As a licensed pastor, she was the architect and visionary of the Saddleback@Work ministry at Saddleback Church.   Today, she is an ethics, leadership, and strategy professor in the Crowell School of Business at Biola University. As the Director of the Talbot Center for Faith, Work & Economics at the Talbot School of Theology, she works with churches and pastors on faith and work integration.  Helen is also a certified leadership and strategy coach, consultant, speaker, author, a faculty member for Professional Christian Coaching Institute, and oversees the leader learning initiative for Convene Corporation.   Helen holds a master’s in organizational leadership from Biola University, and a master’s in biblical and Theological Studies from the Talbot School of Theology, at Biola University.  She also attended the Senior Executive Program at Columbia University.

years of serving with Navigator Church Ministries, she transitioned to HQ 

with Navigators Train-Develop-Care in hopes of having a greater impact

Today, he works primarily as an executive coach, a keynote speaker, and a contributing author for publications including Fast Company, Yahoo Finance, and The Nashville Business Journal.

His book, “Overcoming The Impostor: Silence Your Inner Critic and Lead with Confidence“, offers entrepreneurs and leaders a practical look at impostor syndrome, and explores that inner voice that downplays our own accomplishments while amplifying those of others.

Kris has coached and consulted with hundreds of entrepreneurs, business owners, and their leadership teams. He is a faculty member at the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, an advisor and instructor at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center, and has served on the boards of directors of several non-profit organizations.

Jessica brings 20 years of professional experience in process creation/improvement, project management and training.
