On December 26th, 1980—a night permanently stamped into the mythology of modern UFO history—the Rendlesham Forest Incident unfolded, now known worldwide as the “British Roswell.” Just miles from that forest, on that same charged night, a United States Air Force pilot stationed in the UK encountered something extraordinary. What he saw hovered in complete silence, impossibly close to him, before accelerating away in a manner that defied every known law of flight and propulsion. The object’s movement was not just advanced—it was non-human in capability and intent.Our guest tonight is Colonel Dan “TANNA” Isbell (ret.), a pilot whose career needs no embellishment. What you’re about to see: short, high-frame drone footage shot during lockdown (22 June 2020) that shows a strange object in-frame for just 13 frames at 50 fps — that’s ≈0.26 seconds. The drone was flying at \~60–70 ft (≈18–21 m). Using Jay’s working distance (\~20 m) the straight-pass speed comes out around \~277 km/h (≈172 mph); depending on distance the estimate ranges roughly 208–346 km/h.Then, oddly, the object executes a 180° turn and flies back along almost the same path — silent, fast, and without any reported take off, landing or sound on the quay. Reverse image searches of the stills returned nothing.In this episode I speak to Jay Enticknap — musician, filmmaker and the person who shot the clip. Jay had already done a lot of his own homework before we spoke, and he was brilliant to talk to on and off camera: measured, curious and open. Together we watch the footage frame-by-frame, show the math, and explore which conventional explanations could fit. Susan Gerbic is a leading voice in the world of online skepticism and digital activism. Known as the “Wikipediatrician,” she founded Guerrilla Skepticism on Wikipedia, a global volunteer project that has edited hundreds of articles on science, perceived pseudoscience, and critical thinking.

Her work has earned her multiple awards, including the James Randi Award for Skepticism in the Public Interest and recognition as a Fellow of the Committee for Skeptical Inquiry.

I know I can’t win with this interview. Some will accuse me of being too soft on Susan, or not asking the right questions, while others will say I shouldn’t have given her a platform at all. But the UFO space has more than enough drama and reality TV–style conflict — I wanted to do something different. I wanted to show that people on “both sides” of this debate can have a constructive, mature conversation, raise genuine concerns, and maybe even find common ground if we step outside our echo chambers.

This was a very last-minute discussion. From the moment Susan agreed, we went live in under 30 minutes. We agreed there would be no edits (including the moment she stepped away mid-interview to answer the door for a birthday gift delivery). The “Disc” UAP video—captured by a military sensor over a conflict zone in 2020—has finally surfaced. At first glance, it’s just a cold, grey slice of FLIR footage. A massive disc-shaped object drifts in and out of cloud cover. No wings. No sound. No visible propulsion. Then, mid-flight, it appears to change direction like it’s playing by different rules entirely.Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp released the clip to the public after years of vetting it. In February 1996, NASA's Space Shuttle *Columbia embarked on mission STS-75 to deploy the Tethered Satellite System (TSS-1R). But after approximately 19.7 km of tether was deployed, it unexpectedly snapped — setting off one of the most controversial space incidents ever captured on live NASA footage.As the broken tether floated in space, numerous luminous, disc-shaped objects appeared on camera — some exhibiting highly unusual behaviours like abrupt stops, 180-degree turns, and seemingly passing behind the 12-mile-long tether. NASA attributed these objects to space debris or ice particles illuminated by sunlight — but many researchers and observers questioned this explanation.Captured using low-light TV (LLTV) and infrared (IR) cameras, the footage showed objects far larger than typical debris, with some estimates suggesting sizes up to a mile in diameter. Dean is another awesome guy in this space, someone whose work has shaped not only the UFO genre but also the entire found footage filmmaking style. Dean is an award-winning director, writer, and creator of the cult classic The McPherson Tape—a film that was literally lost in a fire, only to resurface years later as supposed real alien encounter footage! He also directed Alien Abduction: Incident in Lake County, a highly-rated Paramount TV movie that terrified audiences and blurred the lines between fiction and reality.

Beyond the UFO world, Dean has worked across multiple genres, from westerns to supernatural thrillers, and most recently, he’s spent seven years crafting documentaries on the UFO phenomenon—The Alien Perspective has just been released and it is awesome (available on Amazon and Apple).

The following is a conversation with the amazing Frederik Uldall, a passionate advocate for UAP disclosure and the founder of the Danish Network for UAP Studies. On the 15th December 2000, Richard Fawcett captured something extraordinary over Rugeley, Staffordshire, UK—multiple nights of unexplained UFO/UAP activity, all recorded on VHS. After 25 years hidden away in a cupboard, this footage is finally being revealed to the world.Richard reached out to UAP Files Podcast after following our work, offering his footage for analysis. With the help of image enhancement expert Peter Osborne (Truth In Focus UFO) who will be helping in Part 2 and co-host Tom Vernon (Tom Vernon UAP), we travelled to Richard in Staffordshire to record his account, document the event, retrieve and digitise the footage and investigated the tape, ruling out conventional explanations.What we found is astonishing. This is a case backed by official reports from the archives on the UK.Gov website, and the footage speaks for itself. In this Part 1 we'll get Richard's initial account, followed by some analysis, some clips from the original footage. Despite surviving a harrowing 13,000-ft parachuting accident, he went on to train future PJs, lead rescue teams during Desert Storm, and serve in conflicts across the globe. With an extraordinary career spanning the Air Force, State Department, and Homeland Security, his story is one of resilience and dedication.”He’s also credited as the role model for the legend that is David Goggins! David shared his story of being obsessed with Scott and tracking him down and asking to come and live with him for a week. Today Peter and I will be talking through the recent egg discovery. In January 2025, an anonymous user on the online forum 4chan shared images and videos depicting an egg-shaped object, claiming it was a UFO discovered in an Antarctic ice cave in 2022. The user described the object as ancient, metallic, and not particularly heavy, with no apparent means of entry.

This one should provide good value to people as Peter has both enhanced the images as well as provides his expert expertise as a 24 year professional sculptor on some giant pieces - INCLUDING AN EGG!

Today is going to be a fascinating dive in to the National UFO Reporting Centre (NUFORC), we’re talking to their CTO and looking at some of their most intriguing footage and the context behind them” Christian Stepien holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked - and run a successful business - in software for decades. Christian is the CTO for NUFORC. The National UFO Reporting Center was founded in 1974 by noted UFO investigator Robert J. Gribble. The Center’s primary function over the past five decades has been to receive, record, and to the greatest degree possible, corroborate and document reports from individuals who have been witness to unusual, possibly UFO-related events.  We’ll be talking about trends, the increase in reporting and the recent strange drone incursions. We’ll be sharing some of the footage submitted to NUFORC and talking through some cases. Nick Rhodes, is an illustrator in the music industry, ran his own illustration company, and is graphics illustration teacher, as well as an aviation enthusiast from Penwortham, UK. He shares one of his clearest UFO captures yet using his Pulsar 450LFR night vision scope. On June 24, 2024, at 11:31 PM, he recorded a flashing object traveling an estimated 450 mph from the northeast (60°) to the west (235°) in just 13 seconds. The object made no sound and was visible only through the scope, disappearing behind his kitchen roof. Nick lives near two BAE factories and notes the silent, rapid movement. The following is a conversation with NASCAR legend Mark Martin, known as one of the most consistent and respected drivers in the sports history. His career spanning over three decades winning multiple cups. He has around 49 wins in what is now known as the Xfinity Series. And has scored 40 Cup Series wins and has 5 IROC Championships (aka International Race of Champions), more than any other driver.

Mark has left an incredible mark on the world of motorsport, and whilst we discuss some of Marks motorsport history - because I’m a big motorsport geek and because I had the opportunity to, so I took it - we also dive deep in to Marks UFO sighting back in 1999 piloting his jet having a very close encounter with what would probably be referred to as a Foo Fighter UFO on reflection.

In this video, Christopher—a Public Administrator—shares his extraordinary footage of several mysterious orbs hovering near Lake Station, Indiana (26405) on December 17, 2024, at 7:42 PM. Christopher provides compelling audio testimony, describing the event in real time, and reveals that he checked flight trackers and local community apps—where others also reported seeing strange lights in the sky. I’ve analysed the footage, looking for a conventional explanation, but what we uncover is baffling. One of the orbs visibly separates into two distinct objects, displays no FAA-required lights, and does not match any flights or prosaic aerial activity recorded at the time.
