No basta con llamarnos creyentes; hemos sido llamados a amar a Cristo por encima de todo y de todos, caminar en santidad y vivir en íntima comunión con Él. El verdadero amor por Cristo transforma nuestra manera de vivir y nos hace útiles para Su Reino. Esta palabra nos confronta con una pregunta que todo creyente debe responder: ¿Realmente amamos a Cristo más que a nuestra propia vida?

El nombre proverbios viene del hebreo Moshal, que significa: Oráculo,parábola, dicho sabio. El libro de los Proverbios es un manual de entrenamiento en sabiduría aplicada a la vida diaria del ser humano para vivir con prudencia y rectitud bajo el temor de Dios. El objetivo del libro es dar sabiduría y entendimiento para vivir una vida agradable a Dios y victoriosa, de tal manera que nos sobrepongamos a las adversidades de la vida y seamos librados, y de las desgracias y tragedias innecesarias, producto de la vida desviada tras el pecado.El mensaje central del libro es: Hijo mío, escucha el consejo de tu padre para que adquieras sabiduría de arriba (que es Jesucristo mismo), cultives una relación de salvación, reverenciando al Señor en cada detalle de tu vida y así serás librado del mal y sus consecuencias viviendo tranquilo y en paz con los demás.

The name "Proverbs" comes from the Hebrew *mashal*, which means an oracle, a parable, or a wise saying. The Book of Proverbs serves as a training manual in wisdom applied to daily human life, teaching us to live prudently and righteously in the fear of God. Its goal is to impart the wisdom and understanding needed to live a life that is both pleasing to God and victorious—enabling us to overcome life's adversities and be spared from the unnecessary misfortunes and tragedies that result from a life led astray by sin.The book's central message is: "My son, heed your father's counsel so that you may acquire wisdom from above (which is Jesus Christ Himself) and cultivate a saving relationship by revering the Lord in every detail of your life; in doing so, you will be delivered from evil and its consequences, living securely and at peace with others."

We cannot expect to achieve victory in moments of great trial if we neglect our daily devotional life.

• If you wish to possess the courage of these three young men in the face of the world, you need to:

1. Saturate yourself with the Word: To detect the lies of our culture (Psalm 119:11).

2. Saturate yourself with Prayer: So that the fear of man may be consumed by the fear of God.

Knowing Christ is not merely one of many goals in the Christian life—for Paul, it is *the* goal. Everything else—status, achievements, religious credentials, reputation—he called rubbish in comparison. Not because those things lack value, but because, alongside Christ, they simply cannotcompete. David expressed this in Psalm 27:4: "The one thing I ask of the Lord—the thing I seek most—is to live in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, delighting in the Lord’s perfection and meditating within his temple." — Psalm 27:4 (NTV)Paul said the very same thing from a prison cell. And the invitation remains for each of us today. He had lost everything the world told him mattered, and he had found the one thing that truly matters. The question he leaves us with is the very one we must answer: "What are you still clinging to that keeps you from knowing Him more fully?"

Conocer a Cristo no es uno de los muchos objetivos de la vida cristiana — para Pablo, es el objetivo. Todo lo demás — el estatus, los logros, las credenciales religiosas, la reputación — lo llamó basura en comparación. No porque esas cosas no tengan valor, sino porque junto a Cristo simplemente no pueden competir. Even though you may feel worn out on the outside, on the inside God is renewing you. This light and momentary tribulation is producing something eternal within you. Do not focus on what you see, but on what God is doing.

Although the genuine Christian lives every day celebrating the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ from the dead, Easter Sunday is nonetheless the day on which the greatest emphasis is placed—both among Western Christians and those in other regions—by people who serve the Lord with all their hearts, even amidst terrible persecution. Yet this is not merely a beautiful annual celebration, but rather a call to a life of commitment and radical loyalty—to the point of having to die to oneself—in order to please the One who gave His life for us, conquering death by rising on the third day, and making us participants in living in the Spirit of the Resurrection.

Aunque el cristiano genuino vive todos los días celebrando la Resurrección del Señor Jesucristo de entre los muertos, no obstante, el domingo de Pascua, es el día en que mayor énfasis se hace tanto entre los cristianos de occidente, como también de otras latitudes, de gente que le sirve al Señor de todo corazón, aún en medio de terribles persecuciones. Pero no se trata de una hermosa celebración anual, sino del llamado a una vida de compromiso y lealtad radical al punto de tener que morir a uno mismo, con tal de agradar a Aquel que dio su vida por nosotros, venciendo la muerte al resucitar al tercer día, haciéndonos partícipes de vivir en el Espíritu de la Resurrección.

Los sistemas políticos, económicos, educativos y relacionales han fracasado y los seres humanos buscan una salida que les dé paz y les ayude a resolver los tantos problemas que cada vez más se multiplican. Esa búsqueda pronto dará lugar a la hora de la prueba sobre el mundo entero y por ello la Iglesia debe estar preparada y firme en Cristo Jesús, para que Diosnos libre por medio del Arrebatamiento de la iglesia, y si no fuera como bíblicamente esperamos y si tuviéramos que enfrentar esa prueba, estemos sólidamente arraigados en Cristo.

Political, economic, educational, and relational systems have failed, and humanity seeks a way out that will bring peace and help resolve the ever-increasing number of problems. This search will soon lead to a time of trial for the entire world, and therefore the Church must be prepared and steadfast in Christ Jesus, so that God may deliver us through the Rapture of the Church. And if it does not happen as we biblically expect, and if we have to face this trial, may we be firmly rooted in Christ.

The Apostle John had an encounter with God on the island of Patmos—a place where death and solitude were expected. Yet it was in that very place that John received a revelation from God. Your island of Patmos can be your place of defeat or your place of victory.

ONLY JESUS ​​CHRIST, the meek and humble Lamb who was slain, is worthy to open the scroll and break its seals. Only Jesus Christ is the Savior and Lord of humanity through His perfect sacrifice.

Our lives and our approach to God must conform to His original design, because we were created for the praise of His glory, knowing that everything was created by Him and for Him; therefore, to Him be all glory, honor, and thanksgiving.

Unfortunately, the system of this world is designed to turn us into worldly people and rebels, more enemies of God, so we must work putting into practice what God says and teaching our offspring what the Lord has established in His Word, discipling them, modeling them with the obedient example of our daily conduct or behavior and contributing to creating and strengthening a true Christian family culture (customs).

The coming of the Lord Jesus Christ is very near, and as prophesied, many are asleep, careless, and others are distracted and unfocused. For these, the Lord is not their priority, but rather a life of materialism and worldliness. But blessed are those whom the Lord finds doing the Father's will when He comes, for they will have wonderful rewards. But for those who strayed and turned away, or simply ignored the Gospel, there will be terrible punishments according to their degree of knowledge and rejection of the Truth.

Necesitamos la ayuda del Espíritu Santo, incluso en toda clase de relaciones. Lo otro es que como un creyente de muchos años es preocupante que todavía no te levantes de un estado de depresión emocional que nunca pasa, como si el Espíritu de Dios no fuera esa fuente que produce gozo y esperanza permanente. We need the help of the Holy Spirit, even in all kinds of relationships. The other thing is that, as a longtime believer, it's worrying that you still haven't risen from a state of emotional depression that never goes away, as if the Spirit of God weren't that source that produces permanent joy and hope. Don't stop in time; take a step forward and talk to God. Heed what the Holy Spirit tells you, and He will free you from every sinful situation.

Sincere repentance leads to baptism, and together they prepare the heart to receive the powerful gift of the Holy Spirit. But we must not be satisfied with just an initial experience; we must long for something deeper. Today, as on the day of Pentecost, the baptism of the Holy Spirit and fire is available to every believer, a transforming experience that empowers, purifies, and ignites the soul for mission. This promise remains alive for all who believe in the Word of God and receive it with faith.

El arrepentimiento sincero lleva al bautismo, y juntos preparan el corazón para recibir el poderoso don del Espíritu Santo. Pero no debemos conformarnos solo con una experiencia inicial, debemos anhelar algo más profundo. Hoy, como en el día de Pentecostés, está disponible para todo creyente el bautismo del Espíritu Santo y fuego, una experiencia transformadora que capacita, purifica y enciende el alma para la misión.Esta promesa sigue viva para todos los que creen en la Palabra de Dios y la reciben con fe.

No matter what fear afflicts us, the love of Christ Jesus has conquered all fear, and in Him we are called to live free from all oppression, filled with His peace, love, and presence to live victoriously.

Only in Christ Jesus can we enjoy the integral peace, the shalom and Irene or Eirene of God, which allows us to have, as a consequence, mental and emotional health and to live in peace with God, our neighbors, and creation.

Solo en Cristo Jesús podemos disfrutar la paz integral, el shalom e Irene o Eirene de Dios, que nos permite tener como consecuencia, salud mental, emocional y viviendo en paz para con Dios, el prójimo y la creación. 

La paz es un tesoro incomparable, y ella nos ha sido dada a través de Cristo. Es inconcebible que un creyente viva bajo zozobra, en angustias, por la falta de paz en su vida. Hemos visto que semejante actitud es ofensa a Dios, porque con ella estamos diciendo indirectamente que a Dios “se le escapan de control” ciertas situaciones que ocurren en la vida de sus hijos. Es tiempo de replantear las cosas, arrepentirnos y permitir que la paz de Dios gobierne nuestros pensamientos y corazones.

Peace is an incomparable treasure, and it has been given to us through Christ. It is inconceivable that a believer would live in anxiety, in anguish, due to a lack of peace in their life. We have seen that such an attitude is an offense to God, because with it we are indirectly saying that God is "out of control" over certain situations that occur in the lives of His children. It is time to rethink things, repent, and allow God's peace to govern our thoughts and hearts.

The resurrection is the most important event in history. Christ is alive and coming again. Are you ready?

La resurrección es el hecho mas importante de la historia. Cristo está vivo y viene otra vez. Estas preparado?

Escoge la decisión del salmista de estar en la Casa del Señor cuando sabes que hay culto. Evita habitar en las moradas de maldad. Esos no son lugares para los creyentes. Aprende a separar lo santo de lo profano. Que tu enfoque sea estar como adorador en la presencia del Señor, arraigado en la casa del Señor. Es solo a sus adoradores que han aprendido a tomar en serio el congregarse a los que el  Señor les da sus grandes promesas.

Choose the psalmist's decision to be in the House of the Lord when you know there is worship. Avoid dwelling in the dwelling places of wickedness. Those are not places for believers. Learn to separate the holy from the profane. Let your focus be on being a worshiper in the presence of the Lord, rooted in the house of the Lord. It is only to His worshipers who have learned to take congregation seriously that the Lord gives His great promises.

Por la fe en Cristo Jesús, hemos alcanzado misericordia y ahora somos pueblo de Dios juntamente con los judíos que serán salvos, para que glorifiquemos al Señor, anunciemos Sus virtudes y Su salvación. Él pronto vendrá por segunda vez.

Through faith in Christ Jesus, we have received mercy and are now God's people, along with the Jews who will be saved, so that we may glorify the Lord and proclaim His virtues and His salvation. He will soon come a second time.

Even if we have to go through some difficult times, let us never forget that the goodness and favor of God lasts a lifetime and therefore, even in illness or any trial, we will cry out trusting in the Divine miracle because HE is our healer whom we will serve no matter what happens.

Aunque tengamos que pasar algunos momentos difíciles, nunca olvidemos que la bondad, el favor de Dios dura toda la vida y por ello, aun en la enfermedad o cualquier prueba clamaremos confiando en el milagro Divino porque ÉL es nuestro sanador a quien serviremos no importa lo que pase.

El verdadero balance y lo que hace que el matrimonio bíblico funcione es volver a las instrucciones que Dios nos ha dejado en Su Manual del Fabricante, la Biblia, en que nos dice que el hombre debe tratar amorosamente a su mujer cuidando y sustentándola, y esta, debe respetar a su marido sujetándose y honrándole a él. Cuando hemos respetado y practicado el modelo divino para la familia, los resultados han sido evidentes y muy buenos a lo largo de la historia.

True balance and what makes biblical marriage work is to return to the instructions God has left us in His Manufacturer's Manual, the Bible, which tells us that a man should treat his wife lovingly by caring for her and supporting her, and she should respect her husband by submitting to him and honoring him. When we have respected and practiced God's model for the family, the results have been evident and very good throughout history.

Aunque los descendientes de Caín no invocan al Señor, los hijos de Dios si lo hacen. Aprovechemos ahora que hay la oportunidad y volvamos a invocar su Nombre vehementemente e inspirando a aquellos que no le conocen aque lo hagan y sean salvos. Porque todo aquel que invoque el nombre del Señor será salvo.

Although the descendants of Cain do not call upon the Lord, the children of God do. Let us take advantage of the opportunity now and call upon His Name again vehemently and inspire those who do not know Him to do so and be saved. For everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved.

In times of danger, in the evil day or day of conflict, when we are hard pressed or troubled, we must always remember that the Name of the Lord gives us access to the Throne of Grace to obtain mercy and grace for timely relief. That God will not forsake us nor abandon us because He will remember the faithfulness of His children who have honored Him. Because He will not reject a repentant heart and humbled before Him.

El Salmo 20, era una porción bíblica que los sacerdotes leían y enseñaban a los soldados de Israel antes de salir a la guerra. Esta pieza es vital para un tiempo tan peligroso como la guerra, ya que cada soldado sabía que estaba expuesto a la muerte como lo peor, o ser herido como un daño menor. Ellos sabían que podían perder la vida o ser mutilado de alguna parte de su cuerpo, etc. De manera que este Salmo 20 encierra esas verdades y promesas que debemos tener en cuenta en tiempos tan inciertos como la guerra o la persecución para los creyentes. Hoy examinaremos este Salmo desde la perspectiva de tres de sus puntos fundamentales y veremos cuán provechoso es el mismo para nuestra cotidianidad, ayudándonos a combatir el miedo manifestado en depresión, estrés y ansiedad.

La vida del profeta Daniel y sus compañeros es sumamente inspiradora. Vemos que no importa la edad, ni de donde proceda la persona, sino que lo que cuenta es la disposición de un corazón que de verdad ha conocido a su Dios. Daniel estuvo presente en tres imperios paganos y en ellos fue respetado y altamente honrado sin tener que negociar su amor y temor a Dios, su integridad y sus valores.

The life of the prophet Daniel and his companions is extremely inspiring. We see that it does not matter how old or where a person comes from, but what counts is the disposition of a heart that has truly known its God. Daniel was present in three pagan empires and in them he was respected and highly honored without having to compromise his love and fear of God, his integrity and his values.

Even if we don't have some things, even if everything seems difficult and with few ways out, we have hope because we trust in the promises and in the God of hope, because HE has said that there is hope for your future and we believe that there is hope for our future.

En tiempos en los que el futuro se torna algo incierto, tenemos las promesas de Dios para los que le temen, los que esperan en ÉL, para los santos y fieles: El Señor les mostrará Su bondad y los guardará no importa el lugar o las circunstancias.

In times when the future becomes uncertain, we have God's promises for those who fear Him, those who hope in Him, for the saints and faithful: The Lord will show them His goodness and will keep them no matter the place or circumstances.

As we begin a new year, it is essential that we remember the biblical principles that the Lord has given us so that we can live and walk in obedience and see His blessing. In most cases, we want to see the blessing, but we forget or intentionally avoid obedience to the Word and this becomes a source of stumbling and complete failure. If we want to start the year in a good way, let us reexamine what God tells us and what we should do. Today we will see part of one of those principles that can help us experience God's provision on a regular basis.

Al comenzar un nuevo año, es primordial que recordemos los principios bíblicos que el Señor nos ha dado para que vivamos y caminemos en obediencia y veamos Su bendición. En la mayoría de los casos queremos ver la bendición, pero olvidamos o intencionalmente evitamos la obediencia a la Palabra y esto se convierte en fuente de tropiezos y fracasos rotundos. In Christ Jesus the sent Messiah, we have everything we need to be saved, blessed, thankful, and live filled with the joy of the Holy Spirit for eternity. We do not have to look for anything outside of Him because He is God Himself made man.

As believers, our enemy is Satan and his demons and the weapons in this war are not physical, they are spiritual. Unfortunately, many believers have fallen into the trap of believing that we are in times of peace. It is time to wake up. We are not in times of peace, but of war.

Como creyentes, nuestro enemigo es Satanás y sus demonios y las armas en esta guerra no son físicas, son espirituales. Lamentablemente muchos creyentes han caído en la trampa de que estamos en tiempos de paz. Es tiempo de despertar. No estamos en tiempos de paz, si no de guerra.

The book of Malachi is very unique. It was written approximately 450 years before the incarnation of the Lord Jesus Christ. This prophet denounces the great apathy and indifference that existed among the people of God, since the fervor and devotion for the service and genuine love of the Lord had diminished and the people had entered into a mechanical and cold worship and service by which even the priests and the lay people had fallen into betrayal of the Lord by offering deceitful sacrifices, withholding tithes and offerings, being unfaithful and divorcing their wives while marrying pagan women. Instead of repenting of their sins, they questioned God why He did not bless them as they wanted and at the same time it seemed to them that the wicked prospered and they did not. They reached a point where they praised the wicked saying that there was no difference between serving God and not serving Him because despite everything, the wicked were doing better. With this they blamed God and it seemed that serving Him was a waste of time. Today we will see how this prophetic book also has a lot of relevance and application for us in this time.

El libro de Malaquías es muy singular. Escrito aproximadamente 450 años

antes de la encarnación del Señor Jesucristo. Este profeta denuncia la gran apatía e indiferencia que había en el pueblo de Dios, ya que el fervor y la devoción por el servicio y amor genuino al Señor habían mermado y el pueblo había entrado en una adoración y servicio mecánicos y fríos por los cuales aún los sacerdotes y los pobladores laicos habían caído en la traición al Señor ofreciendo sacrificios tramposos, reteniendo los diezmos y ofrendas, siendo infieles y divorciándose de sus esposas a la vez que se casaban con mujeres paganas. En lugar de arrepentirse de sus pecados cuestionaban a Dios por qué no los bendecía como ellos querían y al mismo tiempo les parecía que los impíos si prosperaban y ellos no. Llegaron a un punto en el que alababan a los impíos diciendo que no había diferencia entre servir a Dios y no servirle porque a pesar de todo a los impíos les iba mejor. Con esto culpaban a Dios y parecía que servirle a Él era perder el tiempo. Hoy veremos como este libro profético también tiene mucha relevancia y aplicación para nosotros en este tiempo.

No matter what the time or the most difficult scenario, we can be sure that if we stay connected and obey the Word of God, we will always have His help, refuge and strength, because He is our very present help in tribulations. The second letter of Timothy is part of what is theologically known as the pastoral letters along with first Timothy and Titus, as they are addressed to these young pastors. Timothy was instructed in the gospel by his mother Eunice and his grandmother Lois, although he was later mentored by the apostle Paul, forming him as a worker, as a man of God. The pastoral letters are primarily instructions on how to manage affairs in the church, but they do not leave aside the church in general, all those who are servants of Jesus Christ, as they are letters full of God's power and blessing. Second Timothy was probably written between the years 66 and 67 AD. It should be noted that this letter within its particularities has a very special one, and that is that it mentions Timothy's heritage of faith transmitted by his mother and grandmother, instilling in him those first spiritual values ​​so decisive in life.

As servants of Jesus Christ, we must remain firm, doing what the Lord has entrusted to us, setting our sights only on HIM and thus we will forge straight furrows, doing better work for His glory and thus we will be called, on the day of rewards, “good and faithful servants.”

The Lord today calls us to repent and reconsider what we have been doing. We cannot afford to despise what He once entrusted into our hands. Let us return to where we began, with a fervent love for the Lord, which enables us to do the work and delight in His things.

El Señor hoy nos llama al arrepentimiento y reconsiderar qué hemos estado haciendo. No podemos darnos el chance de menospreciar lo que Él confió una vez en nuestras manos. Volvamos por donde comenzamos, con un amor ferviente al Señor, el cual nos capacita para hacer el trabajo y deleitarnos en sus cosas.

When we repent, stop sinning and convert to Christ by turning to the Lord and obeying His Word, it is like returning to the Manufacturer's Manual and putting His instructions into practice and thus we open the doors for times of refreshing to come into our lives, not only for a time, but for all eternity.

Cuando nos arrepentimos, dejando de pecar y nos convertimos a Cristo volviéndonos al Señor y obedeciendo Su Palabra, es como volver al Manual del Fabricante y poner en práctica Sus instrucciones y por ello abrimos las puertas a que vengan a nuestras vidas tiempos de refrigerio, no solo por algún tiempo, sino por toda la eternidad.

Los llamados expertos en salud mental están alarmados por la plaga cada vez más extendida de personas hundidas en los flagelos de algún tipo de desorden mental. Estamos viendo levantarse las generaciones más deprimidas y automutiladas de toda la historia de la humanidad, y al mismo tiempo es cuando más tecnología, más aparente libertad y entretenimiento tienen los jóvenes y adultos, pero también es cuando más rebelión y rechazo hay contra la Palabra y las normas de Dios. Aunque los denominados expertos no lo quieran admitir claramente se puede ver que hay una correlación entre el estado miserable de la actual existencia humana y su profundo alejamiento del Creador y Su guía para salvarnos y sanarnos de tanto aprisionamiento en el lodo moral del pecado y sus consecuencias con el consecuente arrepentimiento que casi nadie quiere reconocer porque ante todo muchos se sienten orgullosos de su pecado en vez de humillarse ante Dios y apartarse del mismo. Como dice la Biblia: “La apariencia de sus rostros testifica contra ellos, porque, como Sodoma, publican su pecado. ¡No lo disimulan!¡Ay de sus vidas!, porque amontonaron mal para sí”. Isaías 3:9.

Esta es la temporada del año en que casi en el mundo entero, más énfasis se hace del amor, aunque tristemente en la mayoría de los casos no se tiene la verdadera conciencia de qué se trata, sin embargo, en el pasaje de 1ra. Pedro 4:7-8, encontramos algo mucho más excelente, y es que el amor, contrario a ser un concepto superficial y frívolo, debe este debe ser ferviente o hirviente, siendo la más importante de las prioridades,

Aunque no lo creamos, pero probablemente este tipo de situación del egoísmo, del amor equivocado, nos esté “pisando los talones”. Hay que ver que, aunque hay tantas definiciones de amor, sin embargo, la definición más sublime está en este pasaje de 1ra. Corintios 13. De hecho, necesitaríamos mucho tiempo para extraer todas las riquezas de su contenido.

La mujer realmente cristiana, es una mujer sabia, que edifica su casa: La mujer sabia edifica su casa; mas la necia con sus manos la derriba (Proverbios 14:1), y para ello obedece lo que el Señor le dice en Su Palabra, respondiendo a su marido con un buen trato, aunque este no lo merezca, porque ella imita a Cristo; haciéndolo con la esperanza de ver a su ‘sapo’ convertido en un príncipe, pero especialmente, para que Cristo sea glorificado y ella sea santificada.

En esta ocasión estaremos más enfocados en los hombres, basándonos en lo que dice la Biblia “el que encuentra esposa, encuentra el bien y alcanza la benevolencia o el favor de Jehová”. Esto significa haber encontrado una gran bendición de parte del Señor, aunque entendiendo que no todos los esposos, al igual las esposas podrán decir lo mismo en ese sentido. No obstante, lo más importante, es que cada cónyuge reconozca sus propios problemas y dar los pasos que ayuden en resolver el conflicto matrimonial, obedeciendo lo que el Señor nos dice en Su Palabra para que vivamos vidas que le glorifiquen a ÉL y nos permitan una convivencia de mejor calidad y mayor efectividad en la predicación del Evangelio y el legado que dejaremos a las generaciones venideras.

Si queremos caminar en la voluntad de Dios y recibir la ayuda del Espíritu Santo, debemos pararnos firmes en la fe y renunciar a cualquier deseo carnal en vez de cortejarlo o acomodarlo en nuestro corazón. Para ello hay que arrepentirse de todo corazón.
