Mental health is something that everyone battles with at some point in our being or even continuously. Loneliness and depression are not ailments to be ashamed of. There is help! It is not only impractical to assume that someone else in our lives will be the solution to fill our void, it is also very selfish and inconsiderate.

Through regular meditation practice, one can develop a deeper understanding of the mind and cultivate inner peace and calm.
Mindfulness is another important aspect of Buddhist teachings, which involves being present and aware of one's thoughts, feelings, and surroundings. It is about cultivating a non-judgmental awareness of the present moment and developing a deeper understanding of our inner workings.
