- 1640 - Ganesha - A Bond Beyond Words | B Mallikeswaran | satsang from Prasanthi Nilayam
The Gifts of Grace from Ganesha
Lord Ganesha is an indelible part of every student’s life in Bhagawan’s educational institutions. Be it the college campus, the hostel, the prayer hall, the dining hall or the auditorium, every sacred space has its own Ganesha. No initiative begins without invoking His blessings.
But what is most endearing is the bond that so many students forge with Ganesha in Swami’s institutions. For them, Ganesha is a Living Presence, a go-to friend for every problem, prayer, challenge or wish. The way they have experienced His grace and continue to feel His abounding love is truly moving.
In this Satsang, B. Mallikeswaran, a senior alumnus of Bhagawan’s college who now serves at the Sri Sathya Sai Senior Boys’ Hostel, offers a glimpse into this special bond between Ganesha and Swami’s students.

- 1635 - Baba’s Vibhuti is Always With Me | Justice Soumen Sen and Mrs Sharmila Sen | Satsang from Prasanthi Nilayam
'Why Fear When I Am Here' - Has Been My Guide
The Honourable Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court, Justice Soumen Sen, was blessed to preside over the Onam celebrations at Prasanthi Nilayam in August 2026. He delivered an inspiring address to the devotees gathered in Sai Kulwant Hall on the evening of August 26, wherein he reflected on the profound relevance and enduring power of Swami’s message for peace, harmony, and stability in the world, particularly in the challenging times we live in today.
Later, in a brief and deeply nostalgic conversation, Justice Soumen Sen, along with Madam Sharmila Sen, took a walk down memory lane and recalled his first darshan of Bhagawan and the divine protection and grace of Bhagawan that he has experienced throughout his life.
Madam Sharmila Sen, too, shared a cherished memory from her association with Bhagawan. She narrated how she had served as a Sevadal at the Sri Sathya Sai General Hospital in the 1990s and recalled a special moment of interaction with Swami during that period. That brief yet profound encounter, she said, continues to remain the most cherished moment of her life.
Their recollections offer a touching glimpse into the deep and personal bond that devotees experience with Bhagawan -one that transcends time and continues to live on through cherished memories, gratitude, and unwavering faith.

Spirituality Keeps Me Grounded
Amol Anil Majumdar is the legendary first-class cricketer who was appointed by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) as the head coach of the India women’s national cricket team in 2023. It was under his sterling guidance and stewardship that the Indian women’s cricket team lifted the 2025 Women’s Cricket World Cup on November 2, 2025, in Mumbai. A primarily right-handed batsman, he held, for a brief period, the record for the most runs scored in the Ranji Trophy, India’s premier domestic first-class cricket competition. In fact, he finished his Ranji career with 9,205 runs, which remains among the competition's highest-ever tallies.
He was one of the guest speakers at the Summer Course on Indian Culture and Spirituality at Prasanthi Nilayam in July 2026. Following his inspiring talk to the students in the Poorna Chandra Auditorium, he visited the Sri Sathya Sai Media Centre and reflected on how spirituality had been his silent strength through the tumultuous journey of his cricketing career, and how the basis of this resilience was his connection with Sai.

- 1598 - Panel Discussion on Inner Awakening and Righteous Living - Dharma as the Compass for Daily Life
The evening session of the ongoing three-day Summer Course featured an insightful panel discussion on ‘Inner Awakening and Righteous Living - Dharma as the Compass for Daily Life’. Moderated by Prof Rani P L (Dean, Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences and Languages & Literature, and Director, Anantapur Campus), the panel brought together Ms Sai Swaroopa Iyer (Program Lead, INDICA) Ms Sai Geetha M N (Senior Director, Software Engineering, Lowe’s India) Dr Lathasree (Senior Medical Officer, Sri Sathya Sai General Hospital) and Ms Vidyulatha Narayan (Manager, Education Division, East Sussex County, UK.)
Drawing upon Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba's teachings, the speakers explained that Dharma is not merely a code of conduct but the very expression of one's innate divinity. They reiterated Swami's message that righteousness in the heart leads to peace in the world, while emphasising trikarana shuddhi—the unity of thought, word, and action—as the hallmark of a noble life.
The panel elaborated on various dimensions of Dharma, including Swarupa Dharma, the realisation of one's true divine nature, and Deha Dharma, the responsibility of caring for the body and mind through pure food, conduct, thoughts, speech, and balanced living. Quoting examples from the Ramayana, Mahabharata, and Bhagawad Gita, the speakers explained that true Dharma lies in performing one's duties selflessly, with detachment, and offering every action to the Divine while upholding universal human values.
Concluding the discussion, the panel affirmed that Dharma ultimately becomes the foundation for inner awakening, enabling one to listen to the voice of conscience, purify the mind, and manifest the divinity within. By making Dharma the natural way of life, they noted, humanity can move from individual transformation to universal harmony and lasting peace.

She was, in fact, among the founding members of the Sri Sathya Sai Central Trust when Bhagawan established it in 1972.Born into the erstwhile princely families of Jamnagar and Sirohi in Gujarat, Mr Indreshwar Singh Sirohi never imagined that he would one day study at Swami's college and live in the hostel alongside students from every walk of life. When that became a reality, he initially struggled to accept it. But before long, he realised that this was one of the greatest blessings Bhagawan had bestowed upon him.In fact the years he spent in the hostel during the 1980s and his close interactions with Bhagawan became the bedrock of his life, shaping his character and outlook forever. In this Satsang from our archives, Mr Indreshwar, affectionately known as Gopal, takes us down memory lane, sharing a few cherished incidents and timeless teachings from Bhagawan that continue to illuminate and guide his life even today.
