  • 7703 - Ep 240 | Should Pardon ALL Jan. 6 Defendants?! | John Strand | The Glenn Beck Podcast

“You never forget your first time being on an FBI Most Wanted list,” says January 6 defendant John Strand. “The process is the punishment ... they punish you at every nook and cranny of the bureaucratic machine.” For what came down to four misdemeanors, John faced a year in prison, including four months in solitary confinement, where he was often denied his time outdoors, phone calls, or even a book to read. “It was so totalitarian,” John says. “I didn’t really expect justice.” He and Glenn discuss the Supreme Court ruling that shortened his 32-month prison sentence, the “uniparty attack on the American populist resistance,” and the aftermath of John’s “digital assassination.” The two consider whether or not government officials like Nancy Pelosi and D.C. Mayor Muriel Bowser “benefited by creating the conditions” that made January 6 possible. Did at least 26 FBI agents know what was coming that day? What about the pipe bombs at the DNC and RNC headquarters? The main question is what do we do now? John suggests that the January 6 prosecutions are legally “irredeemably tainted.” Will President-elect Donald Trump issue a blanket pardon?  Learn more about Patriot Plea by John Strand here- https://www.johnstrand.com/ Sponsors        Byrna        Byrna is the best alternative to deadly force. • 7702 - Who's REALLY Responsible for Los Angeles' Fire Hydrant Failure | Guest: Sara Gonzales | 1/10/25

California continues to burn with no signs of slowing down. Why is California not prepared for wildfires, and why do Californians keep putting up with them? Glenn shows how public-private partnerships are destroying California and leaving innocents to suffer. California's progressiveness and corruption are the cause of the wildfire destruction. During the funeral of former President Jimmy Carter, footage showed Trump and Obama having a friendly interaction. President-elect Donald Trump was sentenced to an "unconditional discharge," meaning he gets no punishment but is officially a convicted felon. Will Trump be the president to finally expose the secrets the government has been keeping from us? Glenn previews his latest podcast with January 6 prisoner John Strand, in which he reveals what it was like to be in solitary confinement for months. Sara Gonzales, BlazeTV host of "Sara Gonzales Unfiltered," joins to discuss the current race for Texas speaker of the House and the infiltration of RINOs into the Texas GOP. • 7700 - 'It Looks Like Hell': California Fires Teach a Tough Lesson | 1/9/25

California is burning down in a record-breaking devastation, with millions of evacuations and already thousands of buildings and homes burned to the ground. Glenn discusses the tragedy while laying down the harsh truth of California's liability for these fires. Why hasn't California built a new water reservoir in 40 years? Glenn looks into the history of the current Los Angeles mayor, Karen Bass, who recently cut the funding for the L.A. fire department, and her possible connections to radical Marxist groups. Why did Bass take multiple trips to Cuba during the 1970s? Glenn plays footage from a local news station in which a woman exposes that insurance companies canceled customers' fire coverage before the fires started. Glenn and Stu further discuss the governmental failures that have made matters worse for California. Glenn discusses how the citizens of San Francisco reacted to a devastating fire back in 1906. After Glenn predicted the death of the internet on his latest Wednesday-night special, Stu discovered multiple stories reporting the same thing.
