Sex Education has been one of our favourite shows since it first premiered on Netflix and we are very sad to see it end! And Just Like That has already been renewed for Season 3, so lets talk about all the things we loved (and hated) in Season 2! We all have our favourite messy teenage TV shows - Gossip Girl, Euphoria, Glee, One Tree Hill and hate to say it - Riverdale (Thank God it's ended). The drama is also a huge reason why they are entertaining but sometimes, writers take it a bit too far. We're dedicating this week's episode to the writers for these shows - begging them to stop adding extremely unrealistic and uncomfortable scenes & storylines into these shows while expecting us to believe these are high schoolers. The Marvelous Mrs Maisel has wrapped up its final season and we have a lot to say!

We're gonna miss some of our beloved characters such as the brilliant Abe Weissman and the ever-tenacious Susie Myerson, whose humor resonated deeply with us over the years. Midge, eh, not so much.

Ted Lasso was one of Apple+ TV's biggest hits and 3 seasons later it's over ❤️. M&M spent 3 years laughing, but looking back at the final season they have some questions! How did season 3 of this of such a good show end up being so disappointing? What did the writers get wrong? M&M discuss what storylines didn't makes sense; from Nate's redemption, to Keeley's random PR business and love life (Shandy and Jack...really?), or even how all over the place Ted was. Although the last season wasn't everything we hoped for, we did get a few moments that stood out (cough cough Roy Kent and Jamie Tartt), so we can give it a passing grade! Do you agree? The final episode of HBO's satirical dark-comedy drama, Succession, aired last week and it went out with a BANG! The finale managed to surprise us in a lot of ways. Season 1 of And Just Like That (the reboot of HBO's Sex And The City) premiered in 2021 and it was amazing to catch up with these characters' lives after over a decade apart! Hulu's the great is a hilarious fictional adaptation of Catherine the Great's story and we are so excited that Season 3 is out! Although we love most of the show, the thing that we focus on this week is how incredible Peter and Catherine are. Firefly Lane Season 2 Part just dropped on Netflix and M&M are thrilled to be able to discuss the new twists and turns of Tully Hart and Kate Mularkey! We discuss the difficulty of Kate's diagnosis of breast cancer as well as the huge fight she and Tully have over the car accident with Marah.....does Kate go too far? We certainly think so 😂😂 In addition to the beautiful story of friendship, the show also shows us romance in the women's lives and we certainly have opinions of Johnny & Kate's marriage as well as Tully finding Danny again (and kissing) Celeste! 2 years ago we were dying over the Duke of Hastings & Daphne Bridgerton, and once again Shonda Rhimes and Netflix have hit it out of the park with the new season - Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story After seeing Anthony and Kate fall in love last season, we were excited for Charlotte's story and it was better than we ever expected! Watch us talk about how everything this season was a masterpiece that we were over the moon to watch! From learning about the Queen's back story, to seeing Lady Agatha Danbury as a young woman, and meeting some new characters that we adored (Brimsley and Reynolds), this season was everything and you have to see it! ABC's most popular mockumentary sitcom Abbott Elementary just wrapped up its second season and in this episode, M&M discuss a question that's been on everyone's mind, especially after the finale - Are Janine & Gregory endgame? Ali Wong and Steven Yeun were absolutely incredible in Netflix's new show BEEF. Considering that this is an A24 production, we shouldn't have expected anything less after seeing projects like Euphoria (HBO), Midsommer, Hereditary, Everything Everywhere All at Once, and Moonlight! M&M are reviewing the show and pointing out what parts stood out to them, and what made this unconventional comedy about Angry people one of the most compelling watches of the year. We focus on all the characters, from Daniel and Amy with their huge flaws, and the ways they contributed to the climatic end of the story (episode 9 was insane!!). HBO doesn't know how to miss and Succession is just another example of that. The final season starts this week and we are soo excited!

Logan Roy is up there in terms of worst dads ever, and every season he lives up to it. We are solidly in Kendall's camp, so listen to us rehash the chaos that his life has been over the last 3 seasons, hopefully Shiv and Roman are ready to stay loyal to team Kendall! You know how Kylie and Kendall Jenner only got famous because they're related to Kim Kardashian? And the Scarlet Witch (AKA Elizabeth Olsen) probably wouldn't be who she was without Mary Kate and Ashley? Or even how Maude Apatow (Euphoria) and Jaden Smith struck lucky with their parents - Judd Apatow and Jada Pinkett/Will Smith? Some people get all the luck - they are connected to the right people and it makes their lives a thousand times better than the rest of us 😭. Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital has it's own share of family and friend drama most of the time (remember the Link - Amelia - Owen - Teddy - Tom drama? or Meredith and her surprise sisters Lexie and Maggie?), but sometimes even these characters take it too far and we have to call it out! It's been a year and a half since the second season of Ted Lasso aired and we're super excited for the third and final season! This sports comedy-drama took us by surprise with how easily it captured our hearts; with it's perfectly written characters, and inspirational storylines, we couldn't help but love it! 

That being said, as always, we have some thoughts and they are INTERESTING! In this episode we talk about everything from the Roy-Keeley-Jamie love triangle,  Rebecca's love life, to Nate's villain origin story. Which couples do you ship? The second half of season 4 of Netflix's YOU just came out and it's so good!  

Joe has gone off the rails in a way we've never seen before and the season is full of suspense, thrills, and plot twists that we never expected. Our favourite stalker/murderer is living up to his reputation in Europe and we loved every second of it!  

Join us as we discuss Joe's behaviour, his love life, the new characters we meet, and how plausible the tangled storyline is! This week, it's all about one of our favourite shows of all time (I know we say this a lot but fr this time), This Is Us. The last season of This Is Us ended in the summer of last year and we're still not over it. 

Not only is this show one of the best written shows we've ever watched, it tugged on our heartstrings so many times and exposed us to so many strong emotions. So forgive us if we get a little too emotional while discussing some of these couples.

Can you believe it's been almost 20 years since we we first saw Marshall, Lilly, Barney and Robin on our screens? Ignoring how old that fact makes us feel, in this week's episode, we're back with another opinionated rating video. 

I'm sure we can all agree that How I Met Your Mother was such a phenomenon in the sitcom world, in fact we don't have to agree, it's a fact. That's probably why the reboot (How I Met Your Father) exists and is 2 seasons in.

Happy Valentine's Week y'all, we hope you're feeling the love! In the spirit of Cupid's favourite day, we are focusing on love today - specifically love on Television 💕  

It was really hard to curate this list and trim it down from the hundreds of couples we've seen on the screen over the years, but we got it down to our top 20 (technically 19) pairings that we can't live without!   

With shows spanning from 1990 all the way to 2022 (technically 2040 if you include some time jumps 😉), we highlight the couples that made our hearts the happiest! Rom-Coms are back and they're back with a bang! With gems like Marry Me, Ticket to Paradise, Your Place or Mine & About Fate, things are looking up for this genre.

But for Mindy Kaling, this genre never left. Mindy has been gifting us gem after gem after gem for years now. There are very few writers who seem to have mastered this genre. In this episode M&M discuss what we love about Mindy's shows.

After 2 short seasons, the HBO Gossip Girl Reboot is saying farewell and has been cancelled. We have....mixed feelings about this. The show wasn't an avant-garde masterpiece but we did enjoy seeing what the kids of Constance were up to! 

Since the show has been (hastily) wrapped up, we talk about the reasons the show got cancelled; from financial limitations, to creator Joshua Safran's decisions, to the biggest one of all - the story choices that were made in Season 2.  

Did you spend most of the second season confused as to what on earth was happening? Why did Georgina Sparks show up out of nowhere to be a crazy person? Why was Julien Calloway making the stupidest decisions? Was the Aki, Max and Audrey throuple destined to fail? What were Obie and Zoya even doing this season? Why do the writers hate Luna and Monet? Well we were just as confused as you!

Issa Rae's HBO comedy-drama Insecure ended a year ago and we miss it so much! In this episode, M&M discuss adult friendship through the lens of the various relationships in the show.

With 19 Seasons (and counting), there's a lot that changes in the lives of the Doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial. In this video we focus on Alex Karev and the 2 women he loved - Izzie Stevens and Jo Wilson.  

Although his exit is one of the most controversial on the show, you cant deny that Jolex and Izzex are two of the most popular ships in the fandoms. M&M compare the couples and make a case for why each woman was (and wasn't) the love of Alex's life.  

We focus on the characters as individuals, as well as the couples as a whole - Who was a more well rounded character? Who knew Alex better? Which relationship was healthier? These are all questions we touch on as we go through one of our favourite character's love life ❤️

Happy New Year y'all 🎊 ! We're kicking off 2023 with one of our favourite shows of all time - Bojack Horseman!

This Netflix Black-Comedy Drama is everything we could have asked for from a TV Show and the many depictions of human struggles and difficulties is incredible. We spend this episode discussing the character storylines and interactions with mental illness that we enjoyed the most throughout the show.

2022 has been an awesome year for television - we have some new favourites and re-watched some oldies that reminded us why we fell in love with TV! There were also some really REALLY bad shows that probably should never have gotten greenlit in the first place 😂

 The guests this season see fidelity as more of a suggestion than a hard rule in their relationship. Mix that in with most of the guys displaying some of the worst traits you can expect from men and you get a pretty spicy season!

Kate Mularkey and Tully Hart are soulmates who met on Firefly lane. 

M & M focus on their friendship from their teens to their forties, as they go through different phases in their lives. (We started of trying to be neutral but by the end it's pretty clear who we favour 😂)  

Katherine Heigl and Sarah Chalke came in this production to act their butts off! Both ladies have a background in medical TV shows but they really brought the DRAMA in this show that shines a spotlight on strong female friendships.  

Before the second and final season is released, we look back on the first season and share our thoughts!   

Is their friendship healthy? How does Kate feel about her ‘perfect’ life and family? Who should have ended up with Johnny? Join us as we discuss this equally heartwarming and heart wrenching drama.

Steve Carell and Jennifer Aniston have been acting their butts off over the last 2 seasons of the show! They are so talented and play the parts of morally ambiguous characters so well.  

Mitch Kessler did a LOT of bad things. Alex Levy is incredible self-serving and selfish. Was/Is there any room for them to change and become better people? What would they even have to do to be forgiven?  

M&M talk through what it means for someone to be a bad person (is it innate or learned?), as we discuss two of the main characters from the Apple TV+ Show - The Morning Show.

Blessed be the fruit! Season 5 of The Handmaid's Tale just ended and M&M haven't forgiven Serena Waterford yet (and neither should you!)  

We talk about how Serena hasn't shown any redeeming qualities and doesn't deserve a shift in narrative. Just because she spent most of this season sad doesn't mean we're suddenly going to root for her because of "girl-power".  

Are we wrong? Has Serena shown measurable growth that depicts her as something other than a villain? Should she and June be besties next season? Let us know!

The Doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial are constantly deciding who they want to spend the "rest of their lives" with (hint - it usually doesn't last very long). We decided to rank all the proposals that happen on the show!   

There are a couple that we left out, e.g. Deluca Proposing to Sam before she ran away to Switzerland, or Alex proposing to Jo when she got out of the Mental Health facility - but overall we highlighted the main ones :)
