A lifetime of preparation landed me here, ten toes down facing the right direction.

It was gritty in the dirt, but the surface kept me straight.

Humbling myself allowed me to listen. It helped my ears to stay open to receive sight and guidance in the dark.

When you think your chapter is over, it’s actually beginning.

I foresaw a day that isn’t yet here, but while I shadow walk to that greatness I had to learn how to sacrifice.

Depression wasn’t an emotion. It was the motivator to peel the shade off of this onion we call an image. Layer by layer I shredded doubt, fear, insecurities, and negativity.

I gravitated to knowledge, swallowed pride, and worked hard to understand how to wield true sight!

Now, this little grasshopper is starting to grasp the power of sight. It’s called Mindset.

Once you wield it, you can do anything that was once impossible to the old you.

Cheers, because I celebrate today; for tomorrow is another step in the right direction.

Good evening everybody, as promised I’m delivering on my word to drop a video about my 5 year and 10 year long term investments.

Theme: The journey to healing deep, loving yourself, and coming back home to the soul. As well as breaking free from self-sabotage.  

There’s a lesson about soul work, which is a spiritual retreat that takes place within yourself.  

Diosa means Goddess in Spanish.  

La Diosa, meaning “The Goddess,” can give you strength, inspiration, and empowerment.  

Everyone can draw from La Diosa as she is more than just feminine divine, but she is Mother Earth. 

“The reason why the seed becomes the plant.” 

This is you, the female, male, non-binary, gay, or straight.  

Whatever happens to you in life, you can always alchemize yourself. This is the process of transforming a natural ingredient into something magical. Like taking lead and turning it into gold.  

You can always be made anew.  

This is something you may not know, that Psychology is the study of the soul and not the mind.  

Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estes says - “Psychology is literally the study of the life of the soul.”  

Psychology is also connected to the breath, the animating force of life.  

Christine mentions in the book that she draws her experience relating in the fields of shamanism, tantra, cognitive behavioral therapy, and a culturally sensitive approach to therapy.  

Here’s another section where Christine mentions her experiments as a therapist. 

That she has the mindset that her clients who come to see her for help have wisdom stored within themselves and that all she does is creates the space that allows them to discover what was already there. Her approach in psychology is from a sisterhood perspective.  

The practice of a shaman is the bridge between both worlds. The ordinary world and the spiritual world. What a shaman does, is to allow to bring a person’s spirit back into their body. As a therapist, Christine would call this a moment of disassociation, but shamans believe a person is temporarily disconnected from their body due to whatever trauma they’ve experienced. The beauty of these ancient practices of spiritual connections is now being backed by modern-day scientists.  

The three archetypal journey that happens when you embark on change. The Departure, Initiation, and Return to the soul...

Theme: This is the first novel to ever be written, about 3000 years old. It’s filled with epic lessons and stories based on 10,000 years of history, tales, and traditions. A combination of mythological stories of legends. 

The odyssey takes place after the Trojan war, a journey that takes 10 years to get home. Every great story has stemmed from the roots of this book. The differences between a trip and an odyssey, is one is a relaxing getaway and a break from your life. The other one is a reality check on the life you wish you didn’t have. An impactful journey that has changed or altered your life.  

The odyssey was written as songs and poems because back then it was the easiest way to remember a story. This book is comprised of 24 separate stories making it the originator of chapters.  

For every book that you read, it will provide a lesson. The form of stories that holds humanity's rules. This was the originator of good and bad and the original way that parents used great stories of heroes to tell a lesson in the form of an odyssey. The perfect way to teach them right from wrong. We still use this form of storytelling to teach our young ones. It’s easier for them to follow and a way for us to keep repeating the steps similar to old nursery rhymes.  

“Immortals are never alien to one another, meaning we are all Odysseus. A giver and a taker of trouble.”  

We are Odysseus, the 12 archetypes: sage, innocent, explorer, ruler, creator, caregiver, magician, hero, outlaw, lover, jester, and a regular person.  “Pride comes just before the fall.” 

“Out of sight and out of mind, meaning forgotten.”  

Karma deals out its favors kindly to those who subject themselves with humble attributes after the win of a great victory, but for those who wield the sword of pride will soon find themselves on the other side of history with misfortune.  This is a great lesson, meaning if you show the sight of pride and greed in the moments of victory; you will create a butterfly effect of misfortune and downfalls.  

Don’t be greedy when you’re already being blessed with a gift.  Life is extreme with luck or misfortune.

Theme: A young man who is enticed by dreams of riches, but has a comfortable life as a sheepherder. He risks everything in the pursuit of greatness by finding buried treasure.

It takes courage to put yourself out there.  

“When you dedicate your whole entire existence to complete your purpose, the universe will conspire to help you achieve it.”  

You can not give up on your dream until you have scattered the entire Earth in search of the impossible.  

If you truly desire success, then you must first understand the true meaning. Accepting no and failure is not an answer and subjecting yourself to embarrassment is just an obstacle of emotion. Yet as long as you believe in yourself more than those who believe in your failure, will showcase your courage of commitment.  

Success accompanies failure, but belief begets completion.  

“You have to make a choice between something you’ve become accustomed to and something you’ve always wanted to have.”  

The only thing that is stopping you from living your life and accomplishing your dreams is you! We build false realities to comfort our vulnerability because settling is easier than failing and losing everything.  

“Luck favors the bold ones.”  

Living your dream isn’t going to be easy and isn’t without its faults, but giving up on your dreams is harder.  

When things don’t go as you plan, do you find yourself as the victim or the opportunist?  

“There are no rewards without risk!” 

“The obstacle is the way.” 

“What was once your weakness is now your strength.”  

Pursing your life’s purpose will require you to be agile, adaptive to your surroundings, and to be wary of thieves.  

Use all your life experiences and skills to improve your hustle.  

Are you hopeless or hopeful? 

Do you want a forever-lasting substance or just wonder?

Why be ambitious, why be rich, and for what cause?   

If it is for freedom, then dream with your soul! But if it is for materialistic things, then it will haunt you. You will miss the target every single time, even if you’re the world’s greatest sniper.  

If it is precision that you desire, then name your price, because it will be short-lived forever burning faster than you can refuel the canister.   

Drinks you say, then the show must keep going on. The endless cycle of a spinning carousel with one destination, a full circle.  

You can not buy love and happiness, but you can afford to make the wrong decisions.  

If you want the jewels, the cars, the house, or the person, then you first must have substance, self-worth, and reason.

You have to be willing to give up everything in order to create a better world. So you can’t be afraid to speak up in the face of injustice when the movement of change is the bigger picture. 

Speak up in the sight of tyrants. Speak up in the face of injustice in your workplace. Stand tall even in the heartache of your home. The some may be few, but the noise will be many.  

Your life can drastically change overnight.  

Be able to adapt.  

Be wary of who you trust.  

Tyrants accompany silence, so keep yelling!  

Reading begets knowledge. 

Writing creates ideas. 

Speech orchestrates actions.

The psychology of moral choices.  

What is the right way to live? “Pious or selfish?”

Coined by society, the only Psychologist!  

Position yourself with an intelligent argument or stay ignorant and silent on social and political debates.  

What does it mean to be human?  

Murder begets psychological warfare!  

There are many characters in the book, but one man says “great men do what other great men do not.”  

Taking something or killing another as a means that you will do better or get rid of said person because they are holding back society and their community; doesn’t make it just because you believe so.  Even if you believe you’re brave enough, smart enough, or hold enough courage to take such actions; will not shield you from your own torment of guilt.  

You can’t begin to fix the world’s problems without fixing yourself!  

You can’t just skip steps with greatness, you can’t just take it. 

It’s earned on the surface level of dirt. 

The reinforcement of practice strengthens and is stretched by the coil of steel. 

“Patient is a virtue,” a valuable position not easily learned.

Society will deem you worthy a seat at justice’s table after proving yourself just, humble and wise.

You can give up the nonessential things, your money, even your dreams, goals, and your life; but you can’t give up you.  

Just because you have everything doesn’t mean you don’t find yourself in times of unhappiness.  

You may have a more satisfying lifestyle than most, but that doesn’t disqualify or limit you from wanting more.  

We can find ourselves in moments of frustration due to lack of progress, which will alter the small moments of pleasure we forget to take.

Whether it’s you’re environment or your circumstances, you control 10% of the moving wheel.

My summary:   

If you know with a clear mind that this is 100% wrong, you shouldn’t by any means play God or be the author who corrects the error or binds the rules in their favor. If so, then you must know you will be haunted by this action with instance satisfaction but an endless torment of misery.

Today, I started with an intro of me outside in the garden with the chickens. I had learned to identify who I truly was over the pandemic, that I was an introvert. It was easy to speak my truth with the birds singing in the background as the chickens kept me company.
