    A FlyDubai flight carrying Israeli passengers from Dubai to Tel Aviv made an emergency landing in Saudi Arabia after the copilot stabbed the pilot and allegedly attempted to crash the aircraft, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said. A passenger also broke into the cockpit to help subdue the attacker.

    In the annual State of the Force address, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth confirmed a 20 percent reduction of military officers and generals. Hegseth says the military is cutting bureaucracy and focusing on merit.
