A subsequent search revealed Haley was dead in a mutual friend's apartment. But this friend was nowhere to be found. Introducing DNA ID Episode 205 The case of Eileen Zarlenga

Single mom Eileen Zarlenga disappeared from her home on a cold night in March 1988, taking her coat, boots and purse, but leaving behind her three year old daughter. Eileen remained missing for 4 days, and when she was found, it was not good news. The question of who stabbed the young mother over and over and left her body in a remote patch of woods in Mahoning County, OH would haunt generations of investigators. When DNA was detected on sexual assault kit swabs, it did not get investigators any closer to an answer. And when IGG came along and was used to identify Eileen's attacker, real answers remained elusive. Eileen's case is closed, but you won't see the end of this one coming. Episode 124 Travis Roberson

On February 28th, 2006, 23 year old Travis Roberson went out with friends to celebrate Mardi Gras in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The group of friends was in a bar when it seems Travis got uneasy about two men who had entered the bar, and he left alone to go wait in the vehicle the group had come together in. When his friends arrived back at their car later on, there was no sign of Travis, and he was never seen again. But Travis's case was not a run of the mill case, and he was fearful for his safety. That's because when he vanished, Travis had been cooperating with police and was about to testify against a drug dealer. Travis vanished before he could testify. Complicating matters, is that there was a delay in investigating his disappearance as two different police agencies seemed to pass his case back and forth, and the result was that neither wound up fully investigating it until years later. Although Travis's family does not believe he's still alive, they want to find out what happened to him. In this episode, Travis's sister Sonya discusses the struggle to find answers over the last two decades.

When he was last seen, Travis was wearing a blue checkered/plaid button-down shirt, blue jeans, tan New Balance shoes and a green Corona baseball cap. Travis suffered from Epilepsy which required medication. He was described as a White Male standing 6ft1, and weighing 170 pounds with Brown hair and Brown eyes. He had several tattoos, including a snake on his right arm, a face with the tongue out on his right arm, the letters "FTW" on the back of his neck, a bearded man with red eyes on his right arm at the shoulder.

Episode 123 Maereg Tesfaye Tafesse

Maereg Tesfaye Tafesse came to the Unites States in 2012 to further his education, attending college in Worcester, MA. While in the US, he became involved in helping the less fortunate. He often worked to help people find food and shelter, and Maereg's work led him to the west coast to California, and to the Seattle, Washington area. Then, without warning, in March 2018, he stopped communicating with his mother, Legawork Assefa, who was back home in Ethiopia. After that, Maereg vanished.

Legawork has traveled to the US in an effort to find her son, and has enlisted the help of private investigators, and despite possible clues and sightings, Maereg remains missing. In this episode, Legawork discusses her son's case and the challenges of trying to find him when an ocean, and thousands of miles, separates her home from the area where Maereg was last seen.

At the time Maereg vanished, he was 24 yrs old, and described at a Black male, standing 6ft-6ft2, and weighing 158-165 pounds. He has Tattoos on left hand with the symbols of flying birds. Maereg has prints, and DNA on record along with a Namus file.

Episode 122 Tanner Sharp

On April 4, 2010, twenty four year old Tanner Sharp left his sister Sommer's home in Elk Grove, CA where he had been staying and drove off in his Maroon 1994 Saturn. His family never saw him again. Tanner had told family he was heading back to Kansas where he was originally from, and that a friend had lined up a job for him. Tanner soon texted Sommer saying he had made it to Kansas, but despite his text, it soon became apparent that he may have never left California. Tanner's family reported him missing, and it didn't take long for clues indicated that Tanner may have been in the remote farming town of Galt, CA about 15 miles from Elk Grove. On December 30th, 2010, eight months after he vanished, Tanner's car was found in a water filled ravine close to Galt. There was no sign of Tanner, or his belongings, and he remains missing to this day. Tanner's sister Sommer discusses Tanner's frustrating disappearance in this episode.

Tanner Sharp is described as a White male standing 5ft10 and weighing 160 pounds. He has Brown hair and Hazel eyes. He has a two-inch scar on his right knee. His left ear is pierced. When he was last seen, Tanner was wearing A gray shirt, blue jeans, black shoes and a silver hoop earring.

Episode 121 John Brent McGhee

On July 11, 2024, 42-year-old John Brent McGhee, who went by Brent, vanished in Leachville, Arkansas. He was last seen with a friend of his outside of a home that his wife was reportedly inside of with another man. She refused to let him inside and Brent apparently left before vanishing. The next day, Brent's wife went to a domestic violence shelter in Searcy, Arkansas, and then spent an additional 12 days at a mental health facility. It was reported that she showed little interest in helping to find her husband. According to police, she was agreed to take a polygraph test but then backed out. Many people believe that people within Brent's inner circle know more than they are saying. We are joined in this episode by Christy Hunter who is a case advocate for Brent.

John Brent McGhee is described as a White male, standing 6ft4 and weighing 175 pounds. When he was last seen, he was wearing a light Blue t shirt, Khaki cargo shorts, and Hey Dude shoes.

Episode 120 Ana Barbosa

On May 6, 2024, 53 year old Ana Barbosa vanished. She was last known to be with her husband at his auto shop in the Oildale section of Bakersfield, CA. By his own admission, her husband admitted that they had argued at the shop, but then gave varying accounts top people of what happened to his wife. In one version, he called her an Uber. In another version, she walked away and claimed there would be footage of her leaving on the shop's surveillance footage. However, there is no footage of her leaving, and there is no record of any Uber picking Ana up. Ana's daughter, Ana Maria Leal Ochoa, who is our guest in this episode, was surprised and upset to get a call that her mom was missing and it was only at her urging, that Ana Barbosa's husband finally reported her missing. She remains missing to this day.

Ana Barbosa is described as a Hispanic adult woman standing 5ft3, and weighing 140 pounds. She has Black hair and Brown eyes. There is currently a $10,000 reward being offered in this case.

Recently, in episode 118 of Missing Persons, we explored the case of 47 year old Jill Kloppenburg who vanished under mysterious circumstances from Lowell, MA in January, 2022. Sadly, her remains have been found and someone has been charged in relation to her death. Listen to this quick update episode to find out what happened, and who police believe is responsible.

Episode 119 Audrey Herron

On August 29, 2002, 32 year old nurse, Audrey Herron, left her job at the hospital in Catskill, NY and vanished without a trace. Police searched extensively for any sign of Audrey or her vehicle, a 1994 Black, Jeep Grande Cherokee, New York license # X233UV. The first thought was that perhaps she had an accident or went off the road due to poor driving conditions, but there was no evidence to back that up, and searches of local roadways and waterways found no sign of her. Over the years, some suspicion has turned toward Audrey's husband who according to some reports, has not participated in efforts to find her. Rumors have also swirled in regards to a man with a criminal record whose mother worked with Audrey. Even the Russian mob has been thrown out as a possible theory in this case but to date, there is no evidence that points in any one direction, but police lean toward Audrey meeting with foul play.

Episode 118 Jill Kloppenburg

In early January, 2025, 47 year old Jill Kloppenburg went missing from Lowell, MA, and has not been seen since. Jill had been battling addiction, and recent losses in her life compounded the issue. When she vanished, she was staying with someone temporarily, and some reports say that she was worried for her personal safety right before she vanished. Jill left behind some of her belongings, and has not been on social media. At least one person made the claim that Jill had died from an overdose, but it was never proven, and she remains missing.

Jill's friend Ann is the guest in this episode, and she describes the collective efforts to find out what happened to Jill.

At the time she went missing, Jill was described as a White female, standing 5ft3 with Brown hair and Blue eyes. She weighed 120 pounds. She has a tattoo on her lower back of a tribal design, and a tattoo on her inner groin of two hearts with faces inside each heart.

Introducing: The Trail Went Cold; The Boys on the Tracks

August 23, 1987. Saline County Arkansas. 16-year old Don Henry and 17-year old Kevin Ives head into the woods to do some late-night hunting, but never return. Hours later, the two boys are seen lying on some railroad tracks before they are run over by a cargo train and the medical examiner concludes they had fallen asleep after smoking marijuana and their deaths were accidental. However, Don and Kevin's families push for a new investigation, which uncovers evidence that they were violently attacked before their bodies were placed on the tracks. Throughout the years, a number of conspiracy theories emerge to suggest the boys were murdered as part of a cover-up involving drug trafficking, but no one is ever charged with the crime. "The Trail Went Cold" released a two-part episode about this convoluted story for their five-year anniversary show.

Episode 116 Robert Gautsche

Robert Gautsche was a family man and successful corporate manager who had a lot going for him, but the pressures of his job caused him to spiral. He fell into addiction which cost him his career, marriage, and health. He was diagnosed with Wernicke-Korsakoff Syndrome (WKS); a debilitating disease that greatly affected his memory, and his prognosis was not good. Robert's brother Brad, who was Robert's power of attorney, placed Robert into the care of an assisted living facility in Castle Rock, CO with the understanding that his brother would be safe and could not slip away. But on February 4th, 2021, Robert managed to flee from the facility.

Searches were quickly conducted, but there was no sign of 58 year old Robert who has walked away with just the clothes on his back. There were possible sightings of Robert, but none of them led to him being found, and he remains missing today.

In this episode, we are joined by Robert's brother Brad who discusses the frustration and long lasting effects he has suffered after not being able to find his brother. We are also joined by Detective Kristen Tinsley of the Douglas County Sheriff's dept who discusses the investigation into Robert's disappearance.

Robert Gautsche is believed to have been last seen walking in the area of 5900 Promenade Parkway in Castle Rock. He was wearing a brown leather jacket, black jeans and light-colored slipper-style shoes.

Robert is a White male standing 6ft tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He has Brown hair and eyes.

Episode 115 Jason Landry

On December 12, 2020, Twenty one year old college student Jason Landry embarked on a 165 mile road trip from San Marcos, Texas to see his family for the holidays in Missouri City, Texas. He would never make it home. His crashed car was discovered just after midnight in Luling, Texas; an oil and ranching community that Jason was not familiar with. There was no sign of Jason. The accident seemed to be a single car accident that left Jason's car backed into a ditch. Several items of Jason's were discarded, including what appeared to be the clothes he was wearing. Even his pet fish who Jason had taken care to put into a water and take with him, was left behind on the cold night. Jason's father Kent arrived on the scene to try and figure out what had happened to his son, and he was disappointed and upset to find that no real search or investigation of what happened to Jason was happening. Soon, extensive searches would be launched, but no sign of Jason was ever found, and five years later, Jason's family is praying for answers. In this episode, Kent Landry discusses his son's puzzling case, and the massive effort that he and many other have put forward to try and find Jason.

Episode 114 Ryan Shtuka

Twenty year old Ryan Shtuka vanished in the early morning hours of February 17,2018 in Sun Peaks B.C. Canada. In the hours before he went missing, Ryan had gone to a silent disco with a group of friends before moving on with the group to a nearby house party. When the group of friends left, they didn't see Ryan, and they assumed that he had stayed behind. Back at the party, a group selfie captured all of the party goers with the exception of Ryan. When Ryan didn't show up for work as scheduled, the alarm was sounded that he was missing. Ryan's parents, who lived hours away from him, received the shocking call that Ryan was missing, and traveled to the area in hopes of finding him. Large organized searches were launched, but no sign of Ryan was found, and he remains missing all these years later. Ryan's mom Heather Shtuka is the guest in this episode and she dicusses the quest to find out what happened to Ryan.

Episode 113 Katherine 'Kat' Hammontre

April, 2019 was a tough month for 68 year old Katherine 'Kat' Hammontre. She had battled liver Cancer, but eventually decided not to seek treatment for it, and to face what came on her own terms. She was looking forward to her one year anniversary with her husband Warren Sundquist and enjoying the life she was living in San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico, where she had moved to in the late 1990s. On April 11, Kat along with her husband, and a group of hikers decided to explore the beautiful area of Cañón del Diablo, or Devils Canyon in the Sierra de San Pedro Mártir National Park, near San Felipe in Baja California. Warren and another man stayed down near the entrance to the trail, while Kat and the other hikers made their way up to see the waterfalls. That day, Kat had brought along her dog; Tootsie. On her way up the trail, Kat, who had injured her foot not long before the outing, stopped to rest on her own with Tootsie while the other hikers finished their climb. She planned to meet the group when they came back down. Later, when the group came back down, there was no sign of Kat or Tootsie. When the group made it down to Warren, he was shocked to find his wife was missing. Extensive searches of the area turned up no signs of Kat or Tootsie, and today, she remains missing. Kat's daughter Desiree, who is our guest in this episode, made her way to the area to join the efforts in finding her mom. She desperately wants to know what happened to her mom, and bring her home so that she can give her a proper farewell.

Episode 112 Ian Rogers

39 year old Crawfordville, Florida resident Ian Rogers vanished along with his employer's work truck on August 26,2024. He was presumably headed to a work site but he never arrived. A full examination of Ian's timeline on the day he disappeared has led to even more questions, and there are mysterious clues that to this point, have not led to finding Ian; including grainy surveillance footage of his truck being seen near Tom Brown Park the day he vanished.

Our guests in this episode, Michael and Alyssa McFarland, hosts of Tragedy - A True Crime Podcast, have covered Ian's case extensively over several episodes. They have spoken to Ian's family, to investigators, and to search experts in an effort to get to the bottom of the mystery. They explore the issues Ian was dealing with leading up to him vanishing as well as the relationships in his life, and they share a lot of their findings with us in this episode. Episode 111 Madison Re'Nea Allen

Madison Re'Nea Allen, a 32 year old mother of three, was working towards bettering her life after overcoming some struggles, but around November, 2023, she vanished from Zachary, Louisiana. When her mother Lynn Rollins, who is our guest in this episode, didn't hear from Madison, she reported her missing. When it was learned who Madison was living with at the time she vanished, a man named Thomas Morris, a troubling pattern came to light; Morris was connected to multiple cases of endangered women. In one instance, he was arrested in a domestic assault case in which he allegedly tried to strangle someone, and in another instance, he was accused of being involved in human trafficking. Morris's story has changed multiple times, but as of the recording of this episode, he has not been charged in connection with Madison's case.

Madison Re' Nea Allen is described as a White female, who would now be 34 years old. She stands between 5ft1 and 5ft2, and weighs approximately 115 pounds. She has blonde hair and Blue eyes. She has multiple tattoos including angel wings across her back.

Episode 110 Sara Gail Ebersole

26 year old Sara Gail Ebersole vanished on March 2nd, 2023, after hanging out with, and interacting with a group of people in Reddick, FL. Just after 10PM that night, she texted her sister Michele Tullis to let her know that she was getting into a random truck with some cowboys. She was seen on surveillance video at the Circle K store in the 17900 block of North Highway 441, getting into a black pickup truck with two males.

At some point after this, witnesses claim to have seen Sara leave a subdivided residence in the 18000 block of North U.S. Highway 441 in Reddick. According to the three witnesses, Sara left the house between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. in a newer model blue Hyundai sedan, driven by a Hispanic male in his mid-thirties with long dark hair and a thin build. Sara was never seen again.

In March 2024, a year after Sara disappeared, investigators announced Tyrone D. Morman was a person of interest in her case and that they had determined she had left with Morman on the night she was last seen. According to Sara's sister Michele, Sara did not know Mormon.

In this episode, Michele Tullis discusses her sister's disappearance, and some of the roadblocks she's faced trying to get answers.

Sara is described as a White female standing 5'1, and weighing 120 pounds. She has Blonde hair and Blue eyes. Sara has a tattoo on her right hip of a Kokopelli, a fertility symbol shown as a humpbacked flute player.

Episode 109 Matthew Yeomans UPDATE In episode 67 of Missing Persons, We first brought you the case of Twenty-five-year-old Matthew 'Matt' Yeomans who went missing from his grandfather's Easton, Massachusetts home in the overnight hours of September 19, 2021. Most of his belongings, including his wallet, and phone were found in his grandfather's home. His car was parked in the driveway. It seemed the only thing missing was Matthew himself. Searches of the area turned up no sign of Matthew.

Sadly, in 2024, Matthew's remains were found in a wooded area close to his home. No cause of death was given, and not many details were released by police. John Jobe, who had dated Matthew's mom for many years, and remained close with Matthew, was the guest in episode 67. He returns in this update episode to discuss what we know, and still don't know about Matthew's disappearance and death. He also discusses his frustrations over being kept largely in the dark over Matthew's case.

Episode 108 Cynthia 'Cindy' Atterberry and Oscar 'Joe' McNear

In 1981, 25-year-old Cynthia "Cindy" Atterberry and 30-year-old Oscar "Joe" McNear traveled from Springfield, Illinois to the Pike National Forest in Douglas County, Colorado. Neither were seen again. They vanished in late June of that year. Several years after their disappearance, detectives received a tip that Cindy and Joe had been shot to death by two men and that their bodies were buried on property owned by one of the men near the South Platte River. The area was searched; however, the bodies of Cindy and Joe were never located. The Douglas County, CO Sheriff's office continues to investigate this case, and are asking the public to come forward with any tips. In this episode, we are joined by Crime Analysis Supervisor and Genetic Genealogist, Michele Kennedy, and Detective Dean DeLuca of the Douglas County Sheriff's office.

When Cindy was last seen, she was described as a White female standing 5ft2 and weighing 111 pounds. Cindy's NAMUS file

Joe was described as a White Male, 6ft tall, and weighing 160 pounds. He likely had a moustache and beard.

Episode 107 Amber Wilde

Nineteen year old college student Amber Wilde vanished from Green Bay, Wisconsin on September 23rd, 1998. Amber, who was almost 5 months pregnant at the time, had been involved in a minor traffic accident earlier in the day which left her with a concussion, although there's no evidence that her concussion, or the accident played any role in her disapperance.

When her father failed to hear from Amber, he went to her apartment finding it empty and undisturbed. He did not find Amber, or her car; a Silver 1988 Subaru GL. He reported her missing, and for days there was no sign of her or her vehicle. Then on October 1st, 1998, Amber's car was found parked in Green Bay, near Lambeau Field. It seems as if the car had been there for a few days before being found. An examination of the vehicle revealed some prints that have never been identified. It was also discovered that the driver's seat was all the way back to allow a tall driver to operate the vehicle. Amber, who was 5ft6, drove with the seat close enough to reach the pedals. It was believed that someone else had parked it there. In addition, there were several hundred more miles on the vehicle than there were just days earlier when Amber was last known to have driven it.

Searches for Amber came up empty, and police believe that Amber was the victim of a homicide. The prime suspect in the case is the alleged father of Amber's baby. Phone logs and a diary Amber kept point to him as being the baby's father; something he denies. This man hired an attorney and refused to cooperate with police, or to take a polygraph test.

The guest in this episode is retired detective, David Graf, who worked Amber's case. He discussed the details related to her disapperance, and the aftermath, as well as where things stand today.

When Amber Wilde vanished, she was described as being a 19 yr old White female. She stood 5ft6 and weighed between 135-150 pounds. She had Brown eyes, and straight Brown hair that was longer than shoulder length. Amber's missing vehicle, a Silver 1988 Subaru GL, with WI plate #X5725T, and damage to the front end, was foundon October 1st, 1998 near the 50 Yard Line sports bar and Road Star Inn parking lot(both have since been torn down) East of the K mart, and off of Lombardi Access rd. It's believed that Amber's car was parked there for a few days before being found.

Episode 106 Christopher Newton

33 year old Christopher Newton had fallen on hard times when his family lost touch with him in late 2023. Chris had battled his way through a schizophrenia diagnosis with the help of medications and had even started his own business and got his own apartment. But his business eventually went under, and Chris began to use drugs and stopped taking his prescribed medications. He found himself living in Canada's unhoused community, sleeping in a tent in the Nelson, BC area of Canada.

Chris was briefly incarcerated in September, 2023. While in custody, his camp, tent, and all his belongings, along with the camps of other nearby unhoused people, were taken down and removed by the city of Nelson, and railway officials. When Chris was released on December 11,2023, he went back to his camp to find it no longer there. With no place to go, he began sleeping on nearby streets. On December 23rd, Nelson police told him that he needed to move along. After this, Chris's family, who did not live close to the area lost touch with him and he was reported missing that month. There were unconfirmed sightings in the following months, but also one seemingly reliable sighting in the summer of 2024. Since then, it seems as if Chris has truly vanished and his family is desperate to find him. His mother Christine Moore is our guest in this episode.

Christopher Newton is described as a White male standing 5ft10, and weighing 159 pounds. He has Brown hair and eyes, and a skateboard tattoo on his left shoulder. Episode 105 Deanna Merryfield

On the night of July 21, 1990, thirteen year old Deanna Merryfield spent much of the night watching movies with her grandmother in Killeen, Texas. After her grandmother went to bed, Deanna snuck out of the house, and at 3:30am, went to see her sister Rebecca who lived with their uncle nearby. Deanna knocked on Rebecca's window and the sisters briefly talked before their uncle woke up and told Deanna that she needed to leave. Deanna had been driven to the house by two men in a Brown or Bronze four door car that Rebecca did not recognize. Deanna left with the two men who were thought to be either Caucasian or Hispanic, and after that, she vanished.

Hours later, Deanna's grandmother realized that she was missing and reported her missing, but because she was suspected to be a run away by police, there was no investigation started.

In 1992, Rebecca reportedly received a collect phone call from someone who told the operator that her name was Deanna, but when Rebecca accepted the call, the caller had hung up. The call was traced to Kentucky, where Deanna had family, but none of her relatives there reported seeing Deanna.

During the 2000-2002 time period, there was an unconfirmed sighting of Deanna by a relative of hers who claimed to have encountered her, and that Deanna at the time of the sighting had several tattoos. The information provided by this family member may not be credible.

At another point over the years, someone contacted police and told them that Deanna had returned home safely. As a result, her case was closed. It was only realized later that the call was to police was inaccurate, and Deanna was still missing, at which point her case was re-opened.

Deanna remains missing to this day. In this episode, Deanna's sister Melissa is our guest.

At the time of her disappearance, Deanna was described as a White female standing between 5ft and 5ft5, and weighing 108-120 pounds. She had Blonde hair and Hazel eyes. She had a small scar on her upper lip. Deanna if alive today, may or may not have tattoos; including the name "Merryfield" with an unknown date on her neck, a cross with lines on her ankle and a yellow rose with "Texas Born" on her back. There is a DNA sample on file for needed comparisons as per Deanna's NAMUS page

Investigators are interested in identifying and speaking to the two young men Deanna was last seen with. At the time of Deanna's disappearance, the men, possibly brothers, were thought to be White or Hispanic, and their names may be Tony and Rudy Longoria. Police were also seeking a Sylvia Martinez for questioning.

Despite an ex-friend of Dale's being a longtime suspect in the case, police were never able to make an arrest. But that all changed in 2024 when an arrest and answers finally came.

Episode 104 Lawrence 'Larry' Riegel

On Christmas, 2009, 57 year old Lawrence 'Larry' Riegel of Yakima, Washington talked to his family on the phone for the last time. He was in a good mood despite a recent surgery and some medical issues, and reached out to several friends and family members that day. According to people that spoke with Larry, he was making dinner for his live in girlfriend, Ladena Mann, and waiting for her to come home. The next day when Larry failed to show up for a family gathering, his family began to worry about him. Several calls to Larry went unanswered. When Larry's sister Susan, who is our guest in this episode, drove to his home, she found Ladena there, bur no sign of Larry. Ladena told Susan that Larry had gone to see friends on the coast because he was 'feeling Blue' , but his car was still there, and the story did not sit right with Susan.

Days later, after still no word from Larry, his family tried to report him missing to Yakima police. That's when they were informed that Ladena had filed a domestic violence report on Larry regarding an incident that she alleged happened after his family last saw him. Larry's family does not believe Ladena's story, and they are suspicious of her. After he vanished, Ladena used Larry's EBT several times without permission, and she was charged with welfare fraud.

Police believe that Larry met with foul play, and that Ladena knows more than she's saying. There is also suspicion of a now deceased tenant of Larry's who owed him back rent. To date, no charges have been filed against anyone in Larry's case.

Today, Larry would be 72 years old. He is a White male, standing 6ft2 and weighing 200 pounds. He has Gray hair, and Hazel eyes. He sometimes wears eyeglasses. Episode 103 Dale Williams Update: Arrest Made

An update to one of our earliest cases that we covered on Missing Persons; the 1999 disappearance of Dale WIlliams of Nucla, Colorado in May,1999. Dale left his auto body repair shop after taking a mysterious call and was never seen again. Later his truck was found submerged in a nearby river. There was no sign of Dale.

One person who many people suspected, was an ex friend of Dale's named Dan Bishop. Bishop and Dale had a falling out after Dale and his wife helped Bishop's wife escape an abusive relationship with Bishop. The major update to this case is, that Dan Bishop has been charged in relation to Dale's disappearance and presumed murder.

In this episode, we will re-play our original episode discussing the case. and include an interview with Dale's daughter Tonee, and as the end of the episode, we will update listeners with the latest details available in the case.

Episode 102 The Zaharias Children

On November 20, 1987, 15 month old Lisa Mae and her brother, 3 year old Christopher Zaharias were abducted by their mother, Susan Gammill from their home in Mission Viejo, California. According to the children's father Louis, his wife Susan was struggling with post partum depression and drug dependency at the time of the abduction. She wiped out the couple's savings and wrote a series of bad checks before leaving with Lisa Mae and Christopher. Louis immediately filed a police report but it seems that Susan had help from her family taking the children away from Louis, making it difficult for police to help. Over the years, Susan and the children have been tracked to different states, and according to Louis, they continue to be aided by Susan's relatives in avoiding capture. Louis enlisted the help of a dedicated private investigator to help locate his children, but Susan and the people who are helping her always seem to be a step ahead. It's now been just about 37 years since Louis Zaharias has seen his children resulting in what is currently the longest ongoing parental abduction. Louis is desperate to be reunited with his children. In this episode, he discusses his endless search for his kids, and the physical, emotional, and financial struggles he has faced.

Episode 101 Rebekah Barsotti Case Update

We originally covered the case of 33 year old Rebekah Barsotti back in episode 46 of Missing Persons. Rebekah, along with her dog Cerberus, disappeared in the area of Clark Fork River near Alberton, Montana in July, 2021. She had been going through a divorce, and her family believed that she may have been the victim of foul play. When Cerberus's remains were found days later 10 miles downstream, but Rebekah's were not, it only fueled concerns that Rebekah wasn't an accidental drowning victim; despite that being the theory of the police investigating the case. Finally on May 17, 2022, fisherman discovered Rebekah's remains on the bank of the Clark Fork River, almost a year after Rebekah went missing. In the minds of Rebekah's family, the discovery only served to re-ask old questions, and it brought a host of new ones. Police consider the case closed, but Rebekah's family believe that there is more than meets the eye. In this episode, we update listeners on the case, and try to figure out; what happened to Rebekah Barsotti.

Episode 100 Bethany Markowski

In March, 2001 eleven year old Bethany Markowski vanished in Tennessee while on a visit with her father Larry. Larry and Bethany's mom Jonnie had recently split up after a volatile relationship amidst allegations of abuse on Larry's part towards Jonnie. Jonnie had fled her home with few belongings, alongside Bethany hoping that they could get away from Larry. Eventually, Larry caught up with them, and a protection order was put in place. Since Larry had never abused Bethany, he had visitation rights, and Bethany would spend weekends with him. But on just the second visit with her father, Bethany vanished. On Sunday, March 4th, 2001, Larry was supposed to drop off Bethany after their visit. According to Larry, he stopped at the Old Hickory shopping mall in Jackson, TN so that Bethany could go inside and pick up a few things. Larry claims that after not returning for a period of time, he went into the mall to find his daughter, but he never did. Witnesses backed up Larry's story that he was in the mall that day, but none of those witnesses saw Bethany, and she hasn't been seen since. Since she vanished, Larry has reportedly failed polygraph tests, and has stopped cooperating with police. He has never been charged in the case and denies any involvement in his daughter's disappearance.

Episode 99 Lisa Shuttleworth

On September 3rd 2003, 34 year old mother Lisa Shuttleworth vanished from her Aiken, South Carolina home. Her kids came home to find themselves locked out of the house. In the driveway was her car which had broken down, and a car that she had borrowed until she could get hers fixed. When Lisa's mom arrived at the house and used a key to get in, there was no sign of Lisa. There was a pot of tea undisturbed on the stove, and there was no sign of a struggle. It appeared that Lisa had just stepped out and planned to return, but she never did. Police tracked her movements that day and determined that she when missing sometime between 11am, and when her son got off the bus that afternoon. A look back into Lisa's life found troubled relationships and a possible history of abuse. There was also a rumor that Lisa was pregnant, and according to Lisa's daughter Krystina who is our guest in this episode, Lisa had confided in her close friend that she was indeed pregnant. There were rumors that the father may have wanted Lisa to get an abortion, and unverified reports that he disposed of a new truck that he had soon after Lisa went missing; a truck that rumor has it, may have displayed signs of blood after Luminol was used on it. No charged have ever been brought in Lisa's case, and she remains missing to this day. Krystina discussed her mom's puzzling case, and the personal toll the disappearance has taken on her.

At the time she vanished, Lisa was described as 5ft3 and weighing 102 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.

Episode 98 Barbara McClure

On November 2nd, 1978 24 year old Barbara Annette McClure went out for a night of dancing at the Fandango Disco in Seattle Washington on. That night, she and her dance partner who she had briefly dated got into a minor argument. Reportedly, the man she was dancing with left the club, and a short while later, Barbara also left. People that knew Barbara claimed that they saw her walking near the 16500 block of Bothell Way northwest, about half a mile from the disco, and they claimed they offered her a ride but she refused, and insisted on walking 5 miles to her home. She didn't make it home, and was never seen again. The lines of what happened that night are blurred by inaccuracies and confusion. A neighbor boy who babysat Barbara's 2 year old daughter Jamie, swears that he babysat that night and in the early morning hours, was told by a strange man to go home. Somehow, Jamie wound up in the care of her family that morning and it's not clear how. There is also speculation that the witnesses who las saw Barbara may not be telling the full truth. Finally, there is reason to believe that Barbara's father who she was estranged from was having her followed when she went missing. Days after Barbara vanished, her driver's license was found about ten miles away in a culdesac. The case went cold, and Jamie now an adult, is trying to get to the bottom of what happened. In this episode, she discusses her efforts, and all of the confusion in the case.

When she went missing, Barbara was described as White with shoulder length Brown hair, Blue eyes, standing 5ft5, and weighing 120 lbs. She was last seen wearing a green and rust-colored blouse with wide stripes, a short black leather jacket, rust-colored corduroy pants and tan mid-calf boots with a two-inch heel. Carrying a brown cloth purse with a shoulder strap.

Episode 97 Loukthayoth 'Luke' Phiangdae

On February 6th, 1996, 11 year old Loukthayoth Phiangdae, who went by Luke, vanished from his home in Raymond, Washington. He was apparently upset after being yelled at by his father for roughhousing with his brother, and he headed into his bedroom locking the door behind him. After several minutes, his family went to check on Luke and found his door locked. After forcing their way in, they found out that Luke was gone. It seemed like he had left through his window, and to this date, he has never been found despite extensive searches, and FBI involvement. Although there were possible sightings of Luke, none were confirmed, and it's not clear if he ran away, or was abducted. Over the years, suspicion fell on Luke's father, and some theorize that Luke drowned. In the end, there is not enough clues to look in any direction to figure out what happened to the 11 year old.

Luke's case was largely forgotten over the years, and next to nothing about Luke was posted online until a June, 2024 Centralia Chronicle article by Eric Trent who is our guest in this episode. Eric discusses with us the clues and the theories in this case.

When Luke vanished, he was described as an Asian male with Black hair and Brown eyes. He stood 4ft5, and weighed 65 pounds. He has a birthmark on his right buttock. Luke's case is on file with NAMUS. If you have information about Luke's case, please call Raymond police at (360) 942-4120.

Episode 96 Missing no more: A sad update on the case of David Schultz

In this episode we discuss the sad update in the case of missing truck driver David Schultz who vanished in November, 2023. We first covered his case in episode 87 in January, 2024. David's remains were recovered in April from a field about a mile from where his 18 wheeler was found abandoned in Sac County, Iowa. A preliminary autopsy did not find any clear signs of trauma or foul play, although his family is pursuing a second autopsy. Full results from the autopsies may take several weeks to come in. In addition to the update, we are including our full original episode about David's case. Now that David has been found, some of the questions from our original episode are now answered, but many are not, and now there may be even more questions.

Episode 95 Gregory 'Greg' Treace

53 year old Gregory Treace, a father of 2 in Tulsa, Oklahoma was having a challenging 2022. He was battling Lymphoma which left him in a lot of pain, and unable to work. On top of that, he and his wife Billie were separated, although on good terms, and living in the same home in different bedrooms. One day in July, he went out to do some night fishing with his brother and his brother's girlfriend, and he never came home. After he didn't return home a couple days later, his wife Billie became very worried. It wasn't like him to stay away from home, and he missed an important medical treatment. When she reached out to Greg's brother, he told her a story that didn't make sense; that Greg had run off with his brother's girlfriend to a hotel, and that he hadn't seen him since. Billie didn't believe it, but drove to the hotel and found no sign of Greg. Later, Greg's Brother's girlfriend called Billie with a different story; that the 3 of them had broken down in Greg's car on the way to go fishing, and that Greg and his brother began arguing before his brother left on his own. The girlfriend arranged for someone to pick her and Greg up and to drive them home. The friend who dropped them off verified that he dropped the girlfriend off and then Greg off near Greg's mom's property in Sapulga, Oklahoma. The man that dropped Greg off confirmed that they were greeted by Greg's brother who appeared to be very angry and was yelling at Greg. The witness left, and Greg was never seen again. Greg's brother's story changed, and looked very suspicious. Greg's car was located broken down as described, but Greg was not found despite searches by dogs and drones. Some of Greg's clothing and his shoes were found at his mother's home, but his phone, wallet, and keys are missing. To date, Greg remains a missing person, although Billie believes her husband is dead. She wants to know what happened and where her husband's remains are. Her and Greg's children miss Greg. After Greg vanished, his brother who has a history of drug abuse, was charged with abusing his girlfriend and sent to prison where he remains as of the release of this episode. If he knows anything more about his brother's disapperance, he isn't talking.

In this episode, Billie discusses her husband's disappearance, and all of the changes in her brother in law's account of what happened.

Gregory was last seen in Sapulpa, Oklahoma on July 24th, 2022. He is white with graying/bald hair and blue eyes. He is 6'3 and 225lbs. DNA is available for comparison in NaMus, where he is listed as case # MP94228.

Episode 94 Brianna Maitland

17 year old Brianna Maitland vanished without a trace on Friday night March 19, 2004 after she left her shift at the Black Lantern Inn in Montgomery, Vermont. Her co-workers watched her drive off in her Green 1985 Oldsmobile at around 11:20PM. They had asked her to hang out and share a meal, but she was tired and had to work her second job early the next morning. In the hours after Brianna laft work, her car was spotted by multiple witnesses backed into the wall of a barn house about a mile from the Black Lantern Inn. One of the witnesses was a young man who had dated Brianna. He claimed that he found her car abandoned against the barn home with its doors open and headlights on, but there was no sign of Brianna, so he turned off her lights and shut the doors before leaving. Another witness, a police officer, discovered the car and when he saw Brianna's uncashed paychecks inside from the Black Lantern Inn, he headed there to try and figure out what was going on, but by the time he arrived, they were closed. Rather than report the incident, he left for a long weekend get away, setting into motion a set of circumstances that caused a delay in anyone even realizing Brianna was missing. Hours after the police officer had come upon the scene, a group of travelers spotted the odd scene of the car backed into the barn. It was so odd, they stopped to take photos and investigate the scene. A broken necklace and some of Brianna's belongings were found inside and outside of the car. The car was towed, and 2 days would pass before anyone realized Brianna was missing.

Officially, Brianna was never seen again, although there were reported sightings of her in other states thought to be cases of mistaken identity. Brianna's parents, Bruce and Kellie Maitland, were left to wonder what happened to their daughter. Along the way, they had to hear all kinds of rumors about Brianna, and what may have happened to her and who may be responsible. Brianna's case was thought by some to possibly be linked to the disapperance of Maura Murray, another high profile missing persons case in New England. Maura vanished from New Hampshire a month before Brianna, and as in Brianna's case, her car and odd clues were left behind.

The Maitlands found a friend, advocate, and ally in Private Investigator Greg Overacker who has worked doggedly on Brianna's case for years. In this episode, he discusses the case, and tried to sort out fact from fiction. He also discusses the book he wrote on Brianna's case.

Episode 91 Mary Jane Croft Van Gilder Update Part 1 of 2

Mary Jane Croft VanGilder went missing in 1945. We originally covered her case in episode 8 of Missing Persons. She had left her family in WV to escape an abusive relationship. She traveled to OH where she took a warehouse job, and routinely sent letters and war bonds home to her children. In February, 1945, she filed for divorce. The following month, she quit her job and vanished. Her family had searched for her ever since. Decades after she went missing, Detective Adam Turner was tasked with trying to do what seemed impossible- figure out what happened to Mary Jane decades before when she vanished. It was an uphill battle, but against the odds, through hard work and refusal to give up, Detective Turner solved the mystery. He found out that Mary Jane Croft Van Gilder had started her life over as Mary Jane Sebren. She possibly re-married, and then had additional children. She lived the rest of her life without either of her 2 families knowing about the other before she passed away in 1990.

In this episode, the first of two parts, we recap what happened, and what we know, and we re-play our original interview with Mary Jane's daughter, Anna. In our next episode of Missing Persons, we will have an all new interview with Detective Adam Turner who breaks down just how he was able to solve this case, and what else he knows about Mary Jane's disappearance, and new life.

Episode 90 Missing Persons Alert: Avery Doherty

Avery Lydia Doherty is a child missing out of Ames, Iowa and is presumed to be the victim of a familial abduction at the hands of her mother, Esther Bender. She's been missing since October, 2023. Her mother Esther, had an 'unofficial' shared custody agreement with Avery's father, Brandon Doherty who is the guest in this episode. The relationship between Esther and Brandon officially ended when Avery was much younger, but the pair remains on good terms for Avery's benefit. When Brandon moved 3 hours away to Kansas City, MO, he continued to stay in touch, and alternated between having Avery stay with him, and him going to visit her in Ames. While their shared custody agreement wasn't organized by the court, it was working for them for a while. Then, Brandon noticed that Esther seemed to be trying to phase him out of his daughter's life. She would miss pre-arranged meetups and drop offs. She then began to explore changing her daughter's last name. Brandon sensed something was 'off' and decided to hire an attorney and get the courts involved so that the shared custody was in an official capacity recognized by the court. Instead of showing up to court, Esther and Avery vanished. Esther un-enrolled Avery from her school without notifying Brandon. When Brandon was not able to contact Esther, he feared something was wrong, and went to Esther's residence only to find it had been haphazardly cleaned out, and was left in a mess. Esther's minivan was left behind, and there has been no contact with her or Avery since. In light of the parental abduction, the court stepped in and issued a ruling that if and when Avery is found, she is to be returned to Brandon to have full custody.

There is evidence that Esther pre-planned this abduction, and purchased a burner phone, and minutes to keep off of investigator's radar.They fear that she left the state, and may have had assistance by one or more people to help pull off this abduction.

Avery Doherty is described as weighing 45 pounds and standing 4 feet, 5 inches tall. She is white and has blonde hair and blue eyes. Esther Bender, who may be using her maiden name, Yoder. Although no clear description of Esther was given, she is described as White with dark Brown hair.

Episode 89 Elena Roy

83 year old Mother and Grandmother, Elena Roy, vanished from her home in Fallbrook, California in November, 2021. Elena who had been experiencing various health issues, which possibly included dementia, reportedly left her home which she shared with her partner Chris, on November 3rd following an argument, and never returned. Reported searches of the areas nearby did not lead to Elena's recovery, nor did they reveal any clues to what happened to her. It came to light that Elena had wandered off from her home before and been returned safely after being aided by a passerby. Since Elena has gone missing, her family does not fully trust Chris's accounts of what happened. According to her family, Chris tried to sell off many of Elena's belongings, and used money from her bank account that he was not entitled to. They also are concerned because Chris had spent time in prison prior to meeting Elena.

In this episode, Elena's daughter Tami discusses her mom's case, and the frustration of not finding out what happened to Elena despite searches, and the help of a private investigator.

Episode 88 Charles Robert 'Bobby' Steele

43 Year Old Charles Robert 'Bobby' Steele has been missing since April 11,2023 when he walked out of his sister Kelly's home in Delaware, and was never seen again. Prior to that, Bobby had been down on his luck. A childhood injury left him dependent on pain killers, and his addition led to him being arrested and incarcerated, and later, homeless in Maryland. Bobby struggled to stay sober and was looking forward to moving into a new home. He had qualified for a voucher that would get him off the streets, and into his own home permanently, and he was very excited. However, around the same time, he seemed worried and in a panic over something or someone. He expressed his uneasiness to his sister Kelly, and went as far as to ask her to routinely call him or do a video call with him to make sure he was okay. Bobby seemed relieved when Kelly picked him up and brought him home to her house, and things were looking up. That's when Bobby vanished and wasn't seen again. Kelly has been anxiously searching for her brother ever since, and is getting bounced around from one police jurisdiction to another. It's also been a challenge to find and talk to people on the street that knew Bobby, or might have information; including his girlfriend Leah Vari. It seems she too has gone off the radar. Kelly has taken to TikTok to spread awareness and ask for the public's help. Kelly discusses her efforts to find Bobby in this episode.

Bobby is described as a White male, 5ft11, 180 pounds, and having Brown hair and Hazel eyes.

Episode 87 David Schultz

In the first episode of 2024, we explore the bizarre case of David Schultz, a 53 year old married trucker and father, who vanished without a trace in the early morning hours of November 21st, 2023. David was transporting a load of pigs in Sac County, Iowa. He didn't show up for his delivery, which was unlike him. Phone calls to his cell phone went unanswered. Later that day, David's tractor trailer was found parked and turned off in the middle of rural two lane U.S. Highway 71. The load of pigs David was transporting remained undisturbed and accounted for on his trailer. David's wallet containing a good amount of cash, and his cell phone were found inside the cab. In a ditch nearby, his jacket was found, but there was no sign of David himself. It was noted that David's truck was found facing North, but the spot he needed to deliver to in Sac City was to the South. When police reviewed surveillance footage of a stop David made at the Mile Marker 126 truck stop just after 11pm on the night of the 20th, there seemed to be nothing unusual captured; David had stopped there for about 16 minutes, and didn't appear to talk to anyone. He had a drink and checked his cell phone before driving off. Cellphone data shows David's phone arrived at Hwy 20 & 71 at about 12:18 a.m. The data shows the phone traveling north to where the truck was found. Data suggests the truck may have been there since about 12:40 a.m.

Searches of the area were done, and while no sign of David was found, on a search done on December 2nd, 2023, a team found the remains of a missing Rockwell City man, 54-year-old Mark Edward Riesberg, on a wooded property southwest of Jolley. Riesberg was found in his PT Cruiser, the apparent victim of a self inflicted gunshot. He had been missing since late October. His cause of death is apparently suicide, and not connected to David's case.

David's wife Sarah is dumbounded by her husband's disappearance. She can think of no reason why he would willingly vanish, and feels that his disappearance is a case of foul play. She discusses this baffling case with us in this episode.

David Schultz is described as a White male, 5ft11, 190 lbs, with Brown hair and Brown eyes. He was last known to be wearing wrangler blue jeans, cowboy boots, and a Peterbilt hat. The truck he was driving when he vanished is a Red & White Peterbilt.

Episode 85 Blanca Elisa Roberson

13 year-old Blanca Elisa Roberson, who went by Elisa, vanished on Sunday August 6,1989 in Aransas Pass, TX as she walked a short distance from her home to the Kieberger Elementary School to meet a friend. Her friend waited for her at the school, but Elisa never showed up. Later investigation would lead to multiple witnesses who saw Elisa on her walk that day, and despite one of them saying that they saw her get into a Maroon car, police have never been later to find her. Later, despite eyewitnesses seeing Elisa walking just before she vanished, police seemed to turn their suspicion to Elisa's own family. Eventually a search of the home they lived in when Elisa went missing was searched for clues, but despite law enforcement threatening that an arrest was imminent, one never came. Elisa's family is angered by police suspicion of them, and they have a favorite suspect of their own, one who police said had an alibi, but the family remains suspicious of him. Decades later, it seems like this case is at a standstill. In this episode, Elisa's sister Ruby discusses this mysterious and heartbreaking disappearance.

Episode 84 Jennifer Kesse

24 year old Jennifer Kesse vanished in Orlando, Florida on January 24th ,2006. People that knew Jennifer best, right away were concerned, because Jennifer was an organized professional who would never go off on a whim. Her car, a black 2004 Chevrolet Malibu was missing from it's parking spot in front of her condo in the up and coming Mosaic at Millenia condo complex. On January 26th, after seeing the news of Jennifer's disappearance on the news, someone called in a tip that her car could be found at the Huntington on the Green Condominiums, about a mile from her home. Police went to the scene and verified that her car was indeed parked at the seedy Huntington on the Green Condominiums, about a mile from her home, but there was no sign of Jennifer. Police caught a break when they reviewed grainy surveillance photos of the car being parked there, and they were shocked to see that Jennifer was not the person who exited the vehicle. Instead, they could see that a slim person, possibly a male standing between 5ft3 and 5ft5 had parked the card and left on foot. Unfortuately, a fence in the surveillance photos obstructed the view of the driver's face. Dogs tracked the scent from Jennifer's car right back to her condo development leading to suspisions that the person who likely abducted her had walked back to Jennifer's condo complex, and perhaps had reason to be there. It came to light that Jennifer had been wary of some men who were working at her condo complex in the days before she vanished. Police tried to investigate some of those men, but ran into hurdles when they found that the company that employed them did not keep proper records, sometimes paid under the table, and often hired people that were in the country illegally. One tip led to a man named Chino who had worked at the apartment complex. While he may have had information about what happened to Jennifer, he reportedly cooperated with investigators.

Jennifer's case eventually went cold but became a popular one in the media and on online discussion forums. Jennifer's family, feeling that things were at a standstill and feeling underwhelmed by the investigation, sued the Orlando PD in order to obtain case files and have the case re-investigated by another agency. It's unclear exactly what clues there are to go in, but reportedly, there was evidence that there may have been a struggle on the hood of Jennifer's car, and DNA may have been recovered. As of today, it's unclear how much progress is being made if any in Jennifer's case, and no sign of Jennifer herself has ever been found.

Rusty Meye was a man who was down on his luck. Living alone in a rented Vero Beach, Florida mobile home, he had battled depression, drinking and overuse of medication brought on by a terrible foot injury he suffered that left him disabled. Rusty had made the decision to stop drinking and not rely on his medications anymore, and was making progress in his life. However, one thing he still faced was financial issues, and an ongoing butting of heads with his landlord who wanted Rusty to find a new place to live. Rusty recounted to people close to him that his landlord constantly verbally abused him, and even threatened to burn the trailer to the ground with Rusty inside it. According to Rusty, the landlord would come into the trailer when he wasn't home. Things were clearly not good for Rusty. Then, on October 17, 2020, 59 year old Rusty Meye was reported missing by his landlord of all people. All of belongings were left behind in his trailer, including his phone, keys, and a wallet with cash inside. Outside of the trailer, Rusty's cars were there. The only thing missing was Rusty himself.

When Rusty's sister Roxanne traveled to Florida to go through Rusty's things, she was surprised to learn that Rusty's trailer had not been sealed up as a possible crime scene. Inside the trailer, she found blood that had previously been missed by police. Due to the fact that the trailer was no treated as a crime scene, and because of the missed blood, Roxanne quickly came to believe that the investigation into Rusty's case had been bothced, and that her brother was the victim of foul play. Incredibly, the trailer was removed, and according to Rusty's landlord, it was sold.

Roxanne has actively been trying to keep Rusty's case in the spotlight, and figure out what happened to him. She recently attended Crimecon in an effort to network with people that may be able to help in Rusty's case. Just recently, she found out that Rusty's case has moved from a missing persons investigation to a homicide investgation. In this episode that is a crossover episode with Missing Persons Podcast, Roxanne discusses her brother's case.

When Rusty vanished he was described as being 5ft9 and 180 lbs. He wore glasses, and had Brown Hair and Brown eyes. He has a tattoo of a lion on his upper right arm, and one of an American flag on his upper back. He walks with a limp.

21 year-old Jennifer Wix, and her 2 year old daughter, Adrianna Wix, vanished without a trace in Cross Plains, Tennessee in March, 2004. Jennifer and Adrianna were living with Jennifer's boyfriend William Benton and his parents on their property at the time the pair vanished. According to Benton, he dropped Jennifer and Adrianna off at a gas station and watched them drive off with someone in a White car. He said he later saw Jennifer in the same White car without Adrianna, however, police have not been able to verify his story, and he along with his family have not cooperated with police, or allowed them to search their property. By most accounts, the relationship between Jennifer, her boyfriend, and his family was rocky, and rumors have swirled about what really happened to Jennifer and Adrianna. As of now, there have been no arrests in the case, and Jennifer and Adrianna's family has been fighting to keep the case front and center. Along the way, there has been friction within the family putting some of them at odds with each other.

In this episode, Jennifer's sister Casey discusses the case, and her efforts to find out exactly what happened to her sister and niece, and to see justice done after nearly two decades.

When she vanished, Jennifer was described as being White, 5ft4-5ft6, and weighing 125-135 pounds. She had Brown hair and Brown eyes. Adrianna was described as having Brown hair and Blue/Green eyes with a birthmark on the front of her upper right thigh.

Episode 81 Kenneth Ray Weaver

37 year-old Kenneth Ray Weaver, who went by Kenny, vanished in December 2000. He was last seen on Christmas Day, December 25th, when a friend dropped him off at another friend's home in Pocola, Oklahoma, a town that borders Fort Smith, Arkansas.

When he went missing, Kenny's family got the run around by police in both Arkansas and Oklahoma, and he wasn't officially reported missing for years, and when he finally was, he mysteriously kept popping into and out of the database of missing people.

During the time Kenny's family was fighting to keep his case in front of police, they did their own digging into his case and encountered several different troubling rumors about what happened to Kenny; all of them centering around being killed over a debt.

Almost 23 years later, Kenny's family is still searching for answers. In this episode, Kenny's sister Becky discusses the frustrating & troubling aspects of Kenny's case.

When Kenny disappeared, he was 5'8, 165 pounds. He had Brown hair, and Blue eyes. He wore eyeglasses with gold wire frames and smoke-tinted lenses. He has a scar extending from the right side of his chin to his neck, and a one- to one-and-half inch surgical scar on his lower back near his spine.

Episode 80 Jamie Grissim

Sixteen year-old Jamie Grissim vanished in Vancouver, Washington on December 7, 1971. She attended school that day at Fort Vancouver High School, and planned to walk home after school. She told her foster mother she would be home shortly after 1pm that day after school, but she never made it home. Immediatley, Jamie's younger sister Starr, who was extremely close with Jamie, knew that something was wrong. It wasn't like Jamie to not come home.

Starr and Jamie's foster mother tried to report Jamie missing, but were told by police that they had to wait a full 30 days. In May, 1972, Five months after she went missing, Jamie's purse, ID, and some other belongings were found beside a road in the Dole Valley area of Clark County, northeast of Vancouver. Jamie herself was never seen again.

Authorities initially believed Jamie was a runaway, but she is now believed to be the first victim of a suspected serial rapist and killer, Warren Leslie Forrest who has been linked to attacks and murders of other young women in the same area during that timeframe.

Jamie's sister Starr, who is the guest in this episode, would very much like to know what happened to her sister, and to find her remains so that she can say a proper goodbye to the older sister she loved so much.

When Jamie vanished, she was 5ft4 with Brown hair, and weighed 125 pounds. On the day she vanished, Jamie was believed to be wearing Blue jeans, white tennis shoes with peace drawing, possibly love written on them, red and white striped blouse with puffy sleeves. 47 year-old James Valdez, who went by Jamie, vanished from Booneville, Arkansas in June, 2021 following an argument with his wife. His Blue Chevy Equinox was found near a swimming hole in Sugar Grove, Arkansas, and although there was no sign of Jami, some of his belongings including a medical card were found on the ground nearby. A closer examination of the vehicle revealed that there was a rip in the seat, and the engine had been tampered with. In an effort to look for clues, his family accessed his Icloud account and it revealed that Jamie's phone last pinged in an area that was underwater at the time Jamie vanished. While there have been no confirmed sightings of Jamie, there were unconfirmed sightings after him after he vanished. There is also another woman named Thorina Watson who vanished in the same area, and while there is no confirmed link to Jamie's case. police have looked into a possible connection. Meanwhile, various rumors have swirled leaving Jamie's family desperate for answers. Jamie's sister Shawn discusses his case in this episode.

Jamie is described as a Caucasian male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is 5'9 – 5'10 tall and weighs 200 – 220 pounds.

Episode 78 Maura Murray

21 year old Maura Murray vanished on the night of February 9, 2004 after her car slid off the road on Rt. 112 in Haverhill, New Hampshire. More than one of the residents living near that area reported the crash to police who quickly responded to the scene. The witnesses saw a young woman, presumed to be Maura, on foot near the crashed car. She appeared to be physically okay, but by the time police arrived minutes later, Maura was gone. Extensive searches of the snow covered area failed to lead searchers to Maura, and she's been missing ever since.

Police discovered open containers of alcohol in Maura's Black Saturn when they searched the scene following her accident. They theorized that she had been drinking while driving and crashed as a result. When they began to look at Maura's actions and movements leading up to her disappearance, it only led to more questions. Maura, had been a track star, and a cadet at the prestigious West Point Academy. She was in a long distance relationship with her fiance. On the surface, it seemed as if Maura had a bright future, but below the surface, it appears as if Maura was struggling. She had left West Point after shoplifting some items, and had confided in her sister that she was struggling with alcohol. Maura attempted to pick up the pieces, and enrolled at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, where she decided to pursue a career in nursing. Police learned that early on the day she vanished, Maura had emailed her professors telling them that there was a death in her family, and that she'd be leaving campus for a week; something that was not true. From there, Maura placed a call to the owner of a condominium in Bartlett, NH, which is a place that was special to Maura and that she had spent time at in the past with her family. That afternoon, Maura packed a bag with makeup, school books, and several days' worth of clothes, and set out in her car. She stopped at an ATM and withdrew $280 in cash before buying $40 worth of alcohol. Just before 7:30 that night, police were called to the scene of her accident where they found her abandoned car.

What happened to Maura Murray? Was her disappearance connected to struggles she seemed to be dealing with leading up to her disappearance, or did she meet with foul play following her accident? Did she wander off from the scene, and pass away due to the WInter conditions and her remains were somehow missed in searches? There has been no shortage of speculation about Maura's fate. Her case has been the focus of podcasts, tv shows, books, and online forum discussions, yet despite all the attention on Maura's case, it remains an unsolved mystery.

Episode 77 Jane Mudder

55 year old Jane Aurelia Mudder vanished under mysterious circumstances in the Spring of 2018. She lived in a rented room of a home located off highway 24 in Cascade, Colorado. Jane was reported missing by her sister on May 29,2018 after she lost touch with Jane.

Police checked with Jane's landlord, a man named Lonnie, who told them that Jane had left for Dallas, TX on May 5th at 11am with a man in a Red truck and had not returned. In the home, they found several of Jane's belongings including credit cards and her cell phone; some of which appeared to have been hidden in a closet. In addition to Jane being gone, her 3 beloved dogs were missing as well.

Police were able to find surveillance footage of Jane on May 3rd at a bank. She was alone making a transaction. The following day, May 4th, Jane was captured on video at a store not far from the bank. After that, there are no confirmed sightings of Jane, and she remains missing to this day.

Jane suffered from an addition to pain medication due to a back injury she had suffered, and it's feared that Jane could have come into contact with any number of dangerous people. In addition, it's alleged that Jane's landlord has a criminal history of violence.

Jane's family fears the worst that Jane met with foul play, and at this point, they just want to know what happened to Jane, and who's responsible for her disappearance. In this episode, Jane's stepdaughter Samantha, Jane's Brother Mike, and her sister in law Cindy all chime in to discuss the events that led up to Jane going missing, and what has happened in the years since she's been missing.

Jane Mudder is described as being 5ft6 and weighing 122 pounds. She has Gray hair and Brown eyes. She has a tattoo of a dreamcatcher on her upper right arm and sometimes wears eyeglasses.

Episode 76 Bianca Carrasco 29 year old nurse, and mother of three, Bianca Carrasco was last seen on May 1, 2016 at her home in the 1600 block of Walnut Creek Drive in San Antonio, TX. Bianca was in the midst of ending the marriage to her husband, Joe Daniel Carrasco, a relationship that seemed to have fallen apart. It was reported that shortly before Bianca vanished, Joe, who goes by Daniel, had snooped through Bianca's phone and emptied out the joint banking account that the couple shared. Bianca was determined to get away. She got a new phone that her husband couldn't access, and was dating a new man. She was looking towards the next chapter of her life, and then she vanished. Her husband claimed she walked out of their home following an argument, and disappeared. Bianca's car was found at the house. Police believe that the new phone Bianca purchased has been turned off since the day Bianca vanished, and none of her credit cards have been used since she disappeared. In this episode, Bianca's sister Jovanna, and her good friend Julie, discuss Bianca's case, and their efforts to find her. When Bianca vanished, she was described as Hispanic with Brown eyes and Brown shoulder length hair, and had a fair complexion. She is 5ft1 and weighed 125 pounds. She was last seen wearing colorful pastel leggings, a Blue jean jacket, and was carrying a Pink Prada purse. She has a surgical scar on her abdomen, and the letter B tattooed on her hip.
