    Nb: Lars var en liten gutt fra Namsos.
    En: Lars was a little boy from Namsos.

    Nb: Han hadde reist helt til Oslo sammen med sin klasse.
    En: He had traveled all the way to Oslo with his class.

    Nb: Han var veldig spent.
    En: He was very excited.

    Nb: Dette var hans første gang i hovedstaden.
    En: This was his first time in the capital.

    Nb: Hans øyne lyste opp av alle de høye bygningene, lydene og menneskene.
    En: His eyes lit up at all the tall buildings, sounds, and people.

    Nb: Men han gledet seg mest til å se 'Sinna-Gutten', den berømte statuen i Vigelandsparken.

    Nb: I Bergen, det store oljebyen i Norge, skjedde noe veldig rart.
    En: In Bergen, the large oil city in Norway, something very strange happened.

    Nb: Two bestevenner, Lars og Ingrid, bodde i denne byen.
    En: Two best friends, Lars and Ingrid, lived in this city.

    Nb: De elsket å danse mer enn noe annet.
    En: They loved to dance more than anything else.

    Nb: På holmen der de bor, er det ofte dansefester.
    En: On the islet where they live, there are often dance parties.

    Nb: En dag hørte Lars om en isbjørn som ville lære seg norsk dans.
    En: One day, Lars heard about a polar bear who wanted to learn Norwegian dance.

    Nb: Han lo, men han fortalte det til Ingrid.

    Nb: Bergen er full av regn, men også av liv og latter.
    En: Bergen is known for its rain, but also for its vibrant life and laughter.

    Nb: En dag, da de gikk langs de brosteinsbelagte gatene i gamlebyen, møtte de en gruppe turister.
    En: One day, as they strolled along the cobblestone streets of the old town, they encountered a group of tourists.

    Nb: De var gode venner.

    En: They enjoyed reading, laughing, and learning new words together.
