Dogman Encounters Radio

On last week’s show, our guest, Sean Patterson, talked about several of the amazing Dogman encounters he’s had in a place tucked away in the woods surrounding Irvine, California. He calls the place “The Dogman Sanctuary.”

Due to how many experiences he had to share on last week’s show, I didn’t have time to ask him the plethora of questions I had for him. There also wasn’t enough time for me to display a group of photos he took that show the Dogmen and areas around the sanctuary.

Luckily, Sean has come back to answer the questions I have for him about his experiences. I’m also going to display his photos on the YouTube version of tonight’s show. The photos start at 23:17.

In the woods surrounding Irvine, California, there’s an area tonight’s guest, Sean Patterson, was drawn to when he was younger. He doesn’t know why, but he always enjoyed spending time there while roaming the woods.

More than 10 years later, Sean made an amazing discovery about that spot. He says the area serves as a sanctuary for a group of Dogmen and that, after spending so much time there, they began interacting with him.

Over the course of those interactions, Sean was able to take several pictures of them, which he shared with me. When he comes back next week for a Q&A, I’m going to display those pictures on the YouTube version of the show and have Sean tell us the story behind each one.

Late one night in 2012, tonight’s guest was riding home with her fiancé in Marietta, Ohio, after feeding, watering, and exercising her horse where she had been boarding him. Her fiancé was driving, and “Mandy” had her feet up on the dashboard on the passenger side of his truck.

As they drove past Sacra Via Park, all of a sudden, her fiancé slammed on the brakes and stopped the truck in the road. When Mandy looked over at him, he was white-knuckled, with a death grip on the steering wheel. When she asked him what was wrong, he told her that he had seen something he initially thought was a deer—but it wasn’t a deer. As he described what he had seen, he was white as a sheet.

Mandy never saw what her fiancé had seen that night, but the experience lit a fire in her. Using his description, she began doing exhaustive research in an attempt to figure out what it might have been. Eventually, she came to believe that what he had seen was most likely something called a Dogman.

After reaching that conclusion, Mandy became almost obsessed with Dogmen. Her fascination with them eventually led her to seek out an encounter of her own. She began walking her dog, Boston, at night in the same park where her fiancé had seen the Dogman, hoping that, sooner or later, she would have a Dogman encounter of her own.

As fate would have it, on a very hot night, around 2 AM, in August of 2013, while walking Boston in that park, Mandy finally got her wish.

Unfortunately, the experience didn’t affect her the way she thought it would. She thought she was ready to have a Dogman encounter, but she wasn’t. Since that night, she’s suffered from ongoing Dogman-related nightmares and night terrors. She’s also been diagnosed with PTSD and says she is still traumatized by the experience.

We hope you’ll tune in to tonight’s show and listen to Mandy share everything she’s been through, including why she believes her encounter affected her so strongly. What happened to Mandy should serve as a warning to anyone who thinks they’d like to have a Dogman encounter of their own.

It just might not turn out the way you hoped it would.

Tonight’s guest, Ken, was born and raised in Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania. Located along the northern edge of the Endless Mountains, Susquehanna County is home to countless forest-covered, rolling hills and the kind of terrain that would make it easy for a large cryptid to remain hidden.

Late one night, in November of 2016, Ken was driving his ex-girlfriend around while she delivered newspapers on a route the two of them had been warned about. The warnings came from friends of his ex-girlfriend who had previously delivered papers on that route. They told Ken and his ex to be careful because they had seen what they described as Yetis while making deliveries.

Naturally, Ken and his girlfriend didn’t know what to make of those warnings. They had no reason to believe anything like that could be in the area. Their views on the existence of large, unknown cryptids changed abruptly that night, however. What they encountered didn’t resemble a Yeti. According to Ken, it looked like a huge Werewolf.

Nine years ago, tonight’s guest, Dave, contacted me to tell me about a Dogman encounter he’d had not long before reaching out to me. The encounter had traumatized him, and he contacted me hoping I could help him come to terms with what he’d experienced.

Dave was no stranger to the woods. He’d spent untold hours in the outdoors over the years, doing all sorts of things. In fact, many years before his Dogman encounter, he’d had several encounters with Sasquatch. Those experiences didn’t frighten him. His 2018 Dogman encounter clearly did.

When Dave and I spoke at length about his encounter back in 2018, he wasn’t ready to come on the show and share what had happened to him. Recently, though, he contacted me to let me know that had changed. After all these years, he’s finally ready to share his encounter with all of you.

Tonight’s guest wishes to remain anonymous, so I’m going to call her “Nicki” on tonight’s show. Nicki lives near the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains. That’s by design, not by chance. You see, she’s always loved spending time in the outdoors. In fact, for the longest time, one of her favorite things to do was take her massive Husky/Lab mix, Steel, to a nearby reservoir, close to a place called “Lycan Loop,” where the two of them would go on nice, long hikes together.

Nicki and Steel loved hiking there so much that she had taken him to the reservoir well over 100 times. Then, one day, in spring of 2019, everything changed. That was the day Nicki and Steel had an encounter with a Dogman at the reservoir.

Unfortunately, the experience traumatized Nicki so much that she stayed away from the reservoir for four years. We hope you’ll tune in to tonight’s show and listen to Nicki share what happened that day.

Tonight’s guest, Joe Bass, describes himself as a backwoods Appalachian with a lifetime of bushcraft experience. Growing up in the mountains of Appalachia, he spent countless hours exploring the rugged wilderness, and over the years, he had more than his share of memorable experiences there. None of them, however, compared to what happened on June 13, 2020, when he came face-to-face with a jet-black Dogman.

That encounter changed the course of Joe’s life and ultimately led him to found Uncanny Cryptid Cartographer. Since then, he has dedicated himself to documenting eyewitness encounters, preserving forgotten history, and uncovering lost history connected to cryptids and other unexplained phenomena.

Tonight’s guest, Caleb White, has been interested in Werewolves for as long as he can remember. Before he saw the movie Silver Bullet, for the first time, when he was a kid, he was already fascinated in Werewolves. When he saw that movie, however, the hook was officially set. Back then, Werewolves were figments of our imagination. When Caleb and his best friend, Ethan, would play in the woods on his Pawpaw’s property, it wasn’t like they had to worry about having an encounter with a real-life Werewolf. At least, that’s what The boys believed until they had their first encounter with what looked like a white Werewolf, in a forest on Calib’s Pawpaw’s property. That was the first of three encounters Calib has had. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him chronicle all 3 experiences.

Tonight’s guest, Brett Ford, had two encounters with what some people would call Bearwolves, while he and his family were visiting Newfoundland, last summer. The encounters happened in fairly quick succession, on the same night, which makes Brett think they were connected somehow. The two Bearwolves/Dogmen he saw were definitely different creatures, as they looked different from one another. The first one he saw, near Cornerbrook, Newfoundland, had more of an athletic build. The second one he saw was clearly more muscular and had a much more imposing presence to it. What happened the night he had those encounters? We hope you’ll tune in and find out.

In the summer of 2000, on a beautiful, sunny day, tonight’s guest, Randy, was driving home down a country road when he saw something that fits the description of being a Werewolf much more so than that of a Dogman. Werewolves don’t exist, though. Or do they? Randy says that he didn’t fear anything before he had that encounter, but when you see something that gives you every indication that it was a real-life Werewolf, how can you not be fearful? Tonight’s guest, Rick, had his Dogman encounter one night, in 1990, around dusk. He was sitting in church with his wife, at the time, when he realized he had heard the sermon the pastor was just starting to give. When he realized he had already heard it, he told his wife that he was going to take a ride in his 85 Chevy pickup truck to kill some time. Not long after he had left the church, he turned down a secluded road that hadn’t been used in a very long time. It was around 8 PM, so it was dusky/dark outside. To help him see better, he turned the overhead lights on, on his truck’s rollbar. Seconds after he did that, he saw a huge creature, that wasn’t supposed to exist, start climbing down the trunk of a tree that was about 50 yards from the side of the road. As the monstrosity was climbing down the trunk, Rick could hear its claws tearing the bark. At that point, Rick was rapidly approaching the part of the road that was closest to where the creature was. Curiosity got the best of him, so he stopped his truck and got out. Rick regrets getting out of his truck and he, especially, regrets what happened next.

Tonight’s guest, Eric, has had some experiences in his life that were much more frightening than what most people have experienced. Eric used to live in a haunted house and one of the most frightening experiences he’s had happened when he was in the shower one night. When he had that experience, he was standing in the shower when all of a sudden, he saw what he thinks was a demon come into the bathroom with him. When he saw that happen, it frightened him so much, he jumped out of the shower, threw his pants on, and ran out of the house. Of course, that experience really shook him up, but it still isn’t the most frightening experience he’s had. That title belongs to the time he walked right up to 3 Dogmen, before he realized what they were. He came to regret doing that. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to Eric explain why he did.

Tonight’s guest, Phil Kotval, is the host of the Dogman Teepee Hunting Podcast. His interest in Dogmen stemmed from a frightening encounter he had when he was 8 years old with what appeared to be a real-life Werewolf, not a Dogman. The night his encounter happened, he was staying at his great Auntie Sissy’s house, in the suburbs of Ipswich, in Suffolk England. After he was dropped off at her house, Auntie Sissy made it clear to him that he could play in her garden but he had to come inside before it got dark because if he didn’t, Old Stinker would get him. He didn’t know who or what Old Stinker was but Auntie Sissy’s warning took him aback. He went out and played in the garden, nevertheless. Unfortunately, later that night, when Phil was in bed, Old Stinker decided to pay him a visit.

Tonight’s guest wishes to remain anonymous. With that in mind, I call him “Kevin” on tonight’s show. Kevin grew up in Oregon and while he was growing up there, he spent untold hours in the woods. Even though he grew up in a state with one of the highest number of reported Sasquatch sightings, he still didn’t know what a Sasquatch was back then. He didn’t know much, at all, about cryptids until 2014, when he had his first of two Dogman encounters. His first Dogman encounter happened at distance of about 500 yards and only involved one Dogman. His second encounter involved three Dogmen and they were practically on top of him, that time. Tonight’s guest, Sarah, lives in Humboldt County, California. One of the things Humboldt County is known for is the old growth forests that can be found there. The county has a lot of places that people just don’t go and a history of disappearances a mile long. Consequently, there has been a lot of speculation about the cause of those disappearances. Both of tonight’s guests, Jake and Ayden, grew up spending time in the woods. Both of them have fond memories of going on camping trips with their families, wandering aimlessly around the woods, and doing other things out there. None of their past experiences prepared them for an experience they had together, less than two weeks ago, at an abandoned campground, in Rutland County, Vermont, however. You see, they were looking to enjoy a long weekend away from school, so they had decided to go check out an abandoned campground that Ayden had been to, several times before, with her family. On the night of their encounter, it was foggy out. As if that didn’t make the abandoned campground scary enough, they came to realize they had company up there, and it wasn’t the kind of company either of them would ever want. Tonight’s guest, Nathan, got an early start when it comes to cryptid encounters. He had his first experience in 1972, when he was only two years old. That was when he saw a group of Dogmen that he describes as clearly being supernatural in origin. Fast forward to present day and he has had multiple cryptid-related experiences. Those experiences might be connected to a disturbing experience Nathan had when he was 7 years old. It’s not a given that’s the case, but there’s a strong possibility what happened that night is what has been behind him having all of the experiences he’s had with cryptids. Tonight’s guest, Athena, lives on a very old farm, that’s backed by ancient woodlands, in North Wales, in the U.K. Due to how old her farm is, there are some good things that come along with that and some bad. One of the bad things she and her family members have had to deal with is a presence of paranormal entities that have made all of their lives more interesting than what they would prefer. Another thing she’s had to learn to deal with is the presence of Dogmen that make their presence known too often for Athena’s liking. Unfortunately, when it comes to Dogman encounters, Athena got an early start. You see, she had her first Dogman encounter when she was only 16 years old. It happened late one night when there was a full moon out. That encounter was, by far and away, the most traumatic encounter she’s had with a Dogman due, in large part, to where it happened. She was in her own bed, at the time. The one place where you should feel safer than any other. What made that encounter even more traumatic was what the Dogman did after she saw it. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her chronicle what happened that night as well as share the details of the other encounters she’s had with Dogmen over the years since.

Tonight’s guest, Cam, was featured on Episodes 528, 542, & 559. On Episode 528, he told us about the night his white American bulldog, named Dallas, gave his life to protect Cam from a Dogman that attacked him. After that show aired, Cam came back on the show to update us on new encounters he’d had with that same Dogman. On his latest show, Episode 559, he told us about the final showdown he had with that Dogman. Well, a few weeks ago, he reached back out to me to let me know about a shocking development. His grandmother had a very frightening encounter with the same Dogman that Cam had all of those encounters with when she was only 12-years-old. She kept that from Cam until about a month ago. Tonight’s guest, Kai Raath, was born and raised in South Africa. With that in mind, he’s been in close proximity to animals that made his heart race but none of them got his heart racing the way it did when he had encounters with a Dogman he had his first encounter with, in March of 2023. That Dogman was white, all over, with a prominent mane running down its back. Due to that feature, Kai and his friends, who have had their own encounters with it, call that Dogman “White Mane.” On tonight’s show, Kai is going to be share several encounters he and his friends have had with White Mane. When tonight’s guest, April, was younger, she found what she thought was an injured, jet-black dog in the woods, one day. Being the kind soul she was and is, she decided to take him home with her, so she could nurse him back to good health. Due to his jet-black coat, she named him Shadow. As time went by, she came to realize that there was something special about Shadow. He had qualities normal dogs don’t have, like piercing, amber-colored eyes that seemed as if they could look right through you. Also, normal dogs don’t raise up onto their back legs and walk from the living room window to the front door, so they can look out. On tonight’s show, April is going to talk about her experiences with Shadow and she’s going to share the details of several other Dogmen she’s encountered, over the years. Tonight’s guest, Marshall, is an experienced Ohio Dogman investigator who was featured on Episode 626, most recently. Originally, he came on Episode 445, to talk about Dogman encounters he’d had in his main research area. Back when he came on Episode 445 to do that, he viewed the Dogmen in his research to be relatively docile. On Episode 626, however, he came back to tell us about the change in demeanor he’s noticed from the Dogmen in that area. He now describes them as being dangerous. On Episode 626, he told us about several unnerving discoveries he’d made in his main research area that lead him to conclude that the Dogmen there are dangerous now. After he had shared all of those recent experiences and his opinions on them with us, there wasn’t time for me to ask him the plethora of questions I had for him, so I asked Marshall if he’d come back, so I could do that and he agreed to do so. Tonight’s guest, Marshall, is an experienced Ohio Dogman investigator who was featured on Episode 445, two years ago. On that show, Marshall told us about the relatively positive experiences he’d had with Dogmen in a research area he’d been doing investigations in for 30 years. On that show, he described the Dogmen in his main research area as being almost docile. Unfortunately, that’s all changed. Not long ago, Marshall noticed an abrupt change in the demeanor of the Dogmen in that area. Now, he describes them as being dangerous. The area used to have a lot of visitors but Marshall has noticed that the area rarely has visitors anymore. Marshall has made several disturbing discoveries there, recently. His most disturbing discovery was finding an abandoned, destroyed tent there where the occupant, apparently, felt he was fighting for his life against something dangerous outside his tent. If you listen to Marshall talk about what he found in the tent, you’ll understand why he feels the way he does about that area. We hope you’ll tune in and do that.

Tonight’s guest, Rodney, describes himself as being a farm boy who grew up on a farm, in Ohio. He’d hunted from the time he was knee-high to a grasshopper all the way up to 1983. After spending so much time in the woods, he thought he knew about everything out there in them. That confidence came crashing down, one night, in August of 1983, however. That was the night he had just stepped out of his house and found himself literally face to face with what looked to him like a huge, black Werewolf. When he shut the door to his house that night, turned and almost walked right into the thing, it was crouched like it was about to pounce on him. As if all that wasn’t frightening enough, to Rodney’s horror, it then did something that mortified him to his core. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to Rodney lay out the details of what happened that night. If you do, you’ll understand why he has refused to hunt in the dark since that night.

On December 24th, around midnight, after Bruce Brown and I recorded last week’s show (Episode 623), he drove to a property in Fentress County, Tennessee to investigate a Dogman sighting a farmer there had, recently. While he was looking around the farmer’s property, nothing of note happened. When he was walking back to his car, however, that all changed. You see, when he had walked back to within about 15 to 20 yards from his car, he realized he wasn’t alone…

Tonight’s guest, Crystal, is the Dogman eyewitness last week’s guest, Dan, mentioned in his interview. Crystal is the friend Dan told us about who experienced having a Dogman coming into her home too, when she was a little girl. On tonight’s show, Crystal will be talking about her first Dogman encounter, which happened in the big woods behind her home, when she was 5 or 6 years old. After she tells us about that experience, she’s going to tell us about the night that same Dogman paid her another visit. This time, her encounter didn’t happen in the woods behind her home. This time, the Dogman came into her bedroom and was only 6-feet when she woke up and saw him. After what happened that night, Crystal would sneak into her parent’s bedroom, at night, and crawl under their bed, so she could sleep there. Unfortunately, she still didn’t feel safe, even when she would do that. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her chronicle what happened when she had those experiences. Tonight’s guest, Dan Schmidt, was born and raised in Southern Minnesota. When Dan was growing up there, he had what could very easily be the most frightening Dogman encounter that’s ever been shared on the show. You see, when he was 9-years-old, Dan and his cousin spent the night at his grandma and grandpa’s farm, during winter break. The encounter happened the first night Dan and his cousin were there. When it happened, Dan was laying on the couch, in the living room and his cousin was laying on a make-shift bed his grandma had made, on the living room floor. Some time between 1 and 2 AM, Dan was awoken by a noise. Dan realized that it was the sound of the latch on the door to the back porch, of the house, being worked. Then, he heard that door being opened. Next, he heard slow, heavy footsteps walking across the back porch toward the back door of the house. When he heard those footsteps coming toward the back door, he looked at the back door. To his dismay, he then saw its doorknob turn and then the back door slowly open. What happened next was much more than most people would ever be able to handle. He watched a Werewolf walk into the house.

When tonight’s guest, Wiley Biro, had his first Dogman Encounter, he was at a boulder field, called “Devil’s Half Acre,” close to his parent’s home near Hillsborough, New Jersey. He was in a bad state of mind, due to him breaking up with his girlfriend. Due to how sudden the break-up was, Wiley was extremely frustrated and out of sorts. 12 days ago, tonight’s guest, Josh, had a Dogman encounter in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan that he’s still trying to come to terms with. He was hunting deer at the time and he already knew about Dogmen. The fact that he knew about them, before he had that encounter, helped him deal with the encounter, as it played out, but he didn’t leave the experience unscathed. It still affected him in negative ways but that’s totally normal. Luckily, he’s getting better. On Episode 613, Josh walked us through the details of his encounter. Less than a week ago, tonight’s guest, Josh, had a Dogman encounter. He was hunting deer at the time, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, in a blind. To get to the blind Josh was sitting in, he had to walk down a narrow path that had heavy brush on either side of it. The area around the blind was choked with trees and brush that made visibility very poor except for the lanes that had been cut through the brush by his dad. Before Josh climbed into his blind that morning, he already knew about Dogmen. Unfortunately, it wasn’t long, after he sat down, before he learned more about them.

Tonight’s guest, Daisy, lives on an old farm, in the U.K, that is surrounded by ancient woodlands and fields. The farm is in a very remote area. When she was growing up, Daisy would spend countless hours wandering around in the forests that surround the farm, with her siblings. Her childhood was ideal. Those forests held many secrets, however. One of the most surprising secrets is a Dogman that made its presence known to Daisy 20 years ago. Since then, she’s had multiple encounters with him. When she saw him for the first time, he was pretty small. That’s no longer the case, though. He’s absolutely massive now. Luckily, instead of doing things to frighten Daisy, it would appear that he’s tried not to alarm her, as much as he could have.

Due to all that tonight’s guest has been through, as a direct result of her having the most horrific kind of Dogman encounter, I’m going to keep everything about her totally anonymous. Therefore, I’m going to call her “Abby” on tonight’s show. We’re also going to keep the location of her encounter private, as well as the names of the friends who were with her, the night she had that horrible encounter.

You see, over 20 years ago, when “Abby” was in her teens, there was talk going around her school about a park, nearby, where some kind of demonic creature was purported to live. Abby and her friends thought it was just a story someone had made up to frighten kids and keep them out of the park. Late one night, when she and her friends decided to visit the park, however, they found out the hard way that the rumblings they’d heard about a dangerous creature being there was anything but fun and games. Unfortunately, it was a lesson that caused one of her friends to pay the ultimate price.

Tonight’s guest, Shawn Brackenridge, is a Dogman investigator who doesn’t believe in living in your fears. Having said that, even he gets unsettled when he and his research partner visit the area around the Lake Medina Dam, near Mico, Texas. Every time Shawn has visited the dam, the hairs on the back of his neck stand up. The dam is different than any other dam Shawn has seen, when you consider the lengths county officials have gone to, to keep people away from the dam. 7-foot fences surround the dam that are topped with razor wire. Shawn doesn’t have to guess why the county has gone to such lengths to keep people away from the dam. He’s had multiple encounters with something there that would definitely make the county want to keep people away. Locals who live near the dam don’t go outside, after dark. They stay inside their homes. Shawn spoke with a man who works at a shop, in the area, who told Shawn that he won’t go outside after dark there, either. Tonight’s guest, Casey, used to love camping at the seasonal campground he owns, in the White Mountain National Forest, near Lincoln, New Hampshire. The campground is a beautiful place and Casey has gone camping there, every summer, for the past 10 years. It really is a shame, but Casey had an experience at his campground, a few weeks ago, that has forever tarnished the beauty he sees in the woods. It was an experience that was so frightening, so intense, he vomited right before I called him, for the first time, due to him thinking about what happened to him that evening. What started out as a great outing for Casey and his 100-pound pit bull, Callie, turned out to be an absolute nightmare for both of them. If you listen to tonight’s show, you’ll understand why I think Casey’s first encounter has to be one of the most frightening Dogman encounters that’s ever been shared on the show. Tonight’s guest, Justin, had his Dogman encounter when he was 13 or 14 years old. He was out, walking around the subdivision he lived in, with 3 friends, around 7:30 PM, when his encounter happened. The subdivision was small, compared to most subdivisions, and it was surrounded by fields and heavy woods. The boys had just been walking down the street, talking about this and that, when all of a sudden, Justin noticed a single car that was coming down the street. Right after he noticed the car, he noticed something else that made him realize that he and his friends weren’t alone. He was staring at a creature he’d never seen before. It was a creature he thought you could only find in horror movies but now, it had come out of the shadows and into reality!

Tonight’s guest, Tom, has been investigating Dogmen and Sasquatch for 30 years. In all of that time, he’s had multiple encounters with both of those kinds of cryptids. Some of his encounters with Dogmen left him rattled, there’s no denying that, but he’d still prefer to have an encounter with a Dogman, any day, instead of having an encounter with a Gugwe. Tonight’s guest, James Glover, used to dread going to his grandparent’s home when he was a kid. That was due to how bored he would get when he’d have to spend time there. One night, in the summer of ’83, however, when he was spending time there with his siblings, it was anything but boring to him. He had more excitement than he’s had at any other time in his life. Tonight’s guest, Patrick, has had paranormal experiences since he was a little boy. One evening, in November of 2011, tonight’s guest and a friend of hers had just arrived back at his home, after grocery shopping, when the unthinkable happened. She had her two small sons with her at the time. His dogs, which normally were mellow as can be were freaking out. Tonight’s guest had his encounter about two months ago. He and his wife were driving home from a casino and it was very late. They didn’t have any reason to think their trip home would be any different than all the prior times they’d headed home, late at night, on any of the prior trips they’d taken. This night would be different, however. What was waiting for them was something that would change the way he looks at the world around him, forever. Tonight’s guest, Sean, has always been into cars. Wrenching on them is a favorite pastime of his. Well, one day, while he was exploring a forest on Vancouver Island, close to where he lived at the time. To his surprise, he came upon an old, abandoned Buick, that was just sitting in the woods. After taking a look at it, he saw that it had parts on it he could use, so he decided to come back and salvage those parts, at a later time. Unfortunately, when he did go back to get them, something made its presence known to him that made him decide that he didn’t need the parts that bad, after all. On January 23rd, of 2023, tonight’s guest was riding his bike to an old campground that was close to the town of Greenville, Missouri. His dog, Sabot, was out getting his exercise too, running with. Tonight’s guest has had more than one Dogman encounter, but the most frightening one happened in the fall of 1998, when he was 11 years old. That encounter was like something straight out of a horror movie. He was home alone when it happened. The encounter started late one night, when he was in bed. In the early morning hours, the sound of something big breathing, next to his bedroom window, woke him up. At first, he thought it was just a bear. It sure would have been nice if that’s what it actually was. Unfortunately, that’s not what it was. In 2002, around 8:30 or 9 PM, tonight’s guest, “T.J.” and her sister left their parent’s house to walk home. Their parents had invited them over for dinner and seeing that they lived next door to their parents, they only had to walk about 600 feet to make it to their front door. T.J.’s dog, Kaylee, was with them. Considering how short of a walk it was going to be and the fact they had made the walk numerous times before, they expected it to be uneventful. As fate would have it, it turned out to be anything but. It all started when Kaylee started barking fervently at something in a cornfield they were walking past. What happened next was something T.J. and her sister will never forget.

13 years after having her encounter, her son had one of his own. On tonight’s show, not only will T.J. share the details of her encounter with you, she’ll share the details of the encounter her son had too. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her do that.

When tonight’s guest, Chris Tucker, was growing up, near the outskirts of Fort Stockton, Texas, her grandmother used to warn her not to go out after dark because if she did El Lobo would get her. El Lobo translates to “the wolf” in the English language. At first glance, that would seem like a scare tactic by Chris’ grandmother to keep Chris from wanting to leave the house after dark. If you listen to tonight’s show, however, you’ll probably come to the realization that Chris’ grandmother just might have been sincere, when she gave her that warning. After what happened to Chris one night, when she was taking out the trash, she came to take her grandmother’s warning very seriously.  If you listen to tonight’s show, you’ll understand why.

Due to that, I’m going to call her “Debra.” During the early morning hours, on May 19th of 2024, tonight’s guest, “Debra,” went out spotlighting in the woods of Claiborne County, Tennessee, with her husband. They were spotlighting because they wanted to see a Sasquatch. Both of them wanted to see a Sasquatch more than almost anything. What they wound up seeing that night was a big cryptid, but it wasn’t a Sasquatch. After experiencing what she did that night, Debra still has nightmares related to the experience.
