Just Music

Sara Mathius

JUST MUSIC was born in 2020 with the aim of giving voice to independent artists. This is an independent podcast -entertaining and informal- from just 8 to 15 min chatting with the best musicians. During this experience I have had the pleasure of interviewing recognised artists as Chilly Gonzales, Steve Diggle or The Ramonas, among others.

As a Voice Solo artist, Giorgioperforms with a loop-station and just his voice that becomes rhythm, harmony and melody in live improvisations.

His music is based on different musical traditions, fused together in an original and personal style. Every performance is experimental and totally improvised, which makes his music extraordinary.

  • 25 - Interview with Alan G. Parker

Just Music interviews Alan G. Parker due to his relation with music documentaries and close connection with some of the greatest music bands.

Since he was a kid, Alan loved writing and, even if he is dyslexic, he has created a big number of books and films about musicians and their lives.

The director is best known for his films Who Killed Nancy?, Monty Python: Almost The Truth - The Lawyers Cut and It Was Fifty Years Ago Today! The Beatles: Sgt. Pepper & Beyond.

Currently he is working on a film about John Lennon and, as he mentions during this interview, he will surprise us with 'something new about Lennon' never seen in film before.
