Two winless sides, Spurs and Aston Villa meet in North London on Saturday lunchtime with both sides desperate for some goals and a win are we guaranteed a 0-0 draw?

  • 972 - 10 Man City win the derby!

Man City are 4/4 in the Premier League after winning their first Manchester Derby under Enzo Maresca!

Sam Matterface, Alex Crook and Troy Deeney unpack an eventful clash at Old Trafford as well as the rest of the weekend's football.

We ask why Man United seemed to get worse after Phil Foden was given an early red and if Erling Haaland's all important winner should have stood after interference from Enzo Fernandez.

Elsewhere there was another impressive result for Hull who drew away to Chelsea, the Tigers remain unbeaten and are now 8 points clear of fellow promoted side Coventry who sit bottom and goalless after losing 5-0 at home to Brighton.

Plus it was another frustrating weekend for Spurs and Liverpool who were both held to 0-0 draws

And there's some heroes and villains as usual too!

  • 971 - Can Carrick cause another Manchester Derby shock?

It's been a perfect week (so far) for Premier League sides in Europe, how will they cope with the return to domestic football?

Sam Matterface is alongside Alex Crook and Troy Deeney to look ahead to another busy weekend, and in particular the Manchester Derby.

We ask if Michael Carrick can replicate his previous form in this fixture or if it will be more of the same from Man United when they take on a Guardiola-less City for the first time in 10 seasons.

Elsewhere Spurs and Villa both await a first win and a first goal, is this the weekend they get it?

Liverpool look like they are clicking into gear under Andoni Iraola, will they make it three on the spin when they face an out of sorts Fulham who are managed by former Red Alvaro Arbeloa

  • 970 - Champions Arsenal make an early statement

Arsenal have won the first blockbuster game of the new Premier League season and remain unbeaten after three games.

Sam Matterface, Alex Crook and Troy Deeney unpack an entertaining game at the Emirates where the Gunners had to come from behind against Chelsea to secure all three points against their London rivals.

Elsewhere Everton came from behind twice to draw with Man United, their deadline day signing Ainsley Maitland Niles scored arguably the goal of the season so far with the final kick of the game at Hill Dickinson.

There's praise for Erling Haaland who bagged his 300th club career goal and more questions about Spurs who are yet to get off the mark this season after their big spending summer.
