Then, one night he saw messages from a male coworker popping up in her phone. He asked her about them and she said that I had nothing to worry about because he was just a friend. A few weeks later he realizes that she is flirting with the guy from work and confronts her. She says he’s controlling. Now she wants 2 weeks to think about things and in essence wants a hall pass to explore a relationship with the coworker who she claimed was just a friend.

They were mostly a booty call situation since they never really dated or went out and did anything like couples do. They simply went to each others houses and hooked up. In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer from Dubai. He met a beautiful Russian flight attendant on a dating app and made plans to see her on a Saturday night and also to spend Sunday together. However, he was vague and indecisive about seeing her because he wasn’t feeling well. Then he finally shows up at 2:30 am. They were getting to know each other and then she tells him another guy friend is on his way over because she didn’t think he was coming. When the guy got there he was obviously more than just a friend and got upset and pulled her aside for a private conversation. Eventually, she asked him to leave before things got heated. He wonders what the hell happened. He hasn’t heard from her since.

He says he has a great relationship with his girlfriend of over 2 years. However, when she is going through a difficult time or is upset, she is unable and unwilling to talk to him and explain what she wants and needs. He tries applying what he learned in the book, but she simply will get emotional and cry for hours and not tell him why she is upset. She says she needs emotional support from him, says he never provides it, but refuses to explain what that looks like. He is frustrated and ready to pull the plug on their relationship because of her unwillingness to communicate.

She has a lot of male friends and orbiters who obviously want her romantically. Over time he has caught her in several half truths and lying by omission about these other men. It’s a really good email to see how hard and difficult it can be to vet and verify the true nature and character of women you are dating. Low character women will lie, deflect and misrepresent people and events in their lives to make themselves look like better people than they really are. This is why you can’t allow yourself to get drunk on your emotions in the early stages of dating.

He reached out a few days later to set the 2nd date, but she was busy and mentioned the following week after claiming she forgot he had asked her out. He suggested a day and time, but she never responded. He sees her at the gym and she is friendly, but he still hasn’t heard back from her. She did the same thing before he set the 1st date. So he texted her again four days later and they ended up going out on their 1st date. He is confused at her behavior.

Then he got cocky and full of himself and never bothered to learn and master what the book teaches. He got lazy, complacent and started acting needy and weak. She asked him to move out and he finally did after begging and pleading with her to give him another chance. She was remorseful and worried if she tried to get him back in the future if her feelings changed, but he would be with someone new. In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 21 year old viewer who has been seeing a 19 year old supposed virgin. He had 6 dates over the span of 2 months because she was traveling a few times. During their last date when they were fooling around she said she wanted wanted to be his. He gave her a bunch of rules for being his girlfriend and then she went cold for a few weeks. He reached out 2 weeks later, but she was sick. Eventually she got back in touch after she was better, but he is confused why she ghosted him for a few weeks and made him reach out to her. I explained what happened and how to properly apply what is in my book 3% Man, which he’s obviously not reading 10-15 times as instructed. He’s too focused on timelines and acting robotic instead of being flexible and going with the flow.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who is a new follower of 4 months and read 3% Man, twice so far. He says he became dopey and overly emotional once she fell in love with him and he couldn’t keep it together. She dumped him and he has struggled with maintaining no contact and has had 2 dates after breaking it that went nowhere. He got upset and totally came unglued and complained to her how he couldn’t take the emotions he was dealing with and just made an absolute mess of things. He was the opposite of masculine and attractive. Now he is back in no contact and asks if he has completely ruined any chance of getting her back now.

I tell him the mindset shift he needs to make and the actions he needs to change so she will try to convince him to give her another chance.

He’s read 3% Man, 26 times and has been having problems with his girlfriend who is behaving like they have an open relationship and are basically roommates. He has gotten his drinking and some other problems of his under control since his last email, but his girlfriend is not doing her part to work on the relationship. She keeps talking about moving out, being independent and that she doesn’t feel free. He’s finally starting to set healthy boundaries, but the damage is clearly done and she needs to go. She’s staying out all night and clearly thinks of herself as being single while she looks for another guy instead of trying to fix their relationship.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 47 year old viewer who has been married for 23 years who says he read 3% Man, a long time ago after breaking up with his wife. He got her back by applying what my book teaches. However, recently he realized that he had slid back into complacency and some potentially disastrous behavior. He stopped dating and courting her properly again and says the relationship principles in the back of the book reminded him that to love unconditionally is all about giving and this kept him centered and from arguing with his wife so he could open her back up. I discuss loving unconditionally and giving unconditionally, but it doesn’t mean you tolerate disrespect, disloyalty or a woman purposefully disturbing your peace in order to troll and test you.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who got dumped by his ex-girlfriend of 4.5 years. She said she had a lot on her plate and couldn’t focus on a relationship as much and didn’t want to waste his time. He was obviously over pursuing and gave her all the power in the relationship to the point she lost attraction and respect for him. However, a big issue for him was she invited attention from other men on social media, responded to direct messages and followed other men back. She was basically acting like she was single and looking for a new man while she was still with her boyfriend. Despite her disloyal behavior, he still wants her back and asks my opinion on if it’s even possible at this point.

In this video coaching newsletter I discus an email from a viewer who is new to my work and met a woman at a bar unexpectedly after doing some projects at his brother in laws house. They were both pretty buzzed, but had an amazing conversation for several hours. He made a date on the spot and they continued texting up until the day of their date. Then she stood him up. When he texted her asking if she was running late, she was at a meeting and completely forgot about their date supposedly. Then she told him she could reschedule maybe later in the week. It’s clear she is jerking him around and not very interested, but he is pursuing her trying to get another date. He asks my opinion.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who first came across my work about 8 years ago after his 1st marriage went sideways. It was toxic and ended in divorce. He’s now in a relationship with what he considers a wonderful woman. Eventually she moved in with her 2 children from another relationship. However, he never bothered to read my book and only cherry picked information from some videos and then stopped watching altogether once they got serious. She has been complaining for a long time that he has neglected her and has not provided a solid home life because he has been struggling financially and changing jobs. After reading 3% Man, twice he realized that he stopped dating and courting her properly and didn’t make her feel heard and understood. He didn’t take her complaints seriously about their problems and now she wants to end things and move out. He wants to know what he can do to turn things around.

He shares an update and what he did when she started doing 100% of the pursuing, but then started complaining that he didn’t contact her enough. However, he was worried about contacting her too much and shares how he dealt with pauses in her communication and her backing off without coming unglued and pursuing her too much. It’s a good email to help you find the balance between pursuing too much and not enough.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a recent coaching client who is 37 and new to my work. He became involved with a woman who is 45 and just lost her husband through mutual friends about a year and a half ago. Things started off hot and heavy and then she started backing off and becoming too “busy” to see him. She pushed him away several times and last summer they didn’t see each other at all. He notices that she does this about every 6 months and breaks things off, only to come back again and rekindle things and few months later. Now she has become cold and distant since the new year and he’s unsure of what it means. However, she claims that she is just too busy to see him, even showing her schedule to him with numerous appointments and obligations. He says they have never been exclusive despite all their time together. They both have children from their previous relationships and scheduling dates has always been difficult.

How to come across as a playful masculine leader instead of a controlling dictator on dates.
In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a viewer who has read 3% Man, over 15 times. He says he was dating a woman he was really into, but things are no longer going so well. She’s leaving him on read and breaking dates. He then matches and mirrors her behavior. He mistakenly thinks it’s because he was too much of a dictator and not accommodating and compliant enough with her when planning dates, but the reality is that the problems and her losing interest started after he was unable to perform in the bedroom due to performance anxiety and inexperience on multiple occasions. She may also be a little too masculine and bossy which contributes to his performance anxiety.
