Ireland has committed more than €670 million in bilateral support to Ukraine since the war began in February 2022... That includes more than €254 million in humanitarian and stabilization support, over €200 million in military assistance, including non-lethal equipment, as well as a further €125 million package announced for 2026... Last week, it was announced that Ireland is to provide €10 million towards the modernization of military training facilities in Ukraine — some view that as a significant development in Ireland’s support for the Ukrainian military.... A lot of people have been asking about Mary Gordon, who was such a much-loved contributor to the show for many years. Mary has been through a very difficult health journey over the past number of months, but I’m delighted to say there’s some good news. Leanne and I went to visit Mary at home last Wednesday, and she’s looking really well after everything she’s been through. We had a great chat, lots of laughs, and it was just lovely to see her again.
