talk to people you don't necessarily agree with. The value of what happens within that discomfort is called growth. The reason Tim Kennedy caught our attention as a guest was originally Tim posting about his school he has started. How many of you out there would agree that the public school system needs a revamp? Tim has started a school called Apogee (www.apogeestrong.com). The teaching style within Apogee offers a different and possibly more efficient way of teaching our young how to be critical thinkers, and creators, rather than consumers. Tim is an all together fascinating, open minded, and inspiring man. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did.
Thu, 23 Mar 2023 - 1h 12min - 188 - Stephanie Lyn
Thanks for watching the Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show is Stephanie Lyn. I have been following Stephanie's work on YouTube for a very long time. She talks a lot about narcissism, codependency, intuition and red flags. Stephanie has over 500,000 followers on her YouTube account, where she is prolific in relationship content. We touched on personality disorders, and what develops them. What I wanted to learn was how do we avoid becoming a match for that dangerous person. This is a great deep dive, into the self. We talk about how critical it is to nurture the relationship with yourself. Teaching yourself how to listen to your inner child, and really use that relationship as your number one relationship. We also talked about the importance of sex, chemistry, and compatibility. We cover so much ground on the path to feeling whole in ourselves. We hope you enjoy the episode.
Thu, 16 Mar 2023 - 1h 10min - 187 - Dr. Steven Greer
Welcome back to the Pretty Intense Podcast. I have back on the show the ever so popular Dr. Steven Greer, one of the world’s foremost authorities on the subject of UFOs, extraterrestrial intelligence and technologies, and initiating peaceful contact with interstellar civilizations. Dr. Greer has written 5 books, and produced 4 feature documentaries on the subject of extraterrestrials including “Unacknowledged” https://geni.us/Unacknowledged. His new film coming out later this year "The Lost Reality" will really pull back the curtain on technologies that exist, that we are not using and why. Our last interview with Dr. Greer was so popular, we knew you would enjoy seeing him again. UFO sightings are being reported, more and more, particularly in the last few weeks. We go into what Dr. Greer believes is happening, what exactly we are seeing, and who's technologies they are. If you love this interview and want to learn more, Dr. Greer will be appearing June 10th and 11th at the DC Conference and National Press Club Event: bit.ly/3Yejjqr. Thu, 9 Mar 2023 - 1h 34min - 186 - Dr. Stacy Sims
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. This is a good one, especially if you are a woman. If you are a man, you will definitely learn a lot too. We sprinkle a lot of male health in here too. Or maybe you want to understand your woman better. We get into conversations about birth control. So you might want to know about that. Dr. Stacy Sims is an exercise physiologist and nutrition scientist. I have been listening to Stacy for a while now. And every time I listen, I learn something new. She is so smart. She understands a woman's body, from a biological stand point, and hormonal strand point. Recovery, exercise, nutrition. She is just so well informed. Not a lot of research is funded and done correctly for women's health. We are talking about eating, refueling, fueling for the workout, when to train, how to train, where to get the best protein, and the most effective ways to lose weight. I learned so much today, and I am going to apply that into my life now. We can all start to understand a woman's body better. Dr. Sims loves to say, "Women Are Not Small Men." We hope you enjoy today's episode.
Thu, 2 Mar 2023 - 1h 19min - 185 - Vienna Pharaon
Thank you for joining us again on The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today on the show is Vienna Pharaon. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is the author of a new book called "The Origins Of You". Immediate disclosure, she has been my therapist for about a year and a half. We started the episode with me, going into the 4 most impactful things I learned while working with Vienna. The thing about doing personal development work is even knowing you need to do it. The first thing we talk about is knowing how to access the observer. How do you access that observer in a heated moment before you just end up in your pattern, in your trigger? There are so many access points that Vienna gives to get into those places, so we can truly access more joy, more peace, in our lives. Isn't that the point? It comes through some pain. It comes through some change, and it comes through facing things and sitting in the fire. The work is never done, but there are levels to it. I love the work. I love being more happy and more joyful, and maybe having a more accurate perspective from time to time, and not being caught in my patterns, or "The Origins Of You." There is so much to learn in this episode. We hope this episode is really helpful in your personal development journey.
Thu, 23 Feb 2023 - 1h 24min - 184 - Richard Grannon
Welcome back to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Thank you for listening. I am excited about the episode today. My intuition told me today's episode was going to take it's own path. And it really did. Today on the show is Richard Grannon, an entrepreneur, best selling author, a performance coach, and he also has an amazing YouTube channel, with over 200 million views on his channel. Richard specializes in personality disorders like, narcissism and codependents. Very educational. Of course people want to villainize the narcissist, but at the end of the day, the conversation had a lot to do with the other side of it, which is codependency and how it is no angel either. I think that is an important conversation to have, because both are causing pain. From there, we went into philosophizing, which is just something I truly love to do. We talked about the masculine feminine, morality, and societal solutions. Really, what Richard is showing us is a macro perspective of what we need in society, how to hold moral ground, and how to protect ourselves from those who choose not to. I had such a great time in this conversation pounding out these issues with Richard. I hope you like it as much as I did.
Thu, 16 Feb 2023 - 1h 13min - 183 - Dr. Trevor Berry
Welcome back to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Thanks so much for tuning in. Today is honestly, just the kind of conversation that I love to have. It's smart, it's spiritual, its psychedelic, it's extraterrestrial, and it is all brought to you by a highly accomplished brilliant doctor. Dr. Trevor Berry is a Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologist, and the founder of Arizona Chiropractic Neurology Center in Chandler, Arizona. I asked Trevor how he would like to be introduced and he said, resident Psycho-naut. We get into these spaces that are a little different. They are not just classic science, or classic neurology. Dr. berry has been an international speaker since 2010, he lectures on brain injuries, neurodegeneration, nutrition and functional medicine, laboratory testing, neurological diagnostic testing, functional neurology and low-level laser therapy. Dr. Berry has done so much research in the field of the brain and the body and inflammation. He got into this career due to a genetic brain issue that he wanted to protect his daughter from experiencing. Dr. Berry is leading the way in low-level laser therapy for brain health. I worked with him last year to deal with what was diagnosed as Post Concussion Syndrome. I did a 4-week course, going a couple visits a week. I had incredible bio marker feedback from his therapy. We talk a lot about the lasers. How they work what they do. We talk about other modalities as well. For brain health, longevity, and anti aging. And then we got into psychedelics, and the therapeutic part they can play: from healing opioid addictions, anxiety and bi-polar depression. We also talk about Dr. Berry's trip to Egypt, consciousness, fractals, the universe, and what is reality, and I love these conversations. I hope you love it as much as I did.

What is this human personal reality? There are so many emerging discoveries in science, for instance, physical objects are not real unless you are looking at them. We talk about what that means, and why we search to find these answers? What is the point of it all? We hope you enjoy this thought-provoking conversation about reality, consciousness and how that plays into our lives.
Thu, 24 Nov 2022 - 1h 08min - 171 - Dr. Joe Dispenza
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. On the show today is Dr. Joe Dispenza, who really needs no introduction. Dr. Joe Dispenza has an amazing talent of teaching people how to get beyond their body. He really helps people make that transition. Dr. Joe has retreats, he has several books: "Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself", "You Are The Placebo", "Becoming Supernatural." As someone who has been to his retreats, I can tell you he really makes you understand the power of meditation, and the power of creating, and that you are a creator. You are creating your reality every day by what you put your point of attention on. When you get out of your thinking mind, you begin to allow flow. The thinking mind keeps you repeating patterns. Patterns that you have been repeating since you were a kid. Allowing yourself to turn off the thinking mind and exist in the consciousness helps you to create a new outcome. Breaking away from the familiar. Master the art of manifestation. We hope you enjoy the show.
Thu, 17 Nov 2022 - 1h 25min - 170 - Jill Tarter
Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast. Continuing with my fascination of the theme, of the universe, and reality. Are there extraterrestrials out there? Jill Tarter is on the show. Jill was the former director of the SETI Institute. SETI is the "Search for Extraterrestrials Intelligence." Jill inspired the Jodi Foster roll in one of my top 5 favorite movies "Contact". This role lead me to Jill. We had a great conversation. We did not talk about whether or not it's true, that there are aliens, because Jill is not into giving an opinion. We talked about the facts. We talked about whats actually being done, the technology. What could be received from another planet or another star. What messages to other civilizations we are transmitting. How we continue to evolve in our development of technology for transmitting messages into the Universe. Discovery Magazine calls Jill Tarter one of the most important women in science. I feel like I was just talking to a legend. Please enjoy this show with this shooting science star, Jill Tarter

Welcome to the Pretty Intense Podcast, Today on the show is Dr. Amen. You may have come across him before. He is helping people understand how to have a healthier brain. He is a psychiatrist, and a specialist in brain function. He has 10 clinics, one of which I recently visited for a brain scan by Dr. Amen. We talked about what it takes to make your brain better. What makes your brain bad. What your brain actually does, and why you need it to be in the best possible health. And then we got into some sports stuff: concussions, CTE. We touched on psychopaths and serial killers. We explored all the areas of what can result from an unhealthy brain. Dr. Amen has a new book out, called "You Happier." This is a must read. I was also a guest on Dr. Amen's show (he scanned my brain, and we talk about what is actually going on up there). Don't miss this mind blowing episode, with the amazing Dr. Amen.
Thu, 3 Nov 2022 - 1h 01min - 168 - Michael A. Singer
Welcome to The Pretty Intense Podcast. Today was a real treat. I'm super grateful for this interview with Michael A. Singer. He wrote my favorite book. A book I recommend to everyone as the one book you have to read, "The Untethered Soul." He also wrote "The Surrender Experiment.", and his newest is called, "Living Untethered." Michael mastered in economics, and has been a hugely successful business man. He now has a Yoga and Meditation center called, "Temple Of The Universe." Michael was just such a delight. Sometimes you interview people you admire, and you are just so excited, and it is just so hard for people to top your excitement level, and he did. He really did. So humble, practical, deep, sweet, and just so wise. His advice, sometimes it just feels so simple. And thank God it's simple. Because those are the things that we need to practice. It doesn't mean they are easy to get beyond yourself, but the practices are simple. Today he explains how to get beyond ourselves. How to access and process the mess we push down. Why we push it down. How to let it flow through us and essentially how to live a happier life. How to not take things personally. How to not be triggered. Can you imagine living a life where those things didn't happen any more? And it is possible. It is possible with these practices. We then talked about what is the final destination. What does it look like when you finally get to where you are supposed to go. Does that even exist? This is a really beautiful conversation. I highly recommend reading all Michael A. Singer's books. Until then, enjoy this deep dive conversation with Michael A. Singer.

But I knew there was somewhere else where we should go, that weren't places that he would normally go in an interview. And that is exactly what happened. I honestly think everyone should listen to this interview. The information is so next level. You want to be upgraded? You want to be super-human?
