Chris is a hockey player development expert and former OHL video coach with a background in scouting, roster evaluation, and front office operations. After spending several seasons on the management side with organizations in Hamilton and Brantford, Chris built a well-rounded foundation across video analysis, draft preparation, and player development before transitioning full-time into his own development business.

Through his work, Chris trains a diverse group of players ranging from AAA to junior and pro levels, focusing on the often-overlooked side of the game: hockey sense. Max is the head coach of the Chenango Forks High School hockey program. As a former player, Max used that experience as motivation to stay connected to the game and pursue a path in coaching and sports.

While attending Binghamton University, Max took a proactive approach by reaching out to local high school programs, getting his start as a goalie coach before quickly moving into an assistant role. When a head coaching opportunity opened after his first season, he stepped in and led Chenango Forks to a county championship, showcasing his leadership and ability to step into responsibility early.

His experience also spans athletics communications, sports marketing, scouting, and game operations, and leadership as VP of Outreach and Alumni Relations with the Binghamton University Sports Management Group.

He has gained experience in the ticket office and with the event management team at Minnesota, and he shares how networking has played a pivotal role in him landing those opportunities.

Michelle is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Previously, she worked with the Eau Claire Express, where she was the Director of Marketing.

Michelle also gained prior experience in sports with the Green Bay Gamblers as a Broadcast and Media Relations Intern, as a Marketing Intern with Baer Performance Marketing, and with the Timber Rattlers as a Cashier and with the Promotions Crew.

Jason is a retired US Navy supervisor and has earned degrees in sports management from the University of Arizona and LSU.

For over two years, he has also gained experience with PLSA Sports Management Group LLC and with the city of Midway as the Director of Parks and Recreation.

Overseeing the daily ice operations of Little Caesars Arena, home of the Detroit Red Wings of the NHL, Isaac worked his way up from minor league and smaller rinks, and shares about his journey towards getting there.

Isaac has a Sports Management degree from Southern New Hampshire University and gained great experience while taking classes online, which allowed him to develop his professional career and set himself up for post-graduation.

Jackson has gained a variety of sports experience in his career. Attending Brock University in Canada, Jackson was able to take on internships with the Windsor Spitfires, Welland Jackfish, and Niagara Ice Dogs. Additionally, Jackson worked in the MLB with the Toronto Blue Jays as an Activation Team Member.

Now at Ohio University, Jackson recently completed an internship with the Ontario Hockey League and is able to develop as a sports professional while earning his master's degree.
