I have NEVER been much of a person to take the time to reflect on what I have accomplished. It has more so been what is the NEXT thing. And in some ways this is productive while other times it can be counter productive. At points in life, to see how far we've come is the light at the end of the tunnel. Take time to reflect.

Stop letting those / that person pull you down. The only way to perform successful revenge is to outshine and CRUSH all personal limits.
