我會一個月減重期,兩個月維持期,讓自己有「休息」的感覺。減重期會做間歇性斷食、每天吃2餐健康的食物,運動60分鐘,盡可能減少NG餐。維持期是每天1餐健康食物,運動30分鐘,NG餐就不特別限制了看朋友怎麼約,無論減重還是維持,基本原則是我不吃炸的、喝2500c.c.以上的水、12點以前睡、營養品攝取。體重會因為減重跟維持的作法不同有些微浮動,通常是正負2.5公斤,體脂都能維持,還算可以接受的範圍。

地中海飲食這樣吃:
每餐:橄欖油一大匙(15ml)、全穀雜糧的米飯或是麵包1-2份、蔬菜1碗、水果不超過兩個拳頭的份量。每天:堅果抓一小把、水1,500cc~2,000cc、乳製品(起司、無糖優格為主)1份、天然香草辛香料(洋蔥、青蔥、薑蒜、迷迭香、孜然、咖哩、九層塔...),女150ml/男生300ml的紅酒。每週:白肉與海鮮至少2份(1 份約是手掌一半的大小)、雞蛋2~4顆、豆類至少2份(1 份=板豆腐 2 格、盒裝嫩豆腐半盒、豆漿 260 毫升)。少吃:紅肉、甜點、加工肉品皆少於1份。充足的睡眠、適量運動跟愉悅的心情。

關節炎常見的症狀與徵兆
關節疼痛,或是受壓迫時疼痛手指、腳趾及腕關節水腫關節僵硬及活動不便類風濕關節炎的早期症狀包括類似感冒的全身不適
葡萄糖胺是一種人體可自行合成的物質,主要存在於關節液當中,可以刺激軟骨細胞產生膠原蛋白與關節液,隨著年齡增加,葡萄糖胺的生成可能比不上分解速度,而讓軟骨增加磨損,出現發炎。老年人與過度運動者補充葡萄糖胺可以緩解關節發炎,一般無症狀的人可以不用補充。建議一天補充1500毫克,餐前餐中都可以。蝦蟹類是葡萄糖胺主要來源,對甲殼類海鮮過敏或是素食的人,可以選購以玉米為原料的葡萄糖胺。也可以選擇與膠原蛋白一起使用,可以強化軟骨,以及添加鳳梨酵素,緩解發炎疼痛的強況。
軟骨素也是人體可以自行合成的成分,不過同樣隨著老化而減少分泌量,可以合併與葡萄糖胺一起使用,能延緩股關節退化、磨損。
最後一個推薦薑黃,是非常好的抗發炎成分,咖哩與黃芥末是常見的薑黃來源,當中的活性成分薑黃素是一種植物多酚類,每天攝取200毫克可以舒緩股關節發炎的疼痛,薑黃還能保護胃粘膜、降低腸胃吸收膽固醇。不過很可惜,薑黃素的吸收率普遍不高,一般菜市場買到的薑黃粉也有來源的疑慮,建議選擇有專利的薑黃營養品。另外,雖然薑黃有保護胃粘膜的效果,不過同時回有活血的作用,可能會刺激胃酸分泌,建議飯後使用。

布里斯托(Bristol)大便分類法:
第1型:大便一顆顆、分開來,堅硬得像顆小球。第2型:大便一塊一塊,表面凹凸不平,香腸的形狀。第3型:大便像香腸的形狀,表面有裂縫。第4型:大便形狀像香腸或蛇,表面光滑、柔軟。第5型:大便是柔軟的塊狀,斷面清楚,且大便容易通過腸道。第6型:大便邊緣破碎、鬆軟,呈現糊狀。第7型:大便是液體狀,無固體塊狀、無法成型,完全成水狀。
綠藻也是一個對腸胃道有幫助的營養素,綠藻有極高的營養價值,含有蛋白質與至少8種必需氨基酸、膳食纖維、維生素、礦物質,綠藻可以幫助腸道中的益生菌生長,也能幫助腸道蠕動。
真的常常吃不到蔬菜的人,超級建議額外補充膳食纖維營養品,雖然不能代替青菜,但總比完全沒吃到纖維好。有吃纖維相關營養素時,一定要記得多喝水,因為纖維素本身會吸水,喝水量不夠的話反而會造成便秘。纖維除了幫助腸胃蠕動,對於膽固醇也有改善的效果,也能幫助穩定血糖,我每天都會特別計算自己吃的纖維量,這幾週真的比較少吃到蔬菜,所以就額外補充蔬果精華跟纖維素,但還是比不上吃足夠蔬菜時候的腸道情況,從蠕動跟排便情況就可以感覺到。
含有豐富水溶性纖維的蘆薈也是對腸胃道有益成分,當中的黏多醣體可以幫助腸胃道的粘膜修復,對於胃食道逆流、胃潰瘍的傷口有保護效果。要選擇蘆薈葉萃取的營養素,大黃素必須被完整去除,以免造成腹瀉,絕對不要自己拿蘆薈來打汁喝。
木瓜酵素可以幫助身體分解蛋白質,還能分解麩質,特別適合有麩質過敏的人食用,顏色較綠的木瓜酵素含量會較熟成的全紅色木瓜來的高。可以添加鳳梨酵素一起使用,幫助身體抗發炎、改善過敏症狀,鳳梨酵素對於關節炎、氣管炎有改善的效果。
另外市售的消化酵素,可以加速胃排空,常常感覺消化不良的人可以考慮隨身攜帶,蛋白質酵素、脂肪酵素、澱粉酵素等都能幫助消化,但不會改變你吃下的總熱量,所以理論來說,與體重管理無關,不過若是照顧好腸胃道,身體健康、增加免疫,或許體重比較容易回歸正常。

全台灣65歲以上年長者,每十位就有一到四位有聽力受損情形,最主要原因是老化,部分則是因藥物影響到耳蝸裡毛細胞,但不用過度緊張,超過 60% 的聽力問題是可以在初期發現和解決。
不過聽力受損不再專屬於銀髮族,世界衛生組織(WHO)近日發布數據,目前全世界12~35歲之間的年輕人中,有一半(約11億)正面臨聽力受損的風險,個人視聽設備音量過大(如:用手機聽音樂)是造成這種風險的重要原因,聽力一旦下降甚至喪失,就再也回不來了QQ生活品質將大受影響,聽不清楚耶人說話會大大影響社交,以及大腦認知功能而引發憂鬱或失智...

我想在這邊呼籲,沒有人不犯錯,醫師也是人,護理師也是人,我們是最該對自己健康負責的人,專業醫療人員本著自身職業跳出來拯救我們,這不是義務,也不是神,在找醫師診斷、治療疾病的同時,每個人都可以先做一些準備。- 先想清楚你要跟醫師講的症狀,可以有所紀錄更好,像是頭痛,多久痛一次,痛的感覺像什麼,有沒有特別在什麼時候會痛,可能引發的原因(起床特別痛、吃飽飯特別痛)下載健保快易通,清楚看到自己的檢驗資料。上網查資料要看來源。看診過程作筆記,筆記比錄音好。關心自己吃的藥是什麼,有啥副作用跟效果,切勿亂停藥、亂丟、亂吃藥,來路不明的藥不吃。

盲點一、運動後就是要吃蛋白質,最好喝乳清。 完全要看你從事的運動類型跟強度,如果是中高強度的無氧運動,的確適合在運動後補充乳清,算是很方便,可以攝取蛋白質,再搭配一條地瓜就更好。如果是簡單的健走或散步,如果運動前兩小時內有吃正餐,則不一定需要特別補充。
盲點二、運動就要喝很多水 我們流汗的同時也會流失電解質,如果流很多汗,只喝水份可能不太夠,需要額外補充電解質,運動飲料是方便的選擇。

銀杏、銀杏,幾乎等於補腦的代名詞
實際上真的有用嗎?
含有效成分的是銀杏葉萃取物,在台灣是藥用成分
市面上可買到的是「銀杏果」(白果),在四神湯裡面也可以吃到
屬於一般食品,沒有明確治療效果
但是透過代購跟出國,還是很容易買到銀杏葉產品
不過各種實驗結果,銀杏(葉)並沒有明顯可以增強一般記憶力
主要用於促進周邊血液循環、增加血管暢通
也有抗氧化、抗凝血的效果
有在服用慢性病藥物的民眾若要食用,應注意藥品併用風險
務必詢問醫師使用方式
