On today's episode, we talked about the 'normalised' body shaming. Where a lot of snide remarks are said to be compliments about the body. We dissected the essence of living comfortably within your skin without feeling desperate about how people see you as. We also were careful to differentiate between looking healthy and looking yourself. In this episode, we tried to invalidate validations from people who have no idea how you feel when they comment on your body. We also discredited those who feel they are entitled to how our bodies look like just because they are our friends. Interesting "Did you Know" segment too.

What some schools of thought think about communication post breakups. Then we showed why your communication should be based on the *value* you can get from the "ex". Hey guys! On today's episode of X-Engage podcast, we looked at the term *Woke* and its many nuances. We tried to dissect the origin of the term and relate it to the intended meaning. We also explained how irresponsibly the idea has been hijacked, bringing to the fore, scenarios that spell it out.
