Meet the digital marketing expert making over $1 million per month - Ravi!
What’s better - organic or paid ads? Ryan and Ravi share that it’s actually a hybrid and balance of both organic and paid ads. Ravi shares that a customer needs to consume about 7 hours of time with someone before they buy from you. If someone reaches Ravi’s sales team without already having knowledge of the brand, they are referred back to the marketing department to learn more. Ravi shares this strategy, and the purpose is for the sales team to save their time trying to force a sale when the probability is that the individual isn’t going to buy. People also research others on the internet before they buy, thus emphasizing the importance of building a strong, organic personal brand.
Ravi also shares that while there’s a balance between paid and organic content, there also needs to be a balance between high-ticket products and low-ticket sales. Ravi shares how he and his team have built their sales team, funnels, and social media strategies on how he’s been able to make millions from building his community. This generates over a million per month and even has 20 people joining the community every day! Ryan shares how he’s been trying to do something similar, so the guys discuss how they’re getting customers in the door and how to keep them.
The guys dive deep into their sales processes. Ravi and Ryan both have a first-come, first-served order for leads among the sales teams to keep the members competitive. Ravi also breaks down how he and his team qualify leads and strive to get in touch with them as soon as possible. He’s all about efficiency, sharing that if his closers don’t close in the first phone call with the lead, the odds of the leads buying in a second call are so low it’s not worth it. Ryan shares that his team is struggling with show rates, so he asks Ravi his opinion on how the team can improve these stats.
Discover the winning formula for business success as Ryan and Ravi reveal the power of combining organic and paid ads, along with insights into effective sales strategies—watch the entire discussion to revolutionize your approach and drive unprecedented growth in your business!Mon, 25 Mar 2024 - 696 - How To Use Your Retirement Funds (401k, IRA) To Start Investing | Greg Herlean

In this digital marketing masterclass, Ryan, Stephen, and Stephen share their insights on digital marketing strategies and the pitfalls of relying on agencies. With a shared disdain for traditional agencies, they advocate for individuals to take control of their marketing efforts and leverage platforms like Facebook to target specific audiences effectively.
The vast amount of data available on platforms like Facebook provides marketers with powerful tools to tailor their campaigns and reach potential customers with precision. By understanding and interpreting these data points, marketers can optimize their strategies and drive results.
The conversation delves into the importance of understanding metrics and using them as a language to decipher the performance of ads and audience behavior. By analyzing metrics, marketers can identify which ads are successful, which audiences are converting, and where adjustments are needed.
A key takeaway is the caution against simply boosting posts on Facebook, as this approach lacks the targeting capabilities of more strategic advertising methods. Instead, the focus is on creating engaging organic content that adds value to the audience and builds trust over time.
Comparisons between Facebook and TikTok advertising shed light on the strengths and weaknesses of each platform, highlighting the importance of selecting the right channels for marketing efforts. While TikTok offers potential for success, Facebook's robust metrics and targeting options make it a preferred choice for many marketers.
Ultimately, the discussion underscores the importance of taking ownership of marketing strategies and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve success in the digital landscape. By staying informed and adapting to changes in the industry, marketers can effectively reach their target audiences and drive business growth.Mon, 18 Mar 2024 - 692 - How Human Behavioral Change Will Affect Real Estate

Greg and Ryan start the podcast by sharing their experiences as fathers of children with special needs while also balancing the roles of husband and entrepreneur.
Greg discusses the challenges he faced as a new business owner running his chiropractic practice while also being the primary doctor. Despite managing a multi-million dollar business, Greg found himself leveraged and cash poor. He introduces his Five A framework (Aim, Accept, Accentuate, Abandon, Apply) that played a crucial role in growing, scaling, and improving his business. Viewers are encouraged to grab some paper and take notes to implement these strategies.
According to Greg, settling is the most tragic outcome, and individuals are either growing or dying. He emphasizes the importance of focusing on how far one can go rather than questioning when they will reach their goal. Ryan concurs and shares his perspective on finding true peace with Jesus.
Greg transformed his practice into an integrated medical practice to facilitate business growth while distancing himself from day-to-day operations. Despite facing skepticism from his circle, he followed his instincts. Once this venture was running smoothly with reduced involvement from Greg, he ventured into other projects. His advice to others is to concentrate on one thing, achieve success, and then move on to the next venture.
The discussion delves into the four things one can control in life: beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and actions. Greg advocates asking challenging questions about one's beliefs to discover purpose and remain present in life. While acknowledging the discomfort, he emphasizes that reverting to the comfort zone won't lead to the desired life changes. The podcast covers Greg's life advice, philosophies, and business insights. Viewers are encouraged to tune in for a comprehensive exploration of these topics.Wed, 06 Mar 2024 - 679 - I Quit My Job To Grow My Side Hustle | Kelly Roach

How To Invest in 2024 (How ANYONE can be RICH) - https://youtu.be/TpwkAI1Gsqk
In this episode, one of Ryan Pineda's exclusive one-on-one mentees, Daniel Kong, shares his success story of flipping houses in Hawaii, generating over $1 million. Daniel and his team saw the value in paying for Ryan's one-on-one coaching, justifying the cost as long as it helped them recoup the investment within the same year or the next. Working with Ryan has not only contributed to Daniel's financial success but has also helped him identify and overcome limiting beliefs. Despite initially being skeptical about coaching, Daniel realized the need for guidance to reach the next level in his business.
Ryan sheds light on the coaching process, emphasizing the importance of humility and openness to feedback. Acknowledging that no one is perfect, both Ryan and Daniel admit that they don't always implement advice immediately, but maintaining an overall open mindset is crucial. Ryan shares his journey from initial reluctance to pay for education and coaching to realizing its transformative impact on his business after flipping over 100 houses.
Daniel, a former software developer who quit his job two years ago at the age of 41, details his investment strategy, which involved leveraging his 401k plan and personal credit to start the BRRR strategy. Initially investing in Indiana, Daniel later expanded his ventures to Hawaii, where he saw how coaching, particularly from Zasha, another Hawaii investor and Wealthy Investor student, significantly accelerated their businesses.
The conversation delves into valuable advice for entrepreneurs who have achieved financial goals but face a plateau. Ryan provides insights into navigating post-plateau growth, choosing worthwhile opportunities, and shares personal experiences. The episode covers various business growth strategies, including the 10-step Pineda sales method, lead generation, business structure, mindset, and more.Fri, 01 Mar 2024 - 672 - Utilizing Content Creation For Monetary Growth As A W2 Employee

Ryan Pineda, who has successfully built multiple 7-8 figure companies in recent years, generously shares his insights on creating, building, and scaling a business in 2024. Here are the five main steps he outlines:
Offer: Begin by defining your product or service. Evaluate its scalability, potential opportunities, and profitability. Consider if you are genuinely passionate about your business or if your purpose is compelling enough to sustain your commitment.
Marketing: Awareness is key. No matter how exceptional your product is, if people are unaware of it, they won't buy it. Identify your ideal customer and tailor your marketing strategies accordingly. Ryan provides valuable marketing insights applicable to businesses at all stages.
Sales: Selling your product effectively is crucial. Ryan draws on his own experiences as a business owner to share sales structures and strategies. Emphasizing the value of a lifetime customer, he highlights the potential for repeat business from satisfied customers.
Operations: Once you've acquired customers, focus on fulfilling your product or service efficiently. Scaling your business involves hiring employees and building a positive company culture. Operations can be a challenging step for many business owners, so pay attention to avoid common pitfalls.
Finance: Assess the financial health of your business. Track key metrics, with Ryan emphasizing cash flow as a critical indicator. Having a profitable business on paper doesn't guarantee success if there's insufficient cash to cover expenses. Cash flow, according to Ryan, is the top metric to track, ensuring the business remains financially robust and well-positioned for success.Wed, 28 Feb 2024 - 670 - You Can’t Be A One Trick Pony In Sales

Welcome Grant to the Wealthy Way podcast! Grant has achieved over $50M in solar sales and is excelling on social media. He began seriously engaging with social media in 2020 during the TikTok trend. About a year and a half later, Fox Business discovered him and sought an interview, recognizing the impact he was making.
In any business, sales are the lifeblood. Grant gained his sales expertise through hands-on experience, putting himself in survival mode within the sales arena. To elevate his skills, he delved into sales psychology and studied successful salesmen. Grant emphasizes that every thriving entrepreneur is distinct and authentic.
Ryan recently overhauled his sales department. Upon scrutinizing his team, he identified a challenge – his employees struggled to close deals because they lacked a comprehensive understanding of the products they were selling. While it's relatively simple to master a single product, Ryan's team dealt with a variety of products, necessitating a deeper understanding of each item. Grant details his sales training approach for new hires, incorporating video modules, field experience, and mentorship from seasoned members of the sales team.
Grant advocates adopting an indifferent stance towards the sale. People become cautious when they sense a sales pitch, so the key is to break down their defenses by maintaining authenticity throughout the sales process. Adjusting your communication style based on the person you're interacting with is not a sign of being fake; it is a genuine aspect of effective communication. Just as you wouldn't address your partner in the same way as a customer, recognizing and adapting to different individuals' styles fosters honesty, facilitating the handling of objections and navigating through the sales process.
Grant harbors a passion for aiding entrepreneurs in growing and scaling their businesses. Moving forward, he intends to focus on consulting, private equity, and expanding his personal brand.Mon, 19 Feb 2024 - 661 - Why Hating Others Is a Losing GameSun, 18 Feb 2024

Mikey was a pro skateboarder turned real estate investor. He didn't earn much as a pro skater, and the income wasn't as steady as he desired. Adopting a frugal lifestyle, Mikey saved diligently and, once he accumulated enough, delved into investing. He developed a passion for raising money and repaying investors, key aspects he wanted in his new business. Currently, Mikey invests in multi-family properties, storage, and private investing.
In a conversation with Ryan, Mikey shares insights into how raising money works, drawing from their own experiences and advice received from prominent developers worldwide.
Addressing ongoing issues in the real estate market, Ryan and Mikey highlight two concerns: supply and cash flow. Supply remains low across all real estate sectors, and with current interest rates and prices, cash flow doesn't align favorably for investors. Mikey anticipates that cap rates and interest rates will resolve themselves within the year, but he expresses concern about the persistent supply issues. He hypothesizes that entrepreneurs and technology will play a role in solving this problem, citing innovations like 3D printed homes.
Contemplating the scenario of deflation and an excess of new homes due to technological advancements, Mikey emphasizes the cyclical nature of real estate, assuring that such issues wouldn't be long-term concerns. Ryan envisions a future where advanced technology could lead to widespread homeownership.
Ryan and Mikey engage in discussions about risk levels and strategies, emphasizing the enduring value of skills, relationships/resources, and faith in the face of potential losses. They ponder how individuals spend their discretionary time, pointing out that, in a world with only 24 hours in a day, attention has become a valuable currency.
Focusing on his business in 2024, Mikey is also actively involved in his city council in Thousand Oaks, CA, working to address the city's needs. Mikey anticipates a favorable year for raising money in 2024 but advises that seizing opportunities requires a solid financial foundation. The conversation delves into other variables influencing the real estate market this year, providing valuable insights for those looking to stay informed.Fri, 16 Feb 2024 - 658 - Your Inner Reality Creates Your Outer FormThu, 15 Feb 2024

Welcome Steve Weatherford to the Wealthy Way podcast! Steve played in the NFL, won the Superbowl and was voted the fittest man in the NFL.
Steve and Ryan delve into the importance of maintaining a balanced life. Steve emphasizes that one doesn't have to excel in every area but must consistently show up in each aspect. Ryan agrees and illustrates the interconnectedness of different life facets. For instance, a decline in fitness can adversely affect family life due to a lack of energy and presence.
In February 2012, Steve, at the peak of his NFL career, played the best game of his life, but he felt very depressed. Despite his achievements, he realized he still felt unchanged and unfulfilled. Pursuing one success after another, he started saving money for retirement, strayed from his faith, and turned to substances for solace. Steve shares his transformative journey back to church, how it reshaped his life, and led to improvements in various aspects.
Steve uses an analogy of wrecking his first car as a teenager, drawing parallels to his relationship with religion. Just as one would dread informing their father about a car accident, there's a similar feeling in turning to God after a mistake. Steve highlights the concept of God providing solutions without judgment, emphasizing abundant mercy.
Ryan reflects on his past shame regarding his testimony, acknowledging his flaws but overall leading a righteous life. He expresses that his less dramatic testimony is the kind one would want their children to embrace. As fathers, Ryan and Steve discuss the significance of family legacy, reflecting on the impact of their families' legacies and their aspirations for the future generations of their families.Wed, 14 Feb 2024 - 656 - Utilizing Free Opportunities to Promote Your BusinessTue, 13 Feb 2024

Michael Zuber has built his real estate portfolio while working a full-time W2 job. He’s been fortunate enough to love his W2 job, but many don’t love their career and want to go full-time in real estate or some other side hustle.
If you do something from 5 - 9 PM for a couple of days every week, you’ll have something significant in a decade or less. Ryan started flipping houses and became a millionaire in only a few years. What people don’t understand is that he was developing his skills for years.
Michael left his career in early 2018 and soon started feeling very depressed. He felt like he wasn’t contributing and had no purpose. He started his YouTube channel and released 5 videos per day! He created over 1,000 videos, and no one was watching! Michael was so dedicated to creating something that will outlast him; he kept creating.
Michael shares his journey growing his portfolio. He shares how he and his wife’s incomes funded their lifestyle, but all cash flow from rentals went towards growing the portfolio. Now, Michael has amassed 180 rentals! He shares that the portfolio hadn’t seen any serious cash flow for the first 5-6 years. So, if you’re trying to get some supplemental income, rentals aren’t the best choice in the short-term picture. You will not be financially free in rentals until about year 10, and it’s not an easy journey.
Americans have an average of 4 hours of discretionary time per day. How do you spend this time? If you want a different life, you need to spend this time differently than you do now. Michael also brings up the point that you may also need to find new friends. Ryan and Michael discuss how people can utilize their discretionary time and money to invest in their future. You can save money by cutting expenses, but it’s also great to pursue more income. Using both strategies will teach you discipline and increase your investing budget.
How do you choose where you invest? Michael’s advice is to live where you want and invest where the numbers work. Sometimes this can be where you live, but sometimes they're not! We all spend 24 hours a day working on something. The true choice is what you want to be working on. Most people don’t leverage their time productively, so in this video, Ryan shares 7 tips to help.
1. There are several things that multiply your time and give you leverage. The first is labor, like meal prep, walking the dog, and cleaning your house. You can leverage this by hiring someone to do these things for you. The second is technology. Instead of giving a speech in front of 20 people in person, record your speech and share it with a million people online. The third is capital. And lastly, skill. If you are good at doing something then you’re able to do that thing quicker than other people who aren’t skilled.
2. Evaluate your time. You do this by recording how you’re actually spending your day. For one week, set a timer for 15 minutes. When it goes off, write down what you’re doing. At the end of the week, tally this up. You’ll see where you’re wasting time and be able to create a time budget.
3. Create your dream schedule. Write out what you want your dream week to be like. No work on weekends, church on Sunday, golfing on Fridays, working at your business from Monday to Thursday, etc. Then break down your daily schedule.
4. Constantly ask yourself why you do what you do. As you grow your ability to outsource stuff, like driving, or having a home gym, will change. You can then spend your time doing other things. Remember that limitation creates innovation. You’ll recognize your limitations by asking yourself why you’re doing the stuff you’re spending time doing.
5. Remove distractions. Social media is one of them. Drinking and going to bars are others. gambling, porn, Netflix; you have to get these distractions out of your life in order to be truly productive.
6. Change your community. You need to upgrade your network and get around high-level people who have accomplished more than you. Cut out friends and people who are holding you back and who don’t believe in what you want to achieve.
7. Rest. You gain more by resting than you do by working to the point of burnout. Even God rested on the 7th day, and he’s commanded us to do the same. This will keep you from losing momentum.Tue, 06 Feb 2024 - 648 - Trends You Should Expect To See In 2024Tue, 06 Feb 2024

James, considered one of the toughest individuals, shares insights on developing mental toughness and achieving extraordinary feats.

James advocates for stepping out of the education stage, emphasizing the importance of knowledge and experience acquired through challenging endeavors.
Addressing the sacrifices required for success, James prompts reflection on the benefits of one's pursuits to oneself and their family. He shares his own journey, starting with a failed attempt at running, navigating the 2008 financial crisis, losing his home, and eventually diving into Ironman races.
James highlights the significance of storytelling as a speaker. Sharing one's difficult experiences with passion can resonate deeply with an audience. He encourages adults to dream and underscores the importance of getting out of one's own way.
The conversation delves into James' remarkable achievement of completing 100 consecutive Ironmans during the Covid pandemic, despite breaking his back halfway through. His commitment to encouraging others to do "1 more" exemplifies his resilience and determination.
Key takeaways include embracing discomfort, understanding that success breeds more success, and the importance of starting even when unsure. James addresses the paralysis caused by information overload and emphasizes the need to take action.
The interview concludes with insights into goal-setting, explaining the balance between ambitious long-term goals and creating manageable steps through reverse engineering. James encourages individuals to change their path if dissatisfied and underscores the transformative power of starting and pursuing small wins.Mon, 05 Feb 2024 - 646 - How profitable Are Escape Rooms?Sun, 04 Feb 2024

In this podcast, Carl Allen, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 400 business acquisitions, shares insights into the art of buying and selling businesses. Transitioning from a Wall Street background, Carl now coaches individuals seeking to exit the traditional employment structure and become entrepreneurs.
Carl specializes in creative deal-making, outlining four ways to acquire a company, involving aspects like supply chains, equity, and marketing. He emphasizes the strategic value of combining businesses, akin to successful instances like Facebook's acquisition of Instagram.
Advocating for buying businesses over starting them, Carl highlights the lower risk, ease, speed, and higher returns associated with acquisitions. He suggests choosing businesses aligned with personal passion and values, bringing value to the acquired venture. For those lacking expertise, he recommends partnering with someone who complements the business skill set.
While selling a business can be challenging for owners, especially with the transition of control while continuing to work there, cultural alignment is deemed crucial for success. Carl conducts cultural assessments before acquiring businesses, avoiding ventures conflicting with his Christian values, such as those in industries like cannabis and gambling.
Upon successfully acquiring a business, Carl indulges in a unique celebration – purchasing and assembling a $1,000 Lego set for relaxation and enjoyment. He incentivizes operators with a stake of 5-20%, adjusting the percentage to enhance motivation. Carl's criteria for acquisitions include a focus on cash-flowing businesses, emphasizing the importance of entrepreneurs functioning as true visionaries rather than mere employees.
Despite his extensive business portfolio, Carl expresses a deep attachment to his coaching business, structuring it to function seamlessly without his direct involvement. While he assists students by acquiring relevant businesses, Carl remains committed to the coaching venture, having no immediate plans to sell it.Fri, 02 Feb 2024 - 643 - Navigating Through Business Competition and How to Stay Ahead of the GameThu, 01 Feb 2024

Noah emphasizes the importance of sticking with an idea for the long term, drawing from his experiences working with and interviewing billionaires. Tony, renowned for interviewing the world's wealthiest investors, has identified four common traits among them:
1. Their primary focus isn't on avoiding losses, recognizing that assets can depreciate overnight. Instead, they concentrate on safeguarding their wealth through the following three principles.
2. The most successful investors employ strategic asset allocation, balancing investments between risky and low-risk options.
3. Top-tier investors prioritize asymmetrical risk and reward, strategically opting for moves that minimize risk while maximizing potential rewards.
4. Successful investors diversify across various asset classes, countries, denominations, and time frames.
In a conversation with Ryan about the best strategy for beginners in their wealth-building journey, Tony challenges the notion of specialization over diversification. He contends that by identifying 8-12 uncorrelated investments with genuine belief, beginners can reduce risk by 80% and increase their upside potential.
A forthcoming law aims to redefine accredited investors, broadening investment opportunities beyond traditional eligibility criteria. This legislative change inspired Tony Robbins to pen his third book, aspiring to open doors for a broader audience to access these lucrative investment opportunities.
With 46 years of experience, Tony shares insights into his enduring success in both education and events. He attributes his longevity to a simple yet powerful principle: delivering results beyond expectations. According to Tony, your reputation precedes you, and people will recognize your greatness through word of mouth.
Tony Robbins is driven by a passion for witnessing others achieve their highest potential. He continually learns from the world's best individuals, generously sharing their habits, investment strategies, mindsets, and more.
In Tony's view, the most valuable trait one can possess is hunger. Recognizing Ryan's hunger for growth, Tony eagerly anticipates witnessing Ryan's evolution in the years to come!Thu, 25 Jan 2024 - 635 - How to Incorporate Goal Setting Within in Your FaithThu, 25 Jan 2024

After being fired from his fourth job in three months, he found inspiration in his grandmother's love, prompting a lifestyle change. Brian's path led him to fitness competitions and helping trainers grow their businesses.
A pivotal moment in his social media journey came when an outsider critiqued his content, spurring him to improve and emphasize consistency over perfection. Despite initial challenges, Brian's podcast soared after 1,000 episodes in its fifth year, proving that consistency beats perfection. He challenges the notion that it's too late to start something new, emphasizing commitment and a solid plan.
Brian's viral TikTok, where he broke eggs on his face and ate them raw for the sake of “PROTEIN!” brought attention, but didn't translate into business growth. He stresses the importance of finding a coach, being coachable, and embracing humility. His journey underscores the significance of repetition and consistent practice, debunking the fear of failure that hinders many from starting a business.
Brian's story also delves into his early struggles. Ryan shares stories of when he was broke, highlighting frugal habits like meal prepping and dehydrating meat. Brian shares a humorous anecdote about suspecting his nanny of theft, only to discover her innocence. Throughout, the narrative emphasizes the transformative power of consistency, humility, and learning through trial and error.

During the 2008 market crash, Abraham invested millions in real estate, seizing the opportunity to hire top-notch employees who were available due to widespread layoffs. He emphasizes the importance of saving money while also actively seeking investment opportunities.
One notable venture involved being the first to establish a "we buy gold" store, capitalizing on the value of gold as a commodity. Abraham discusses his experience with businesses that may be considered fads, such as escape rooms and ax throwing. He highlights the profitability of escape rooms within a short timeframe and the cost-effectiveness of ax throwing locations.
Drawing inspiration from Ryan Pineda, Abraham joined Wealthy Creator, hired a camera crew, and underwent the course, significantly boosting his success. He emphasizes the power of a strong social media presence in opening up new opportunities.

Ryan Pineda welcomes his business coach Gary Harper back on the podcast!
Ryan and Gary dive deep into business strategy, including Gary's newest plans, called Rise. The process is tried and true seen in Ryan's own businesses! This strategy is now being implemented within the Wealthy Business community as well.
Ryan hired Gary four years ago right before the pandemic hit. The previous business structure Ryan was using fit the pre-pandemic world, but Gary points out that the pandemic changed the world, so business structure needed to change as well. Ryan recaps their progress together that resulting in them partnering in Wealthy Business!
Gary started his business career in the corporate world as a W-2 worker. He successfully grew his career in corporate America but failed in his real estate business. Success in the corporate world does not translate directly to the entrepreneurial world. For example, the structures to build a successful business are usually in place in the corporate world, whereas entrepreneurs need to create these standards and protocols within their own companies.
Gary warns entrepreneurs to be careful hiring a teacher that calls themselves a coach. Teaching come from knowledge, and coaching comes from experience.

When starting a brand, Chalene advises niche down significantly, aiming for the right views rather than just likes. Catering to the algorithm for vanity metrics can harm your business. She also suggests creating content that feels like a FaceTime video, where the audience feels a personal connection.
Chalene identifies the underserved market of women over 40 and encourages speaking authentically from your current perspective. Sharing what you know and what you've done is valuable, and you are an authority on your experiences.

Dirk van der Velde, a member of the Wealthy community, shares insights into his real estate development journey with Ryan. Still in his twenties, Dirk has engaged in significant development projects, and his family is known for their top ranked resort in Oregon. Ryan expresses admiration for the transformative process of turning a $10 million piece of land into a project worth billions.
In development, the main difficulty is the fewer deals compared to other real estate strategies. Dirk explains his approach to raw land, where he only pays 10% per unit based on the land's future developed value. This method helps attract investors, and Dirk particularly favors developing apartments due to the relatively short 2-year timeline for completion. He highlights two critical considerations in development: construction costs and debt structures. Locking in debt helps mitigate the impact of potential interest rate increases.
Dirk underscores that, unlike other real estate ventures, development doesn't yield immediate returns; profits come upon exiting, which could take several years. To ensure cash flow during this period, Dirk diversifies with other business ventures, including a construction company used for external deals and personal projects.
Assisted living, especially in memory care, is discussed as a lucrative niche due to consistent income streams, with government support adding stability.
Dirk advocates a growth mindset and believes in investing in coaching to learn and progress in desired areas. He aims to provide genuine education for those eager to learn and take action.
The conversation delves into the challenges of starting and hosting events, with both Dirk and Ryan sharing experiences and emphasizing the learning curve involved. Ryan shares his considerations for a potential golf course development, exploring locations and possibilities.
Dirk emphasizes the importance of building a strong acquisitions team and fostering relationships and a reputable brand to attract deals and collaborators.Thu, 11 Jan 2024 - 621 - Your Addictions Can Be Passed Down To Your ChildrenThu, 11 Jan 2024

Ryan addresses several myths about real estate, emphasizing that there isn't just one way to be successful. He encourages individuals to choose strategies that align with their unique situations. Debunking the notion that real estate is only a long-term game, Ryan explains how it can also be a lucrative get-rich-quick venture.
For those with a stable W-2 job, Ryan suggests investing in rental properties or funds to generate passive income. On the other hand, individuals looking to start flipping or wholesaling businesses should focus on sales and marketing, targeting motivated sellers. Ryan introduces Wealthy Deals, which enables the user to find motivated sellers, and emphasizes the importance of honing sales skills.
Ryan discusses the Partner Program, where his team assists in closing deals, allowing individuals to focus on lead generation. He touches on hybrid funding and advises listeners to follow financial strategies from himself, Dave Ramsey or Grant Cardone based on their risk tolerance and discipline.
The video outlines the three stages of real estate: finding deals, capital and construction, and scaling and automating. Ryan stresses the importance of creating systems and processes to enable businesses to operate efficiently without constant supervision.
Ultimately, Ryan and his team offer assistance tailored to individuals at different stages of their real estate journeys, whether they are starting, growing, or seeking guidance.

Having gone through a challenging time where his wife left him, Keith learned to distinguish between short-term and long-term attraction and realized he was the problem in his marriage, and he needed to be the solution.
Keith identifies five key dials for marital success:
1. **Parenting Dial:** Focusing on being a good parent.
2. **Partner Dial:** Showing up for your partner.
3. **Producer Dial:** Providing for your family.
4. **Player Dial:** Having fun and enjoying activities with your spouse.
5. **Power Dial:** Doing what you say you'll do when you say you'll do it, building trust.
More critical than providing is the need for men to feel wanted by their wives, emphasizing the importance of setting a higher standard for themselves. Keith's personal transformation and reunion with his wife inspired him to help other men facing similar challenges, driven by a divine calling.
Ryan shares his perspective on marriage, emphasizing giving everything for his wife rather than expecting a 50/50 arrangement. The conversation explores the unique dynamics of marriage for believers, highlighting the importance of mutual respect for divine roles and responsibilities.
They discuss the "catch and count" game, a tool Keith uses to help men assess their relationship performance. The concept of a real alpha male is debunked, focusing on qualities such as meekness and true power, as opposed to hypermasculinity.
Both hosts stress the value of transparency and openness in relationships, with Keith sharing his insights on addressing things you can't change about your spouse. Ryan emphasizes the significance of shared faith in maintaining a strong and enduring connection.
The discussion concludes with the idea that leadership is about influence, and the most effective form of leadership is servant leadership. Keith's podcast, "The Married Game," explores these themes further, encouraging open communication and vulnerability in marriage.Wed, 03 Jan 2024 - 612 - The TRUTH About Video Podcasting - Watch Before You Start a Video Podcast | Omar Elattar

Following this ordeal, the little girl started chanting the name "Yashua," which Brad firmly asserts as being Jesus Christ’s real name. Brad, who has always maintained faith though not overtly vocal about it, expresses his passion for the name "Yashua" and believes it represents the ultimate truth.
While Brad is deeply committed to his faith, he refrains from openly discussing it to avoid spreading misinformation. He shares his hesitations about certain pastors and Christians due to negative past experiences, questioning their depth of knowledge. The conversation delves into various theories about the nature of God, Yashua, and the Holy Spirit.
The discussion extends to beliefs held by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and Islam. Ryan asserts his belief in the Bible's absolute truth. Witchcraft, sorcery, demons, and disobedience are explored.
Ryan draws parallels between biblical stories, like Adam and the snake, and modern issues, such as infidelity, emphasizing the impact of small choices on larger decisions. Brad challenges conventional celebrations like Christmas and Easter, deeming them deceptive.
Expressing dissatisfaction with lukewarm Christian practices, Brad affirms his conversion to being truly devout if he were to receive a sign from God. Ryan advocates focusing on fundamental aspects of faith rather than getting bogged down by debatable details.
Brad distinguishes between faith and belief, emphasizing that change is possible. In terms of podcasting, Brad aims to elevate the content and intelligence on his shows and reduce explicit language. Ryan encourages influencers to share their imperfect faith journeys, drawing parallels to the story of Paul.

In this interview with host Omar Eltakrori, Ryan Pineda, a devout Christian and a highly successful entrepreneur with multiple eight-figure businesses, emphasizes the importance of focusing on one income stream until it generates substantial revenue. He advises against teaching or venturing into areas where one lacks experience, advocating for the acquisition of practical knowledge through personal experience.
Initially aspiring to a career in baseball, Ryan transitioned to flipping houses for five years before entering the realm of social media marketing in 2020. He attributes his success to swift plan execution, constant trial and error, and the ability to learn from the best in the field. Ryan suggests investing in courses, synthesizing information, identifying a desired process, and promptly executing the plan.
Emphasizing perseverance, Ryan encourages individuals to see their plans through without immediate concern for results. He differentiates between being rich and being wealthy, defining wealth as encompassing strong family relationships, good health, a thriving business, and a positive relationship with God. To help people manage priorities and time effectively, Ryan developed the Wealthy Way, documented in his book of the same name.
Expressing frustration with Christian entrepreneurs doubting their potential, Ryan perceives such attitudes as a lack of faith, hindering business confidence and pricing strategies. He encourages sharing knowledge generously, asserting that withholding valuable expertise is selfish.
Highlighting the significance of podcasting for business growth, Ryan suggests it as an accessible platform for those with less technical expertise. Building trust through podcasting, he believes, is a powerful way for people to spend time with you, ultimately leading to increased credibility and customer trust. Ryan approaches content creation with the mindset that nobody knows him or his expertise, ensuring a continuous effort to connect with a broader audience.Tue, 26 Dec 2023 - 604 - It All Starts with AcquisitionsTue, 26 Dec 2023

Jason Wojo, an experienced ad buyer and advocate for GHL (GoHighLevel), is the guest on this podcast. Jason’s journey to where he is now began with a growing deficiency, culinary school, and business school. He transitioned into making motivational videos that generated $3k per month, enabling him to move out of his parents' house and embark on his entrepreneurial journey.
Both Jason and Ryan agree that the offer is the most crucial element of an ad. A great quality deal makes the offer irresistible to potential customers. They emphasize the importance of focusing on improving the offer rather than getting overly perfectionistic about the creative aspects of ads.
Jason advises using a Facebook agency account to prevent Facebook from pocketing 20% of the ad spend. He provides step-by-step guidance on setting up an agency account. Highlighting the significance of email marketing, Jason encourages businesses to leverage email as an untapped resource for making money.
Both speakers believe that events are the future, citing their positive experiences with events in terms of business growth and relationship-building. Building relationships, whether through podcasts or events, is considered a valuable way to enhance business and gain insights.
Jason acknowledges receiving online hate due to his straightforward communication style, appearance, and success. He notes that such comments actually promote his videos.
Jason emphasizes the necessity of building relationships with agencies for successful scaling. Regardless of initial expertise, relationships play a crucial role. The discussion delves into the effectiveness of low-ticket offers compared to webinars, with a focus on upsells and providing value.
Jason and Ryan discuss the challenges of defining ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and its relevance to different businesses. Jason emphasizes breaking even within 30 days and prioritizing the growth of the email list. Testing offers involves ensuring congruence between low and high-ticket items. Jason follows a 24-hour rule for testing ads, considering them successful if they break even within that time frame.
Jason advocates for GoHighLevel over ClickFunnels, citing its effectiveness and cost efficiency.
They end with Jason stressing the importance of creating sexy and unique offers that compel people to buy.Fri, 22 Dec 2023 - 600 - Why Only 10% of Realtors Make 90% of the Income

The turning point for Jon was a moment of reflection and a decision to focus on his true passion—speaking and writing.
After experiencing initial challenges with book sales, Jon turned to religion for guidance and found inspiration from God to write books that could positively impact people's lives. His mission was to encourage and inspire individuals, one person at a time.
Jon emphasizes the universal theme of good versus evil and the need to overcome negative thoughts with positivity and love. Gratitude, mindfulness, meditation, and prayer are essential practices for rewiring the brain toward positivity. Ryan shares his morning routine, which incorporates these practices, contributing to personal and professional growth.
Leadership involves a combination of love and accountability. Consistency is key for leaders, and facing rivals and adversity can lead to personal and professional growth. Jon's book "Training Camp" explores the habits of the best and emphasizes the importance of control, improvement, and allowing God to guide one's path.
Both Jon and Ryan discuss the significance of grit—a combination of desire, vision, optimism, belief, faith, hope, love, devotion, discipline, stubbornness, and resilience. Jon's formula for grit reflects the multifaceted nature of this essential quality for success.
The conversation delves into the power of affirmations, the impact of words and thoughts on reality, and the importance of belief in oneself. Jon shares insights from his book "One Word," emphasizing the significance of an outcome mindset over identity-based thinking.
Ryan reflects on his experiences in baseball, recognizing that his fear of making mistakes impacted his confidence. Jon suggests that Ryan's identity was tied to baseball, making it a god, and highlights the shift to trusting God over personal ambition.
The episode concludes with a discussion on obedience, gratitude, and the transformation that occurs when one lives according to their beliefs rather than circumstances. Ryan expresses gratitude for not making it in baseball, acknowledging the lessons learned in the journey.Wed, 20 Dec 2023 - 598 - The Representation of the Serpent on the Medical Logo
