Meditation really works. So do other energy medicines like Tibetan singing bowls, dance, reiki, yoga…but if you find yourself asking again and again “Am I doing this right?” then you have found your guides at the I Am Shiftable podcast. Lindy and Mars are reiki masters who met in India during their meditation teacher training in 2017. As a musician and composer meets a professional and life coach, each podcast they guide listeners through meditative experiences using visuals, sound, reiki energy, and more so that each episode truly allows positive, healing shifts to occur. They also feature clients and listeners who share what happens during their unique meditative states so that everyone can realize there really is no "wrong" way. Whether you’re beginning, continuing, or expanding a meditation practice, get ready to transform and affirm again and again: I AM SHIFTABLE.

  • 16 - Episode 16: What You Think Is What You Get

Things are shifting and we have called it ALL to us. Lindy and Mars raise awareness around how we are feeling into things we are manifesting- the “good” or the “bad” we asked for it all. Emotional well-being is the key to shifting into your ultimate self and Lindy shares five ways to tap into this space. Mars is currently getting a mixed bag she is manifesting and Lindy talks about overcoming some body pain that was related to non-communicated emotions. Learn how to transform it all into what you want. This week listeners are introduced to another sound mantra called HU. Singing HU has been practiced for thousands of years in one form or another for inner attunement. In the same way a musician can use a tuning fork to find the right pitch, the person singing HU tunes in to a higher spiritual awareness. With your eyes closed, sing HU (pronounced like the word hue) as a song of love. You may notice a feeling of peace, warmth, and comfort. You may also recognize the presence of the Divine through greater spiritual insights into your daily life. (more on HU here: https://eckankar-vt.org/hu-chants) Learn more about the Vortex Lindy references from Ester Hicks and Abraham here: https://youtu.be/aXvaTOXGe7k This week’s music was written and produced by Lindy Romez.
