  • 5 - Why you should be single

Being single is an intentional decision. Be intentional about where you are and how happy you are being single. A relationship is one of the biggest commitments that’s there. Build yourself first and check the boxes off the things you want to archive. You need to find answers of what you want to become tomorrow first before you get into a relationship. Never make a career decision based off wanting to sustain a relationship. Make the bold decision to build your career and make it solid enough. The right person will appreciate your career. It’s a sacrifice that’s not worth it. We say no to umjolo don’t string someone along for the sake of your social security. If you can’t commit don’t waste their time.

  • 3 - Why African governments are failing us

How can we reinforce accountability for African leaders?   Electoral commissions should create presidential KPI’s that a seating candidate/leader should meet before being allowed to campaign for re-election : a minimum threshold of accountability that would strengthen integrity. This way we are not promised the same undelivered goals for the nation. Honesty, transparency and integrity are the key ingredients for anyone in a position of leadership.   Without vision there is no direction. We need an open dialogue between the different political parties within a specific country and a  clear roadmap on how leaders drive economic growth for the people. Let our leaders be the primary consumers of the services they create for us.   Dive in with Ali and Jeff as they share their personal views on why African governments are failling us and what needs to be changed.
