We are walking to the ocean to raise money for Project Ownership, a project to transform a shipping container into a livable space that students will own and rent to tenants as an Airbnb in order to earn profit and invest in their own futures. Throughout the construction process, students will learn crucial professional and life skills that will empower them to overcome gentrification and poverty within their own neighborhoods.

The second part of the project: Jason Peters has gifted both Mayors physical time capsules that are to be kept in their respective City Hall's until 2100. These time capsules must be brought together in order to understand the hidden message.
