- 135 - 92. The Unwritten Rules: How to Unbind the Family Laws You Never Agreed To
Bootstraps. Power through. Chin up. Show no weakness. Nobody ever sat me down at the kitchen table and read me the rules of my house. Nobody had to. I knew them in my bones, and so did you. This week's solo episode is about those rules: the ones you absorbed from your mom's face when the doorbell rang, the ones you're still obeying at 45, at 50, at 62, and the ones I was still obeying this past March, fifty years old, feet throbbing in ski boots I had hated for three seasons, because somewhere in me a little girl still believed that if it hurts, it's probably good for you.
What you'll hear:
🔥 Walk it off, Jimmy: the bleachers where so many of us learned that getting hurt is embarrassing and crying is worse
🔥 The ski boots I wore for three seasons of pain, and the chairlift conversation that ended it ("that's how deep these rules go")
🔥 The rules your community named, and mine: keep it pretty on the outside, suffer to deserve anything good, everyone's feelings are your job, and the one that ties them all together: choose yourself, enjoy the guilt
🔥 Why breaking a rule still sets off alarms in your body decades later, and how your body learns something new ("I told the truth and I didn't die")
🔥 The House Rules Rewrite: the tool for finding your five rules and writing the law of YOUR house, plus the story of a woman whose one "no, thank you" rewrote a rule that had run her since childhood
The framework: This episode lives in The Unbinding, the first stage of this work. The second you can see a rule, you get a choice: is this mine? Do I want to keep it?
Your homework: one rule, one week. Then come into our free community and tell us which rule you're rewriting. We'll hold it with you, that's what we do in there: https://thefemininerebellion.com/community
bell hooks wrote that learning to love our female selves is where our search for love must begin. This episode is what that looks like in real life. One rule. Rewritten. By you.

Fri, 23 Oct 2026 - 22min - 134 - 91. The Cornell 7 and the Boys We're Still Raising (with Cindy Pierce)
This episode contains frank discussion of porn culture, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse, approached with care and for educational purposes. Listener discretion advised. If you or someone you love needs support, please reach out to a licensed mental-health professional or a crisis resource in your area.
If you're talking about the Cornell 7 in terms of consent training, you are missing the damn plot. Consent training isn't wrong. It's about thirteen years too late. By the time our boys are five, they've already learned the rules of patriarchal world culture: you have to exert power OVER someone else. Women are worth less. Vulnerability is weakness. And you belong by making someone else feel smaller.
Last week I could have worn a hole in the carpet of my office trying to put words to my rage. I have two daughters, 21 and 22, and a son who's a freshman in college. I am smack dab in the middle of this conversation. So I reached out to Cindy Pierce. We'd been introduced, but we weren't close, and she's the only woman I know who is a true expert in this. I laid on my couch, we talked for an hour, and when we hung up I thought... fuck. I wish I'd recorded that. So I texted her over the weekend, and we did.
Cindy goes INTO fraternities and sororities for a living. For 22 years she's been in real, deep conversations with these kids, so when she tells you what's really behind this, she's not guessing. She's hearing it from them. And the first thing she'll tell you: our kids can recite consent in their sleep. That was never the missing piece.
Go listen. And then send it to every mom of a son you know.
What you'll hear:
🔥 Why consent education isn't failing for lack of repetition, and what actually makes it vanish under social pressure
🔥 The default sexuality educator raising our kids (hint: it's not us), what it's teaching them, and how to interrupt it without shame
🔥 Boys' drama is real: group chat kings, targets, and the daily survival pressure nobody is allowed to name, plus the masks underneath ("that's safety in numbers, that's fear dressed up as strength")
🔥 Compliance training: be into it but don't be a slut, be strong but stay thin, speak up but be nice about it, and what that training costs our daughters
🔥 The practical toolbox: social courage in steps, the five-minute timer talk, open-ended questions that actually work, letting kids pay consequences, and raising humans who are kind 98 percent of the time and difficult when it counts
The framework: This episode lives in The Rise. Women our age are the torch bearers, and this is the work: changing the culture our kids inherit, one kitchen table at a time.
About Cindy Pierce: comic storyteller, social sexuality educator, and author. She speaks at schools, colleges, and organizations across the country (yes, she does living-room talks too), and she runs an inn in the New Hampshire woods with her husband. [Check Cindy’s website]

Fri, 16 Oct 2026 - 1h 10min - 133 - 90. The Questions She Never Asked Herself: Psychedelics, Midlife, and Coming Home to You (with Anne Philippi)
This episode discusses psychedelics for educational and storytelling purposes only. Nothing here is medical advice, and nothing is a recommendation to use any substance. Psychedelics remain illegal in most jurisdictions and are not safe or appropriate for everyone. The experiences described took place in legal, clinically guided settings. Please consult a licensed medical or mental-health professional before making any decisions about your health.
We're back, loves. And I could not have picked a better conversation to return with. Anne Philippi spent fifteen years in the glossiest rooms in journalism; GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair, two or three Hollywood stars a week, becoming world-class at one thing: knowing what everyone else wanted.
Then came the realization that stopped her cold: "I don't ask myself any questions." What happened next after twenty years of talk therapy had circled the same stories, changed the direction of her entire life, and turned her into one of the defining voices destigmatizing psychedelic medicine.
What you'll hear:
🔥 Life inside the junket: Hollywood access, the Chris Pratt white-t-shirt assignment, and the slow realization that she'd become an expert on everyone but herself
🔥 What twenty years of talk therapy couldn't reach — and what finally surfaced in her first guided journeys (including the vision that told her exactly what mattered to her)
🔥 "I had no sense of femininity": untangling the feminine from seduction, the intergenerational erasure she traces through her family, and the jet full of powerful, feminine, zero-competition women that redefined everything
🔥 Losing 80% of her friends — why real transformation reorganizes your relationships, and what authentic female support actually feels like
🔥 Healthy ambition as a homecoming, the Amanda Feilding story that called her into this work, and where curious midlife women can learn more — safely, legally, and guided
The framework: This episode lives in The Reclamation — coming home to the self that got buried under the performance.
About Anne Philippi: After 15 years in high-profile journalism (GQ, Vogue, Vanity Fair), Anne founded The New Health Club in 2020, the first lifestyle-driven platform in the psychedelic space , and in 2025 launched the New Health Institute, a US-based nonprofit refining cultural narratives around psychedelics through curated Jeffersonian dinners that bring veterans, clinicians, and policymakers to one table. Her board includes MAPS founder Rick Doblin.

Thu, 08 Oct 2026 - 1h 03min - 132 - 89. The Midlife Shedding: How to Let Go of the Sh*t That Drains You
There’s a reason trees drop their leaves before the frost. They’re not failing. They’re f*cking wise.
They refuse to carry dead weight into winter.
But you? You’ve been trained to do the opposite.
Pile on obligations. Say yes when your whole body says hell no. Wear roles like costumes you never auditioned for. And by midlife, you’re exhausted.
This episode is your invitation to a radical seasonal rebellion: The Midlife Shedding.
Inside, we explore:
✨ Why patriarchy trained women to over-function—and how your nervous system keeps the score
✨ How to turn your body into a compass with the Fuck Yes / Fuck No Scan—because contraction and expansion never lie
✨ The 4-step Shedding Framework: SEE it → FEEL it → PRUNE it → REPLANT it
✨ Why shedding isn’t collapse—it’s strategy. The biology of pruning, the neuroscience of desire, and how pleasure literally rewires your brain
✨ A guided embodiment practice to reset your compass and commit to one concrete “Fuck Yes” action within 24 hours
Because here’s the truth: you’re not here to be efficient.
You’re here to be electric. Magnetic. Unapologetically unfuckwithable.

Thu, 01 Oct 2026 - 20min - 131 - 88. Midlife Ruptures: The Call to Your Expansion
At midlife, rupture is inevitable.
A child leaves home.
A marriage shifts.
A career stops fitting.
An identity starts cracking.
And here’s the rebellion: rupture isn’t just pain.
It’s your body’s way of saying, “This container is too small for who I am now.”
In this fierce and truth-soaked episode, Natty reframes rupture as a holy signal—an embodied invitation to expansion. What feels like breaking down is actually breaking open.
Inside, we explore:
✨ Why patriarchy trains women to patch the cracks, override the signals, and smile through the wilt (and the cost of doing so)
✨ How your nervous system responds in rupture—and why completing the stress cycle is the key to resilience and health
✨ The neuroscience of rupture: how destabilization activates neuroplasticity, rewiring your brain for clarity, boundaries, and desire
✨ The Rupture Release Practice—a 4-step somatic tool to embody rupture instead of bury it: Name it. Move it. Add Pleasure. Listen
✨ How rupture becomes leadership—every time you embody it, you disrupt patriarchal conditioning and model liberation for the women around you
Because rupture isn’t the end.
It’s your expansion.
It’s the portal into a bigger, more desire-fueled life.

Thu, 24 Sep 2026 - 23min - 130 - 87. The Radical Act of Slowing The F*ck Down
You ever catch yourself hustling… even when no one’s watching?
That was me—alone on a trail, chasing a meaningless “record” on my hiking app like I had something to prove.
To whom??? No one was there.
That moment cracked me wide open to just how deep hustle culture runs in our bones—and how sneaky it can be.
Even in pleasure. Even in nature. Even when we’re alone.
This episode is an unapologetic permission slip to stop racing through life, drop the performance, and choose pleasure over proving.
We’re talking:
🔥 How patriarchal conditioning keeps midlife women in an endless push-mode (even on a damn hike}
🔥 Why slowing down is a rebellious, nervous-system-healing act
🔥 The neuroscience behind rest and pleasure (and why your creativity + vitality depend on it)
🔥 How to shift from “achiever” to “savor-er” in your daily life🔥 Real-life rebellion stories from the trail that might just inspire your own
Because slowing down isn’t lazy. It’s revolutionary.
It’s how we reclaim our bodies, our time, and our lives—one pleasure-fueled, rebellious moment at a time.

Thu, 17 Sep 2026 - 11min - 129 - 86. The Midlife Pivot: Becoming, Unbecoming, and the Sacred Power of 50
There’s a moment in midlife that changes everything.
Not because time is running out—But because something inside you finally says:"No more autopilot. It’s time to become who I’m here to be."
In this powerful episode, Natty dives deep into the sacred pivot of turning 50—and the radical permission it gives you to burn the old rules and rise in your truth.
Inside, we explore:
🔥Why midlife isn’t a crisis—it’s a cosmic initiation🔥What the Chiron Return teaches us about wounds, wisdom, and wild becoming🔥How change is inevitable—but transformation is a choice🔥The power of The Desire Ritual to unlock your next act with purpose, pleasure, and full-body clarity🔥What it means to lead yourself (before anyone else claps for it)
This one is honest. Unfiltered. Fierce. And filled with tools to help you stop drifting and start creating the life your soul’s been begging for.
Because 50 isn’t the end. It’s the edge of your most liberated chapter yet.

Thu, 10 Sep 2026 - 15min - 128 - 85. Pleasure Begets Pleasure: Why One YES Changes Everything
Take the trip.
In a few days, I get on a plane to Spain for the rest of the month, with a group of women who have invited me on this trip every single year, for years. And every year, I said no. This episode is the story of all my no's, the question that finally broke them, and the principle that changed how I navigate my entire life: pleasure begets pleasure.
What you'll hear:
🔥 My very responsible reasons for saying no, year after year, and the word hiding underneath all of them ("extra")
🔥 "I never saw my mom do anything like this": the permission we were never handed
🔥 The question that broke my no's for good: why the f*ck not?
🔥 The nerdy part: what happens in your nervous system when you say yes and nothing bad happens ("I said yes... and I didn't die")
🔥 Pleasure as your GPS, and the one question to ask yourself every morning
🔥 How four women became NINE, and why one woman's yes gives every woman watching permission
The move this week: answer the invitation you keep declining. Or be the one who sends it.

Thu, 03 Sep 2026 - 17min - 127 - 84. How to Claim the Life You Keep Dreaming About (She Already Exists)
There's a life you dream about when nobody's watching. The one you float off to sleep inside of, so vivid some nights you can smell the coffee in that other kitchen. This week I'm telling you what I know from the marrow of my bones: that life is real, and the version of you who lives it already exists. Then we get honest about what it costs to reach her.
What you'll hear:
🔥 Why the dream that keeps finding you is finding YOU, on purpose, and why it wants you as much as you want it
🔥 The morning, a decade ago, when I rolled over in bed and became HER (this one changed my marriage)
🔥 You don't become her by adding. You become her by shedding: the habits, the sentences on loop, and yes, some of the people
🔥 "You've changed," said like an accusation, when it was the whole point
🔥 The Shed List and Move As If: how she gets pulled out of the dream and into your actual Tuesday
🔥 The truth about the work: visioning is the easy part, and why becoming her is so hard to do alone

Thu, 27 Aug 2026 - 23min - 126 - 83. Should I Quit My Marriage?
It's 2AM and you're wide awake next to a man who's fast asleep, typing a question into your phone with the brightness turned all the way down. Then you delete the search history. This week, we're asking that question in daylight.
What you'll hear:
🔥 The article Oprah just pulled back into every group chat, and the question hiding underneath "are women giving up on marriage"🔥 The fairy tale of The One, and the moment you realize no human being can survive being someone's everything🔥 The history nobody handed us: marriage was an economic contract for centuries, and the love-marriage is barely 200 years old🔥 What decentering men actually means (hint: hating them is just another way of centering them)🔥 A word for the woman who was never quiet, who asked for years and got a wall🔥 My own 25-year marriage, which has honestly been about seven different marriages, and The Marriage Rewrite: three steps, and the first two have nothing to do with him
This episode is part of The Unbinding, the first stage of the work we do here.
There's a woman in your world who needs this one. Send it to her. And if this show has ever named something you couldn't say out loud, follow the show and leave a 5-star rating. Ten seconds, and it puts this in front of more women. Love you madly. LFG, Natty.

Fri, 21 Aug 2026 - 21min - 125 - 82. You've Forgotten What You Want: The Patriarchal Path (and the Way Back)
I'm recording this one from a sweltering hotel room in New York City, and I can't stop thinking about a 26-year-old named Karen I ate dumplings with last night — because Karen is standing at the front door of a path most of us walked all the way to the end. I call it The Patriarchal Path: the list you were handed so early you thought it was your own idea. The education, the career, the partnership, the kids, the house — and happiness waiting at the end like a prize at the bottom of the cereal box. We didn't fail that path, love. We crushed it. And then we arrived, boxes checked, whispering the question every woman thinks she's the only one asking: is this it?
What you'll hear:
🔥 The Patriarchal Path, named — and why the most accomplished women are the ones standing at the end of it asking "is this it?"
🔥 The data that will make you feel less crazy: the documented paradox of declining female happiness, and why women our age carry the highest depression rate in the country — the problem is the path, not you
🔥 Why the guilt of wanting arrives faster than the want itself — and whose job that guilt is doing
🔥 All Fours, Dying for Sex, and what it means that every story our culture can't stop consuming is about a woman needing an escape hatch before she's allowed to want
🔥 The turn: stop asking WHAT you want (that's the advanced class) — and the story of the day I climbed a tree at forty-two and found my life's work up there
The framework: This episode lives in The Unbinding — unbinding from the path that never had your wanting on the list.
🌿The Desire Ritual: if this episode is stirring something, I built a self-paced mini-experience for exactly this — a ritual for you and your wanting getting reacquainted, inside our community, on your own time. It might be the most important thing you give yourself this year.
With love toVella BioScienceand founder Carolyn Wheeler — doing incredible work in women's sexual wellness (and Carolyn, that podcast invitation is real).
One more thing: subscribe, leave a 5-star review, and share this with 5 women in your life. Those three things tell the platforms to put this in front of more women — and the more women who hear this, the better the world gets for all of us. I will die on that hill.
Fri, 14 Aug 2026 - 17min - 124 - 81. How Do You Want to Feel? The Question That Stopped My Divorce (The Tables Turn with Dr. Emma Smith)
The tables turn this week. My friend — and my go-to sex therapist — Dr. Emma Smith puts me in the guest chair, and I tell the story I've never told this completely: the Wednesday morning I sat in couples therapy and said "I want a divorce, and I have a lawyer." I wasn't bluffing. And then my therapist asked me a question so strange I almost laughed at him — and it shot straight into the middle of my soul, ended the divorce, and started everything you now know as The Feminine Rebellion.
What you'll hear:
🔥 The full origin story: the bomb I dropped in therapy, the question that undid me, and the vision — my grandmother's ragù, Jerry Garcia, my husband's beard on my neck — that told me what I actually wanted
🔥 Why softening is the hardest part for capable women: "we can do it all, so we do it all" — and what it costs when your body never gets to receive
🔥 The day a yoga teacher handed me a book on the feminine and I wanted to punch her in the throat — and the 88 keys I've learned to play since
🔥 The magic of midlife: why we are the wisest humans on the planet, and what a woman fueled by pleasure pushes into the world
🔥 Pleasure is a spectrum — orgasm is 1% of it — and the five-pound-weight way back to wanting anything at all.
The framework: This episode lives in The Reclamation — my own. Desire, softness, and the right to feel, taken back one drop at a time.

Fri, 07 Aug 2026 - 43min - 123 - 80. The Good Girl Operating System: Why Approval Still Runs Your Life After 40
If you'd asked me a few years ago whether I needed anyone's permission to live my life, I would have laughed in your face. I was independent. Capable. I made my own calls, thank you very much. And other people's approval was still quietly running the whole show — setting the ceiling on what I believed was even possible for me. Today we make that invisible thing visible. I'm naming the Good Girl Operating System — the lifelong training that hooked your worth to everyone else's nod — and we're starting to take it apart, one permission slip at a time.
What you'll hear:
🔥 The lie at the center of it: why "being good" was never the same thing as being worthy — and how you ended up auditioning for an approval that never quite arrives
🔥 The two layers that keep it running: the conditioning that taught you to read the room before your own heart, and the nervous-system alarm that makes "just stop caring what people think" impossible
🔥 The gift shop vs. the art: why the bath-and-candle version of self-love was never going to fix this — and what real self-approval actually asks of you
🔥 The MBA I almost got: how I nearly put The Feminine Rebellion on hold for years waiting for somebody official to stamp me approved
🔥 The Permission Slip Audit — the 5-sentence exercise that shows you, in black and white, exactly whose approval has been running you (and the one move that starts the rewiring)
The framework: This episode lives in The Unbinding — our second unbinding, from the approval that was setting the ceiling on your life.
Standing on their shoulders (start here): the ideas in this episode — pleasure, reclamation, self-love as something radical — began with Black women, long before the culture was ready for them. Everything we do on this show stands on their work. If this episode moved something in you, go to the source:
Bell hooks — Communion: The Female Search for Love: the book I quote in this episode, on what happens when a woman never learns to meet her own need for acceptance — and where real self-love begins.
Audre Lorde — Sister Outsider and "Uses of the Erotic": the erotic as a source of real power, and caring for yourself as self-preservation — even political warfare.
adrienne maree brown — Pleasure Activism: the lineage carried forward — pleasure as a measure of freedom.
Loved this episode? If you're ready to stop asking permission and start living, that's exactly what we do inside Rebels Rising— together, in real time: unbinding, reclaiming, and rising, one woman at a time.
And if this show cracks something open for you, a 5-star review is how another midlife woman finds it — 30 seconds, and it matters.
Fri, 31 Jul 2026 - 19min - 122 - 79. You're Not Broken, You're Empty: The Real Reason You Don't Want Sex (with Dr. Emma Smith)
You love your partner. Your life looks solid from the outside. And somewhere along the way, you stopped wanting sex — and started telling yourself that's just what happens to busy, high-achieving women in midlife. I believed that too. Then my favorite sex therapist sat down across from me and said the sentence that reframes everything: you're not broken — you're empty. And those are completely different problems.
What you'll hear:
🔥 Why the exact qualities that built your career and your family are the ones flatlining your desire — and the wall every woman eventually hits
🔥 The scheduled-sex lie: why "put it on the calendar" is corporate maintenance work, and what actually reawakens wanting
🔥 Dr. Emma's Want-It-Back ladder — the 5-second coffee-and-shower practice that rebuilds arousal before desire (yes, it starts that small)
🔥 The one question that changes everything about initiation: "How do you want to feel at the end of this encounter?"
🔥 Inside Desire Recalibration — the arrive → attune → reignite → anchor roadmap for couples who still love each other but lost the erotic thread
The framework: This episode lives in The Reclamation — taking back your desire, your pleasure, and your right to want, for yourself first.
About Dr. Emma Smith: Dr. Emma Smith is a sex therapist and researcher, and the creator of Desire Recalibration, a roadmap for couples rebuilding their erotic connection inside real life — dirty dishes, soccer practice, and all. She's also co-leading our free Better Sex masterclass with Alex West and I on August 14.

Fri, 24 Jul 2026 - 51min - 121 - 78. Ask Natty: Do You Actually Deserve to Rest?
A listener named Maura wrote in with a question so many of us are white-knuckling in silence. After a demanding career and years of holding her family through crisis, she has finally, quote, retired, and she cannot shake the voice that asks, "are you doing enough, do I even deserve to rest?"
This week, in the very first Ask Natty, I coach her, and you, all the way through it.
What you’ll hear
🔥 What Ask Natty is, and how to send me the question you want coached on a future episode
🔥 Why “do I deserve to rest” is a rigged question, and the question to ask instead
🔥 The two layers under the guilt: worth-as-productivity conditioning, and a nervous system stuck in go-mode
🔥 The Unearned Rest: a ten-minute daily practice you take before you have earned it
🔥 A second question, on why healing is a labyrinth not a straight line, and why getting triggered doesn’t mean you failed
The framework. This is still the Unbinding, unbinding from the lie that your worth is your output.
Got a question about pleasure, power, or why your insides don't match your outsides? Ask it → https://thefemininerebellion.com/ask-natty.

Fri, 17 Jul 2026 - 20min - 120 - 77. The Installed Voice: 3 Questions That Tell You If a Cruel Thought Is Even Yours
There is a voice in your head that has been narrating your life like a critic in the back row, telling you that you are behind, you are too much, you should have it figured out by now. And you have never really questioned it, because it sounds exactly like you. This episode is going to show you that most of what that voice says was never yours to begin with. Somebody installed it. And I am handing you a simple, three-question tool to tell the difference between the voice that got planted in you and the voice that is actually you.
WHAT YOU’LL HEAR
🔥 Why your inner critic is not your intelligence or your intuition, but conditioning wearing your voice like a costume
🔥 The two layers under the critic: who actually benefits from your self-doubt, and the body-based reason shame feels so true
🔥 What the inner critic quietly costs you (the promotions, the projects, the rooms you never walked into)
🔥 The Whose-Voice-Is-It Test: the three questions that tell you whether a cruel thought is even yours
🔥 How to tell accountability from cruelty, so you can grow without gutting yourself
THE FRAMEWORK
This is the first Unbinding. Everything on this show moves through three stages, The Unbinding, The Reclamation, and The Rise, and it all starts here, with unbinding from the voice in your own head.

Fri, 19 Jun 2026 - 41min - 116 - 73. Reclaiming Joy and Aliveness in Midlife: Laura Baginski on the Dance Party Revolution That's Bringing Women Home to Themselves
There is a reason grown women are crying on dance floors across America — and it is not because the DJ played a sad song. It is because they have finally, finally, let themselves feel free. Laura Baginski is the co-founder of Early Birds Club: a dance party phenomenon for midlife women and gender-expansive folks that started at a Chicago dive bar in 2024 and has since expanded to 45 cities nationwide. It starts at 6pm, ends at 10pm, plays four hours of straight-up bangers from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, and has been covered by the New York Times, NPR, The Guardian, ABC Nightline, and AARP Magazine. The idea was born at a 30th high school reunion — co-founded by a woman fighting stage four cancer who absolutely refused to slow down.
WHAT YOU WILL HEAR IN THIS EPISODE
🔥 The full origin story of Early Birds Club — born at a 30th high school reunion, built by two women who refused to wait for the right time
🔥 The story of Susie: co-founder, force of nature, and the reason thousands of women per night are dancing their way back to themselves
🔥 Why a four-hour dance party does what years of wellness culture, therapy, and self-help couldn't touch
🔥 What it means to leave all your fucks at the door and meet the rawest, most alive version of yourself again
🔥 How 700 women in a room together create a kind of magic that makes you believe you could move mountains
🔥 The honest confession about seeing other women as competition — and what midlife taught her instead
GUEST BIOLaura Baginskiis the co-founder of Early Birds Club, the women's dance party movement that went from a dive bar back room in Chicago to 45 cities across the country in under two years. Before Early Birds Club, Laura spent twelve years as a magazine editor, then pivoted into nonprofit marketing before COVID cracked her open and she gave herself permission to just figure out who she was and what she actually wanted. The answer turned out to be: more music, more joy, more women dancing together until 10pm. She lives in Chicago and is still coming home sweaty.

Fri, 05 Jun 2026 - 13min - 114 - 71. Reclaiming Erotic Aliveness in Midlife: Carly Mountain on Untamed Pleasure
The cultural story about midlife women and sexuality is one of loss. Declining hormones, declining libido, declining desirability. Carly Mountain, somatic therapist with twenty years of experience working with women’s bodies, voices, and desires, is telling a completely different story.
In this episode, we go deep into what a tamed woman actually looks like in the everyday details of her life. We talk about the Inanna myth and the heroine’s descent into the underworld, what “untaming” really means beyond the idea of wild rebellion, the concept of penetrative energy in women and why reclaiming it matters, and what actually becomes available erotically in your 40s and 50s that was simply not there before.
Carly has spent two decades sitting with women in their descents and witnessing their risings. When a woman reclaims her erotic aliveness, her voice changes. Her relationship with her own body changes. Her female friendships deepen. Her creativity returns.
What you’ll hear in this episode:
🔥 What a tamed woman actually looks like in the everyday details of her life🔥 The Inanna myth and how it maps the heroine’s journey through descent and rising🔥 What “untaming” really means, beyond wild rebellion
🔥 Why penetrative energy belongs to all of us and what it feels like to reclaim it🔥 The erotic upsurge women are reporting in their 40s and 50s, and why midlife might be the first time you truly meet your erotic self🔥 Why you cannot untame at the pace you are currently moving
About Carly Mountain:
Carly Mountain is a somatic therapist and author whose work goes straight to what women have been trained to forget: that the erotic is sacred, that rebellion is natural, and that untaming is not a one-time act but a way of life. Over twenty years in private practice, she has sat with women in the depths of their descents and witnessed the extraordinary things that become possible on the other side. Her first book, Descent and Rise, mapped the heroine’s journey through the ancient Inanna myth. Her new book, Untamed Pleasure: Unleash Your True Erotic Nature (launching June 2026), goes deeper into penetrative energy, erotic aliveness, and the specific gifts midlife brings to a woman’s sexuality. This summer she is running the Untamed Pleasure Sanctuary, a course starting July 7th with four guest teachers including Sherry Winston.

Fri, 29 May 2026 - 49min - 113 - 70. Female Hormones and Midlife Libido: Morgan Miller & Laura Federico on the Cycle Education Women Were Denied
Most women hit midlife with decades of diagnoses, symptoms they can't explain, and a libido that seems to have packed up and left — and nobody ever taught them how their own bodies actually work. In this episode, Natty sits down with midwife Morgan Miller and sex therapist Laura Federico, co-authors of The Cycle Book, to talk about cycle literacy, hormones, perimenopause, desire, and what it really means to reclaim your body when the medical system has kept you in the dark.
What You'll Hear in This Episode
🔥 Why ovulation changes everything — not just for fertility, but for your cognition, mood, sexuality, and sense of self
🔥 What perimenopause actually looks like (brain fog and anxiety in your late 30s can be early signs — years before anything irregular)
🔥 The real reason libido drops in midlife — and why it's almost never "just hormones"
🔥 Why your cycle tracking app is only 21% accurate and what to use instead
🔥 The question Laura asks every client whose libido has gone quiet — and how the answer changes everything
Guest Bios
Morgan Miller is a certified nurse-midwife with a deep clinical specialty in hormones, cycle health, and women's bodies across every phase of life — not just fertility. She is the co-author of The Cycle Book, a practical guide to understanding your hormonal landscape that includes a year's worth of tracking charts designed for real women who want real answers.
Laura Federico, LCSW, is a sex therapist whose practice centres on desire, libido, relationships, and the ways hormonal shifts — including PMDD and perimenopause — intersect with a woman's sense of self. She is the co-author of The Cycle Book and has spent years bridging the gap between the clinical world and women who are trying to understand what's happening inside their own bodies.

If you have ever been told your pain is in your head — that you are being dramatic, anxious, or just aging naturally — this episode is for you. Writer, activist, and host of The Pain Gap podcastAnushay Hossain joins The Feminine Rebellion to talk about why women, especially midlife women and women over 40, are being systematically dismissed, disbelieved, and in too many cases dying — because the medical system was never built to believe us.
What you’ll hear in this episode:
🔥 What the pain gap actually is — and the documented, devastating gap between how doctors treat women’s pain versus men’s🔥 Anushay’s near-death birth experience at a top Washington DC hospital — and why she kept it to herself for years🔥 The legacy of hysteria and how it still lives in every medical dismissal of women in their 40s and 50s🔥 Why Black women with college degrees are dying in childbirth at higher rates than white women without one🔥 What women in midlife can actually do — with their anger, their money, and their community — right now
About Anushay Hossain:
Anushay Hossain is a Bangladeshi-American writer, feminist activist, and host of The Pain Gap podcast — currently ranked in the top 10% of podcasts worldwide. She grew up in Bangladesh watching women die from preventable causes, came to America expecting the best healthcare in the world, and nearly died giving birth in Washington DC while actively lobbying for global women’s health legislation. Fri, 08 May 2026 - 54min - 110 - 67. Your Body Is Not Broken, It’s Talking to You: The Nervous System, Hormones, and Pleasure Science Every Woman Over 40 Needs (with Dr. Erika Siegel)
I found her on Instagram, scrolling at night like we all do. She opened her pantry and started pulling out mason jars of black lentils and seeds and I thought: I want my kitchen to look like that. I want to know what’s actually nourishing me. I want to stop guessing.
So I had her on the podcast. And the conversation went places I did not expect.
Dr. Erika Siegel is a functional medicine physician, acupuncturist, and author of The Nourish Me Kitchen. She blends 20 years of Western science with Eastern wisdom to help midlife women stop outsourcing their health to the latest trend, supplement stack, or 5 a.m. protocol they found on the internet. Her philosophy is one I’m fully here for: you deserve to create a life you don’t need to detox from.
This episode gets into everything. The nervous system science behind why high-performing women in their 40s and 50s are walking around chronically braced. Why pleasure is not a reward you earn after the work is done but a gateway to your wholeness. What’s actually happening to your hormones, your libido, and your body in midlife, and what integrity medicine looks like when a doctor treats you as a partner, not a problem to solve.
I also got really personal. For the first time on this show, I talked about sex that hurt at 50, what that meant for me, and what Dr. Siegel said every woman needs to know about it.
In this episode, we go deep on:
🔥 Why midlife women have been outsourcing their health to experts, protocols, and trends instead of trusting their body’s innate wisdom, and how to come back to yourself
🔥 The nervous system science behind chronic fight-or-flight: what’s happening physiologically when high-performing women over 40 live braced for decades
🔥 Why pleasure is not what you get when all the work is done. It’s the fuel. It’s the gateway to wholeness. And it changes your cortisol, your sleep, and your hormones
🔥 "You deserve to create a life you don’t need to detox from": what that actually means for women in their 40s and 50s who are drowning in wellness noise
🔥 Libido in midlife: what’s actually happening to your body, why sex might suddenly hurt, and the one thing Dr. Siegel recommends to almost every woman she sees
🔥Integrity medicine: what it looks like when a doctor asks "what do you love to do?" on page one of your intake form and orients your entire treatment around that answer
🔥Spring herbs for your liver, your mood, and your energy: lemon balm, milk thistle, nettles, and the simplest morning ritual that changes everything
🔥 "Figure out the next right step": why the low-hanging fruit approach to health works better than any 90-day overhaul

Fri, 01 May 2026 - 56min - 109 - 66. Desire After 40: Why Your Nervous System Shut Down Your Wanting and How to Bring It Back
There was a period in my life where I genuinely believed I had become someone who just didn’t want things anymore. Not food. Not sex. Not adventure. Not even a full night’s sleep without guilt about what I wasn’t doing.
I thought it was hormones. I thought it was age. I thought maybe desire was something that belonged to a younger version of me and I had just outgrown it.
I was wrong. I wasn’t broken. I was silenced.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, I’m naming the four specific ways that desire gets conditioned out of midlife women over the course of a lifetime. I’m calling them the four silencers. None of these silencers are your fault. Every single one was done to you by a world that found it more convenient to have you quiet, compliant, and taking up as little space as possible.
Your desire is not gone. It went underground because it had to. And underground is not dead. Underground is waiting.
This episode also gives you three real, doable entry points to start coming back to your wanting this week. Not as self-improvement. As rebellion.
In this episode:
🔥 Why your desire going quiet is not a hormonal problem or an age problem. It’s a safety problem. Your nervous system stopped funding "luxury" because it was spending everything on survival.🔥 The Four Silencers that conditioned desire out of midlife women: good girl training, the performance of busyness, the war with the body, and unprocessed grief
🔥 Why by the time women over 40 hit midlife, most of us have had 35 years of practicing not wanting, and why that is a training problem, not a brokenness problem🔥 "You can’t be at war with something and simultaneously expect it to delight you": the truth about the $60 billion anti-aging industry and what it’s done to women’s relationship with pleasure🔥 "Numbness is the body’s kindness to us when we haven’t had the space to grieve": the silencer most women in their 40s and 50s don’t recognize🔥 Why desire doesn’t need to be created. It needs to be allowed. Your body already knows what it wants. The work is removal, not manufacture.🔥 Three entry points for this week: the one-minute want practice, the pleasure inventory, and the no that creates a yes🔥 "Every yes you give to something you don’t actually want is a no to yourself": the boundary that opens the door to reclaiming your desire

Fri, 24 Apr 2026 - 25min - 108 - 65. Standing on the Edge: Why Midlife Women Don’t Need a Plan — They Need Permission to Not Know
You’re standing on the edge of something you can’t name yet. Things are shifting. Things are falling away. And the old playbook — the one that told you to always have a plan, always have your next move ready — isn’t working anymore.
In this raw solo episode, I’m talking about what it really means to be a midlife woman standing in the not-knowing. Why the uncertainty you’re feeling isn’t a crisis — it’s a portal. Why things falling apart is often the first sign that something truer is trying to come through. And why the most rebellious thing a woman over 40 can do right now is loosen the grip on how her life is “supposed” to look.
This episode is for every woman in her 40s or 50s who’s been performing certainty she doesn’t feel. Who’s mourning a version of herself she’s outgrown. Who’s ready to stop rushing to the next chapter and start trusting that the path will reveal itself — not on her timeline, but on the right one.
Inside this episode:
🔥 Why “not knowing” in midlife is a sign of expansion, not failure🔥 The patriarchal conditioning behind our obsession with certainty and control🔥 How to let things fall away without scrambling to rebuild them🔥 The difference between becoming someone new and remembering someone original🔥 Why permission — not a plan — is what your next chapter actually needs

Fri, 17 Apr 2026 - 19min - 107 - 64. Every Time They Threw a Brick, She Built a Bigger Podium: How One Woman Turned Public Shame Into Feminine Power (with Cicley Gay)
She had a PhD in impressing people. She could walk into any room, blow every mind in it, and never once show them who she actually was.
Sound familiar?
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, I sit down with Cicley Gay, the chairwoman of Black Lives Matter, a woman who became a mother at 16, raised three extraordinary sons without a partner, built a career in philanthropy that has changed thousands of lives, and then had her entire financial history splashed across the New York Post on the exact day she became an empty nester. And instead of letting it destroy her? She used it as fuel. She said: what else you got? Here I am.
This conversation is about what happens when a midlife woman decides she is done being impressive and ready to be impactful. When she stops giving from depletion and starts giving from wholeness. When she takes off the cape, puts down the armor, and lets herself be seen in her full, messy, unapologetic truth.
Cicley’s story will set something on fire inside you. And I don’t say that lightly.
In this episode, we go deep on:🔥 What it means for midlife women to stop being impressive and start being impactful, and why that shift requires you to stop performing and start telling the truth🔥 How Cicley turned the most public humiliation of her life into the foundation for real feminine power: "Every time somebody throws a brick at me, I’m using it to build a bigger podium to tell the truth on"🔥 The dangerous version of giving that women over 40 were taught: that sacrifice without limits deserves a medal, and why giving from wholeness is the real revolution🔥 "I’m not weak. I am meek. And that is strength under restraint": what it actually looks like to lead with love in spaces rooted in conflict🔥 Why Cicley started dating again after a decade, the armor she had to take off, and what it taught her about the vulnerability midlife women avoid most🔥 "I cannot set myself on fire to keep them warm": the hardest boundary a mother can hold, and why it’s the most loving thing she’s ever done🔥 Give yourself to yourself before you give yourself away": the practice of self-directed love that every woman in her 40s and 50s needs🔥 How community, sisterhood, and being seen in the mess is the real infrastructure of a woman’s power

Fri, 10 Apr 2026 - 1h 02min - 106 - 63. It’s Not a Rocketship, It’s a Labyrinth: Why Growth Feels Like Falling Apart for Midlife Women
I woke up Tuesday morning and I had nothing to give. Nothing.
I had just come home from the two most beautiful weeks of my life. A surprise 50th birthday with my ride-or-die women. A week in Morocco with my husband. I was full. Loved. Seen. Having everything I’d ever wanted.
And by Tuesday? I couldn’t get out of bed. I wanted to burn it all down. I thought: what is wrong with me?
If your chest just tightened, this one’s for you.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, I’m going all the way in on the lie that midlife women have been sold about what growth is supposed to look like. The rocketship narrative. The breakthrough-then-better story. The idea that if you’re still struggling, something must be wrong with you. I’m calling it out for what it is: a patriarchal script that has kept women over 40 performing their way through every feeling instead of actually living.
The truth? Growth is not a rocketship. It’s a labyrinth. And the down days, the contractions, the mornings where the spark is gone and you feel like a stranger in your own life? Those aren’t setbacks. They’re the turns. They’re the design.
This episode is raw, honest, and recorded from the middle of it, not the other side. I’m sharing what actually pulled me back: not a gratitude journal, not a green juice, but letting myself be seen in the mess by women who didn’t try to fix me.
In this episode:
🔥 The lie midlife women have been sold about what growth is supposed to look like, and why the rocketship narrative is keeping you stuck🔥 Why women in their 40s and 50s hit a wall after the most beautiful moments of their lives, and what your nervous system is actually doing when expansion meets contraction🔥 "What’s wrong with me": the four words that have done more damage to women than almost anything else, and the reframe that changes everything🔥 Growth is a labyrinth, not a straight line: why doubling back is the design, not the failure🔥 What the tools actually look like in real life for midlife women (hint: it’s not meditating through the pain, it’s letting someone drag you outside when you can’t do it yourself)🔥 The radical act of pressing record when you have nothing to give, and why the messy middle is where the real feminine power lives🔥 "No feeling is final": a permission slip for every woman over 40 who is in the dip right now and wondering if she’s on the right path

Fri, 03 Apr 2026 - 15min - 105 - 62. The Patriarchy Did This (Not You): What Every Midlife Woman Needs to Know About Emotional Outsourcing (with Bea Victoria Albina)
You've done the therapy. Read the books. You know your attachment style, you can name your triggers, you have the vocabulary of a freaking PhD in self-awareness.
And you're still freezing. Still shrinking. Still saying yes while every cell in your body screams no. Still giving until there's nothing left and then somehow giving a little more.
So what's actually going on?
Your real self got put in the trunk. Decades ago. And you've been driving like that ever since.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, Natty sits down with Bea Victoria Albina, UCSF-trained family nurse practitioner, somatic experiencing practitioner, host of the Feminist Wellness podcast, and author of the bestselling book End Emotional Outsourcing.
This conversation goes ALL the way in. We're talking about the survival strategies women in their 40s and 50s built as little girls that are now quietly running their relationships, their bodies, and their pleasure. The people-pleasing. The perfectionism. The proving you deserve oxygen.
Bea doesn't call these character flaws. She calls them what they are: brilliant nervous system adaptations that kept you safe as a child and are slowly suffocating the woman you were always meant to be.
This is neuroscience meets sacred feminist medicine meets two women who just became instant best friends over New England accents and cheeseburgers. And it will change how you understand yourself.
In this episode, we go deep on:
🔥 Why people-pleasing, perfectionism, and over-giving in midlife women aren't character flaws but survival strategies your nervous system wrote before you had language, and why midlife is when they finally stop working🔥 The three nervous system states women with emotional outsourcing bounce between, and why functional freeze is the one nobody talks about (the lights are on but nobody's home)🔥 How the patriarchy taught women over 40 that "right" exists, and why perfectionism is just following a rulebook that was never written for us🔥 Why pleasure is the first thing a chronic people-pleaser shuts down, and how your body became a stage instead of a home🔥 Kitten steps: the neuroscience-backed reason tiny acts of self-compassion rewrite your neural grooves faster than any 90-day overhaul🔥 What happens when midlife women do this healing work in community: "We've all been experiencing this together and none of us have been talking about it"🔥 Why the real goal for women in their 40s and 50s isn't independence but interdependence: living from boundaried generosity instead of resentment

Fri, 27 Mar 2026 - 49min - 104 - 61. We Deserve More: Breaking Down the System That Was Never Built for Us (with Nikki Sapiro Vinckier)
This episode includes a content warning for discussions of medical trauma, reproductive healthcare, and systemic racism in medicine.
****
Stop what you're doing. This one is that episode.
There are conversations that inform you. And then there are conversations that rewire you. This is the second kind. If you've ever left a doctor's office feeling dismissed, minimized, or like your body was an inconvenience — this episode is your permission slip to never accept that again.
This week, Natty sits down with Nikki Sapiro Vinckier — OBGYN physician assistant, reproductive rights activist, founder of Take Back Trust, and author of the upcoming book We Deserve More (May 18th) — to talk about what it really means to reclaim your power inside a healthcare system that was never built for you. They dig into the buried history of gynecology, the radical act of demanding more, and why pleasure activism and reproductive justice aren't separate conversations — they're the same one.
Nikki became a mother three times against the backdrop of Harvey Weinstein, George Floyd, and the Dobbs decision. She was growing humans while the world was on fire. And instead of going quiet? She got louder.
In this episode, we go deep on:
🔥 Why reproductive healthcare in America is broken at the foundation — and the shocking, suppressed history that built it
🔥 How Nikki suffered postpartum anxiety and depression despite doing everything right — and why the system failed even her, a healthcare provider who knew exactly what to look for
🔥 The loaded, revolutionary power of the word "deserve" — and why reclaiming it is an act of rebellion
🔥 The violent truth about Dr. J. Marion Sims — the so-called "grandfather of gynecology" who practiced surgery on unanesthetized enslaved Black women — and how that legacy lives in exam rooms to this day
🔥 The difference between asking nicely for better care and demanding what you deserve — and why that distinction will change how you walk into every appointment
🔥 How to actually prepare for and optimize your healthcare encounters inside a system that wasn't built for your body
🔥 Why pleasure activism isn't separate from reproductive justice — it is reproductive justice

Fri, 20 Mar 2026 - 44min - 103 - 60. Your Midlife Ride or Dies: The Women Who Will Make or Break You
Let's talk about the women in your life — because they matter more than almost anything else.
Not in a surface-level "let's do brunch" kind of way. In a soul-deep, she-sees-me, she-will-not-let-me-shrink kind of way.
In this episode, Natty Frasca dives into one of the most underrated forces in a woman's life: her sisterhood. The women you hang out with in midlife can either accelerate your rise — or quietly keep you stuck. And most of us were never taught to choose consciously.
We talk about:
🔥 Why the women in your circle are the single most powerful variable in your growth
🔥 The toxic sisterhood culture we were raised in — and why we were taught to compete instead of connect
🔥 The moment Natty was cast out of the wrong crowd at 40 — and what she built from the ashes
🔥 How to actually find your ride or dies (yes, even if you're starting from scratch)
🔥 Why the patriarchy wants you to believe the man in your life is your primary life partner — and why Natty respectfully disagrees
🔥 What it feels like to be held by women who refuse to let you dim your light
If you have a woman in your life who has held your hair back, kept your secrets, and loved you through the worst and wildest versions of yourself — this episode is for her, too.
Tag your ride or die and let her know she's your everything.

Fri, 13 Mar 2026 - 18min - 102 - 59. Pleasure Is Political: Why Choosing Joy Is an Act of Resistance for Midlife Women Right Now
The world is burning right now — and we are not going to pretend otherwise. In this episode, Natty Frasca sits with what's actually happening: the U.S.-Israel war with Iran, ICE raids terrorizing communities across the country, a president wielding unprecedented unchecked power, and the Epstein files revealing a global network of exploitation that protected powerful men while destroying young women and girls.
And then she asks the question that changes everything: what if your aliveness — your joy, your pleasure, your refusal to go numb — is one of the most powerful acts of resistance available to you right now?
This episode is not about bypassing reality. It's about understanding why patriarchy has always depended on women going numb — and why the most radical thing you can do, in the middle of everything, is come back to yourself.
Inside this episode, I explore:
🔥 What's actually happening in the world right now — named honestly
🔥 The patriarchal playbook: why systems of power need women disconnected from pleasure
🔥 Why your aliveness is political, not self-indulgent
🔥 What pleasure activism actually means (and doesn't mean)
🔥 A 10-minute practice to start reclaiming your aliveness today

Fri, 06 Mar 2026 - 23min - 101 - 58. The Pleasure Audit: Why Midlife Women Have Forgotten What Turns Them On
Are you a high-achieving midlife woman who can instantly list 47 things stressing you out — but goes completely blank when someone asks what actually turns you on?
You're not broken. You've been conditioned.
In this episode, pleasure activist and transformational coach Natty Frasca digs into why so many women in their 40s and 50s have completely lost touch with what genuinely creates aliveness in their bodies — and what to do about it.
This is the work that changes everything.
And it starts with one simple (but wildly revealing) question: What actually turns you on right now?
In this Episode:
Why high-performing midlife women can articulate their stress in seconds but draw a complete blank on pleasureThe patriarchal conditioning that trained us to perform desire instead of feel itThe neuroscience behind why we've literally rewired our brains to stop recognizing real pleasureThe difference between dopamine hits and sustained, full-body pleasureWhy midlife is the critical fork in the road — and why this work matters more now than everHow to start your own Pleasure Audit this weekMentioned in the Episode:

Fri, 27 Feb 2026 - 15min - 100 - 57. When Your Superpowers Are Cock-Blocking Your Pleasure
When was the last time you actually surrendered into pleasure?
Not performed it.
Not achieved it.
Not managed it like a fucking quarterly target.
Actually surrendered.
In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I'm getting vulnerable as hell about something that's going to validate you and piss you off in the most delicious way possible: the exact same skills that make you the capable, brilliant, get-shit-done goddess you are?
They're literally blocking you from experiencing the aliveness, the turn-on, the full-body fuck yes that is your birthright.
Your competence is cock-blocking your pleasure. And I'm here to tell you why—and what to do about it.
Most of us badass, business-building, flaming-sword-juggling women are running on sympathetic nervous system overdrive 24/7. We've been trained to stay activated, alert, competent, in control. Which means we've also trained ourselves right out of our capacity to receive pleasure.
This episode is about the brutal truth of the achiever's paradox: You can get anything you want, but you cannot receive it.
Inside this episode, I dive deep into:
✨ Why your Swiss-army-knife competence is blocking your pleasure
✨ The nervous system states that determine whether you can actually receive
✨ My vulnerable story of literally project-managing sex (and the horror-movie moment that changed everything)
✨ Why you cannot be in "control mode" and "surrender mode" simultaneously—it's neurologically impossible
✨ How we've been trained that being needed is safer than needing
✨ The difference between performing pleasure and embodying it
✨ Why your body believes there's no safety in letting go
✨ Practical nervous system shifts from doing mode to being mode
✨ Why receiving is your feminine superpower (and how we've been trained out of it)
Here's what I know for sure:
You are built for receiving.
Your body was designed for pleasure, aliveness, and turn-on.
When you're in your receptive, pleasure-filled state, you don't have to work so fucking hard.
Things come to you because aliveness is magnetic.

Your competence isn't the enemy—but it's also not what's going to give you the deep satisfaction you're craving. That comes from learning to receive. And receiving means letting yourself be a little out of control, a little untamed, a little wild.
Which yes, feels terrifying. And also? It's where all the magic lives.
Let's fucking go, women.
Fri, 20 Feb 2026 - 19min - 99 - 56. The sex education your doctor never got (and why it's f*cking up your pleasure) with Dr. Maureen Slattery
What if orgasm wasn’t a luxury…but a regulation practice?
In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I sit down with the wildly refreshing Dr. Maureen Slattery—OBGYN, menopause specialist, sex counselor, and full-volume truth-teller—to talk about sex, pleasure, and power in midlife the way almost no one in medicine ever has.
This conversation is real. Messy. Smart. And long overdue.
We talk about what actually happens to women’s bodies at midlife, why so many of us were told absolute bullshit about libido, and how orgasm—solo or partnered—is one of the most effective nervous-system tools you already have.
Not to be “sexier.”
Not to perform.
But to feel alive, regulated, and sovereign in your body again.
Inside this episode, we explore:
Why women’s sexual health is dangerously under-taught in medicine
How menopause, stress, and mental load impact desire (and what actually helps)
Why orgasm isn’t indulgence—it’s neurological regulation
How curiosity, novelty, and communication bring desire back online
Why midlife sex isn’t worse—it’s smarter, deeper, and more powerful
Here’s the truth:
Your body isn’t broken.
Your desire didn’t disappear.
And pleasure is not optional—it’s intelligence.

Fri, 13 Feb 2026 - 49min - 98 - 55. The Art of Asking for What You Want (In Bed and Everywhere Else)
When was the last time you asked for what you actually wanted?
Not hinted.
Not hoped.
Not performed and then disappointed.
Actually asked.
In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I’m diving into why asking for what you want—especially in bed—is one of the most radical, regulating, and life-changing practices a woman can learn.
Because if you’re not asking for what you want sexually, there’s a good chance you’re not asking for it anywhere else either.
Most of us were trained to be agreeable, easy, low-maintenance. That conditioning didn’t just live in our thoughts; it wired itself into our nervous systems. And it shows up as silence, people-pleasing, and performing instead of receiving.
Especially in the bedroom.
This episode is about undoing that pattern—not through willpower, but through embodiment.
Inside this episode, I explore:
✨ Why not asking for what you want is a form of self-abandonment
✨ How people-pleasing lives in the nervous system, not your personality
✨ Why presence in your body is the gateway to knowing your desires
✨ How performing pleasure creates contraction and resentment
✨ Why learning to receive changes everything
✨ How the bedroom becomes a training ground for sovereignty everywhere else
Here’s what I know for sure:
Your desire isn’t too much.
It’s data.
It’s intelligence.
It’s truth.
When you learn to ask for what you want in bed, that skill ripples into your work, your relationships, and your entire life.

Let’s spread the rebellion— one sovereign, truth-telling woman at a time.
Fri, 06 Feb 2026 - 17min - 97 - 54. Orgasm as Practice: The Neuroscience of Your Body’s Built-In Superpower
Here’s what no one f*cking told you about orgasm:
it’s not about performance, partners, or “getting it right.”
It’s a practice.
In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I break open the science, sovereignty, and radical self-trust behind orgasm—not as a moment you chase, but as a built-in regulation system your body has had all along.
This is about pleasure as power.
Pleasure as nervous-system medicine.
Pleasure as a way back to yourself.
Because you can do all the mindset work, all the boundary setting, all the journaling and embodiment practices—but if you’re disconnected from your body’s capacity for pleasure, you’re leaving aliveness on the table.
And midlife?
It’s too late for that shit.
Inside this episode, I explore:
✨ Why orgasm isn’t about sex—it’s about regulation, expansion, and self-trust
✨ What actually happens in your brain and nervous system during orgasm (dopamine, oxytocin, endorphins, cortisol—yes, all of it)
✨ How pleasure literally rewires your brain for creativity, emotional regulation, and resilience
✨ Why orgasm is one of the fastest ways to move from contraction into expansion
✨ The link between pleasure, pain relief, immune health, and nervous-system safety
✨ Why you don’t need a partner—or a “perfect” orgasm—for any of these benefits
✨ How choosing pleasure is an act of sovereignty in a culture that profits from your depletion
This episode is an invitation to stop treating pleasure like a reward you earn after you’ve done enough.
What if pleasure is the work?
What if twenty minutes of embodied turn-on is not indulgent—but a biological reset that makes you more grounded, more creative, more alive?
Because here’s the truth I see again and again in my work:
you can’t rebel against a lifetime of conditioning from your head.
You have to do it from your body.
And pleasure—real, unapologetic, embodied pleasure—is one of the most powerful tools you have.

Let’s spread the rebellion—one turned-on, sovereign woman at a time.
Fri, 30 Jan 2026 - 16min - 96 - 53. We Are Wildness: The Birthplace of This Work
I want to take you back to where this work was born — not in a program, a strategy, or a polished brand moment, but in my body.
In this episode, I’m sharing the moment I remembered who I actually am.
It was 2018. I was stopped at a red light, listening to an interview about defending the natural world — not with statistics or sustainability reports, but with joy. And when I heard the words “We may have left the natural world, but the natural world has not left us,” something in me lit the fuck up.
Goosebumps. Vibrations. A full-body YES before my brain could catch up.
Because my body already knew what my mind was just catching onto:
I am not separate from nature.
I am not observing wildness.
I am wildness.
And so are you.
This episode is about that remembering — and what happens when we stop trying to manage, moderate, or apologize for the parts of us that were never meant to be civilized in the first place.
In this episode, I explore:
🔥 Why joy — not fear — is what actually protects what we love
🔥 How our bodies carry 50,000 generations of being part of the natural world
🔥 Why wildness lives in the body, not the intellect
🔥 How anxiety, boredom, and depression can be signals of contraction, not pathology
🔥 Why being “too much” is often your medicine, not your problem
🔥 How we’ve been trained away from our truth — and how to unbind
🔥 What it means to come home to yourself instead of performing your life
Here’s the truth I know in my bones now:
Each of us carries a particular wildness.
A unique imprint.
A frequency that is ours alone.
And when that wildness is fully honored — not aestheticized, not performed, not sanded down — it doesn’t just heal us. It creates ripples. It gives others permission to remember who they are, too.
This isn’t about being louder.
It’s not about being messier.
It’s not about some Instagram version of “wild and free.”
Wildness isn’t a costume.
It’s who you are when you stop shapeshifting.
When you stop shrinking.
When you stop living from the neck up and start listening to your body again.
You are not an accident.
The odds of you existing are one in 400 trillion.
You were planted here — now — with your particular medicine for a reason.
This work isn’t self-improvement.
It’s remembrance.
It’s reclamation.
It’s the radical act of coming home to your wildness.
Because the world doesn’t need you smaller, quieter, or more palatable.
The world needs you WILD.

Fri, 23 Jan 2026 - 22min - 95 - 52. Two Questions To Ask Yourself Every Morning
There’s a moment every single morning that most women blow right past.
The moment before the world rushes in.
Before your phone lights up.
Before your to-do list hijacks your nervous system.
That moment is where your power lives.
In this episode, I’m sharing the two questions I ask myself every morning — questions that didn’t just change my habits… they changed my identity.
Because here’s the truth I had to learn the hard way:
You can’t perform your way into a new life.
And behavior change without identity change is just burnout in prettier packaging.
This conversation goes straight to the root of how transformation actually works — neurologically, somatically, and in real life — and why the right questions rewire your brain faster than any morning routine ever could.
Inside, I take you deep into how to stop living from obligation and start living from sovereignty, pleasure, and choice.
Inside the Episode, We Explore:
🔥 Why most women try to change their lives from the outside in — and why it never sticks
🔥 The neuroscience of identity and how your brain is shaped by repetition
🔥 Why affirmations don’t work (and what does)
🔥 How questions prime your nervous system and perception
🔥 The two questions that anchor me back into truth every single morning
🔥 Why pleasure is not indulgence — it’s a compass
🔥 How to stop performing your life and start inhabiting it
This episode is simple, but not soft.
Grounded, but not polite.
And designed to bring you back into authorship of who you’re becoming.
Because when you decide who you want to be and how you want to feel — before the world tells you otherwise — everything changes.
That’s identity work.
That’s sovereignty.
That’s the rebellion.

Fri, 16 Jan 2026 - 18min - 94 - 51. Imperfect is the New Perfect: An episode on Resistance
I avoided this episode.
Hard.
Not in a cute, “I’ll get to it later” way — but in a full-blown reorganize-my-entire-apartment, clean-the-ceiling, pretend-this-isn’t-happening way.
And instead of waiting for inspiration to magically arrive…
I hit record anyway.
Because this episode isn’t about having your shit together.
It’s about what actually happens right before expansion — the resistance, the avoidance, the exhaustion, the “I have nothing to say” spiral.
And why none of that means you’re broken.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, I take you inside a raw, unpolished moment I know you’ve lived too — the space between desire and action.
The place where your nervous system freaks out, your conditioning gets loud, and your brain starts telling you stories about laziness, failure, and not being ready.
Here’s the truth my body had to remind me of — and yours probably needs to hear too:
Resistance isn’t a character flaw.
It’s information.
And when you learn how to listen to it — without letting it run the show — everything changes.
Inside This Episode, I Share:
🔥 Why resistance and avoidance are nervous system signals, not proof you’re failing
🔥 How disconnection — not doing too much — creates exhaustion
🔥 The real reason waiting for inspiration keeps us stuck
🔥 Why the brain craves safety while the body craves expansion
🔥 How showing up messy rewires your nervous system for trust + momentum
🔥 Why “someday” is the most dangerous word in midlife
🔥 How to move forward without feeling ready
🔥 Why imperfect action is the rebellion
This episode is honest, unfiltered, and deeply embodied.
No performance.
No polish.
No pretending.
Just the truth I’ve learned (the hard way):
You don’t need more motivation.
You don’t need a better plan.
You don’t need to wait until you’re healed, rested, or inspired.
You need to move with your resistance — not let it stop you.

Fri, 09 Jan 2026 - 16min - 93 - 50. Your 2026 Pleasure Comeback
What if the reason you keep breaking your New Year’s resolutions has nothing to do with discipline…
and everything to do with the fact that you’ve been approaching desire completely backwards?
In this solo episode, Natty Frasca dismantles the entire “do more, be better” goal-setting machine and offers a radical alternative: make your pleasure comeback first.
Because here’s the truth most women feel in their bones by midlife— you can’t white-knuckle your way into expansion. But you can pleasure your way there.
This episode is about nervous systems, embodiment, and why so many high-achieving women look successful on the outside while feeling numb, contracted, or dead inside.
This is not about indulgence.
This is about aliveness.
Inside This Episode, We Explore:
🔥 Why traditional goal-setting keeps women stuck in contraction
🔥 The nervous-system difference between willpower and expansion
🔥 Why midlife women feel successful on the outside but numb inside
🔥 How pleasure regulates the nervous system (not indulgence—biology)
🔥 Why you can’t numb pain without numbing desire
🔥 The shift from DO → HAVE → BE to BE → HAVE → DO
🔥 How to begin your 2026 pleasure comeback—starting now
You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need to try harder.
You don’t need to fix yourself.
You need more permission.
More pleasure.
More truth.
More aliveness.
Your pleasure isn’t a reward you earn after you’ve done enough.
It’s the foundation that makes a life worth living possible.

Fri, 02 Jan 2026 - 21min - 92 - 49. The Last Episode of 2025: Shedding the Snake & Calling in the Horse
This is not a recap.
This is not a “best of.”
This is a shedding.
In the final episode of 2025, Natty records from her bed—cozy, unpolished, unapologetic—and invites you into a threshold moment between who you’ve been and who you’re becoming.
2025 has been the Year of the Snake:
a year of release, rupture, and transformation.
A year of shedding identities, roles, relationships, beliefs, and survival patterns that no longer fit.
And what’s underneath all that shedding?
Your real self.
Wild. Alive. Hungry for more.
This episode is about honoring what you’ve released…and preparing your nervous system, your body, and your spirit for what’s next.
Because 2026 is the Year of the Horse.
And horse energy doesn’t tiptoe.
🐍 The snake sheds to survive.
🐎 The horse runs to live.
Inside the Episode, We Explore:🔥 Why shedding is not loss—it’s liberation
🔥 The neuroscience of contraction vs. expansion
🔥 How survival roles (good girl, peacekeeper, emotional manager) quietly suffocate aliveness
🔥 What women are actually shedding in midlife—and why it’s irreversible
🔥 Why letting people be disappointed is a nervous-system skill
🔥 The truth about productivity, worth, and the performance of “having it together”
🔥 How snake energy (release) creates the space for horse energy (movement)
🔥 What it means to stop shrinking and start running toward your life
🔥 Why power, pleasure, and presence are inseparable
🔥 A somatic invitation to feel what you’re done carrying—and what you’re ready to claim
Reflection Questions to Sit With:• What did you shed in 2025?
• What role, belief, or responsibility finally fell away?
• What skin are you actively crawling out of right now?
• What kind of horse energy do you want to call in for 2026—freedom, power, movement, stamina, wildness?
• Where are you ready to stop managing and start running?

Fri, 26 Dec 2025 - 17min - 90 - 48. The Power of No: How Boundaries Become Your Midlife Superpower
Here’s the truth most midlife women were never taught:
You’re not exhausted because you’re not organized or productive enough.
You’re exhausted because you’ve been saying yes to everyone and everything for decades — at the cost of yourself.
We were conditioned to believe that being a “good woman” meant being available, accommodating, agreeable, and endlessly flexible.
That love is earned through usefulness.
That saying no makes you selfish, difficult, or unlovable.
So we said yes.
Yes when we were tired.
Yes when our bodies screamed no.
Yes when we were already overextended.
Yes when we were quietly abandoning ourselves to keep the peace.
And over time?
That yes addiction drained our energy, flattened our desire, and disconnected us from our power.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, Natty breaks down the most misunderstood two-letter word in women’s lives: NO — and why learning to say it is one of the most radical, life-reclaiming acts a midlife woman can make.
Because here’s the reframe that changes everything:
No is not mean.
No is not selfish.
No is not rude.
No is honest.
No is self-respecting.
No is how you protect your energy, your time, and your life force.
And this episode will give you both the permission and the language to start using it — without over-explaining, apologizing, or betraying yourself.
Inside the Episode, You’ll Learn:
🔥 Why so many women are addicted to saying yes
🔥 What your no actually means
🔥 The neuroscience of boundaries
🔥 Why boundaries are internal commitments, not punishments
🔥 Why saying no feels so terrifying at first
🔥 Exactly how to say no (without guilt or explanation)
🔥 What actually happens when you start setting boundaries
Because here’s the bottom line:
Boundaries don’t make relationships weaker.
They make them real.
And the people who get angry when you say no?
Those are the people who were benefiting from you not having one.

Say no.

Fri, 19 Dec 2025 - 15min - 89 - 47. Why Midlife Women Are Living Contracted (And How to Finally Expand)
Most midlife women think something is “wrong” with them:
the anxiety, the tight chest, the shallow breath, the exhaustion, the shutdown, the constant sense of being on edge.
But here’s the truth no one ever taught us:
You’re not broken.
You’re contracted.
Contraction isn’t a personality flaw.
It’s not “just anxiety.”
It’s not you being dramatic.
Contraction is a nervous system response — your body collapsing inward every time you move away from your truth, silence your voice, or perform a version of yourself the world prefers.
And if you’ve been living contracted long enough?
You start to believe that tight, small, folded-in version of you is who you are.
This episode is your reminder:
You were never meant to live contracted.
You were meant to expand.
Natty goes deep into the mechanics — physical, emotional, cultural, and neurological — of why so many midlife women feel stuck, numb, burnt-out, or “not themselves”… and exactly how to reclaim the expansion your body has been begging for.
Inside the Episode, You’ll Learn:
🔥 What contraction actually is
🔥 The subtle ways contraction shows up daily
🔥 How the performance trap forms
🔥 Why midlife becomes the reckoning
🔥 The truth about expansion
🔥 What expansion actually feels like
🔥 The 3-step process to move from contraction to expansion
Because you cannot mindset your way out of contraction.
Expansion is a body process — one that requires truth, nervous system safety, community, and practice.
And the most powerful reminder of all:
The expanded version of you isn’t missing — she’s trapped under years of contraction, waiting to be released.

Fri, 12 Dec 2025 - 15min - 88 - 46. Turn On Is Your Birthright
We’ve been taught to disconnect.
To dim ourselves.
To live from the neck up while our bodies run on fumes — managed, suppressed, and silenced by responsibility, resentment, and the performance of being “fine.”
But here’s the truth your culture never gave you:
Your turn-on is not gone.
Your aliveness is not missing.
Your pleasure did not disappear.
It got buried.
Under decades of caretaking.
Under being the reliable one.
Under being the good girl, the peacekeeper, the one who holds it all together while slowly losing access to herself.
Under a life that looks incredible on paper — and quietly feels numb on the inside.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, Natty takes you straight into the heart of what midlife women have been told (explicitly or implicitly):
that turn-on is something you grow out of,
that desire fades,
that feeling alive is for younger women,
that your spark is a phase — not a power source.
It’s all bullshit.
Turn-on isn’t sexual fluff — it’s your life force, your intuition, your compass, your power.
And this episode is your reminder that reclaiming it isn’t indulgent… it’s survival.
Inside the Episode, You’ll Learn:
🔥 What turn-on actually is
🔥 How girls are conditioned out of their aliveness
🔥 Why midlife women feel “dead inside”
🔥 How disconnection from turn-on disconnects you from intuition, creativity, joy + power
🔥 Why turn-on is not indulgent
🔥 The exact steps to excavate your buried turn-on
🔥 How saying “no” to what drains you + “yes” to what lights you up rewires your entire nervous system
🔥 Why a turned-on woman is ungovernable
This episode is part reclamation, part revolution, part deep-within-your-bones remembering.
Turn-on isn’t a treat you earn. It’s your birthright.
And reclaiming it will change everything.

Fri, 05 Dec 2025 - 16min - 87 - 45. Rewire Your Pleasure: The Neuroscience of Desire, Midlife Power & Your Full-Body Yes
We’ve been taught to push through.
To override.
To live from the neck up while our bodies quietly suffocate under stress, resentment, and responsibility.
But here’s the truth your culture never gave you:
Your brain is not stuck.
Your desire is not gone.
And your body has been waiting your whole f*cking life for this moment.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, Natty cracks open the taboo we’ve all been quietly carrying at midlife: the lie that pleasure fades, that desire dries up, that our turn-on disappears.
It doesn’t.
It gets buried.
Under decades of people-pleasing.
Under performance.
Under autopilot living.
Under burnout so deep your nervous system can’t even register safety, let alone pleasure.
And that’s exactly where this episode takes you — into the neuroscience of your desire, and how you can literally rewire your brain for pleasure, aliveness, and that full-body f*ck yes you’ve been starving for.
Inside the Episode, You’ll Learn:
🔥 How neuroplasticity works — and why you can rewire your brain for pleasure at ANY age
🔥 Why your brain has been conditioned to prioritize stress, productivity, and self-abandonment over joy
🔥 The “well-worn pathways” of depletion — and how to bushwhack new trails toward desire, ease, and turn-on
🔥 Why your nervous system resists pleasure (even when you consciously want it)
🔥 How to build new neural pathways using 30-second micro-moments of pleasure
🔥 Why pleasure feels unsafe to exhausted women — and how to teach your system that pleasure is safety
🔥 The daily practices that retrain your reticular activating system to find pleasure instead of problems
🔥 Why choosing pleasure is a radical, political act that disrupts patriarchy at the root
This episode is part science, part rebellion, part deep exhale — the kind that drops you back into your body after years of hovering above it.
Because your desire didn’t disappear.
It was buried alive.
And this is your excavation.

Fri, 28 Nov 2025 - 13min - 86 - 44. Why Pleasure Matters for Midlife Women with Dr. Nan Wise
We’ve been taught to numb out.
To override.
To live from the neck up while our bodies whisper, then scream, for attention.
And yet — your pleasure, your desire, your turn-on?
They’re not frivolous.
They’re fundamental.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, I sit down with the absolute powerhouse Dr. Nan Wise — certified sex therapist, affective neuroscientist, and author of Why Good Sex Matters — to unpack the science behind pleasure, the seven emotional systems wired into your mammalian brain, and why we are living in a full-blown pleasure crisis.
And my god… this conversation will rearrange you.
Dr. Nan’s research proves what so many of us have felt in our bones:Pleasure is not optional. Pleasure is survival.Pleasure is your nervous system’s pathway back to aliveness, vitality, and sovereignty.
We dive into:
🔥 The seven emotional systems your brain is wired with — and how modern life hijacks dopamine + buries joy
🔥 Why social media has flattened our pleasure pathways and fried our seeking system (yep, it’s science, not weakness)
🔥 How trauma, people-pleasing, and chronic vigilance keep women in survival mode
🔥 The orgasm reset — why climax floods your brain with neurotransmitters that boost clarity, creativity, and calm
🔥 The truth about why women struggle with desire (hint: it’s not hormones — it’s disconnection, fear, and mental load)
🔥 Why pleasure is activism — and how embodied women become impossible to manipulate
As Dr. Nan says: “Your pleasure is your most powerful resistance.” “Your body is the portal, not the problem.” “When women own their desire, patriarchy doesn’t stand a chance.”
This episode is electric.
Visceral.
A reclamation.
Because here’s the rebellious truth:
Your nervous system is your oracle.
Your desire is data.
Your pleasure is medicine.
When you stop outsourcing your power and start listening to your body, you stop contorting yourself to fit a broken system — and begin to rise in your full, sovereign aliveness.

We’ve been trained to live from the neck up — to think harder, push faster, and keep performing even when our bodies are screaming enough.
But your body?
She’s been telling you the truth all along.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, I sit down with the luminous Jen Aks — embodiment teacher, author of Your Body is Speaking, and creator of The Power of Gesture — to explore what it really means to lead from your body instead of your burnout.
This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about remembering how to feel.
Because as Jen says, “Mindset is half the story. The other half is bodyset.”Your body carries wisdom your mind can’t access — and when you start listening, everything changes.
Here’s what we get into:
🔥 Why “mindset” alone will never get you where you want to go — and the missing piece you’ve been craving: bodyset
🔥 How your emotions are actually data — not drama — and how to decode them for guidance
🔥 The neuroscience of embodiment: how moving your body literally rewires your brain for resilience, confidence, and joy
🔥 Jen’s 3E Framework — Embody, Empower, Elevate — for leading your life from truth instead of from trauma
🔥 What happens when you stop fighting your feelings and start letting them move through you
This episode is a full-body permission slip.A reclamation of the feminine intelligence that’s been buried under perfectionism and productivity.
Because your body isn’t the problem — she’s the portal.Your nervous system isn’t weak — it’s your most powerful compass. And your emotions? They’re the language of your aliveness.

We’ve been taught that divorce means failure.
That it’s the death of love, the collapse of family, the scarlet letter of womanhood.
But what if divorce was actually a portal?
A sacred rupture designed to realign you with your truth, your power, your aliveness.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, I down with Meagan Norris — lawyer turned life coach, midlife disruptor, and absolute powerhouse redefining what divorce can look like — to talk about the identity shifts, emotional alchemy, and radical self-trust that transform separation into sovereignty.
Together, we dive into:
🔥 Why divorce can be your greatest act of self-liberation
🔥 The identity work every woman must do to stop recreating old patterns
🔥 How to turn pain, betrayal, and rage into fuel (and power)
🔥 The nervous-system truth about emotional regulation and decision-making
🔥 The myth of “being the bigger person” — and why self-sacrifice keeps you stuck
🔥 Money as energy and how to stop outsourcing safety so you can start insourcing self-trust
🔥 What it means to build a life so good it doesn’t make sense
Because here’s the truth:
You don’t need to survive your divorce — you can rebirth from it. You can use the wreckage as raw material for the woman you’re becoming.
This isn’t about losing your life.
It’s about reclaiming it — louder, freer, and more f*cking alive than ever before.

Here’s the truth every woman feels but rarely names:
We were taught to disconnect from our pleasure.
To perform instead of feel.
To hide our erotic power because it made the world uncomfortable.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, Natty sits with Aubrey Fuller—orgasmic meditation teacher, Eros Sutra librarian, and leader of the Women Are Power movement—to crack open the truth about women’s pleasure, embodiment, and the sacred, electric pulse that lives beneath our skin.
Together, they explore:
🔥 What orgasmic meditation really is (and why it’s not about sex)
🔥 How structure, safety, and surrender create the perfect conditions for feminine power to rise
🔥 The difference between climax and the orgasmic state (and why women need both)
🔥 How erotic energy isn’t about the bedroom—it’s about how you live, lead, and create
🔥 Why women are the energetic leaders of this planet—and how men thrive when we own it
Aubrey shares her 17-year journey walking the erotic path—from shy, disconnected, and silent to fully expressed, embodied, and unapologetically powerful.

It’s something you remember.

Here’s the truth that almost every woman whispers at midlife — usually in shame, and almost always with the question:
“Is my libido gone forever?”
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, Natty cracks open one of the biggest lies women have ever been sold: the idea that desire fades with age. Spoiler alert — it doesn’t. It gets buried.
Buried under performance.
Under people-pleasing.
Under burnout, resentment, and exhaustion.
And we’re here to dig it the f*ck out.
In this fiery, taboo-smashing solo episode, Natty takes you deep into the real story behind your libido — the neuroscience, the conditioning, and the reclamation. Because your desire didn’t die. It’s waiting for you to stop surviving and start living.
Inside, you’ll learn:
🔥 The cultural conditioning that buries female desire (and why patriarchy profits from your disconnection)
🔥 The five desire killers that shut down your libido — and how to rewire your nervous system back toward pleasure
🔥 Why your “low libido” isn’t a problem, it’s a message from your body
🔥 The difference between spontaneous and responsive desire (and why most midlife women fall into the latter — no, you’re not broken)
🔥 How resentment, over-functioning, and people-pleasing kill turn-on — and how to clear them out
🔥 Why reclaiming pleasure is a radical act of rebellion and self-trust
Because your libido isn’t lost.
Your body isn’t broken.
You’re just exhausted from decades of performance and disconnection — and your body is begging you to come home.
This isn’t about more sex. It’s about aliveness.
And remembering what it feels like to want again — not just in bed, but in life.

Fri, 17 Oct 2025 - 58min - 80 - 38. Healing the Mother Wound with Shelly Sharon
Every woman carries echoes of her mother — the love, the lack, the lineage.
And at midlife, those echoes get loud.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, Natty dives deep with Shelly Sharon — trauma-informed, Hakomi therapist, and a Buddhist psychology coach— to explore the Mother Wound: the invisible inheritance that shapes our relationships, our bodies, our boundaries, and our belonging.
Shelly helps women alchemize the mother wound into power, belonging, and freedom, blending Buddhist psychology with somatic healing and trauma-informed practice. Together, she and Natty unravel what it means to heal in relationship — not in isolation — and why midlife is the most potent invitation to do this work.
Inside the episode:
✨ What the mother wound really is — and how it shows up in midlife women
✨ Why healing can’t happen through self-help — because the wound is relational, not individual
✨ The difference between perfection and repair — and how repair builds resilience across generations
✨ The somatic, body-based process of healing — and why talk alone isn’t enough
✨ How every woman who heals becomes a pillar of regulation in her family, her work, and the collective
✨ What true sovereignty looks like when we stop performing “good girl” and start mothering ourselves
Because when women heal the mother wound, we don’t just free ourselves — we free every woman who came before us, and every daughter yet to come.

Let’s spread the rebellion—one healed, whole, sovereign woman at a time.
Fri, 10 Oct 2025 - 54min - 79 - 37. Hype Women with Erin Gallagher
What happens when women stop competing and start hyping each other?
When we cut the patriarchal tightrope of “good girl” conditioning—and start choosing ourselves? The world f*cking shakes.
This week on The Feminine Rebellion, I’m joined by Erin Gallagher—CEO, author, disruptor, and founder of the Hype Women movement—to talk about intuition, mean girls, unpaid labor, and why WOMEN HYPING women is a revolutionary act.
Erin’s viral post about Jamie Lee Curtis cheering on Michelle Yeoh sparked a global movement—and now she’s here to drop the truth about what it really takes to unlearn the conditioning that keeps women small, selfless, and in competition with each other.
Inside, we dive into:
✨ Why women’s intuition is the most feared force on the planet—and how to trust it again
✨ The origin story of the Hype Women movement (and what Jamie Lee Curtis had to do with it)
✨ How to cut the tightrope of “good girl” conditioning and stop abandoning yourself
✨ The neuroscience of hype—how celebrating another woman literally rewires your brain away from scarcity
✨ Why mean girls will always exist, and how to protect your energy + rewrite the story
✨ The four forms of capital (human, social, financial, political) and how women can trade them to fuel each other’s rise
Because here’s the truth: a woman who dreams is dangerous. A woman who hypes other women? She’s f*cking unstoppable.

Fri, 03 Oct 2025 - 57min - 78 - 36. The Missing Piece You’ve Been Craving: Sisterhood
Here’s the truth: midlife women aren’t burned out because we’re weak.
We’re burned out because we’ve been doing it alone.
We’ve been sold the lie that another green smoothie, self-help book, or productivity hack will save us. But what’s really missing? A circle of women who see you, hold you, and refuse to let you shrink.
In this fiery episode of The Feminine Rebellion, I dive into why sisterhood is not a luxury—it’s a biological need. From the Harvard study proving relationships are the #1 predictor of health + longevity, to the UCLA research showing women’s stress response is “tend and befriend” (not fight-or-flight), the science is crystal clear: connection keeps us alive.
Inside, we explore:
✨ Why loneliness at midlife feels bone-deep, even if you’re “successful” on paper
✨ The neuroscience of sisterhood—oxytocin, cortisol, and why your nervous system regulates in connection
✨ The difference between real sisterhood and the “ant-sisterhood” (mean girls, competition, scarcity)
✨ How patriarchy thrives on our isolation—and why gathering is the ultimate rebellion
✨ What sisterhood looks like in real life: texting your sister before the big meeting, being met with love instead of judgment, rising higher because another woman’s win fuels you too
Because here’s the truth: without sisterhood, we forget who we are.
With it, we rise higher than we ever imagined.

Fri, 26 Sep 2025 - 12min - 77 - 35. Do I Have Money Trauma?!
Let’s get real: almost every woman I know has money trauma.
Not just the kind that comes from big, catastrophic events—but the kind that lives in our bodies from years of silence, stress, and shame.
And here’s the kicker: most of us don’t even know we’re carrying it.
In this raw, firelit conversation with Megan Jo Wilson and Alla Weinberg, we rip the curtain back on money trauma and why it keeps so many women trapped in fear, self-doubt, and survival mode. Together, we name the shame, regulate our nervous systems, and imagine what liberation around money could actually look like.
Inside, we explore:
✨ What trauma actually is (spoiler: it’s not just “big, horrific events”) and why money conversations can trigger a full-body response
✨ Common signs of money trauma: hoarding/spending pendulums, compulsive account checking, “it’s never enough,” and shame spirals
✨ A 2-minute regulation tool (cross-body squeezes + breath) to tell your nervous system: I am safe
✨ The liberation question that changed everything: “How much is enough to feel safe?”
✨ Why communal care breaks shame—and how healing your money anxiety frees up energy to create, connect, and contribute
Because here’s the truth: you’re not “bad with money.”You’re living inside systems—patriarchy, capitalism, misogyny—that were designed to make you feel small, unworthy, and dependent.
Healing money trauma isn’t just personal work.
It’s cultural rebellion.

Here’s the lie, we were all raised on: “Don’t be selfish.”
Translation: don’t have needs, don’t make waves, don’t take up space.
Here’s the truth: Sacred selfishness is the portal back to your aliveness.
In this raw and liberating episode, Natty cracks open the myth of “selflessness” and shows you how centering yourself isn’t cruel—it’s clarity. It’s nervous-system healing. It’s desire reclamation. And it might just save your f*cking life.
Inside, we explore:
✨ Why patriarchy trained women to override their bodies—and the cost of living in permanent “Good Girl mode”
✨ Natty’s own story of running a radical self-devotion experiment that softened her nervous system, revived her pleasure, and gave her breath back
✨ The Sacred Selfishness Experiment: a one-week practice to zoom out, reset your body’s compass, and see your life with shocking clarity
✨ Simple scripts to hold your boundaries without rescuing other people’s feelings
✨ The neuroscience of why micro-acts of pleasure and boundary-keeping rewire your brain for sovereignty and joy
Because this isn’t about abandoning your people.
It’s about finally refusing to abandon yourself.

Here’s the truth about midlife: when you stop people-pleasing, stop playing small, and finally start living for YOU, your relationships will shift.
Some people? You’ll be glad to let go.
Others? You deeply want to keep—but that means they’ll need to meet the real you.
And that requires sitting down for some honest, maybe even scary, conversations.
In this episode of The Feminine Rebellion Podcast, Natty Frasca shares how to approach those conversations without spiraling—so you can show up sovereign, loving, and powerful. You’ll learn how to speak your truth, voice your desires, and invite the people you love into deeper intimacy as you grow.
Because hard conversations aren’t about conflict. They’re invitations—to more honesty, more intimacy, and more extraordinary relationships.
What you’ll learn in this episode:
Why your relationships inevitably shift when you reclaim yourself in midlife
The puzzle piece metaphor that explains why things feel strained as you grow
How to structure hard conversations in a way that honors both you and the relationship
Real-life examples of navigating these conversations with a partner, a friend, a parent, or even your boss

How patriarchal conditioning keeps midlife women in an endless push-mode (even on a damn hike)
Why slowing down is a rebellious, nervous-system-healing act
The neuroscience behind rest and pleasure (and why your creativity + vitality depend on it)
How to shift from “achiever” to “savor-er” in your daily life

Fri, 08 Aug 2025 - 16min - 70 - 28. Your Ride or Dies: On Life Partnership with Women
Let’s be real…
By midlife, something sacred begins to reveal itself:
We don’t rise alone.
Sure, we have careers. Partners. Families. Growth work.
But the ones who keep us anchored through the fire?
The women.
The real ones.
The ride-or-dies who’ve seen us ugly cry in public, scream into the void, and still whispered, “You’re not too much. I’ve got you.”
This episode is a love letter to them.
And a wake-up call for what we need more of.
Inside this raw and rebellious episode, Natty shares:
The viral Instagram photo that cracked her wide open
Why your “life partner” might not be who you think
How sisterhood isn’t sentimental—it’s somatic survival
The day she fell apart in Fenway—and the woman who held her through it
Why patriarchal fairytales sold us a lie about where we belong
What sacred, midlife friendship actually looks like (spoiler: it’s not a curated girl gang)
This one is for the women who walk shoulder-to-shoulder through the wild spiral of midlife. The ones who show up. Stay present. And keep calling us into our power.
Because sisterhood isn’t optional.
It’s holy. It’s primal.
And it’s exactly what this season of life requires.
