- 19 - Boundaries Are Biblical, Not Selfish! | Buli Makhubo & Ndavi Nokeri | Ep. 19
What if saying no doesn't make you selfish, but helps you love people better?
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi sits down with Buli Makhubo, digital creator, speaker,
podcast host and author of The Yielded Life, for an honest conversation about faith, relationships
and the importance of setting healthy boundaries.
From learning to surrender everything to God to navigating the demands of motherhood and the
challenges of setting boundaries with family, Buli shares what it means to love people without
giving everyone unlimited access to your life.
Together, they explore why forgiveness doesn't always mean restoring access, how
people-pleasing affects our relationships, and why boundaries aren't a contradiction to love, but
can be an important part of it.
If you've ever struggled to say no, felt guilty for protecting your peace, or wondered whether
setting boundaries is biblical, this conversation will challenge you to rethink what it means to love
others while remaining faithful to God and yourself.

Wed, 21 Oct 2026 - 53min - 17 - How Do I Know It's God's Will? | Blaque Nubon & Ndavi Nokeri | Ep. 17
How do you know when to keep going, when to change direction, and when God is asking you to let something go?
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi sits down with Blaque Nubon, Christian hip-hop artist, producer, filmmaker, pastor and host of That Husband Podcast, for a conversation about discernment, faith and making difficult decisions.
From discovering music at a young age to building a creative career, planting a church and raising a family, Blaque has had to navigate what it means to follow Jesus in the middle of ambition, responsibility and everyday life.
He opens up about how his childhood shaped his understanding of trust, what fatherhood has taught him, and why following God doesn't always mean doing more. Sometimes, obedience means knowing when to pause, make room for your family and reconsider what this season requires of you.
If you've ever questioned whether to keep pursuing something, struggled to balance your calling with your responsibilities, or wondered how to know what God wants you to do next, this conversation is for you. Because sometimes, the hardest part of obedience isn't taking the next step. It's knowing which step God is asking you to take.

Thu, 15 Oct 2026 - 1h 03min - 16 - Can You Handle The Influence? | Victor Thompson & Ndavi Nokeri | Ep. 16
What happens when millions of people know your name, but God is still asking who you are when nobody is watching?
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi sits down with Nigerian singer, songwriter and worship leader Victor Thompson for a deeply personal conversation about influence, leadership, character and what it means to be entrusted with a platform.
Victor's journey from growing up in Lagos and experiencing the loss of his parents at a young age, to becoming a husband, father and internationally recognised artist, has shaped the way he understands purpose, service and responsibility.
Victor reflects on the people and experiences that shaped him, the role his wife has played in helping him open up, his journey into fatherhood, and the lessons he has learnt as his platform has grown.
At the heart of the conversation is a simple but challenging idea: influence is not just about what people see in you. It's about what you've been entrusted with and what you choose to do with it.
If you've ever wondered what leadership looks like beyond a title, how to stay grounded as your platform grows, or what success should ultimately be for, this conversation is for you. Because the bigger the platform becomes, the greater the responsibility to steward it well.
And when everything else falls away, the question won't simply be how many people knew your name. It will be who you became with what you were given.

What If Rejection Is Redirection?
What if the door that closed was never the end of the story?
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi sits down with Zanele Potelwa, South African radio and television presenter, MC, content creator, actress and voice-over artist, for an honest conversation about faith, courage, purpose and learning to trust God when the path doesn't look the way you expected.
From dreaming of becoming a medical doctor to discovering radio and building a career across broadcasting, television, sport and live events, Zanele's journey is filled with moments that didn't always make sense at the time.
She shares how her faith was shaped by her family, how God has grown her confidence, and what it has meant to keep showing up through uncertainty, rejection and unexpected opportunities.

What if the person the world sees isn’t the whole story?
This week, Ndavi sits down with Shudufhadzo Musida, author, advocate, global speaker, Columbia University graduate and former Miss South Africa, for a deeply personal conversation about identity, confidence and becoming comfortable with who you are beyond achievement.
From growing up in a village where opportunities weren’t always obvious, to navigating bullying, healing childhood wounds and eventually living a dream many are still praying for, Shudu shares what it has taken to build an identity that isn’t dependent on a title.
Together, they unpack the difference between performance and purpose, why confidence requires healing, and how to stay grounded when the world is constantly watching. Because success can introduce you to the world. But who are you when nobody is watching?

Wed, 23 Sep 2026 - 44min - 13 - Is Success Costing You Yourself? | Ep. 13
What if the success you've been working so hard for is costing you more than you realise?
Many of us dream about building meaningful careers, achieving big goals and becoming
everything we believe we're capable of becoming. But somewhere along the way, ambition can
quietly turn into pressure, and success can begin to cost us our peace, relationships, health and
even our sense of self.
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi Nokerii sits down with entrepreneur, branding
strategist and founder of EDITS COMMUNICATIONS, Nomndeni Sethole, for an honest
conversation about ambition, purpose, success and learning when to let go.
From growing up in an entrepreneurial home and building a career rooted in creativity and vision,
to navigating seasons of change and learning to trust God's direction, Nomndeni reflects on what
ambition has taught her about the woman she is.
The conversation also explores what happens when God gives you a different assignment for a
different season, how to trust Him when you don't have the full picture, and why developing a
healthy relationship with challenges can help us recognise when it's time to put something down.
If you've ever been afraid of failing, chased something you thought would finally make you feel
fulfilled, or struggled to know whether you're meant to keep going or let go, this conversation is
for you.
Because ambition isn't the problem.
The question is whether you're building a life that allows you to become successful without losing
yourself along the way. And sometimes, trusting God means believing that what He's leading you
into is more important than what you're trying to hold onto.
Wed, 16 Sep 2026 - 53min - 12 - Can Your Friendships Grow With You? | Kabelo Mohale & Ndavi Nokeri | Ep 12
What happens to our friendships when life starts to change?
Marriage. Motherhood. New seasons. New responsibilities. Sometimes the people we love are still the same people, but the way we show up for each other has to change.
This week on The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi Nokerii sits down with Kabelo Mohale, content
creator, entrepreneur, speaker, community builder, wife, mother, and founder of BE'LOVED, for an honest conversation about friendship, growing together and learning how to show up when life doesn't look the way it used to.
Kabelo reflects on the friendships that shaped her, the moment she realised friendship couldn't
simply be about proximity, and what it means to intentionally build relationships on the right
foundations.
They talk about comparison, performing for acceptance, navigating difficult seasons, celebrating your friends when you're struggling yourself, and the challenge of knowing when to show up for someone without neglecting yourself. Because maybe mature friendship isn't about having constant access to each other. Maybe it's about knowing what someone needs in the season they're in, and learning how to love them well through it.
If you've ever felt a friendship changing, struggled to celebrate someone while you're in your own difficult season, or wondered how to support the people you love without losing yourself, this conversation is for you. And ultimately, this episode asks us to rethink what it means to be a good friend. Are we willing to grow with the people we love, even when friendship no longer looks the way it used to?

Wed, 09 Sep 2026 - 1h 09min - 11 - Season 2 is here | Why are you trying to Fit in? | Ep. 11
Why Are You Trying to Fit In?
What if the pressure to fit in is keeping you from becoming who God called you to be?
Season 2 of The Full Circle Podcast begins with a question: If I truly belong to God, what should
look different about my life? In this opening solo episode, Ndavi Nokerii reflects on Season 1 and introduces the heart behind the new season.
After spending Season 1 becoming planted, building roots, knowing God and establishing values, Season 2 asks what comes next: How do you actually live differently? Ndavi unpacks what it means to live differently without becoming disconnected from the world around you. She explores the pressure to compare, the desire for validation, the power of our words and why our identity has to come before our purpose.
Drawing from Romans 12:2, this episode is a reminder that following God isn't about performing, appearing perfect or trying to stand out. It's about allowing Him to transform the way we think, the choices we make and ultimately the way we live. If you've ever felt the pressure to fit in, questioned whether your faith should affect your everyday decisions, or found yourself looking to other people for validation, this conversation is for you.
Season 2 is an invitation to live intentionally, rooted in who God says you are.
Where in your life have you been trying to fit in instead of faithfully standing apart?

Wed, 29 Jul 2026 - 58min - 9 - The Dangers of People-Pleasing | with Ndavi Nokeri | EP 9
How many times have you said "yes" when you really wanted to say "no"? In this solo episode of The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi unpacks the hidden cost of people pleasing and why constantly seeking the approval of others often leads to self-betrayal. Through honest reflection, biblical wisdom, and practical encouragement, she explores how fear, guilt, and the desire to keep everyone happy can keep us from living the life God has called us to.
This conversation is an invitation to embrace healthy boundaries, rediscover your identity, and choose obedience over approval. If you've ever struggled with disappointing others, carrying the weight of unrealistic expectations, or finding the courage to put yourself first, this episode will remind you that true freedom begins when you stop living for people and start living from a place of authenticity.
People pleasing is so much more than simply being "nice”, because you’ll realise that constantly prioritising the approval, comfort and expectations of others can quietly lead to emotional exhaustion
Some points we unpack:
• What people pleasing really is (and what it isn't)
• Why boundaries are an act of stewardship, not selfishness
• How the fear of disappointing others keeps us stuck
• The relationship between identity, obedience and healing
• Practical steps to begin choosing truth over approval
Remember: every journey to wholeness begins with one honest conversation.
If this episode encouraged you, don't forget to like, rate, subscribe and share it with someone who needs the reminder that their worth isn't found in pleasing people.
Join us every second week for conversations that help you grow in Faith, Fitness, and Finance, one step closer to living a full circle life.

Wed, 08 Jul 2026 - 37min - 8 - Can God Still Use You After Your Mistakes? | Ndavi Nokeri & Naomi Raine | Episode 8
Can God still use you after your mistakes?
In this powerful and deeply vulnerable conversation, Ndavi sits down with Naomi Raine who opens up about overcoming shame, embracing God’s grace, and learning to see herself through God’s eyes rather than the lens of her past. She shares her journey of navigating motherhood, having a child out of wedlock, and the process of moving beyond guilt and self-condemnation to fully step into the purpose God has for her life.
We also unpack the often misunderstood relationship between faith, success, and money. Naomi shares why she believes success doesn’t create character but reveals it, and how the real battles she faces have less to do with money and what her real struggle truly is…
One of the most touching moments of the conversation comes as Naomi reflects on how motherhood has given her a deeper understanding of God’s love. Through her relationship with her children, she has come to appreciate the unwavering nature of God’s grace, His faithfulness despite our imperfections, and His commitment to us even when we fall short.
We also discuss obedience, learning to trust God when His instructions don’t make sense, and what it looks like to prioritize His voice above the opinions of people. Naomi shares insights into her decision to leave Maverick City, the season of recalibration she currently finds herself in, and the songs that are anchoring her faith as she continues to follow God’s leading one step at a time.

Wed, 08 Jul 2026 - 54min - 7 - You’re Missing The Moment | Learning To Stop Living In Survival Mode with Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 7
In this episode, we explore a question that has been sitting heavily on my heart: Are we truly living in the freedom Christ died to give us?
Too often, we label seasons as "bad" simply because they are stretching us, disappointing us, or unfolding differently from what we expected. We postpone our joy until the next breakthrough, the next answered prayer, the next chapter. But what if God is inviting us to be fully present right here, right now?
Jesus tells us that His yoke is easy and His burden is light, yet so many of us are carrying weights He never asked us to bear. Sometimes, we create our own suffering because deep down we struggle to believe we are worthy of grace, worthy of joy, or worthy of the freedom that was already purchased for us on the cross. We continue trying to carry our own crucifixion when Jesus has already carried it for us.
This conversation is a reminder that God's promises are not only for some distant future version of your life. They are for today. His joy is for today. His peace is for today. His presence is for today.
We also reflect on what it means to recognize that God has placed us where we are for a reason. Even in frustrating seasons, difficult workplaces, uncertain transitions, and unexpected detours, there are people to serve, lessons to learn, and purpose to fulfill. The question is: if we've been called to proclaim freedom, are we living free ourselves?
If you've been feeling stuck between where you are and where you hope to be, this episode is an invitation to stop postponing your life, trust God with the season you're in, and rediscover the joy available to you right now.

What are you currently waiting for, that is causing you to postpone your joy?

Wed, 03 Jun 2026 - 31min - 6 - What It Really Takes To Become Succesful | Cleola Kunene & Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 6
In this episode, Ndavi sits down with award-winning investment expert, Director at Equate and former Head of SME Development at the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, Cleola Kunene, for a deeply honest conversation about the intersection of legacy and calling; and the reality of building a meaningful life.
As a global business leader, mother, and woman of faith, Cleola shares the lessons that have shaped her journey — from building businesses that scale to learning how to trust God through uncertainty and transition. She speaks about the importance of having a strong “why,” staying committed to the vision while remaining flexible with the process, and embracing resilience as part of the journey toward purpose.
The conversation explores what it truly means to build a healthy relationship with money and why money should never sit idle.
Cleola shares her perspective on wealth creation, sustainable business systems, self-trust, discipline, and the sacrifices often required to grow. She reflects on the reality that not everyone can journey with you into every season and why protecting your vision sometimes requires changing your environment and circle.
She also opens up about excellence, entrepreneurial thinking, motherhood, learning to love again after experiencing loss, and the deeper meaning of success beyond titles, validation, or external recognition. For Cleola, success is found in becoming who you were called to be, pushing beyond your own limits, and building a life that creates access and opportunity for others.
This episode is a reminder that difficulty is not always a sign to stop, sometimes it is confirmation that you are walking in purpose.

Wed, 20 May 2026 - 49min - 5 - Your disobedience is costing you more than you think | with Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 5
On this episode of The Full Circle Podcast, the conversation unpacks a topic many people struggle with: obedience.
Obedience is mine, outcome is His” is the foundation for a deeper discussion about surrender, trust, and walking in alignment. From everyday choices, to life-changing decisions, obedience has the power to shape the direction of one’s life; but it often requires letting go of control and trusting God beyond logic, comfort, and convenience.
The episode explores the different ways disobedience can show up in our lives: delayed obedience, partial obedience, convenient obedience, disobedience caused by fear, distraction, ignorance, or even misinformation. Through various examples, the conversation challenges us to reflect on our own lives and the areas where God may be calling us to move in faith.
This is an honest, thought-provoking, and encouraging conversation about trusting God fully, even when the instructions don’t make sense yet. Because growth requires action.
If there’s one takeaway from this episode, it’s this:
You are responsible for your obedience. God is responsible for the outcome.

Wed, 22 Apr 2026 - 1h 01min - 3 - You Can’t Walk in Purpose with a Broken Mindset | Dr Khanyile & Ndavi Nokeri | Episode 3
Before anything shifts externally, the mind has to come into alignment.
In this episode of The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi Nokeri sits down with Dr Khanyile Lenake for a deeply layered conversation at the intersection of mindset, discipline, and purpose — where faith and prayer meet medicine, and where inner work becomes non-negotiable.
Together, they explore how mental blocks, internal narratives, and even chemical imbalances can limit one’s ability to fully engage with truth, opportunity, and calling. This conversation unpacks the importance of anchoring yourself in your current season while preparing for what’s next with God, and even how your daily routine can become meaningful when approached as an act of worship and service.
Dr Khanyile shares insights on the responsibility of influence in the digital age, the cost of vulnerability on social media, and the freedom that comes with choosing authenticity over performance. The discussion also highlights the powerful link between physical strength and mental health — showing how fitness can improve clarity, emotional regulation, sleep, and decision-making, ultimately allowing one to show up more fully for others.
This episode is a reminder that growth is not just spiritual or aspirational — it is practical, embodied, and deeply intentional. Because sometimes, the very thing preventing progress isn’t external… it’s internal.

Wed, 08 Apr 2026 - 58min - 2 - I Thought I Had to Be “Good Enough” for God… | Candice Modiselle | Ep 2: The Full Circle Pod with Ndavi Nokeri
What if trying to be “good enough” is the very thing keeping you from God?
In this episode of The Full Circle Podcast, Ndavi sits down with Candice Modiselle for a deeply honest and transformative conversation about faith, identity, and healing. Candice shares her journey of growing up in a faith-filled environment and how, over time, she had to move from a faith she inherited to one she truly owned. She opens up about her teenage rebellion, and the season where returning to God felt less like freedom and more like pressure; where she believed she had to perform and prove herself to be worthy.
The conversation unpacks the subtle but heavy burden of self-righteousness, and how striving to be “good enough” can often distance us from the very grace we seek. Candice reflects on how past trauma influenced the relationships she formed, sometimes connecting with others through shared pain rather than shared values, and how those dynamics lacked true accountability. She also speaks candidly about seeking validation on social media, and the ways she expressed herself in pursuit of identity and control, only to realise the deeper need for healing and alignment.
Through her journey, Candice highlights the importance of unlearning and relearning her understanding of love, and how that process helped her build a healthy, loving marriage. She also shares how her faith now informs her career decisions as an actress, choosing to walk away from roles that do not align with her values, understanding the responsibility she carries in influencing and mentoring young women.
This episode is a powerful reminder that faith is not about performance, but about surrender; and that true transformation begins when we let go of striving and allow God to meet us in our authenticity.

Welcome to Season 1 of The Full Circle Podcast with Ndavi Nokeri.
