During lockdown I have turned to exercise more than ever for my mental and physical well being. Some days are harder to get motivated than others, but the end gain is always there for me and it’s a positive part of my life. During Lockdown my normally empty nest has been full to the brim and I am loving it. We will never have this time together as a family again and I am very aware that this may well be coming to an end. Letting go in general can be tough, but being prepared and seeing it coming really helps.
