From the kitschy Titanic-themed gifts to the numerous museums and VR experiences to the costly (and deadly) trips down to the wreck site itself... Titanic is big business. And I have to ask myself... is any of this okay?

Let's take a look at the Bad, the Worse, and the Ugly when it comes to the cottage industry Titanic has built: AI-generated souvenirs being sold in official museum gift shops, actual pieces of coal from the wreck site, and the doomed trip aboard Oceangate's Titan submersible.

A mere 29 days after the RMS Titanicsank, the first film about the disaster was released in cinemas. There have been countless adaptations ranging from docudramas to Nazi propaganda films to one-off jokes on television shows like The Simpsons and Family Guy.

1500 people were lost when Titanic struck an iceberg and went down in the North Atlantic in the evening and early morning of April 14 - April 15, 1912. But the vast majority of them didn't go down with the ship. What happened to the remains of those that died, after Titanic?
