Damo's Olive Tapenade Kalamata Olives (pitted) Capers Anchovies Garlic (if you have the time roast the garlic and squeeze out into tapenade) Parsley Lemon Juice Blitz in a food processor on pulse mode - leave it as chunky as you like. Then add the Cobram Estate Olive Oil and stir through. Tweak the quantities to your taste. Serve on good quality bread. Damo likes a baguette. If using sourdough you might want to toast it first.
