What hurts more — what happened, or what could have happened but never did?
The opportunities we missed, the words we never said, the chances we never took… sometimes, they stay with us much longer than we expect.
In this episode of 5 Sawaal 5 Jawaab, let’s explore regret, missed opportunities, life choices and second chances. Can a missed opportunity return? Does regret mean we made the wrong choice? And how do we find peace with what never happened?
Life may not bring back the same moment or opportunity. But sometimes, its essence returns in a different form. The question is — will we recognise it this time?

Humein apna poora bachpan toh yaad nahi rehta, lekin kuch pal aise hote hain jo aaj bhi bilkul clear hain.
Tab hamare paas shayad bahut kuch nahi tha. Lekin phir bhi hum theek the. Khush the.
Aaj humari zindagi kitni fast ho gayi hai. Har waqt kuch paane ki, kuch prove karne ki, kuch aur banne ki race chalti rehti hai.
Kabhi kabhi lagta hai, shayad humein bas itna yaad karne ki zaroorat hai ki hum jaise hain, waise bhi enough hain.
Ho sakta hai sukoon kisi aur cheez ko paane mein nahi, balki jo hai usse mehsoos karne mein ho.
Toh aaiye, is episode mein mere saath ek chhoti si walk lete hain… bachpan ki un galiyon mein, jahan zindagi thodi simple thi, aur khush hone ke liye bahut kuch chahiye nahi hota tha.
Aur haan, mujhe zaroor batana — aapke bachpan ki woh kaunsi ek yaad hai jo aaj bhi aapke chehre par smile le aati hai?
Comments mein likhiye. Shayad aapki ek yaad kisi aur ko bhi uske bachpan tak le jaaye.
Aur agar yeh episode aapke dil ko chhoo gaya ho, toh ise apne kisi apne ke saath zaroor share kijiye.
Aap chahte hain ki agle episodes mein hum kis baare mein baat karein?
Woh bhi batayiye.

Wed, 14 Oct 2026 - 263 - डर से मत डरो। The Secret to Courage। 5 Sawaal 5 Jawaab
Darr hum sabko lagta hai… lekin kya darr hamesha bura hota hai?
Apni zindagi mein maine mehsoos kiya hai ki jab bhi hum kuch naya, kuch bada ya kuch apne dil ke kareeb karne ki koshish karte hain, darr humse pehle wahan khada hota hai.
Lekin waqt ke saath mujhe samajh aaya ki darr hamesha humein rokne nahi aata. Kabhi-kabhi woh humein batane aata hai ki humein kis taraf badhna hai.
Is episode mein main aapse baat kar raha hoon darr ke baare mein—aur un 5 sawaalon ke baare mein jo shayad darr ko aapka dushman nahi, balki aapka saathi bana sakte hain.
Kyunki aksar darr ke us paar hi woh growth hoti hai jiska hum intezaar kar rahe hote hain.
Toh aaiye, apne darr se bhaagne ke bajaye, usse thoda samajhte hain. Usse pehchante hain. Aur phir… uske saath hi ek kadam aage badhte hain.
Aaj aapko kis baat ka sabse zyada darr lag raha hai?
Mere saath comments mein zaroor share kijiye.
Agar meri baat ne aapko kuch sochne par majboor kiya ho, toh episode ko Like aur Share kijiye, aur aisi hi baaton ke liye channel ko Subscribe zaroor kijiye.

Tue, 25 Aug 2026 - 262 - Sab Delay Kyun? Am I Late? 5 Sawaal/5 Jawaab
Zindagi Race Nahi, Ek Khoobsurat Safar Hai....
Aap late nahi hain. Aap bas apne waqt par taiyaar ho rahe hain.
Toh doosron ki race dekhkar apni zindagi ko judge karna thoda kam kijiye. Apne pace ki izzat kijiye. Kyunki zindagi jeetne ki race nahi hai… mehsoos karne ka ek khoobsurat safar hai.
Agar meri yeh baat aapke dil tak pahunchi, toh mujhe zaroor batayiyega.

Thu, 20 Aug 2026 - 261 - लोग क्या कहेंगे? Stop Waiting for Approval and Start Living Your Life.
Kabhi kisi ne mujhse poocha, "Sir, meri umar bahut kam hai... log mujhe seriously nahi lete." Aur kisi ne kaha, "Ab toh meri umar nikal gayi... ab shuru karke kya hoga?"
Mera jawab dono ke liye ek hi tha.....
Iss audio podcast mein main baat kar raha hoon uss soch ki jo humein rok deti hai—log kya kahenge, self-doubt, aur apne sapnon ko baar-baar justify karne ki aadat. Main apni zindagi ke kuch anubhav aur life lessons share kar raha hoon jo mujhe baar-baar yaad dilate hain ki self-growth ki koi age limit nahi hoti.
Chahe aap career ki nayi shuruaat karna chahte hon, apni identity dobara banana chahte hon, ya bas apne andar ke confidence ko jagana chahte hon—yeh conversation aapke liye hai.
Ek baat hamesha yaad rakhiye—aap kabhi late nahi hote. Har din khud ko behtar banane ka ek naya mauka hota hai. Bas... Zara Sa Aur!
Agar is episode ne aapko sochne, muskurane ya ek naya kadam uthane ki himmat di ho, toh podcast ko Follow zaroor kijiye aur ise uss insaan ke saath share kijiye jise aaj thodi si himmat aur ek naye nazariye ki zarurat hai.

Tue, 14 Jul 2026 - 260 - Jab Bhi Lagey Sab Aagey Nikal Gaye - Comparison Se Kaise Bachein?
Kya aapko bhi kabhi social media scroll karte hue lagta hai ki sab log zindagi mein aapse aage nikal gaye hain? Ki har kisi ki life perfect chal rahi hai, aur bas aap hi struggle kar rahe hain?
Dost, agar aapne kabhi aisa mehsoos kiya hai, toh yeh episode aapke liye hai.
Hum aksar dusron ki life ke highlights ko apni life ke behind-the-scenes se compare karne lagte hain. Isi comparison ke chakkar mein anxiety, self-doubt aur unnecessary pressure badhta chala jaata hai. Lekin kya sach mein zindagi kisi race ka naam hai?
Is episode mein, main apne kuch personal experiences aur learnings share kar raha hoon jo mujhe samajh aayi hain waqt ke saath. Hum baat karenge comparison ke is toxic cycle ko todne ki, apni journey ko accept karne ki, aur apni pace ko respect karne ki.
Yaad rakhiye, zindagi 100-meter sprint nahi hai. Yeh ek lambi, khoobsurat walk hai. Aap late nahi hain. Aap bas apni kahani apne waqt par likh rahe hain.
Toh chaliye, saath milkar thoda rukte hain, sochte hain, aur apni journey ko naye nazariye se dekhte hain.

Thu, 18 Jun 2026 - 259 - When You Fail In Life - 5 Sawaal/5 Jawaab
Hello Bandhu!
Hum aksar youth ko ek challenge, ek problem ya ek phase ke roop mein dekhte hain. Lekin mere liye youth woh raw material hai jisse kuch extraordinary tayyar kiya ja sakta hai.
Iss podcast episode mein, main un 5 mahatvapurn sawalon par apne vichaar share kar raha hoon jo aapki soch ko ek nayi disha de sakte hain. Kya aap kabhi dusron ki achievements dekhkar khud ko kam samajhne lagte hain? Kya aapko lagta hai ki zindagi mein jaldi fail ho jaana sab kuch khatam kar deta hai?
Aaiye, milkar samajhte hain ki har insaan ki kahani alag hoti hai, har safar ka apna ek script hota hai. Girna haar nahi hai; girna humein aur mazboot banne ki taiyaari deta hai. Jab hum apni potential par bharosa karna seekh jaate hain, tab hum zindagi ko apni sharton par jeena shuru kar dete hain.
Yeh episode un sabke liye hai jo apne andar chhupi sambhavnayon ko pehchanna chahte hain aur apni journey ko doosron se compare karne ke bajay, uska samman karna chahte hain.

Hello Doston!
Kiase hain aap?
Zindagi ke bade badlav aksar kisi ek bade faisle se nahi, balki roz ke chhote-chhote kadmon se shuru hote hain. Hum sab motivation ki talaash mein rehte hain, lekin asal mein humein aage badhata hai — discipline, consistency aur khud se pooche gaye sahi sawaal.
Is episode mein, main aapke saath 5 aise sawaal share kar raha hoon jo aapki soch, aapke faislon aur aapki zindagi ki disha ko ek naya nazariya de sakte hain. Yeh sawaal sirf jawaab dhoondhne ke liye nahi, balki apne aap ko aur gehraai se samajhne ke liye hain.
Aaiye, is audio safar mein saath chalte hain aur apni growth, self-awareness aur behtar jeevan ki taraf ek aur kadam badhaate hain.

Mon, 01 Jun 2026 - 257 - Aap Weak Nahi...Bas Thake Hue Hain
Main Ashish Vidyarthi… aaj aapse us thakaan ke baare mein baat karna chahta hoon jo dikhai nahi deti, par roz mehsoos hoti rehti hai.
Kabhi decisions thaka dete hain. Kabhi expectations. Kabhi har cheez ko sambhaalne ki koshish. Aur kabhi sirf yeh soch ki har sawaal ka jawab aaj hi dhoondhna hai.
Is audio episode mein, main baat kar raha hoon us mental aur emotional load ki jo hum sab quietly carry karte hain — work, family, future, responsibilities, aur khud ke beech balance banaane ki koshish mein.
Yeh koi motivational talk nahi… balki ek shaant si conversation hai — khud se, apni thakaan se, aur un baaton se jinhein shayad hum kaafi time se ignore karte aa rahe hain.
Agar aap bhi lately thoda zyada thake hue mehsoos kar rahe hain… toh shayad yeh episode aapke liye hai.
Aaiye… thodi der baat karte hain.

Tue, 19 May 2026 - 256 - Saath Rehkar Bhi Door....
Sometimes it feels like… in the process of managing life, we have slowly drifted away from ourselves and from the people we love. The home, responsibilities, routines, deadlines — everything continues… but somewhere along the way, conversations have reduced and silences have grown.
Even while living under the same roof, many times two different journeys continue side by side.
This podcast is not advice… it is simply a feeling. A few emotions and observations that perhaps all of us have experienced at some point — somewhere between adulthood, relationships, routines, and those quiet unspoken moments.
Listen… perhaps you may find a glimpse of your own life in it.
I am Ashish… and these are some unspoken conversations from my life and yours.
In today's podcast, we will discus:
• The rush of life and silent relationships
• Love buried beneath routine
• Two different journeys within the same home
• The changing form of love

Fri, 15 May 2026 - 255 - Apni Baat Kaise Kahen? Bina Kamzor Dikhe - Q&A Special
Why do we hide what we truly feel?
Why does being “strong” often mean staying silent?
In this Q&A based podcast , we explore the quiet emotions we keep suppressing — the feelings we minimise, delay, or never express at all.
Through simple yet deeply relatable reflections, this episode gently reminds us that healing doesn’t always begin with answers… sometimes, it begins with honesty.
Because the moment we start being truthful with ourselves, the heart slowly begins to feel lighter.

Fri, 01 May 2026 - 253 - Bachche Bade Ho Gaye Hain... Ab Main Kya Karoon?
When the house grows quieter and familiar voices turn into distant echoes, something within us begins to stir.
In this deeply reflective audio episode, Ashish Vidyarthi invites you to sit with that silence—not as a void, but as a doorway.
We spend years living for our children—celebrating their wins, carrying their worries, and building our world around theirs. And then one day, they take flight. What remains is not just an empty home, but a profound question: “Ab main kaun hoon?”
This episode gently explores what the world calls “empty nest” and reimagines it as a powerful new beginning. Through heartfelt reflections, you’ll be encouraged to look beyond the identity of being a parent and reconnect with the person you may have paused along the way.
This is not about loss. It’s about rediscovery.
It’s about embracing change, celebrating your children’s journey, and finally turning the gaze inward—to your own dreams, desires, and forgotten joys.
As you listen, allow yourself to slow down… to feel… and to begin again.
Because sometimes, in the quietest moments, we meet ourselves for the very first time.

Wed, 25 Mar 2026 - 252 - Why You Can't Sleep at Night?
In this episode, we sit together in those quiet, restless nights—when sleep feels distant and the mind refuses to slow down.
What we often label as “overthinking” may not be a flaw, but a gentle call to pause… and truly listen to ourselves.
There was a time when silence meant lying under a slowly spinning fan, watching thoughts come and go.
Today, it often means scrolling endlessly, trying to escape that same inner noise. The world has changed—but our need to be heard by ourselves hasn’t.
Through this audio experience, allow yourself to stay… not to fight the noise, but to listen to it with a little more kindness.
If this spoke to you, reflect with us—what is one thought that visited you recently and refused to leave?
Stay connected for more such heartfelt pauses.

Fri, 20 Mar 2026 - 251 - Aaspaas Log Kam Ho Gaye Hai?
Have you ever felt that your circle is slowly becoming smaller?
There was a time when the phone kept ringing and weekends were filled with plans. But as life moves forward, the noise fades and the number of people around us becomes fewer.
In this audio experience, listen to Mr. Ashish Vidyarthi reflect on why this shift is not always about losing people, but about discovering the beauty of deeper, more meaningful connections.
Moving from quantity to quality, he shares how some of the strongest relationships don’t need constant conversations to stay alive.
So pause for a moment, plug in your earphones, and allow this quiet reflection to accompany you.
If life has been feeling a little quieter lately, this one might just speak to your heart.

Fri, 13 Mar 2026 - 249 - Kuch Lafz Jo Hum Keh Na Paye
Sometimes, the pain in life is not because of the pain itself, but because of all the things we could not say. Is there a word (Lafz), a feeling, or a truth that reached your lips but couldn't become a voice?
In this deeply personal monologue, let's reflect on the emotional burden of unsaid words and ankahe ehsaas. We often carry this baggage—an unresolved mix of anger, silent love, unspoken complaints, and fear—to save relationships, but what is the cost to ourselves?
Here's me... sharing my journey of realizing that the things we silence don't just disappear; they return in our loneliest moments, asking, "What would have been lost if I had said it that day?"
This conversation is a profound reminder that we must acknowledge the existence of these feelings, not as a weakness, but as a path to self-love and self-care.
It’s a message that reminds us to embrace ourselves and the silent love we carry.
Join me in this thoughtful conversation on life philosophy and the liberating power of acknowledging our truth.
Apne Dil Ki Baat Kaho.

Sat, 07 Mar 2026 - 247 - Main Theek Hoon
Sometimes, life doesn’t tire us by being bad — it exhausts us by asking us to be good all the time.
In this conversation, I reflect on the quiet fatigue that comes from constantly adjusting, staying silent, and saying “I’m fine” when we are not. Being good is easy; being honest with ourselves is harder. This is about understanding that exhaustion is not weakness, setting boundaries is not selfish, and choosing truth over forced goodness is an act of self-love.
If you’re feeling tired, pause. Listen to yourself. Today, it’s okay to stop being good — being real is enough.

Mon, 02 Mar 2026 - 246 - Khud Par Bharosa Rakho
In this episode, Ashish Vidyarthi invites you to look deeper — not at the world, but at yourself. In a compelling and heartfelt conversation on belief and courage, he challenges you to confront the one question that defines every life journey: Do you trust the person staring back at you?
In “खुद पर भरोसा रखो,” Ashish strips away the noise of external expectations and asks us to feel the weight of our own potential. When fear whispers “you can’t,” he shows how belief can whisper back, “watch me.”
This isn’t just motivation — it’s a mirror held up to your own aspirations, reminding you that every great change starts with one simple truth:your belief in yourself is your greatest strength.
Listen to this episode and let it awaken the courage you already carry within.

Tue, 24 Feb 2026 - 245 - Maine Jo Sapna Dekha Tha...
“Maine Jo Sapna Dekha Tha… Woh Kahi Kho Gaya” is a heartfelt reflection on how dreams sometimes slip away,
yet the journey and lessons along the way matter more than the destination. Through simple yet profound storytelling,
Ashish Vidyarthi encourages us to reclaim our lost aspirations, rediscover purpose, and find meaning even when life
doesn’t go as planned.
Have you ever paused and asked yourself — when did I stop dreaming boldly?
What if your forgotten dream is still waiting for you to show up?
Maybe it’s not too late — maybe it’s just time to begin again.
Because setbacks don’t define you — your decision to rise again does.
And sometimes, losing a dream is life’s way of leading you to a bigger one.
A powerful reminder: it’s never about what slipped away, but what you choose to rebuild.

Fri, 20 Feb 2026 - 244 - Ghar Se Door Rehana...
In this episode titled - “Ghar Se Door Rehana.. घर से दूर रहना..”, Ashish Vidyarthi opens his heart about the silent ache of living away from home. He reflects on the loneliness that sometimes creeps in, the memories that unexpectedly flood back, and the quiet strength it takes to build a life far from familiar walls.
Through his deeply personal storytelling, he reminds us that distance doesn’t weaken our roots — it tests them. Being away from home teaches resilience, gratitude, and a deeper understanding of what “home” truly means.
A gentle, emotional reminder that no matter how far we go, a part of us always belongs to where it all began.

Mon, 26 Jan 2026 - 239 - ये सोच आपका CAREER बदल देगी.. This thought will CHANGE your PROFESSIONAL CAREER
Are you fixed or are you giving yourself choices?
You know most of us for our travels use google maps...
These help us find the best route to our destination.
But what happens when a road is blocked or if there is a traffic jam?
Whether you rely on navigation systems or any other means to reach your destination....
We all recalibrate our route for each obstruction that stands our way.
Now think about your career or professional life....the means to put bread on our table...To feed ourselves and to fulfil our needs, wants and dreams.
Why is it that we don't take steps to succeed in our career/job/ professional lives?
What sort of recalibration would that demand from us?
Here's some food for thought that'll help you elevate your career.
Hope this adds value to you.

How important is your life, for you? How important is your family?
So much of our time is spent in discussing things that may have nothing to do with us, our dreams, and the dreams that we have for our family.
Most of, or usually everything that we discuss, we have no control of!
When it comes to my life, my work... I need to think about myself, my growth, and my success.
This thought of only caring about oneself might sound selfish yet I am inviting you to be selfish.
Here's why! - listen to discover.
Do let me know if you would like me to make more such videos.

In our journey through life, we often encounter situations, relationships, and even thoughts that can feel "toxic." They can drain our energy, cloud our judgment, and hold us back from becoming our best selves.

Tue, 16 Dec 2025 - 236 - How a Friend Saved Me When I Had Nothing - A Personal Story on Dosti
"ये दोस्ती हम नहीं तोड़ेंगे..." How many times have you sung this iconic song with your dearest friends ?
The friendship of Jai and Veeru from the movie Sholay is etched in our hearts, defining what true companionship looks like.
In this heart-to-heart conversation, I explore the real romance of life: friendship.
Life is a journey, and having a friend in the sidecar makes the ride worthwhile, turning difficulties into celebrations.
Friends are the ones who steer when we're lost and provide balance when we wobble. They are the ones who remind us, "तू अकेला नहीं है रे। मैं हूं ना तेरे साथ" (You are not alone. I am here with you).
I also share a personal story from my early days, a time when I was at a career crossroads with no money for food, and how the unwavering support of a friend gave me the strength to carry on.
So, what's the thought for today?
Don't live the romance of your life alone. Make friends, and reconnect with old ones. Call that "Veeru" in your life and say, "Let's meet for tea." Celebrate the madness, the drama, and the unconditional support that only a friend can bring.
What does friendship mean to you? Share your stories and tag a friend in the comments below!

Tue, 11 Nov 2025 - 226 - Relationships Are Not Subscriptions: Letting Go With Grace.
Namaskar Bandhu!
In this heartfelt episode of “I Am Possible,” Ashish Vidyarthi dives deep into the truth of relationships—how to love without losing yourself, when to hold on, and when to let go with grace.
Key takeaways:
Relationships aren’t lifelong subscriptions—exits are okay when respect fades.
Don’t carry “emotional antiques”—toxic ties drain your present and future.
Walk beside people, don’t sit on them—support without suffocating.
Breathe before you react—most fights come from instant reactions, not lack of love.
Empty your “cup” of yesterday to taste today—don’t bring old baggage into new bonds.
Respect is non-negotiable—kindness isn’t a one-sided agreement.
Not all silences are abandonment, and not all exits are failures.
Stories & metaphors you’ll love:
The samurai and the monk: the difference between heaven and hell is in our response.
Karna from the Mahabharata: respecting choices while honoring your own truth.
The overflowing tea cup: make space for new, healthy connections.
If this conversation resonated, share it with someone who needs to hear:
“Letting go isn’t betrayal—it’s self-respect in action."

In this powerful episode, Ashish Vidyarthi explores the tension between the mirage we chase and the reality we live. From EMI pressure, FOMO, and Insta validation to lessons from Mahabharat’s Maya Sabha, this talk is a candid reminder to live within our means and choose peace over pretense.
What you’ll hear:
The cost of appearing successful vs living truthfully
“If your lifestyle is richer than your bank balance, your peace will be poorer than your Instagram bio.”
Duryodhan and the illusion of comparison (Maya Sabha)
Personal money lessons: credit card debt, auto-pay discipline, and second-hand cars
Why simplicity is clarity—not poverty
Happiness is in enough, not excess
Landmark Forum insight: “The money you have is the money you have.”
Core message:
Lifestyle should follow reality, not insecurity
Enjoy luxuries when they’re earned, not borrowed
Public happiness shouldn’t be private pain
Live your truth—because respect follows authenticity.
If this resonated, share it with someone feeling the pressure to “keep up.”
Cheers to love, and to your amazing reality.

Zindagi… ek ajeeb si journey hai. Kabhi ups, kabhi downs. Hum sab kabhi na kabhi down feel karte hain… Main aur Rupali bhi. Lekin maine ek baat samjhi hai — "Hum zindagi ko celebrate kar sakte hain, har haal mein!"
Main past mein ulajhta nahi… main hamesha poochhta hoon — "What next?"
Aur jab dil bhaari hota hai, toh Rupali aur main ek simple formula follow karte hain —
"Apne aap par hasso, thoda sa waqt chura lo khud ke liye… aur apni life ka rhythm badal do!"
Iss video mein, hum share kar rahe hain woh chhoti-chhoti baatein jo hum dono ko cheerful banaye rakhti hain…Humare conversations, humare lamhe, aur ek soch
— “Zindagi ko seriously nahi, dil se jeeyo.”
Toh agar aap bhi kabhi low feel karte ho, yeh video aapke liye ek nudge ho sakta hai…
Aaiye, milkar thoda sa muskuraate hain

Tue, 09 Sep 2025 - 219 - Job Chhodne Ka Soch Rahe Ho? Yeh Suno Pehle! | Ashish Vidyarthi
Doston, kabhi socha hai ki hum apni life mein kitni baar dare hain?
Naye shuruat se, naye raste se, naye sapno se… Sirf isliye kyunki darr lagta hai—"Agar career change kiya toh kya hoga?"
Par ek baat bataun? Zindagi sirf ek hi baar milti hai… Aur yeh ek hi zindagi sirf sochne ke liye nahi, jeene ke liye bani hai!
Maine bhi yeh sab mehsoos kiya tha jab sirf ek actor tha… par ek din maine socha—kyun na naye raste kholein? Kyun na naye doors knock karein? Aaj main sirf ek actor nahi, balki motivational speaker, vlogger, aur stand-up comedian bhi hoon!
Career change ek risk nahi, ek opportunity hai! Aapke andar jo talent hai, usko pehchano aur naye opportunities ko embrace karo. Sirf ek path ko follow karne ki zaroorat nahi, naye raaste khud banao! Kyunki career wahi hota hai jo aap apni zindagi ke saath karte ho!
Agar aap bhi career change ke baare mein soch rahe hain, par andar ek darr hai, ek shanka hai… toh yeh video aapke liye hai. Main chahata hoon ki aap apni zindagi khul ke jiyo! ️
Bas ek kadam badhao… duniya intezaar kar rahi hai!
Agar yeh baat dil ko choo gayi, toh LIKE karo, SHARE karo, aur SUBSCRIBE zaroor karna… Kyunki hum sabko ek doosre ki zaroorat hai.
Alshukran Bandhu,
Alshukran Zindagi.

Have you ever felt like everyone else is racing ahead while you're stuck in the same place? Trust me, I've been there. In a world where we're constantly bombarded with others' successes, it's easy to look inward and wonder, "What's wrong with me?" Friends, family, and even those closest to us might point out where we're falling short, intensifying that sinking feeling.
As someone who is constantly in the public eye, I face this too. There are days when disappointment knocks me down, when criticism feels overwhelming, and when self-doubt creeps in. But over the years, I've learned how to navigate these storms.
In this episode, I open my heart to you. I’ll share how I’ve dealt with these moments, how I’ve shifted my mindset, and how you too can find your footing when life feels like it’s slipping away. This isn't just about me—it's about us embarking on a journey to rediscover our inner ingredients. Remember, feeling lost doesn't make you a loser. It's a sign that you're human, and together, we can find our way back to hope and purpose.
It’s not about never falling—it’s about how we rise every single time we fall.
Join me, and let's transform that devastating feeling into a powerful force that propels us forward.

Fri, 07 Feb 2025 - 212 - Has Ashish Vidyarthi Left The Film Industry?
At 59, having acted in over 350 films in 11 languages, I still get asked, "Have you left movies?" or "Why are you not seen in films anymore?" Here's something I want to share with you all.
I have traveled far and wide, and explored the ever-expanding world of cinema & social media, you’d think I’ve seen it all. But the truth is, I’m hungry—hungry for more roles, new experiences, and deeper connections. Every day, I ask myself, “What’s next?”
Life is an evolving canvas, isn’t it? We carry dreams that once defined us—like my dream of visiting Machu Picchu or making my own film. Yet, while some dreams remain unrealized, countless unexpected treasures have unfolded in their place. These hidden gems remind us that the magic of life lies not just in chasing our old dreams but in staying present to the new ones that emerge along the way.
In this podcast, I’ll share how I navigate life’s twists and turns, balancing stand-up comedy, vlogging, motivational speaking, and acting. It’s not about juggling; it’s about being present in the moment and finding fulfillment in the things that inspire us.
Yes, challenges are part of the deal. There are moments when life feels overwhelming, when too many things seem to hold us back. But here’s the key: it’s not the external circumstances that limit us—it’s how we interpret them. By rewiring that internal translator, we can turn obstacles into stepping stones and possibilities into realities.
This conversation is just the beginning of a deeper exploration into doing more with your life—living it fully, authentically, and with joy.
Let me know in the comments - What inspires you? What’s holding you back? Let’s start a dialogue, because every step towards the life you dream of begins with a thought, an idea, and the courage to act.
Your journey inspires me as much as I hope mine inspires you.
If this resonates, don’t forget to like, share, and follow on this journey.
Let’s unlock those hidden opportunities together, my friend.
With love and warmth,
Ashish Vidyarthi

Fri, 05 Apr 2024 - 205 - Abhay Deol's FEARLESS thoughts on LIVING AN AUTHENTIC LIFE | The Billion Dreams #motivation #actor
Staying true to his name, 'Abhay' - the Fearless one, a man who describes his life as a provocative journey and undauntedly wears his heart on his sleeves, it's our honour to have him on the podcast, "The Billion Dreams."
Abhay Deol, a name that conjures up images of a brooding Devdas, a witty conman in Oye Lucky! Lucky Oye!, or a carefree adventurer in Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. But beyond the silver screen facade lies a man who defies easy categorization. Abhay Deol is more than just an actor; he's a thinker, a questioner, a seeker on a journey of self-discovery.
Born into Bollywood royalty, Deol could have easily coasted on family fame. Instead, he carved his own path, shunning formulaic roles and gravitating towards those that challenged him and resonated with his soul. His filmography reflects a restless spirit, a constant exploration of human complexities and societal issues. But Deol's quest isn't confined to the film sets. He's an avid traveler, seeking inspiration and understanding in diverse cultures and experiences. He's a vocal advocate for mental health awareness, openly discussing his own struggles and encouraging others to break the stigma. Deol's persona is an intriguing blend of contradictions. He's reserved yet enigmatic, introspective yet fiercely opinionated. He's comfortable in his own skin, unfazed by the trappings of fame, and more interested in exploring the depths of human experience than basking in the spotlight. He's a man who walks his own path, guided by his own compass, and that's perhaps what makes him so compelling, both on-screen and off.
Last seen together, sharing the screen for the drama series, 'Trial by Fire,' catch Ashish Vidyarthi & Abhay Deol in a candid tête-à-tête where they delve into the depths of the Indian film industry, dissect the role of fate, the price of bold choices, and the delicate dance between personal happiness and that of others. Brace yourself for a thought-provoking exploration of morality, artistic expression, and the power to craft your own life's narrative. This is more than a conversation; it's a journey into the hearts and minds of two extraordinary artists. Don't miss it!

Kahi dur kisse shuru hue aur baatein judti gayi, waqt yuh guzar gaya ki afsana ban gaya!
A Celebration of 20 years of friendship, of togetherness, a hug of comfort and the warmth of love; sometimes breaking bread and sip of hot chai; creating a world where thoughts flow like free verses, sharing our love for poetry like two friends sharing their favourite pie…. When Two Friends, Two Artists, poles apart yet so close together meet, come witness the Magic that gets created
In a fast-paced world, Manoj Tapadia is like a petrichor, rare yet familiarly pleasant, a filmmaker, screenwriter, and a poet, emerging as a luminary, weaving his unique narrative from the heart of Odisha's steel city, Rourkela, to the pulsating streets of Mumbai. Raised in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, amidst the rich milieu of Hindi literature, Manoj's journey is a testament to the power of enduring passion and cultural roots. Since setting foot in Mumbai in 1997, he has carved a niche in the advertising world, notably as the creative lead for Lifebuoy at Lowe Lintas and the mind behind the award-winning campaigns "Little Gandhi" and "Bindas Bol." His evolution from a junior copywriter to an acclaimed ad filmmaker, with over 100 films and accolades from both local and international forums, mirrors his deep-seated love for storytelling. Beyond the advertising realm, Manoj's talents have flourished in the Indian film industry, contributing to notable films like "Cheeni Kum" and "Madras Café" as a screenwriter, dialogue writer, and lyricist. As he currently juggles writing and directing TV commercials, scriptwriting for prominent directors, and nurturing his debut feature film, Manoj Tapadia remains, at his core, a storyteller – painting vivid narratives through lens, words, and verses.
In this incredible episode, Manoj Tapadia and Ashish Vidyarthi sit down in a candid conversation to chat about life and more. In this share of heart you will hear some unheard kisse from their lives; talking about Fate and free will; Stories ranging from Gulzaar Sahab, Dilip Kumar, and Julia Roberts to sharing their thoughts on the Animal Movie debate; How a writer pens a character sketch allowing you to take a peek into the mind of an artist; How each of their life journeys are influenced by poetry and prominent poets that left a mark in their hearts; How Manoj Tapadia became a writer and Why Ashish Vidyarthi doesn’t watch his own film?… this and many more revelations coming up in this impromptu meetup.

Tue, 30 Jan 2024 - 196 - You'll be SHOCKED to know how this BAUL VILLAGE Works *MINDBLOWN* ft Banglanatak & Ashish
This "The Billion Dreams" episode will blow your mind away!
In a world where social interactions are increasingly confined to digital realms, Mr. Bhattacharya is silently doing something in the realm of art and traditional music that is going to change the way the world views community and music.
Today on the 17th episode of #TBD we are excited for you to meet a visionary architect of cultural preservation, Mr. Amitava Bhattacharya, the force behind a remarkable initiative shaping a global narrative, Bannabagram – Baul Ashram. Nestled in the serene embrace of East Burdwan District, Bannabagram stands as a testament to the fusion of creativity and nature, fostering an environment where artistic expression thrives through communities. A distinguished graduate from IIT Kharagpur and a Chevening Scholar on Leadership and Excellence from the London School of Economics, Mr. Bhattacharya's journey transcends conventional boundaries. A proud recipient of the ‘Times Now Amazing Indian’ Award in 2013 and the ‘TiEGER’ Award in 2014, and with a career spanning 33 years, he founded Banglanatak.com, a social enterprise dedicated to inclusive and sustainable development through culture-based approaches.
Banglanatak.com pioneers the philosophy of "Making Changes Using Culture as a Tool," working tirelessly for the rights of women, children, and indigenous communities. This unique organization has propelled 270 musicians across Rajasthan, Bihar, and Jharkhand to participate in the preservation of community culture. Engaged in performing arts and handicrafts, Banglanatak.com breathes life into traditional art forms, making them relevant to contemporary times.
Remarkably, nearly 1500 women from Bannabagram earn their livelihood through the art of 'Katha Stitch,' with 150-200 women actively involved in this enriching craft within the village. Mr. Bhattacharya's vision echoes the sentiments of Ashish Vidyarthi's father, Sri. Govind Vidyarthi, who dedicated his life to preserving performing arts. Much like Ashish's father, Mr. Bhattacharya ensures the sustainability of artists, providing a source of livelihood while safeguarding our cultural heritage.
Hats off to Mr. Bhattacharya for orchestrating the beautiful concept of Baul, breathing life into India's art forms. If you yearn for soulful Baul music, Bannabagram is the place to be.
We are blown away by how this village operates and how the community thrives, would love to hear your thoughts on this in the comments below.
Spread the word about this commendable work.
Share this episode with friends and family who love Indian Culture & Traditional Music.
Stay tuned for more engaging conversations with trailblazers who carve unique paths, leaving footprints for others to follow and make a difference in our world.

In Priya's words - It's important to have faith in the power of manifestation and believe in 'tawaqul' - (Believing in the path that God has designed for you).

Sat, 27 May 2023 - 175 - *Almost Dead* Multiple fractures..Lost Everything...Yet He Didn't Give Up! Raman's Inspiration Story | Ep. 27
Let me take the privilege of introducing you to my schoolmate Raman Kwatra who has truly set an example of how to live life despite challenges with zest and willingness by exhibiting an unmatched desire to achieve your goals.
In 2020 during COVID during a cycling ride of 50 km, Raman's life took a tragic turn wherein he met with a fatal accident that caused him multiple fractures and critical injuries. He was in the hospital and the road to recovery wasn't easy.
Raman still has not got back the complete sensation in the upper body as the nerves haven't recovered completely and he feels exhausted after walking for a small distance. Despite all the physical challenges Raman has a very strong mind, an athlete in him has never stopped him from running after his goal.
The true sportsman spirit can be witnessed when you see Raman at 57 starting up a Startup named 'RYZ' that deals with clothes that you can wear throughout the day be it during morning walks, gym, shopping or doing yoga, cycling and the material is quick to dry. That's not it, the clothing line has been designed in such a manner that if you change one layer it gets transformed into a semi-casual look. The brand is built on the concept of 'athleisure' - athletic leisure.
It's ironic to see my dear friend who has been into active sports and adventure activities throughout his life now fighting back to get back his agility. Right from participating in the Himalayan Car Rally to cycling, playing badminton all his life, Raman has done it all. He lost his full-time job after the accident but never gave up hope. It's hope that keeps each one of us alive and kicking.
But, as it is said 'where there is a will, there is a way', Raman had the will and he has found his way of getting his life back on track. He has a beautiful way of looking at life, he says the human body is made up in a way that it will heal on its own so one day he will completely recuperate and has no worries on that front.

Sat, 13 May 2023 - 171 - Central Park, New York in 2018 - A Conversation With My Childhood Friend | Ashish Vidyarthi & Murali Balaraman | Ep. 24
Today, I am going to share a short and very interesting conversation that I shot in the year 2018 with my childhood friend from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi - Murali Balaraman while walking in the musical ambience of 'Central Park' in New York.
Murali has been in the profession of investments for many years now and the same demands him to make many critical decisions. So, he is the right person to deep dive into the topic of 'decision making'.
During our discussion, Murali and I delved into the intricacies of decision-making, highlighting the significance of anticipating and preparing for unfavorable outcomes. As Murali aptly stated, one must take mature responsibility for their decisions and be receptive to course correction while remaining composed in the face of uncertainty.
I invite you, my dear friends, to watch this amazing conversation and understand the importance of decision-making wherein you are fully conscious and mature to take responsibility for the outcome of your decisions. Let's keep re-emphasizing the importance of being in action wherever we are and being open to course correction while allowing ourselves the freedom to make mistakes!

Fri, 05 May 2023 - 170 - Mastering the Leadership Mindset: Insights from the Best in the Business With Ashish Vidyarthi | Ep. 23
Life is like an endless conversation that takes place every day, both with ourselves and with those we meet. The ones that we have with ourselves are definitely more introspective in nature and the ones with others help shape our perspective toward life and beyond. This is one such conversation.
As I bid goodbye to Goa after an insightful event with NIIT and head to my next destination, I get the privilege to interact with an incredible leader - Ms. Rajkamal Vempati, Head of Human Resources at Axis Bank. It is wonderful to get a peek into the mind of Rajkamal about the varied aspects relating to the world of corporates and the way she exemplifies certain critical aspects of a professional's life is simply amazing. What impresses me the most is the way she defines Leadership. Rajkamal is truly mercurial in her thoughts and her rich experience reflects in her conversation.
As this tête-à-tête unfolds, Rajkamal beautifully defines the stages of a professional by drawing a parallel to the different 'Ashramas' of life as mentioned in the Vedas. Further, she also explains how it's important to be curious to learn and add value to your professional life. She emphasizes on the importance of consciously learning a new thing each year to add value to your professional life and to stop harping on past experiences and learnings for a successful future.
I invite you to witness this fascinating conversation with a top HR professional and learn new things as she shares nuggets of knowledge from her rich professional experience.
I promise you, this conversation will surely be a value add to your life.
