  • 21 - Bohlale Paile- Head of Graduate Recruitment & Development Bowmans

Bohlale Paile heads up Graduate Recruitment and Development for Bowmans. She studied her BCom undergraduate and Honours degree at Wits University and majored in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology. Her career started at a small recruitment agency and further progressed through Investec Bank, Standard Bank CIB (Corporate & Investment Banking) and now currently at Bowmans for the past 6 years. In her time at Bowmans, she has managed to get the firm to be voted as the Graduate Employer of Choice within the legal industry for 4 years in a row and has also been nominated by students as one of the Most Influential Recruiters through the South African Graduate Employers Association.

She is a wife and mother of two young girls, a content creator and someone genuinely passionate about helping graduates and young professionals elevate in their corporate careers! And she uses her social media platforms to do so.

From discovering a family connection, (we are always 2 degrees separated from the next person), I loved getting to know Bohlale better and really experience her passion for her work and the lives she impacts. Also reflecting on the role leaders have on younger generations and how that can impact a persons confidence was a necessary conversation to have, as bullying in the workplace is real. I also love how she sets goals for herself and works to achieve them, truly an inspiration.
