Aleva gets a reading assignment and chooses not to do it. When it's time to read what they've learnt she can't do. She's embarrassed but she also realises that the rest of the class can read much better than her so she needs to catchup.

Then she sees others playing together and having fun and realised that it's more fun with friends but they won't play with her because she didn't share with them. Then they ask to borrow the toys again and she says yes and ends up making friends and having fun. She learns that sharing can make you happy.

Rita loves soccer and wants to play when she's big. She goes to granny for magic to make her good but learns that practice is what she needs and practice is how you become good at something.

Aleva steals a chocolate and lies about it. She learns that when you don't tell the truth, people stop believing you and that can have consequences.

Aleva comes to a village where everyone is held back by fear. She is brave and discovers the village that is full of brave people and because they are brave, they express themselves and are happy.

Aleva learns that bad behaviour ulis usually because someone has an emotion they can't deal with and she learns that if she has a problem, she should talk to her mom
