In the beginning we renounce the entire world, Drowned in bitterness by the pain of existence, Seeking desperately for the promised pearl, We march forward with terrible persistence. Seeking in the darkness amidst the muck, We pray and pray to our Innermost Divinity, It seems almost every turn brings a stroke of bad luck, Longing forever and ever for the world of Infinity. Although we would like all the answers immediately, At first we begin to see the dark tests of our Karma, “You must face your trials and tests” says Divinity, In hopes that one day we generate our Dharma. Upon walking down the treacherous Path, One faces the dangers of the “I’s” wrath. It seems at times there could be no way out, Like exploring deep caves shouting “let me out!” Even envy fills the heart when we see others progress, But we have never walked in another man’s shoes, So our judgements are not a reason to digress, Unless we would like to abuse and confuse, Our comrade’s path if we choose. Among the cries of such a terrible Path, We find intriguing beings that make us laugh. “Who are you?” we ask, “I am you”, as They reveal their mask. Confusion we feel when contemplating the Masters, As we go through the trials of our own disasters… But for our brothers and sisters we learn to sacrifice, With our selfish ways being the only price. Only then is our pain lessened through Unity, For we FINALLY realize there is no “I” in “We”, And “We” hear the silent voice: “You are in Me.” …With a heart sweetened by the honey of God, We resolve to renounce our filthy mud. We no longer cry down the dark caves within, But resolve to help others to find the strength to begin, This difficult Path by holding hands as kin… Guided by the Bodhisattvas we find ourselves in. In the end we realize love for the world and humanity, And no longer renounce our friends and family, But willingly live in the heart of everyone’s calamity, Shining light through the fire of alchemy! Bitterness is the beginning, Sweetness is the end, We hear the bells ringing, Being held by a friend. Trust and faith directs our path, Guided by a sacrificial heart, No longer using the mind to calculate math, Realizing no progress is made apart. The peace of God resounds deeply in the Being, Spreading the aroma of harmony unto all forms, Allowing all people to experiencing Seeing, Witnessing Nature’s power to transform. When stillness reigns, Pure awe is it to see, Unshackling the chains, From the mind’s false decrees. When stillness reigns, A simple breath liberates, The Christ within our veins, Only our Mother awaits, For our innocence to shine forth, In death we find the power of rebirth. Once one begins to understand how to illuminate the light of consciousness onto ego, and has full recognition that we are not egoic perceptions, then one can much better connect with, and identify with, the sacred space of Being, and enjoy the natural love and happiness that comes with choosing to abide in this "Inner Home", where the source of our deepest wisdom resides.

This is understood when we learn how to dissolve the psychological elements that keep our awareness conditioned and "asleep". In the beginning, the technique in this audio may feel like an "intellectual exercise", but with consistent effort, the practice will move into "the heart". Then we can apply this type of "cultivated self-illuminating awareness" more intuitively to every ego-perception that presents itself to the canvas of the mind, profoundly deepening and accelerating our journey of Self-realization.

This type of meditation shows us, in a deep way, the difference between thoughts and awareness. Most of us are trapped in thoughts, very few know how to truly live in awareness. To think that we can go immediately into a permanent state of awakened consciousness is a fallacy of the mind. We must first learn about ourselves through in-depth self-comprehension. Then can we gradually liberate the mind from the many psychological elements and identifications that we call the ego. This is akin to shining a torch in a dark corridor to reveal the path ahead of us. In other words, we learn to shine the light of consciousness into the darkness of ego.

After completing this meditation, pay attention to your dreams when you next sleep, as it’s expected you would have “shifted” a lot of things internally and it’s likely that more answers to self-comprehension may come in the form of powerful symbols and metaphors. These types of vivid dreams include hidden clues from the Astral to help you understand your soul’s challenges in a deeper way.

The Prajnaparamita, or Heart Sutra, is one of the most powerful and transcendental teachings that the great Buddha Shakyamuni left us. It enables us to find the ultimate, or root, reality. With it, he left one of the most powerful mantras which has acted as a fundamental basis to many schools of Buddhism. This image is related to a tradition called Tummo, which is a particular type of technique that is taught in a variety of schools of Buddhism. In the Gnostic tradition we call it Pranayama. There are many varieties of Pranayama exercises. The Sanskrit word Pranayama means “to harness the winds.” It is not referring to physical wind, but ethereal wind—in other words, what we call "ether". To harness the winds is to harness energies. Those energies is shown here in this path that leads to this temple in the internal (Astral) worlds. The yogi is using mantras; these letters are A and Ha, but they did not paint the whole mantra. The whole mantra is "Ham-Sah". The sound that makes the fire is: "Ssssssssaaaahhh".

The image shows the vowel Ha ཧ by his mouth. When practicing the pranayama Ham-Sah, "Ham" is the mantra we pronounce mentally when we breathe in; we breathe in the air to take the vital currents, the ethereal currents, into the body. We imagine that energy rising up the spinal column as we mentally pronounce the mantra "Haaaammmmm", and all that energy is going up the spine into the brain. This brings the waters, from the bottom to the top, the lower waters to the upper waters, the waters of sex to the waters of the brain: "Haaaammmm". Then the fire that is in the water irradiates the brain, rejuvenates it, gives it life and energy, and then the Yogi says "Ssssssssssaaaaaaahhhh" with the exhalation. In total, this causes the fire in the waters to rise to the brain, illuminate the pineal gland, and open clairvoyance, to give us the power to see beyond the physical senses. It is very beautifully illustrated in this painting.

This is a unique and transformative practice. If you’ve tried every other Astral projection technique out there and still had no success, then this method is for you. It’s for you because you’re most likely missing the bridge to the deeper spiritual dimension of consciousness that allows for these experiences to manifest more naturally. This technique is more like a home-made “retreat”, a devotional and wholesome practice which focuses on raising your entire level of being. “Retreat” means to step back - not only from the outer world, but also from your head, the thinking mind. I call this 'The Presence Method'.

Even if you don't choose to practice this exact method, just contemplating what's said in this episode may help a lot, and you may incorporate these teachings into your life however you please.

“Impeccability begins with a single act that has to be deliberate, precise and sustained. If that act is repeated long enough, one acquires a sense of unbending intent which can be applied to anything else [Astral projection]. If that is accomplished the road is clear. One thing will lead to another until the warrior realizes his full potential.” ~ Don Juan Matus (Wisdom From native American Toltec Shamanism)

Here’s a very short summary of this practice; these steps will only make sense if you listen to the entire episode first:

~ 1. Devote three or more days where you can practice this in solitude away from the distractions of the world and its unconscious dreams.

~ 2. Stay active, healthy, meditate often and configure your awareness to be always aware of all your senses of the physical world, as well as your internal world.

~ 3. Stay balanced, focused and grounded based on your passion to enter other worlds [Astral projection/different dimensions of consciousness]. Stay devotedly aware of your intent while old unconscious patterns, thoughts and egoic dreams try to come back into your life while you’re on this “retreat”.

~ 4. If you’re focusing too much on future achievements during this time, say to yourself, “I am Astral projecting”, “I am in the Astral plane”. Look around in wonder, engage your higher awareness, relax, be empty, let life happen to you instead of you trying to impose a reality on it.

~ 5. As the foundations of your consciousness transform the very structure of yourself, there will be times of struggle, of going back and forth from consciousness to ego. Use the awareness of your own death as an anchor to remind you that nothing else matters in this world of illusion. Realise deeply that the past and future are not real; only the aliveness of this present moment exists here and now. Remember that the 'Astral Body' is also known as the 'Emotional Body' or 'Energy Body'; be deeply aware of internal and external emotions, energies and senses at all times.

~ 6. At night, wake up every two hours during your sleep and reconfigure your awareness back on the present moment. This is an intensive sleeping exercise to significantly boost your Astral projection experiences. You may utilise any or none Astral projection methods during any of the times you wake up and go back to sleep. Remember to recall any dreams or experiences every time you wake up.

~ 7. When you finish the three or more days, strive to bring your cultivated awareness with you back into the ordinary world in simple, silent, empty humility. Focus on peace. This entire practice will not just be beneficial for three days, it will stay with you for as long as you can honour it.

Cultivate inner peace and merge with the silence of the inner dimensions. Through the power of stillness we can connect with our deeper emotions, ultimately strengthening our connection to our Astral Body. With this all sorts of psychological complexes and dualities can emerge such as feelings of 'spiritual superiority' and alienating others. All this in turn goes hand-in-hand with a less authentic approach to life and the practice of Astral projection. If we aren't authentic ourselves, then how can we experience authentic out-of-body experiences? ~ As above, so below ~
