My Story - His Story - Our Journey

Come with us as we start an expository teaching on th com e 1st , 2nd and 3rd John. Let’s see what John has to say to those believers that he is trying to reach with these epistles. John clearly teaches the difference between being a believer and being someone that walks in darkness and how we can tell the difference.

Can you say you’re honestly a true friend? Does our lifestyle show that we are true friends to those that are around us? How do we know and is there a way that we can know that we are showing true love and friendship? Can we actually say that we need a Barnabas and we should be more like Barnabas.? Gold, frankincense and mrryh was what the three Wiseman brought before our baby Jesus. What do you bring? Not just when you leave this earth and you lay crowns before his feet but what do you have to bring to him today throughout your life can your life represent the gold, frankincense and Myrrh right now? Come with me on this journey that the Lord took me on for me to think about what I have to offer him now am I coming before king with gifts or am I coming before king empty-handed?

Do you know that we are told to be salt and light as Christian believers? What exactly does salt and light do. When Jesus tells us to be salt and light, what is he referring to come with me on this journey today and we will see just exactly what benefits we get from salt and light, and how we should be that salt and light to the Earth and people around us.

Have you ever found yourself doubting God’s promises? You pray for something for such a long time and yet it still has not happened. And the Satan whisper lies to your mind. “I doubt if that will happen.” “ I doubt that he hears you.” You might as well give up. What about do you doubt his salvation or he is who he said he was? Please join me on this journey through the scriptures and meet another gentleman that was very known for doubting. Yes, there was actually a beloved disciple that struggled with doubting. Follow me through the scriptures of the book of John chapter 20 :11-30

Do you honestly feel we give credit to the third part of the triune God? My question is how much of a relationship do you have with the Holy Ghost? We often find ourselves talking to God, the father and God, this son do we give credit and acknowledgment to God the Spirit? I would have to say I fall short please come with me on this journey into the Scriptures showing us just how important the Holy Ghost is in our life, and what all responsibilities he has, in guiding, teaching, convicting……. And so on maybe then we can appreciate him for who he is.

Have you ever wondered what Jesus meant by pick up your cross and follow me? Well we’re going to go through some scriptures to see Jesus his warnings of what could happen to us just by being a follower of his Jesus made it very clear to those around him that there would be a cost. Why is it, that we ignore his warnings. Why do we believe our life should just be blessed and always happy come with me on this journey, as we learn the truth of the cost of being a disciple of Jesus Christ.

Do you have a troubled tongue? Are you using your tongue the way that our Lord and Savior wants you to are you helping or hurting the situation? Do you have a difficult time not gossiping, lying, and or hurting people with your tongue. Please come with me on this journey to see how serious God takes, our tongue or mouth, and our attitude into consideration See from his words alone, how we should be conducting ourselves, especially our mouths do you know you’ll be held accountable for every idle word that proceeds from your mouth let’s take a look and see if there’s an example of that in God’s Word.

So let me ask you do you love to fish? Can you not wait like me till the next time I can get on the lake? Do you ever wonder why Jesus use that analogy ? “Come let me make you fishers of men.”As I have recently had this journey in conversation with my Lord, let me share that journey with him, in comparison, what it really requires of a person to be a fisherman. And how did that relate to Jesus’s profound statement that he would make us fishers of men. Matt 4:18-22

Do you fine when it comes to yourself for your family that the statement “when it rains it pours“ is an understatement? Well, I do and I don’t know about all of you out there, but lately I have been under the firing gun Satan has did his best to throw me and my family Off our normal behavior as in serving and into a whirlwind of problems. I’ll come with me on this journey and let’s just see how we can find peace and strength in the middle of our storms. I wish I see that we’re not the only ones that struggle with problems and exactly. Where is God in the mist of all of this. Join me in the book of Job for our next journey.

So how was your Easter? I have the same question for you that the Lord had for me what did it look like? What did it feel like what did you see? I’m not sure why the Lord lay that on my heart today, but he did so come on this journey with the anointed word of God as he tells it in his own words, how he came he went to the cross he was buried, and he rose again three days later, victorious over the grave!! Celebrate our risen, Saviour!!

Spring of now here and as we wait for the newness of life to pop up from the ground in the shape of flowers or even leaves on the trees let’s go on this journey of the promised God gives us on this subject of Newness. God is in control of creation but what about you? Do we see a newness in Is that’s supposed to be there? Are you in a dark season of your life. Let’s see what God had to say about all of these seasons.

Come with me on this journey through the Scriptures and find out if you are rooted first in Christ and is your marriage roots strong enough to hold you up? If you were an old oak tree, would the roots of your marriage be able to hold that tree up during the storm? Maybe your marriage is like the old redwood trees where your roots lay right beneath the ground but also has other roots to help hold them up. Come with me as we finish up the very last chapter of the book of Galatians. Let’s see in Galatians chapter 6 what Paul has to say in his final part of this letter to the Galatians remember, as you read this and listen to God‘s word he speaking to us, as well as he did the Galatians clear back then. Let us be freed from slavery of legalism, but let us continue to love Jesus Christ and honor him with our life

Hello everybody, come with me and continue this journey through the book of Galatians. We are now in chapter 5 and only have one chapter left. Let us finish strong and apply the principles of what Paul is teaching here to our lives, and allow it to give us some peace, joy and hope.

Look at this beautiful story as it unfolds and noticed the appropriate responses of everyone that was involved. Ask yourself does my life show appropriate responses to the king of kings and lord of lords. If not what can we do to change that in our future years.

Come with us as we travel through the book of Galatians. Has there been time in your life were you was not sure about your salvation or you felt maybe you even lost your salvation? Can we lose our salvation? Do we keep our salvation by following the law or are we saved by grace and mercy and what is the difference? Have you struggled with understanding whether you’re salvation is secure or not? Has there been times that you felt you were so far away from God that there’s no way you could be saved? Or has somebody told you that you’re not saved based on what they believe? Let us go on a journey into the book of Galatians to see exactly how Paul addressed this situation in the false teaching during that time. Let us then decide ourselves where our salvation is secure and legitimate or maybe even recognize that you never were saved at all and then proclaim the name of Jesus and have peace in your heart Knowing that he is there for you loving you through this life until we see him in heaven.

As we approach this Thanksgiving season can we honestly say that we have “an attitude of gratitude?“ That is a phrase that is used in most messages preached or taught in our church environment. But does it ever go outside of the church walls? And can we honestly deep down say that we have an attitude of gratitude? Will come with me on this journey and see a man who for sure has an attitude of gratitude for our Lord and Savior and what he has done for him in his life. Happy Thanksgiving!

Have you ever wondered to yourself how soon will the United States of America suffer persecution like other countries suffer for their belief in Jesus Christ? Is the time coming where we will have to make the decision to either stand and proclaim the name of Jesus proudly and boldly or suffer the cost if we do not? I believe that soon we will and we will have a choice to make. So my question to you is “will you stand?”

Have you ever felt so disconnected from God or had times of silence that made you sad because you didn’t feel his presence. Have you reach out to people in prayer and ask people to pray for you to get you through your valley or dry spell. Come with me and experience the one prayer that was the greatest prayer ever prayed on our behalf. I bet you’re wondering what “feeling like a Samaritan?“ Really means. There’s many different ways we can feel like or be a Samaritan. Come with me on this journey with Jesus explaining just how we can walk in the Samaritan shoes. Feeling left out out look down on? Recently had the opportunity to be a good Samaritan? Examine your hearts as you travel on this journey into the book of Luke.

Have you been lied to lately? Maybe by a friend or family member or someone close to you? Maybe you think you haven’t been lied to but let me ask you this has Satan lied to you? Is he whispering things into your mind about yourself or your situation? Has he told you so many lies that you feel there’s no way out? Will come with me on a journey of truth and see what the Scriptures has to say about the father of lies.

Do you ever feel like one minute you’re on fire for God and doing everything you possibly can to witness for Jesus Christ. But the next minute you feel defeated hypocritical and feel like you possibly have lost your salvation. You wonder to yourself how can one minute I’ve been doing what is pleasing to God but the next be a complete failure? Come with me on this journey to see if there may be anyone else in the Scriptures that struggled between his flesh and his spirit.

Have you ever been burden down by guilt? Or guilt of your past sins? Or just demonic guilt that others has burdened you with? Can we even know the difference between conviction, guilt And or demonic guilt. Come with me on this journey today and Let’s breakdown the difference between the three.

Do you struggle with forgiveness? Has someone hurt you to the point where you feel like you could never forgive? Do you understand the importance that Jesus stresses about being able to forgive others as you’ve been forgiven? Let us pray that he gives us the strength to be able to forgive as he has forgiven us.

Do you remember the times that you’ve lost a dear friend or loved one that’s going on before us? What about have you lost somebody has taken their own life with suicide? How do you handle the situation? What do you feel about the situation? Have you been a part of someone’s life to be there for them in their darkest times? Is there life after death? have we truly wept over those in this world that walk aimlessly around without knowing our Lord and Savior? Well come with me on this journey this journey that the Lord had taken me on and reminded me of his promises. Let us all be diligent to be out there living and loving God and people. Let us to continually pray for those that struggle here on earth. John Chapter 11:5-44 Jesus wept.

On vacation

Do you ever wonder why Jesus asked the man at the pull of Bethesda “ do you want to be healed?” Did the man want to be Healed? Did Jesus think he made excuses? Did Jesus show Himself to be Healer off time considering this man had been sick longer than Jesus had been alive? Come on this journey with me to see what was the importance of that question or was there one? John 5:1-17

Do you find yourself down and out? Wondering where you may get your next meal? Do you feel so far away from God that you don’t know if he sees the situation you’re in? Do you have the faith You need to know that God will see you through this situation? Come with me on this journey into 1st Kings As you read about a woman and her young child. See how God not only provided for Elijah, this woman and her son but see what kind of faith is needed to just trust God for the outcome.

Have you ever struggled with wondering am I converted or just confused? Please ask yourself this question and be genuinely honest with yourself. Is there a way we can know from the Scriptures if we are converted or confused on our salvation? Yes there is.God has left specific questions and answers in his word to help us understand if we are truly saved or not. Come with me on this journey and pray before you listen to this that God will reveal to you in your heart that way you will know whether you are truly saved or not. There’s no more important question that you could ask yourself than this question in this lifetime. There’s not any question that is more valuable to you in this lifetime and if you are truly saved.

Have you ever wondered if you confront somebody over something that is not godly or is not supported by the scripture that you find yourself on the opposite side of someone saying that you are judging, complaining and even being downright mean. Well have you ever ask yourself if Jesus had to struggle with the situation and how he handled it? Well he did come with me on this journey Into the book of Mark chapter 23 and see how Jesus himself called out those that were ungodly and were laying heavy burdens on God’s people.

Have you ever took the time just a really look around? Or do we just aimlessly go through our day murmuring and complaining about we what don’t have? Have you stopped to think about what all God has actually blessed us with? As we now are entering the spring time of the year it is very difficult to walk quietly outside and not look around at the masterpiece that God has made and provided for us. As he has set us into this beautiful story and onto this beautiful planet called earth. Let us take a short journey of just how excited God was to create all things including us. Let’s take a journey into Genesis.

Have you asked yourself that question before? Cain asked God the same question. What was God’s reply? Ever feel that way with the brothers and sisters in Christ? Are we family? Of it for real? Does God really expect us to be our brothers keeper? And if so what does it look like? Come with me on this journey into the Scriptures starting in Genesis and ending in the book of Matthew. We are going to do a walk through the book of Luke from the time that Jesus was announced from the angel to his birth through his walk and life headed to Calvary. Have you ever looked at a baby and new that he was only Born to die? Like the whole purpose that he was born was to die? We are moving from the suffering servant into this journey from the Cradle to the Cross.

Come with me on this journey through the Christmas season as we look a little deeper at that baby in the manger. Can you see him there? Do you just see an innocent baby that will ultimately benefit you? Or can you see the whole plan of God as it starts to unfold the moment he's born? Come with me into the book of Isaiah to truly look upon what he came for and see him as the suffering servant. Isaiah 53.

Come with me on this journey into the scriptures on a topic well-known to many "Physical Pain." Go with me where Jesus took me to try to comfort me as I go through severe physical pain. Let him teach us a lesson on pain and why we could possibly be enduring it. Let's see from a few characters in The Bible that represent what it was like to experience pain and why. Maybe then we can trust God with our lives and the pain that we may be enduring whether it would be mental or physical. And how God in the end could be glorified through it.

Come with me on this final journey of the book of Jonah. Has Jonah learned? Have we learned? Will be obey God this time? Or will he still be stubborn and do it his way? Well we'll find out today. In My story his story or journey.

Come me on this journey of thankfulness. Are we Thankful? Truly thankful for what God has done for us, what He had given us?, How He died for us? I'm going to challenge you to go on this new journey with me into the book of Luke and examine our hearts to see if we're part of the 9 or are we the One?!! Luke chapter 17:11-19.

Come with me on a journey into the 3rd chapter of Jonah. And let us see has Jonah come to his senses? Is he now going to listen to the God that he claims he loves? Or will Jonah continue down a path of anger and resentment toward the Nevites? Does Jonah have the right to be mad at someone else's sin without looking at his own? Was God merciful on him and his people? We will learn all of this on today's Journey of (My Story His Story Our Journey.)

Continue with me on this journey into the book of Jonah. As we go into chapter 2 let us see if Jonah has changed his mind about refusing to go to Nineveh and obeying God's will. It's very dangerous not to listen to the god of the universe. Has Jonah gone down far enough that he's learned his lesson well join me on the journey into Jonah and you will see.

Come with me on this journey through the book of Jonah. Have you found yourself running away from God. Are you a child of God that are living in the world in the way you choose. Come with me on this journey as we see the outcome for Jonah when he decided that he would refuse God's command for his life and run and flee from God's presence. This did not go unnoticed by God. See how a loving God will get your attention when your being defiant.

Come with me on a journey with Christ to see how he felt on the subject of "religion." See how he interacts with the religious leaders known as the Pharisees and Sadducees. See what he had to say about legalism and adding burdens upon the people. Let us take heed from Christ words that we would never act like the Pharisees. Matthew 23:1-39

Join me on this last journey into the study of repentance. As we study repentance the evidence of it. We take a look into a life of a man who clearly showed the good example of true godly repentance. Who was one person at one time and a complete different person after his conversion and the meeting with Christ.

Come with me on this journey as we continue to study the importance of repentance. Today we will actually be doing just that particular episode. " Repentance and the importance of it." Let's see how God the Father himself felt about repentance. Acts 17:22-34

This is an episode repost by request. After the first week this episode was posted somehow the following week it got recorded over. After talking to someone about watching this episode they could not find it. So I went back only to realize that the title was there but the episode after it was recorded over top of it somehow. So despite the devil tricks to keep it from being aired I went looking for it in the archives and with God's help I retrieved it! Have you ever wondered if you could lose your salvation? Seems to be so confusing considering people believe two different things. Take this journey with me for the next 6 weeks and see the difference between losing your salvation and losing rewards. Learn what the rewards are for and how you can obtain them.
