What if you've been looking ahead for so long that you forgot to look around?

هو احنا بقينا شبه الكرسي؟ و لا مع الوقت المؤقت بقي بيدوم ؟... اعتقد كدا ان الكركبة منتشرة بس محدش عارف هي مؤقتة و لا أسلوب حياة.

مش كل حاجة بتضيع بتبقي خسارة، و مش كل نهاية هي آخر الطريق . أوقات الحياة بتلف بينا في اتجاه مكناش مخططين له...و هناك بنكتشف إننا عمرنا ما كنا في آخر الدنيا.

هل الحب بيتعلّم؟ ولا بيتولد جوانا؟
وهل أول فكرة أخدناها عن الحب كانت فعلًا حب... و لا مجرد إحساس بالأمان!

I thought I was trying to find comfort in a new place for my bed, but maybe it was never about the place — maybe it was about me. Taking the first step, trying to adjust, and learning to accept change isn’t easy, right?

We like to believe that we’re not prepared or that it’s too risky right now, but the truth is that we’re often afraid of ourselves. We try to protect ourselves from getting hurt because we fear disappointment. But building walls isn’t a good solution!

Did you ever ask yourself how you are when no one is watching? When you’re not seen, and when you’re not known? It’s just you, the one you look at in the mirror every day. I bet you remember what made you who you are now.

Many of us focus so much on what went wrong that we forget what is still making us happy. We forget that when God takes something away, He always gives something better in return.

We always choose silence instead of talking about what we really want, feel, or need. By doing this, everyone thinks we’re okay with everything ,that we’re cool with it. But what if we talked? What if we said what we want out loud? I think it’s a good idea.

We live our lives watching screens, spending so much time on our phones. But what about us? Our feelings, our hobbies, without being influenced by social media or creators. Can you stop and think about your life before the phone? I’m sure our parents are right. It’s this damn PHONE.

It's the last day of 2025 , whatever happened there's always a new chance for you. In this episode i didn't prepared anything I just talked from my heart , my point of view and from what I saw this year but I left what really made me feeling myself this year.

words are just words and you can't love someone based only on what they say , you need proof, it's different.

confidence is not "they will like me." confidence is "I'll be fine if they don't."

Ask yourself everyday what makes you confident ? I'm sure you will find it and remember to admire someone's beauty without questioning your own.

Reminder: Never regret being a good person , every-time you see something you don't like remember that your full of love and you will be loved for sure.

here's to the last talk in 2024. we live, we explore and we learn, that's life and you should be proud of everything you did this year even if you didn't get it all you should be proud of trying. every year have some lessons we take to understand life ,take those messages seriously and start a new beginning with everything and don't take any bad things with you .

We’re going to end the year with a very big achievement, it will always be different from one another and you’re not missing out on things like you think . Remind yourself that you still have time it’s not the end of the world it’s the end of a year you still have a lot to achieve .you can do everything you want in the right time.

I’m 21 years old now and yes it’s my birthday’s episode today I will take you through a lot of things I learned when I turned 20 till now . I did a lot of things and trying to live a different life with a different mindset or let me say I’m growing and trying to understand this life more .

في حياتنا تهاجمنا العديد من الأصوات و لكن توقف للحظة و دعني اسألك اهي حقيقة؟ لا ليست كذلك . إذا تركت نفسك لتلك الأصوات هتشقي لأن ليست جميع الأصوات صحيحة و دعني اذكرك انها تختلف عن الشعور لأن التواصل بينك و بين ما تشعر به يكون أقوي من مجرد أصوات مزعجة.

الجميع يحلم و يتخيل بالطبع يوجد ما هو صعب تحقيق و لكن بالنسبة للسهل؟ لماذا نتخيله لماذا لا نذهب له و نحققه و لماذا خيالنا يقنعنا ان الحقيقة لا يمكن ان تكون بهذا الجمال ؟ لا تجعل عقلك يسيطر عليك فيجعلك تعيس.

الأثر الذي تتركه في شخص لا يزول بل ممكن ان يفرق في حياته بشكل لن تصدقه لذلك لا تبخل علي شخص بنصيحة و لا تعتقد ان رأيك غير مهم ، أنت شخص له تأثير حتي ان لم تدرك ذلك.

one year ago i decided to start this podcast Without hesitation or fear because I believed in myself and in my dream. from day one i said i will learn a lot in this road and i did so today i came to say if you really want something believe that you will achieve it, even if the road is long.

I'm 20 years old now yes today is my birthday and in this episode I will take you through a lot of things I learned during the years of my life and specially my last teen . Remember it's not about the number, we don't get older , we just learn and look at life differently.
