Congress is broken, as is the whole of government, says Rep. Alabama’s Sec. Of State, Wes Allen promised to withdraw Alabama from ERIC (Electronic Registration Information Center) and manage the state’s voter data.  Every 60 days people’s names, dates of birth, partial social security numbers were sent to a private out-of-state group with no way to check or audit the data ERIC returned to the state.  Alabama voters want paper ballots, which Allen will keep.  Voting machines will never be hooked up to the internet or blue tooth, or have any capability of being connected.  Alabamans want an election day and not an election month.  Allen says Voter ID is an absolute must to guarantee no voter fraud at the polls.  Alabama votes and counts votes at precincts not at a central counting center so that results are known on election night except for very close races.  The result will be transparent, secure elections in Alabama.   GUEST:  WES ALLEN, ALABAMA SECRETARY OF STATE

Col. Doug Macgregor says we’re in a bizarre situation:  our finances and economy are in terrible shape, our border is wide open and Americans are worried about Chinese balloons when there are Chinese Intelligence agents in Mexico and Chinese engineers and scientists in our universities and in our corporate laboratories, yet we want a head on war with Russia?  It makes no sense.  We managed to get through a 40 year Cold War without a global conflict, without going to war with the Soviet Union or China.  Instead of negotiating an end to the Russia-Ukraine war, Biden has escalated the conflict, spending more than a hundred billion dollars.  Macgregor says the Ukrainians were never winning as popularly believed; at some point, leadership in Kiev will flee.  The result is the Ukrainian state has been all but destroyed.  Ten million fled with their population down to about 20 million.   The U.S. has a political and cultural problem, an economic problem, a military problem.  And now we’re in no position to challenge Russia or China.    GUEST:  COL. When former Presidents leave the White House they have the absolute constitutional right to declassify anything they want for any reason they want.  Attorney Mike Davis says it’s an absolute right under the Presidential Records Act and they have the absolute right to take any copies of records, classified or not.  When Trump took his classified Presidential records to Mar-a-Lago it was permitted.  When Biden stole Obama’s classified Presidential records and records when he was the Senate Foreign Relations Chairman Biden broke the law.  Taking records is a very serious crime and it violates the Espionage Act to have classified documents outside an unauthorized location.  Why hasn’t the House Judiciary Committee subpoenaed AG Merrick Garland?  He’ll tell them they can’t interfere in a DOJ investigation.  Mike Davis says that’s true, but covering up for the President is not a legitimate investigation. Steve Bannon says the GOP should dig in and refuse to raise the debt ceiling because the Administrative State is out of control. We have to stop the constant expansion of the federal government. Chairman Jim Jordan says the first Judiciary committee hearing will be about the border which Biden deliberately removed. Biden intentionally opened the secure border under Trump to create no border at all.  All a pre-meditated plan.  The Select Subcommittee, the “Church Committee” will focus on the FBI whistleblowers, hear from people who have been targeted by the government, and retired FBI Agents will also testify.  The FBI’s retaliation against the Whistleblowers has included revoking their security clearances.  Judiciary is also investigating the Biden Files and the double standard in the DOJ and FBI treatment of Biden, Hillary and Trump.  The only one raided by the FBI was President Trump, who had declassified all the documents in his possession, he’s the only one with a secure SCIF for handling top secret materials. Rep. Rep. Bishop was one of the 20, the group of GOP Reformers.  He says if they hadn’t held out and McCarthy had been elected from the beginning, we wouldn’t have had the debate.  The nation wasn’t going to go up in smoke if the Speaker’s election was delayed a few days.  That was Democracy and it’s about time we see more of it.  Bishop is grateful to the holdouts who originally went public against McCarthy.  They showed the most courage and without them these reforms in the 118th Congress wouldn’t have been possible.  Many in the Republican Conference were critical of their push for reforms, but are now thrilled about what they all accomplished.  Bishop says the notion of a powerful few telling everyone else what to do is not our path forward.  Republican values are.     GUEST:  REP.
