Last season, Steve Crossman sat down with Brentford midfielder Fabio Carvalho and club psychologist Michael Caulfield to discuss how the club’s culture of talking openly has helped their players. Michael installed a bench at the training ground, dubbed 'Michael’s bench', where players can discuss what is on their mind and share. It has been such a success that the club have installed three more benches at the training ground for their Academy teams and are now putting up more benches around the local community, encourage people to talk to help with their mental health.

Reigning Premier League Champions Arsenal are taking on FA Cup winners Manchester City in the Community Shield on Sunday, with both clubs having very different off-seasons, so Aaron Paul along with Clinton Morrison, Phil Brown and Dwight Gayle try and breakdown what’s gone on inside the two clubs.

For the first time in a decade Manchester City begin the season without Pep Guardiola at the helm - Enzo Maresca is the new man in the dugout, so the guys try to put themselves in Maresca’s shoes and try to gage how he will be feeling come Sunday.

For Arsenal they are the reigning champions for the first time in over 20 years…how will they cope with being the side everyone else is looking to beat?

Meet your Football Daily World Cup team. Rick Edwards and comedian Lloyd Griffith will be with you every day throughout the tournament from their base in Los Angeles, taking you along for the journey and bringing you closer to the biggest stories from this year's World Cup.

Before they head off, the pair are joined by commentator Ian Dennis to find out what tournament life is really like. How do you live and work together for six weeks? The result leaves Pep Guardiola’s side level on points with Arsenal, but above on goals scored with just five games remaining of the season.

Liam Rosenior has been sacked as Chelsea head coach after just 106 days in charge. It follows a run of five defeats without scoring, for the first time since 1912.
