Eleanor has an OBE in which she sees a colossal golden sphere/disc like an egg yolk on a frying pan.

She sees this pattern repeated as she zooms in and out.
Her experience brought comfort and acceptance into her life.

In 2012, Matthew overdosed on spice and amphetamines.  He experienced a rapid increased in heart rate.

After a surgery, Sam experienced heart problems.  He had multiple NDE's as he came in and out of consciousness in the ambulance.  After multiple attempts at avoiding "the light," Sam became the focus of multiple beings of light with an orb of liquid gold.
