  • 10 - Reasonable use of force by cops and the laws surrounding force.

Use of force, both lawful and unlawful - how much force can the police use?

In this episode we discuss a number of topics, but what we look at is both a defence lawyers perspective and a police officers perspective.

We look at reasonable use of force in different scenarios such as an arrest or in a move on scenario where the police are trying to move a citizen on.

We look at police training, generally touch on the image of police officers in Australia at this point in time and much more.

Shortly we will have the time stamps available for our listeners to reference and get to the point they want to listen to.
