In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez believes there is no legitimate way to “earn” $1 billion, so billionaires instead have to “create a myth” about how they made their money. While speaking on Ilana Glazer’s “It’s Open” podcast this week, the New York representative explained that, after a certain threshold, money is no longer well-earned. This underscores the greed and now stupidity of the radical left pointing their narrative at the concept of capitalism in this country. Greg Abbott to pull public safety grants. A local Islamic group had rented out the Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark in Grand Prairie for its annual Dallas-Fort Worth "Epic Eid" celebration on June 1. Governor Abbott blasted the event, calling the initial "Muslim only" policy "unconstitutional" and "religious discrimination. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Tuesday the U.S. will take the issue of Iran's attacks on commercial shipping to the United Nations. In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, the fragile ceasefire with Iran faces its biggest threat to date as President Trump announced plans for U.S. forces to "guide" vessels through the Strait of Hormuz. The U.S. blockade on Iranian ports will continue, with U.S. Central Command saying they have already redirected at least 49 ships. The British military’s maritime trade center reported an attack on a trade vessel by multiple small craft just 11 miles off Iran's coast in the strait on Sunday. In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, we continue our discussion of Graham Platner's visit to the tattoo parlor, making the decision between (say) a Betty Boop tattoo on the ankle, or a Nazi swastika on the chest. He went with the latter and enjoys liberal immunity nonetheless. Also six Chicago area Walgreens have closed on the city's South Side during the past year. One alderman calls it pharmaceutical genocide. Walgreens says one location in Chatham is closing on June 4 because of high levels of theft and violent incidents. In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, we are beginning to see reviews (good and bad) to Dana Perino's new book The Purple State. The book reads more as "delusional fiction" rather than fiction itself, creating a utopia/distopia as the characters are faced with adapting to an open-minded viewpoint to life and love, versus continuing embracing their dogmatic liberal belief system that mirrors today's leftist society. Also the War Powers Act and the latest on war on Iran, President Trump funds DHS, James Carville goes off the rails calling for the de-funding of the police, a look at the GDP and other economic news, the Big Beautiful Bill's tax cuts canceled out by import tariffs and at least 17 class action lawsuits filed by corporations who suffered tariff related losses. Fri, 01 May 2026 - 5854 - 05-01-26 Part Two - Killing the Kill Switch
In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, cars getting shut down by the government is a fear going viral. Republicans are trying to stop the rule behind it. The push centers on a provision in the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act requiring federal regulators to develop technology that can detect impaired driving in new vehicles, as well as prevent or limit operation when impairment is detected. The fight comes as lawmakers are already clashing over surveillance powers tied to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), with privacy concerns driving divisions inside Congress. In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, we begin by recognizing the over the top rhetoric spawned by an assassination culture that is clearly suffering from "Trump Derangement Syndrome" adopting the dogmatic belief that he is Hitler re-born. And now the delusion the the Trump administration would actually "stage" an assassination of the President only proves to expose their passion for hatred rather than logic. Also an audio montage of Hitler and dictator comments about President Trump, Jimmy Kimmel strikes again with an over the top comment about the WHCD shooting and the First Lady prompting the President to call for his firing and a discussion of cars and repairs. Tue, 28 Apr 2026 - 5848 - 04-28-26 Part Two - Cross Spars with Maher
In part two of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, Bill Maher has a firm message for woke comedian David Cross and his fellow LIBS who continue to avoid using common sense on the trans in sports and trans kids topic. "Good luck with President Vance," Maher told Cross on the latest episode of the "Club Random" podcast that turned into a tequila-fueled war of words on a topic that is credited with getting President Trump elected. What started as a discussion on trans in sports eventually turned into a war of words with Cross acting as an elitist expert on this subject because his 8-year-old daughter has two trans friends at school, including one who turned trans at age 3. Also children are inherently critical thinkers and audio from Environmental Protection Agency Administrator Lee Zeldin clashing with Democrats over the agency’s approach to climate change and public health. In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, former President Barack Obama chimes in on social media saying the motive behind the shooting outside the White House Correspondents’ Dinner remains unclear, even as investigators review writings from the suspect outlining plans to target President Trump and members of his administration. Wed, 08 Apr 2026 - 5819 - 04-07-26 Part One - Pakistan's Art of the Deal
In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, Pakistan has proposed a two-stage plan to end the US-Israel war on Iran and reopen the Strait of Hormuz with both sides now mulling the framework. Axios first reported on Sunday that the US, Iran and regional mediators were discussing a potential 45-day ceasefire as part of a “two-phased deal” that could lead to a permanent end to the war. Under the proposal, a ceasefire would take effect immediately, reopening the Strait of Hormuz, with 15 to 20 days given to finalize a broader settlement. Tue, 07 Apr 2026 - 5817 - 04-06-26 Part One - A Daring Rescue
In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, in what President Trump called "one of the most daring search and rescues in US history", a Pentagon official warns Tehran the Airman's rescue shows the US can penetrate enemy territory 'anywhere' in Iran. Former Pentagon official Brent Sadler said "Not only can we rescue our pilots, but we can also go to where we need to secure nuclear equipment or the remainders of their leadership." Sadler's comments come after the rescue of a U.S. Air Force weapons system officer (WSO) early Sunday morning local time after roughly 36 hours in hiding. The pilot and WSO ejected from an F-15E fighter jet when it was downed over Iran on Friday. The pilot was rescued that morning. Also the dumbest Democratic take on the war with Iran equating the conflict as a "social media war", the significance of the Department of War and a surprising report from the Bureau of Labor with 178,000 jobs created in March. Tue, 31 Mar 2026 - 5807 - 03-30-26 Part One - Patching Up DHS
In part one of Red Eye Radio with Gary McNamara and Eric Harley, House Republicans passed a short-term funding patch for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) over the fierce objections of Democratic lawmakers late Friday evening. But the 42-day shutdown that has snarled air travel and left tens of thousands of federal employees without pay is far from over. House lawmakers voted 213-203, largely along party lines, to approve a two-month funding extension for the beleaguered department, which has been operating without full-year appropriations since the funding lapse began on Feb. 14. A Senate proforma session resumes later today. Also the "No Kings" protests over the weekend proved to be nothing more than entertainment for Republicans, audio from CNN's Scott Jennings on the left's financing these rallies, the "Obama Chant Fight Song" deifying the former President and proving disingenuous to the "No Kings" message, Dems want a "straight white Christian man" for their Presidential nominee and an historic profile of the men Democrats have chosen to represent their party.
