The Wells Fargo office has been robbed of $5000 and a man has been shot. A distinctive horseshoe leads "The Six-Shooter" to Ben Schofield, the sheriff's son. The same recording (with one scene deleted) which was broadcast as "The Six-Shooter" on November 1, 1953. The program was therefore possibly on tape. Diana Lynn appears in an excerpt from the next week's show. This is a heartwarming and suspenseful story which was responsible for the spinoff of the Six Shooter series. Close to as the precursor for Gunsmoke too. With all the stars it was almost Six Shooter meets Gunsmoke.

She was responsible for some of the most famous malapropisms in radio history.  The Trial For Murder is the strange story as related by Hugh Trilani a juror on the trial of Peter Cook for the murder of John Talbot, to the prosecutor of the trial. Trilani has found that of all those involved in the trial he alone can see and hear the ghost of the murdered man. As foreman of the jury his questions have revealed important evidence against the defendant, Peter Cook.

The Sealed Book was a horror and mystery series aired on Mutual from June to September 1945. Produced by Jock MacGregor, aired for 30 minutes Sunday evenings. Philip Clarke was the show’s host, while David Kogan and Robert Arthur Jr. were the scriptwriters. Kogan and Arthur were also the writers behind the radio anthology, The Mysterious Traveller.

Yours Truly, Johnny Dollar - The Kings Necklace From-1953 Stars-John Lund, Milton Charles, Howard McNear, Tom Tully A $250,000 jewelry heist and murder off the coast of Cuba. King Rawlings lived on his own exotic island near Cuba. He had taken a policy out on a necklace worth quarter of a million dollars, which was due for renewal. However he reported that someone had unsuccessfully tried to break in to his safe and steal it. The insurance company were concerned following rumors of King Rawlings dwindling financial position and called Johnny Dollar to investigate.

Then suddenly he gets a call three minutes before airtime from Lieutenant Bill Miggs telling him that Left Luc Larson had been found earlier in the evening in his apartment, murdered.
