Thu, 11 Jun 2026 - 2006 - Chris Dalas Exposes Australia's Guardianship Parasitoid Industry: Human Rights Under Attack
TS Radio Network and The Marti Oakley Show come out swinging in this explosive episode as Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid welcome AASGAA's Chris Dalas for a no-holds-barred look at what critics call Australia's Parasitoid Industry. Behind the polished language of "care," "protection," and "guardianship" lies a system that families across Australia say is destroying lives, stripping rights, seizing assets, and isolating vulnerable people from those who love them most. Chris Dalas exposes a system that many believe has become a legalized pipeline for exploitation, operating with little oversight and even less accountability. This isn't about a few bad actors. It's about an entire industry that critics allege feeds off the elderly, the disabled, and society's most vulnerable citizens while government agencies, tribunals, trustees, lawyers, and professional guardians close ranks to protect the system. The stories are heartbreaking. The allegations are chilling. The evidence presented raises a disturbing question: When a system profits from controlling human beings, is it serving the public—or feeding on it? From forced isolation and asset seizures to the destruction of families and basic human rights, Chris Dalas delivers a stark warning that what is happening in Australia mirrors abuses being reported around the world. If you've ever wondered how crimes against humanity can occur in plain sight, this episode will leave you asking questions you can no longer ignore. TS Radio Network and The Marti Oakley Show—exposing the predators, challenging the system, and giving a voice to those it tried to erase.

The book blends lived experience with decades of clinical expertise to help survivors reclaim their voice, identity, and power. A professor, licensed counselor, and nationally recognized advocate, Dr. Paone also testified before the United States Senate Special Committee on Aging in 2023, sounding the alarm on guardianship abuse, elder exploitation, and the systemic failures harming vulnerable Americans. This conversation cuts straight to the heart of emotional abuse, coercive control, institutional betrayal, and the fight for justice and recovery. From the courtroom to the counseling room, Dr. Paone exposes the hidden damage caused by manipulation, silence, and unchecked power—and why survivors must never be ignored. If you have ever questioned how abuse hides in plain sight, or how survivors rebuild after trauma, this is an episode you cannot afford to miss.

Fri, 22 May 2026 - 2003 - Exclusive Interview with Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo (Parts I and II)
eking Truth and Justice podcast presents a compelling two-part interview featuring Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo, President and CEO of the Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition (BACC), in conversation with Lawrence Lucas. Known nationally for her landmark environmental justice and whistleblower case against the EPA, Dr. Coleman-Adebayo brings decades of activism, scholarship, and moral clarity to this conversation. Before leading the fight to protect the Bethesda African Burial Ground, Dr. Marsha Coleman-Adebayo became nationally known for her courageous battle against the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), where she served as a senior policy analyst. Dr. Coleman-Adebayo explains why the struggle is about far more than land. It is about memory, dignity, truth, and restoring humanity to ancestors whose lives and deaths were systematically erased from public consciousness. During her tenure at the EPA, Dr. Coleman-Adebayo raised serious concerns about environmental and human rights abuses connected to a U.S.-based mining operation in South Africa. After reporting those concerns internally and externally, she became the target of retaliation, discrimination, and a hostile work environment. Refusing to remain silent, Dr. Coleman-Adebayo filed a historic lawsuit against the EPA and, in 2000, won a landmark federal jury verdict on the basis of race and sex discrimination under the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Her case ultimately inspired the creation and passage of the federal No FEAR Act (Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retaliation Act) — the first civil rights and whistleblower protection law of the 21st century. Signed into law in 2002, the No FEAR Act requires federal agencies to be held financially accountable for violations involving discrimination and retaliation against employees. This deeply important discussion also examines the fight to preserve the Bethesda African Burial Ground, where hundreds of formerly enslaved Africans and free Black residents dating back to the 1800s are believed to be buried beneath present-day residential and public property in Montgomery County, Maryland. The interview also highlights the recent historic legal decision by Montgomery County Circuit Court Judge Karla N. Smith, who denied the Housing Opportunities Commission's motion to dismiss the Bethesda African Cemetery Coalition's lawsuit — allowing the case to proceed toward discovery and trial. This is not simply an interview — it is a masterclass in courage, resistance, truth-telling, and the power of standing firm against institutional injustice. Sat, 16 May 2026 - 2002 - TS Radio Producer David McClam on the Cost of Truth: Why One-Star Means You’re Winning
Tonight on The Marti Oakley Show, Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid are joined by TS Radio's producer, David McClam, for a candid, behind-the-scenes look at how it all started—and what it took to endure. From the early days on BlogTalk Radio to building a platform that refuses to be silenced, this episode traces the evolution of a show that doesn't just report the truth—it confronts it head-on. When you challenge corruption and expose exploitation, pushback is inevitable. Those one-star reviews? They weren't setbacks. They were signals. Signals that the truth was landing where it needed to.Signals that the right people were feeling the pressure.Signals that the work was making an impact. David knows that reality all too well. Through his work on True Crime & Authors, he's faced the same backlash—because shining a light on real cases and uncomfortable truths tends to draw heat. The pattern is clear: when you get too close to the truth, the noise follows. But instead of retreating, this team leaned in. Coz, Marcel, and David break down how criticism became confirmation, how resistance became fuel, and how TS Radio carved out a space where truth isn't filtered to make people comfortable. This isn't just a reflection—it's a declaration. If you want to understand what it means to stand firm, take the hits, and keep going anyway, this is an episode you don't want to miss.
Fri, 01 May 2026 - 2001 - Justice for Betty Hayes: The Daughter Who Took On Michigan’s System — and Won
This isn't just a story — it's a warning. On this explosive episode of The Marti Oakley Show, hosts Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid sit down with Cynthia Mifsud, daughter of Betty Hayes and the driving force behind the Justice for Betty Hayes Movement in the State of Michigan. What she uncovered should shake every American. Faced with a system stacked against her, Cynthia didn't back down — she went pro se, armed herself with AI, and fought back against a guardianship machine that tried to take everything. And against the odds, she did what many are told is impossible… She set her mother free. This episode pulls back the curtain on a system critics say profits from control, silence, and isolation — where families are pushed aside and rights can vanish behind closed doors. Cynthia exposes the tactics, the resistance she faced, and how she turned technology into a weapon for justice. This is no longer just one family's fight. This is a movement. Michigan is ground zero — and the battle is far from over.

Mon, 13 Apr 2026 - 1999 - Jody White: Kornak Corruption Exposed
TONIGHT on TS Radio Network & The Marti Oakley Show Jody White of V.I.P.S. of Michigan joins Marcel Reid and Coz Skaife to expose a case that is now exploding across Michigan—and raising serious questions at the highest levels. At the center: Traci Kornak, a politically connected attorney now charged with multiple felonies for allegedly embezzling from a vulnerable adult under her control. That victim? Rosalene Burd—now dead. But this story goes deeper… much deeper. Kornak wasn't just any attorney—she was tied directly to Dana Nessel, serving on her transition team and maintaining a close political relationship. And here's where it gets explosive: An earlier investigation into Kornak was quietly closed by the Attorney General's office. Lawmakers are now raising alarms about possible conflicts of interest and ethics violations tied to that decision. Oversight officials have gone as far as questioning whether the handling of the case was “incompetence… or corruption.” Evidence presented to investigators flagged hundreds of thousands of dollars in questionable transactions tied to a vulnerable woman's estate. Tonight, Jody White breaks it down: How does someone entrusted to protect the vulnerable end up accused of exploiting them? Why was this case allegedly ignored… until now? And how deep do the political connections go? This isn't just negligence. This isn't just misconduct. This is a system that many believe protects its own—while the victims are left to die. If you think probate abuse is rare… think again. Tune in. Listen carefully. And decide for yourself.
Tue, 07 Apr 2026 - 1998 - Topher’s Law: Turning Pain Into Power and Reform
What if a guardian could legally cut you off from your own family—and your loved ones had to go to court just to see you? Join hosts Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid for a powerful and urgent discussion with Marcia Southwick of NASGA and Twila Foley. At the center of this conversation is Topher's Law—a proposed reform designed to restore a fundamental human right: the ability to maintain contact with family. Under current systems, families can be blocked, isolated, and forced to petition courts just for basic communication. This law aims to reverse that burden—requiring guardians to justify isolation, not families to fight against it. From firsthand experience to national advocacy, this episode exposes how guardianship can be used to isolate and control—and what's being done to stop it.
Mon, 30 Mar 2026 - 1997 - Nick Bryant on Jeffrey Epstein: The Silence of Power
What if the truth isn't hidden… just ignored? On this explosive episode of the Marti Oakley Show, hosts Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid sit down with investigative journalist Nick Bryant—a man who has spent years exposing the power structure behind Jeffrey Epstein. And this time—he doesn't hold back. Bryant lays out what he believes the evidence points to: a web of influence so far-reaching that powerful figures, institutions, and decision-makers couldn't have been unaware—and yet, nothing meaningful was done. Names. Connections. Silence. Not conspiracy—pattern. From sealed documents to stalled prosecutions, this episode confronts a disturbing possibility: that protection at the highest levels isn't an exception… it's built into the system. And in a chilling parallel, Coz and Marcel connect those same patterns to the guardianship system—where control, isolation, and lack of oversight leave the vulnerable at the mercy of unchecked authority. Different victims. Same machinery. So the question isn't just who knew… It's why nothing stopped it. This isn't just an interview—it's an indictment of a system that protects itself. https://nickbryantnyc.com/
Tue, 24 Mar 2026 - 1996 - Charlotte Dennett: Follow the Pipelines — Oil, Espionage, and a Daughter’s Search for Truth
Tonight on the Marti Oakley Show on TS Radio Network, we take a deep dive into one of the most explosive and hidden forces shaping global politics—oil, pipelines, and the covert battles behind them. Join hosts Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid as they welcome investigative journalist and author Charlotte Dennett for a fascinating discussion about her groundbreaking book Follow the Pipelines. Dennett brings a uniquely personal perspective to the story. She is the daughter of Daniel Dennett, the first U.S. master spy assigned to the Middle East. In 1947, he was sent to investigate the route of the proposed Trans-Arabian Pipeline—an assignment that ended in a mysterious plane crash that killed everyone on board. Decades later, Charlotte began her own investigation into what really happened and what it revealed about the global struggle for oil. In Follow the Pipelines, Dennett traces how intelligence agencies, governments, and powerful oil interests have shaped conflicts across the Middle East and beyond. Her research connects decades of geopolitical intrigue—from Cold War spy games to modern wars—through one simple idea: follow the pipelines. This powerful conversation explores the hidden forces behind global conflict, the intersection of intelligence and energy politics, and the personal journey of a daughter determined to uncover the truth about her father's final mission. https://charlottedennett.com/
Mon, 16 Mar 2026 - 1995 - Big brother is watching you and has an agenda
The conspiracy (cons and piracy) rabbit hole is once again being visited by John Leckrone , Coz and Marcel Reid. The global economic reset is still right on schedule and the criminal cabal's need for our compliance and consent is the focus of our attention at this time. John Leckrone and Coz expose the latest actions of these criminals and their thugs. These so-called "elites" concluded their latest meeting at Davos, Switzerland. The continued fine tuning of the parts of their dystopian agenda to murder and enslave each of us have been discussed there in depth and we must be prepared for the next shoe to drop. The people of this planet are very close to discovering just how evil this system can become under technocratic rule as silent weapons for quiet wars are being utilized against each and every one of us like never before. Trauma based mind control, electronic monitoring and surveillance, censorship and of course the very dangerous armed thugs on the street are demanding our compliance or else...This is a very real full spectrum war being waged against us that must be exposed down to the smallest details so that the people can be prepared for their deliberate failure of our economy and supply chain so that the masses will consent to a universal basic income, monitoring of everything we do and the implementation of a social credit score to perfect their current slave system. The final agenda is to steal the wealth of all of us and subjugate the people of this planet to serve those who do us harm on a daily basis. This perfection of their slave system is almost concluded and most people are still very oblivious to this very real threat to their lives and property. Over the years bankers have used their wealth to foment wars, overthrow governments and eliminate opposition to their criminal agenda. It only works when people submit to their corrupt schemes and are not prepared to hold them accountable for it. How should you deal with the danger of this global economic reset and digital prison camp these criminals are building and how do we escape from their corruption and tyranny? You better have the answers as your life truly depends on it. These and so many other questions will continue to be answered in this episode so don't miss it!
Fri, 06 Mar 2026 - 1994 - Before Me Too Had a Name: Sheila White’s 9–0 Supreme Court Victory
Long before the world had a hashtag for workplace abuse, Sheila White was already fighting it. On this compelling episode of the Marti Oakley Show, Coz Skaife and Marcel Reid interview the woman whose courage reshaped employment law in America. As the only woman working in a Tennessee rail yard, Sheila endured sexual harassment — and when she reported it, she faced swift retaliation meant to silence her. Instead of backing down, she fought. Her case, Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co. v. White, went all the way to the Supreme Court of the United States, where she won in a unanimous 9–0 decision. The ruling expanded the legal definition of workplace retaliation under Title VII, establishing that employers cannot take materially adverse actions designed to deter employees from reporting misconduct. Today, her case is taught in leading law schools nationwide and remains a cornerstone of modern civil rights and employment law. Sheila's story is more than legal precedent — it is proof that one voice, refusing to be silenced, can change the system for millions.

Thu, 23 Oct 2025 - 1979 - Bitcoin, stable coins and the technocratic takeover of America and the world
The rabbit hole of the military industrial complex, bankers and presidents continues to go so much deeper. The global economic reset is still right on schedule if not ahead of schedule. John Leckrone and Coz expose the latest actions of the criminal banking cabal behind all of it. Currency is the tool of the tyrants to keep the population desperate and enslaved. The next part of this dystopian agenda will conclude their conspiracy to fully enslave each of us. The people of this planet are very close to discovering just how evil this system can become under technocratic rule. This very real full spectrum war being waged against us must be exposed down to the smallest details so that the people can be prepared for this deliberate failure of our economy and supply chain. Taxation and inflation are only a small part of the agenda to steal and subjugate the people of this planet. The perfection of their slave system is almost concluded and most people are oblivious to this very real danger. Over the years bankers have used their wealth to foment wars, overthrow governments and eliminate opposition to their criminal agenda. It only works when people submit to their corrupt schemes and are not prepared for it. How should you deal with the danger of this global economic reset and digital prison camp these criminals are building and how do we escape from their corruption and tyranny? You better have the answers as your life truly depends on it. These and other questions will be answered in this episode so don't miss it!

Tue, 07 Oct 2025 - 1977 - Guardianship: Carole Herman 4FATE.ORG
Conservatorship or Guardianship is happening around the world, and anyone can bethe next unsuspecting victim. Carole Herman, founder and president of FoundationAiding The Elderly sounds the alarm! We are all expendable whether we have a largebank account or 25 cents in our pocket! Don't think you are safe.Carole Herman founded Foundation Aiding the Elderly in 1985 to advocate for theelderly because she witnessed crimes against the elderly with her Aunt Matilda. Heraunt was in a nursing home and died from the neglect. This began Carole's advocacy tospeak out against nursing homes, hospitals, hospice and any other agency responsibleto provide safety and care for the elderly. Her non-profit agency serves all of the UnitedStates. The website is 4FATE.ORG and they report abuse and neglect violations to the properauthorities; initiate action to improve the care and supervision of the elderly and followup to ensure corrective actions were actually taken. Carole knows the regulations thatare put in place to protect people from harm and is not afraid to insist they are followed. She has worked hundreds of cases against people being put into guardianship andspeaks openly about several cases. Often, the guardianship continues until the victimruns out of money and then hospice comes in and finishes them off. And if the persondoesn't have any assets or a hefty bank account, they are still at risk of the state puttingthem in a facility where they do not receive adequate care and are then disposed of.

The hospital staff had other plans and their arrogance would havecost Gail her lifeEXCEPTGail had a secret weapon, Brad, her husband who loved her and when his wife was inimminent danger, he turned into Huckleberry and came to her rescue despite all odds. This is a riveting story about the love of a couple and their determination to live anotherday.Today Gail is an advocate and founder of betrayalprojectusa.org

Sun, 15 Dec 2024 - 1936 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson Al Katz Holocaust Survivor nearly killed by Public
Al Katz survived the Holocaust in a Nazi prison camp. As a youth, he spent seven years in forced labor, nearly starved, and saw four Jewish boys shot through the head. Katz survived the Holocaust only to again experience the horrors of imprisonment and torture in the final year of his life. The Manatee County Public Guardian’s abuse of Katz reminded Katz of Nazi cruelty and sadism. For six weeks in 2009, Katz was kept in locked units and denied the companionship of his family and friends and decent medical care. Retreating into teenage memories, Katz believed he was once again a prisoner of the Nazis and subject to their torture. In just two months of guardianship, Katz was nearly dead. Unlike many victims of Public Guardians, Katz escaped before he died. Katz’s daughter, Dr. Beverly Newman, fought Manatee County’s abuse of her father. With Katz nearly dead and his estate seriously depleted, the Public Guardian was replaced by a professional guardian of the property. Katz’s daughter took him home and cared for him day and night for the last eight months of his life. Beverly Newman has a Doctor of Education and Child Psychology. She dedicated much of 2010 to caring for her father, after rescuing him from an abusive guardianship. Dr. Newman is now an active advocate for rights of guardianship victims.
Sun, 15 Dec 2024 - 1935 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson View from Montana Fighting Agenda 21 Theft
The View From Montana joins TS Radio this evening! The Commissioners have seized my property and will sell it in the near future. The message to other citizens of this County is that your protests will be met with similar litigation. I challenged the GTL Zoning Regulations in the District Court. Rather than the County Attorney, the Commissioners hired two outside law firms to litigate the case. The Commissioners Answer to the Complaint acknowledged that there was no petition and that the Zoning Regulations were adopted consistent with provisions of the County Zoning Act. The Commissioners Counterclaim accused me of being a “vexatious litigant”. After fifteen months, District Court Judge Larson, held that the Commissioners had adopted the zoning regulations consistent with the County Zoning Act, that I was a “vexatious litigant” and that I would be required to pay the Commissioners legal fees, $16,200. I filed with the Supreme Court a Notice of Intent to Appeal the District Court’s Order. While awaiting the transcripts, the Commissioners seized my land at Georgetown Lake and will be selling the land at a Sheriff’s sale, November 27, 2012. The Constitution provides the people the right to seek redress of grievances in the Courts without excess delay or costs. Montana statutes provide that decisions of the County Commissioners may be appealed to the District Court. The voters of Granite County chose not to be guided by the provisions of the County Zoning Act. Despite all these factors the Commissioners chose to litigate the Complaint. Because I could not afford an attorney, I filed the Complaint as a pro se litigant. It is in their interest to litigate against public protesters and apparently there is no limit to the extent that they will go to silence public protest.

Sat, 14 Dec 2024 - 1933 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson - Guardianship Abuse Tragic Saga Gary Harvey
In 2006, Vietnam era veteran Gary Harvey sustained a traumatic brain injury from a fall down the stairs in his home. The injury left Gary in a semi-vegetative state, requiring assistance with all activities of daily living. Gary’s wife Sara wishes to bring Gary home and care for him. Sara has the necessary training and equipment in her home to provide the care Gary needs. Rather than allow Gary the best quality of life possible and the companionship of family and friends, Chemung County keeps Gary isolated. Chemung County DSS made numerous unsubstantiated accusations against Sara. As a result, the court gave guardianship to DSS. Chemung County DSS rapidly depleted Gary’s assets and denies what simple joys he might still enjoy. Gary’s days are spent alone in a hospital bed, isolated behind a closed door. Shortly before Chemung County exhausted Gary’s assets, St, Joseph’s Hospital Ethics Committee recommended terminating Gary’s life. Chemung County DSS petitioned the court to remove Gary’s feeding tube and allow him to starve to death. Sara went to the media, and Gary’s life was spared. With Gary’s assets depleted, St. Joseph’s Hospital now bills Sara’s private medical insurance. In 2011, the bill was over $900K. Sara believes that if she objects or cancels the insurance, Gary’s life will again be in danger.
Sat, 14 Dec 2024 - 1932 - Marti Oakley & Linda Kincaid - ABC7 News I Team Exposes Public Guardian Abuse
ABC 7 News I-Team exposed the Santa Clara County Public Guardian abusing conservatees and committing mortgage fraud. Co-host Linda Kincaid supported the I-Team investigation. Linda also gained access to abuse victim Gisela Riordan, who has been isolated for over two years. Join us for an in depth discussion. In the first hour, we will discuss these cases in detail. Residents of Santa Clara County are invited call in with questions about these cases or to present their own cases. Calls will be limited to 5 minutes. In the second hour, Dr. Robert Fettgather will discuss Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in family members of abuse victims. Calls will be limited to 5 minutes. Gisela Riordan was conserved by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian in 2010. The PG took Gisela from her home, isolated her in a secured facility, and evicted her son from the home they shared. The PG sold the home to pay for keeping Gisela locked away from her loved ones. She is not allowed visitors, phone calls, or mail. Lillie Scalia was conserved by the Santa Clara County Public Guardian in 2010. The PG took Lillie from her home, isolated her in a secured facility, and evicted her brother and niece from the home they shared. The PG took a reverse mortgage on the vacant home, a blatant act of mortgage fraud. Two years later, the home still sits vacant. The PG pays $60/month to store Lillie’s possessions in a warehouse. After a year of isolation, Lillie is now permitted limited scheduled and supervised visitation with specified family members. She is not allowed any other visitors.

Sat, 14 Dec 2024 - 1930 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson - The Courts and IRS w/Jeff Maehr
Jeff Maehr returns to update us on his battle not only with the IRS but with the courts and the use of those courts to prevent you from defending yourself from the IRS. The IRS operates under color of law. Intimidation, fear and harassment are tools of the trade in a business in which law has no place. Among topics covered: What is income? Where is the law for filing? What IS the IRS? Most of us have little or no constitutional training, let alone legal training or case law experience. What is this agency that claims the right to tax us?
Sat, 14 Dec 2024 - 1929 - Marti Oakley & Linda Kincaid - Protective Services Agencies It's All About Money
Linda Kincaid, Elder Advocate, California, will co-host this show. Danielle Murphy is a mildly autistic disabled adult. She lived with her aunt, Nancy Vallone, in Arizona. Nancy provided the best of care and medical treatment for Danielle. After Danielle was diagnosed with Fragile X Syndrome, Nancy moved to Ohio so Danielle could receive treatment from a top clinic in Cincinnati. Shortly after the move, the Ohio's Advocacy and Protective Services Agency (APSI) took control of Danielle's case. They placed Danielle in a group home where she has been physically and sexually abused. APSI denies Danielle the treatment that Nancy moved to Ohio to receive. Worst of all, APSI isolates Danielle from receiving any visitors, including her Aunt Nancy.

Your elderly parent could be removed from their home and put into a nursing home where they don't want to be, they could be drugged in that nursing home, sometimes unnecessarily. Their property could be seized," says Annie McKenna, Spokeswoman for the National Association to Stop Guardian Abuse.

Thu, 12 Dec 2024 - 1918 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson Financial Exploitation Elderly David Klessler
FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION OF THE ELDERLY DAVID M. KESSLER Exploiting our elderly out of their life long savings and property is far more than stealing material items, it goes deeper. It is the THEFT OF THEIR DIGNITY. David Kessler’s presentation will allow the audience to hear from the victims and how these crimes have impacted their lives and also from the predators who victimize and how they located and exploited America’s senior citizens. The RED FLAG warning signs that are almost always present but overlooked by the family, friends, and business associates of the elderly victim will be discussed to bring quicker awareness to the victimization. How to handle the problem once it is exposed and where to go for assistance is a major topic of the training. If you interact with senior citizens in your personal life or in a business environment Mr. Kessler’s training is a must to bring awareness to this enormous problem of exploiting our senior citizens financially through deception and undue influence. Being proactive on this problem is the greatest form of protecting our elderly loved ones or customer service for our elderly clients.

All of this was reported to the New York State Judicial Commission, a commission which did absolutely nothing to protect the life of Dorothy Wilson.
Thu, 12 Dec 2024 - 1915 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson - Worldwide Chaos at the Southern Border in 2012
This program aired in 2012 talking about the crisis at the border and today in 2024 it is way out of control! With Guest: YODA - for a very important show regarding the chaos currently taking place around the world and what it could mean for OTM's and illegal aliens potentially entering the United States thru our unsecured southern border. As we already know terrorists are entering the United States thru Mexico this was confirmed by DHS Janet Napolitano stating "terrorists enter now and then". We know that three alleged terrorists were arrested in Mexico recently and handed over to the US and we know that terrorists are in Mexico. ----- With all WE know ... do you think that this Administration and DHS have taken the necessary precautions with the current violent instability being shown overseas?
Thu, 12 Dec 2024 - 1914 - Marti Oakley & Barb Peterson - Killing Wild Donkeys & Burros, End of Icon
Marjorie Farabee joins us this evening to discuss the continuing efforts to obliterate the wild donkeys and burros Presently there are only 11 Herd Management Areas for burros with viable herds of 100 members or more in the United States. Even 100 is a marginal number for viability, which means that the burros are nearly completely gone, and with them goes a powerful symbol of our pioneering spirit. With them, goes a huge piece of who we are as Americans. These amazing animals are vilified unfairly and without scientific evidence as destroying habitat, when in fact they are an integral part of the habitat because they evolved in North America which is where they originated. And, they are also proven, through DNA, to be the species equus asinus a species which is listed with CITES as being globally critically endangered. The American people spoke loudly and clearly that they wanted the American burro to remain on the lands where they were found, when the 1971 Free Roaming Wild Horse and Burro Act was passed. And, they recently spoke loudly and clearly that they don't want them shot or eradicated, when 111,000 people signed the petition penned by our own Karen Van Atta co-founder of Wild Burro Protection League. Despite the outcry, despite the protests, marches and pleas to politicians the body count rises, and the holding pens are filling up. Where's the logic? Texas Parks and Wildlife Department has shot hundreds of burros in their park, and eye witnesses have stated that they are still shooting them. Why? They belong to the people and they are woven into the culture and history of the people who live there. In essence, this is blatant disregard for the values, that the locals of the bordering towns around Big Bend Ranch State Park, hold dear.
