Bestie it's time to manifest the most important relationship you will ever have: the one with yourself. I didn't answer this question during Q&A in the episode, but my self-discovery journey began 13 years ago. It involved so much trial and error, and encountering different experiences, to learn all of the things I share with you today. From my personal experience, I can assure you that confidence is KING (or queen, actually). So, we're tapping into confidence consciousness by transcending the wounded feminine.

Often, self-sabotage manifests from a deep subconscious belief that you are not worthy or good enough. This leads you to sabotage relationships with "the best guy" for you, and you end up in relationships that reinforce your limiting beliefs, ultimately settling with your own shadow.

Feminine energy is a powerful force that can be harnessed to create a sense of balance and fulfillment in your life. It's often associated with qualities such as intuition, receptivity, and empathy. In this episode, I talk about the concept of infinite states of being available to us, and how all we have to do is occupy a state to shift our realities. Why? because creation was finished at the birth of time. There is nothing to actually create, but to reveal. Remember that saying "energy can't be created or destroyed" .. energy has nowhere to go. It's always there .. you just have to see it.

Love is the answer and almost every imbalance is simply a violation of this sacred energy.
