The only unpredictable element in his life is his girlfriend, Liz (Kate Ashfield), who wishes desperately for Shaun to grow up and be a man. When the town is inexplicably overrun with zombies, Shaun must rise to the occasion and protect both Liz and his mother (Penelope Wilton).

Inspired by the legend of Hanuman, an icon embodying strength and courage, Kid (Dev Patel) is an anonymous young man living in an underground fight club where, night after night, wears a gorilla mask, and is beaten bloody by more popular fighters for cash. After years of suppressed rage, Kid discovers a way to infiltrate the enclave of the city's sinister elite. Directed by Martin Campbell, GoldenEye is the spy film featuring the fictional MI6 agent James Bond. It is the seventeenth film in the James Bond series to be produced by Eon Productions and the first to star Pierce Brosnan as 007. Luke and Jae debrief on this 1995 espionage caper which is the first in the Bond series to not utilise any story elements from the works of novelist Ian Fleming, and was the final film project with the involvement of producer Albert R. Broccoli. When a powerful satellite system falls into the hands of Alec Trevelyan, AKA Agent 006 (Sean Bean), a former ally-turned-enemy, only James Bond (Pierce Brosnan) can save the world from an awesome space weapon that could destroy the earth! As Bond squares off against his former compatriot, he also battles Trevelyan's stunning ally, Xenia Onatopp (Famke Janssen), an assassin who uses pleasure as her ultimate weapon.

Directed by Mark Neveldine, Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is the superhero film based on the Marvel Comics antihero Ghost Rider. Luke and Jae take a ride back to 2001 to review the sequel to the 2007 film Ghost Rider, which sees Nicolas Cage reprising his role as Johnny Blaze / Ghost Rider. Still struggling with the curse of the Ghost Rider - the devil's bounty hunter, Johnny Blaze (Nicolas Cage) meets a priest named Moreau (Idris Elba), who asks Johnny to find a boy named Danny (Fergus Riordan) and bring him back. But there's a catch - Satan (Ciarán Hinds) is looking for the boy too, and has a personal stake in the matter. But if Johnny can find Danny first and save the boy's soul, there's a chance Johnny can save his own soul as well.

Developed by Rob David, He-Man and the Masters of the Universe is the animated superhero television series which reimagines the 1983 series of the same name. Luke and Nathan power up Netflix to review this three season series, that is based on Mattel's toy line Masters of the Universe, which premiered from 2021 to 2023. On the planet Eternia, an amnesiac Prince Adam has been separated from his father King Randor during the treachery of his uncle Keldor. Prince Adam later finds a Power Sword that transforms him into He-Man, the most powerful man in the universe. With allies new and old and his side, He-Man works to fight the forces of Keldor upon his transformation into the evil Skeletor and his minions.

Directed by Michael Mohan, Immaculate is the psychological horror film written by Andrew Lobel and co-produced by Sydney Sweeny, who also stars in the film. Cecilia (Sydney Sweeney), an American nun of devout faith, embarks on a new journey in a remote convent in the picturesque Italian countryside. Cecilia’s warm welcome quickly devolves into a nightmare as it becomes clear her new home harbors a sinister secret and unspeakable horrors.

Beetlejuice Beetlejuice - we have the first teaser, you all better be ready to welcome Will Smith back as the incorrectly named fourth Bad Boys movie gets a trailer, and raise the alarm bells because the new Silver Surfer is a woman! Directed by Doug Liman, Road House is the action film starring Jake Gyllenhaal. It is a remake of the 1989 film of the same name. Ex-UFC fighter Dalton (Jake Gyllenhaal) takes a job as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, only to discover that this paradise is not all it seems.

Directed by Guillermo del Toro, Pacific Rim is the science fiction monster film which is regarded as an homage to kaiju, mech, and anime media. Luke and Nathan return to the not-too-distant past to revisit this movie which is set in the not-too-distant future - the first in the Pacific Rim film franchise. To fight the Kaiju, mankind developed giant robots called Jaegers, designed to be piloted by two humans locked together in a neural bridge. However, even the Jaegers are not enough to defeat the Kaiju, and humanity is on the verge of defeat. Mankind's last hope now lies with a washed-up ex-pilot (Charlie Hunnam), an untested trainee (Rinko Kikuchi) and an old, obsolete Jaeger.

Rise together or fall alone... Directed by Adam Wingard, Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire is the monster film featuring both of the title characters Godzilla and King Kong. It is the sequel to Godzilla vs. Kong (2021) and is the fifth film in the MonsterVerse franchise. It is also the 38th film of the Godzilla franchise and the 13th film in the King Kong franchise. Dr. Ilene Andrews (Rebecca Hall) and her adopted daughter Jia (Kaylee Hottle) venture into the mysterious Hollow Earth with a small team and uncover the previously untold origins of the Titans and Skull Island. The almighty Kong and the fearsome Godzilla pit against a colossal undiscovered threat hidden within our world, challenging their very existence – and our own.

Directed by Gil Kenan from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jason Reitman, Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire is the supernatural comedy film which is both the sequel to Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021) and the fifth film in the Ghostbusters franchise. The Spengler family returns to where it all started - the iconic New York City firehouse - to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who've developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level. But when the discovery of an ancient artifact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age.

Directed and produced by Jeff Wadlow, Imaginary is the supernatural horror film co-produced by Jason Blum through his Blumhouse Productions banner and Tower of Babble. When Jessica (DeWanda Wise) moves back into her childhood home with her family, her youngest stepdaughter Alice (Pyper Braun) develops an eerie attachment to a stuffed bear named Chauncey she finds in the basement. But as Alice’s behaviour becomes more and more concerning, Jessica intervenes only to realize Chauncey is much more than the stuffed toy bear she believed him to be.

Directed by Ethan Coen, Drive-Away Dolls is the comedy road film that Coen co-wrote with his wife Tricia Cooke. Jamie (Margaret Qualley), an uninhibited free spirit who is bemoaning yet another breakup with a girlfriend, and her demure friend Marian (Geraldine Viswanathan) who desperately needs to loosen up are in search of a fresh start. The two embark on an impromptu road trip to Tallahassee, but things quickly go awry when they cross paths with a group of inept criminals along the way.

The Oscars have been and gone, so who were the big winners and overall how was the show? Before you watch the new movie on Prime Video, rewind to 1989 to revisit the original with Jason and Rob. Directed by Rowdy Herrington, Road House is the action drama film starring Patrick Swayze. Luke and Nathan take a bullet train back to 2013 to discuss the sixth installment in the X-Men film series, the second installment in the trilogy of Wolverine films after X-Men Origins: Wolverine (2009), and the spin-off and sequel to X-Men: The Last Stand (2006). Lured to a Japan he hasn't seen since World War II, century-old mutant Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) finds himself in a shadowy realm of yakuza and samurai. Wolverine is pushed to his physical and emotional brink when he is forced to go on the run with a powerful industrialist's daughter (Tao Okamoto) and is confronted - for the first time - with the prospect of death.

Written and directed by the Wachowskis, Speed Racer is the sports action comedy film based on the manga series of the same name created by Tatsuo Yoshida. Luke and Jae race back to 2008 to check out this movie set in a world built for speed, which stars Emile Hirsch, Christina Ricci, John Goodman, Susan Sarandon, Matthew Fox, Roger Allam, Benno Fürmann, Hiroyuki Sanada, Rain, and Richard Roundtree. Born into a family business of race cars, Speed Racer (Emile Hirsch) is one of the track's hot stars. Sitting at the wheel of his Mach 5, he consistently deflates the competition. When Speed turns down an offer from the head of Royalton Industries, he uncovers a secret. Powerful moguls fix the races to boost profits. Hoping to beat the executive, Speed enters the same arduous cross-country race that killed his brother.

Directed by Johan Renck and written by Colby Day, Spaceman is the science fiction drama film based on the 2017 novel Spaceman of Bohemia by Jaroslav Kalfař. Six months into a solitary research mission to the edge of the solar system, an astronaut, Jakub (Adam Sandler), realizes that the marriage he left behind might not be waiting for him when he returns to Earth. Desperate to fix things with his wife, Lenka (Carey Mulligan), he is helped by a mysterious creature from the beginning of time he finds hiding in the bowels of his ship - Hanuš (voiced by Paul Dano).

Twenty years ago this movie won Best Picture at the 76th Academy Awards. Directed by Peter Jackson from a screenplay by Fran Walsh, Philippa Boyens, and Jackson, The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King is the epic high fantasy adventure film based on 1955's The Return if the King - the third The Lord of the Rings novel by J. R. R. Tolkien. Rob and Jason rewind the 2003 to conclude their review in the final chapter and sequel to 2002's The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. Hobbits Frodo and Sam reach Mordor in their quest to destroy the 'one ring', while Aragorn leads the forces of good against Sauron's evil army at the stone city of Minas Tirith.

Directed by David Carson, Star Trek Generations is the science fiction film serving as the seventh entry in the Star Trek film series. Luke and Jae celebrate the 30th anniversary of the movie that featured cast members from the 1960s TV series Star Trek and the 1987 sequel series The Next Generation, including William Shatner and Patrick Stewart. In the 23rd century, the Starship Enterprise is dispatched to the scene of a giant energy field about to engulf two ships. Capt. Kirk (William Shatner) averts calamity, but is exposed to the field and presumed dead. Years later, the Enterprise's new commander, Capt. Picard (Patrick Stewart), learns that one of the disaster's survivors, Dr. Soran (Malcolm McDowell), plans to enter the field by destroying a neighboring star. Picard now must collaborate with an unlikely ally in order to stop him.

Directed by Tim Story, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer is the superhero film and sequel to Fantastic Four (2005), which are both based on Marvel's Fantastic Four comic books. Luke and Jae get their flame on as they return to Fox's Marvel world and get caught up with Marvel's first family. Reed (Ioan Gruffudd), Susan (Jessica Alba), Johnny (Chris Evans) and Ben (Michael Chiklis) face an intergalactic messenger who has arrived to prepare Earth for its destruction. While the enigmatic being wreaks havoc around the world, the heroic quartet must also contend with the unexpected return of their enemy, Victor Von Doom (Julian McMahon).

A movie that really destroyed all expectations... Directed by John R. Leonetti, Mortal Kombat: Annihilation is the martial arts fantasy film based on the Mortal Kombat video game franchise. Luke and Nathan enter the arena to review this sequel to the original 1995 film which is largely adapted from the 1995 video game Mortal Kombat 3. Every generation, a portal opens up between the Outerworld and Earth. Emperor Shao-Kahn (Brian Thompson), ruler of the mythical Outerworld, pounces the moment the portal reopens and slips through with his mighty warriors, intent on total domination and uniting the two worlds. However, he has only seven days to complete his task. In the meantime, opposition grows and warriors Sonya Blade (Sandra Hess), Jax (Lynn "Red" Williams), Kitana (Talisa Soto) and Liu Kang (Robin Shou) get ready for war.

The trailer for Deadpool 3 shows us that he might be the one to save the MCU, or maybe it's the Fantastic Four that will save it as the main cast has officially been announced. The next Jurassic movie has a new director, we have our new Karate Kid, and Nicholas Cage may be returning as a live-action Spider-Man Noir. Her web connects them all... Directed by S. J. Clarkson, Madame Web is the superhero film based on Marvel Comics featuring the character of the same name. It is the fourth film in Sony’s Spider-Man Universe (SSU). Based on Ghostbusters by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis and its franchise, Extreme Ghostbusters is the animated television series which serves as a sequel to The Real Ghostbusters (1986 - 1991). Luke and Nathan revisit this 40-episode 1997 series which initially aired on the syndicated Bohbot Kids Network's "Extreme Block". Dr. Egon Spengler agrees to help a group of his young students re-form the Ghostbusters under his mentorship.

Produced by Kevin Smith and Powerhouse Animation Studios, Masters of the Universe: Revolution is the second entry of the animated superhero fantasy television series. Luke and Nathan get into the Netflix sequel to the 1983-1985 series He-Man and the Masters of the Universe by Filmation, which ignores the events of The New Adventures of He-Man (1990). Following He-Man's return and Teela now assuming the mantle of the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull, Skeletor seeks revenge after being corrupted with a technological virus created by his master, Hordak.

No bad deed goes unpunished. Created for the streaming service Disney+, Echo is the television miniseries based on Marvel Comics featuring the character of the same name. Luke and Jason check out this spin-off of the series Hawkeye (2021) which is the tenth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and shares continuity with the films of the franchise. Maya Lopez (Alaqua Cox) is being pursued by Wilson Fisk's (Vincent D'Onofrio) organization, leading her to return to her hometown in Oklahoma, where she must come to terms with her past, reconnect with her Native American roots, and embrace her family and community.

Hold on to your butts - there's a new Jurassic movie coming (and soon), Jim Carrey will be back for Sonic the Hedgehog 3, James Gunn's DCU's Supergirl has been cast, and Beetlejuice 2 has an official title. Jerry Seinfeld is bring us the story of the Pop-Tart, the final season of Cobra Kai goes into production, and the new Doctor Who companion is already on her way out.

Directed by David Ayer, The Beekeeper is the action thriller starring Jason Statham. One man’s brutal campaign for vengeance takes on national stakes after he is revealed to be a former operative of a powerful and clandestine organization known as “Beekeepers”.

Directed by Dave Green, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows is the superhero film based on the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles characters created by Peter Laird and Kevin Eastman. Luke and Nathan return to 2016 to revisit the live-action sequel to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014), which stars Megan Fox, Will Arnett, Stephen Amell, Noel Fisher, Jeremy Howard, Pete Ploszek, and Alan Ritchson. The turtles face a new challenge when Shredder (Brian Tee) escapes from custody and joins forces with Baxter Stockman (Tyler Perry), a mad scientist who plans to use a serum to take over the world. As the pizza-loving heroes prepare for battle, the notorious Krang (Brad Garrett) also emerges to pose an even greater threat.

Wolverine begins... Directed by Gavin Hood, X-Men Origins: Wolverine is the superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Wolverine. Luke and Nathan re-enter the mutant world as they revisit the fourth installment of the X-Men film series, the first installment of the Wolverine trilogy within the series, and what serves as a spin-off/prequel to X-Men (2000). Seeking solace from his dark past, Logan (Hugh Jackman), better known as Wolverine, seems to have found love and contentment with Kayla Silverfox (Lynn Collins). Logan's peaceful existence is shattered when Victor Creed (Liev Schreiber), his vicious brother, brutally murders Kayla. Logan's thirst for revenge propels him into the Weapon X program, where he undergoes a painful procedure to bond his bones with adamantium, making him virtually indestructible and more than a match for Victor.

Directed by Thomas Vincent, Role Play is the action comedy film starring Kaley Cuoco and David Oyelowo, out now on Amazon Prime Video. Emma (Kayley Cuoco) and Dave (David Oyelowo) have the seemingly perfect life – two kids, suburban house, good jobs – but Emma is leading a secret life that Dave knows nothing about. Emma’s past as an international assassin for hire comes roaring back into her new life and she is forced to take action to protect the family she loves.

Directed by F. Gary Gray and written by Daniel Kunka, Lift is the heist comedy film starring Kevin Hart, out now on Netflix. An international heist crew is recruited to prevent a terrorist attack, and must pull off the heist on a plane mid-flight.

Directed by Jeff Wamester, Justice League: Crisis on Infinite Earths – Part One is the animated superhero film based on the DC Comics superhero team the Justice League. More specifically, it is based on the DC Comics storyline “Crisis on Infinite Earths” (1985-1986) by Marv Wolfman and George Pérez. It is the seventh installment in the Tomorrowverse, sharing continuity with the films of the franchise that began with Superman: Man of Tomorrow (2020) and is the first part of a trilogy of films. The Anti-Monitor (the Monitor’s evil counterpart) is released into the DC Multiverse and begins to destroy the different Earths that compose it. The Monitor attempts to recruit heroes from across the Multiverse to fight back.

Produced by Marvel Studios Animation, the second season of the animated anthology Disney+ series What If...? is once again based on the Marvel Comics series of the same name that explores alternate timelines in the multiverse that show what would happen if major moments from the films of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) occurred differently. Luke and Nathan take their seats to watch along with the Watcher (Jeffrey Wright), who narrates the series, alongside numerous MCU film actors who reprise their roles. Luke and Jason bid farewell to Power Rangers franchise as we know it - which is part of the franchise's 30th anniversary celebration. When Lord Zedd returns more powerful than ever, Team Cosmic Fury takes to the cosmos to battle the emperor of evil and save the universe. Luke and Jae revisit this classic holiday romp from 1996 which was inspired by real-life Christmas toy sell-outs for hot items such as Cabbage Patch Kids. Workaholic Howard Langston (Arnold Schwarzenegger) wants to make things up to his son, Jamie (Jake Lloyd), and wife, Liz (Rita Wilson). He promises to get Jamie the hottest toy of the season, Turbo-Man - even though it's Christmas Eve and the toy is practically sold out. As Howard hunts down the elusive gift, he runs into mailman Myron (Sinbad), another father on the same quest. With the clock winding down, Howard's moral code is tested.

Jingle bells, Little Batman smells... Directed by Mike Roth, Merry Little Batman is the animated superhero film based on DC Comics featuring the characters Batman and his son Damian Wayne. Luke and Jae get their comic book Christmas on as they check out this new Amazon Original movie. This Christmas, Damian Wayne (Yonas Kibreab) wants to be a superhero like his dad - the one and only Batman (Luke Wilson). When Damian is left home alone while Batman takes on Gotham's worst supervillains on Christmas Eve, he stumbles upon a villainous plot to steal Christmas and leaps at the chance to save the day.

This time they're breaking in! Directed by Sam Fell, Chicken Run: Dawn of the Nugget is the stop motion animated comedy film produced by Aardman Animations. It is the sequel to Chicken Run (2000) and is out now on Netflix. Having escaped from the farm, Ginger (Thandiwe Newton) and Rocky (Zachary Levi) welcome a new little adventurer into their lives (Bella Ramsey). Back on the mainland, the whole of chicken-kind faces a terrible new threat.

Directed by Henry Selick in his feature directorial debut and produced and conceived by Tim Burton, The Nightmare Before Christmas tells the story of Jack Skellington, the King of “Halloween Town”. Jason and Rob rewind to the year 1993 to look at a stop-motion animated musical dark fantasy film which celebrates its 30th anniversary this year in 2023. After becoming bored with the same annual routine of frightening people in the “real world.”, when Jack accidentally stumbles on the bright colours and warm spirits of “Christmas Town”, he gets a new lease on life – he plots to bring Christmas under his control by kidnapping Santa Claus and taking over the role. But Jack soon discovers even the best-laid plans of mice and skeleton men can go seriously awry.

Directed by Ron Howard, How the Grinch Stole Christmas is the Christmas fantasy comedy film starring Jim Carrey in the title role. Luke and Nathan re-enter the world of Dr. Seuss to take on the first of only two live-action Dr. Seuss films, and the first live-action adaption of the 1957 children book of the same name, following the 1966 animated TV sepcial of the same name. The reclusive green Grinch (Jim Carrey) decides to ruin Christmas for the cheery citizens of Whoville. Reluctantly joined by his hapless dog, Max, the Grinch comes down from his mountaintop home and sneaks into town to swipe everything holiday-related from the Whos. However, the bitter grump finds a hitch in his plans when he encounters the endearing Cindy Lou Who (Taylor Momsen).

Action speaks louder than words... Directed by John Woo, Silent Night is the action thriller film starring Joel Kinnaman which features almost no dialogue. A father is tormented after witnessing his young son die when caught in a gang’s crossfire on Christmas Eve. While recovering from a wound that costs him his voice, he makes vengeance his life’s mission and embarks on a punishing training regimen in order to avenge his son’s death.

The latest Christmas movie lands on Amazon Prime! Directed by Reginald Hudlin, Candy Cane Lane is the Christmas comedy film starring Eddie Murphy. Chris Carver (Eddie Murphey) is on a mission to win his neighbourhood’s annual Christmas home decoration contest. After Chris inadvertently makes a deal with a mischievous elf named Pepper (Jillian Bell) to better his chances of winning, she casts a magic spell that brings the 12 Days of Christmas to life, and wreaks havoc on the whole town. At the risk of ruining the holidays for his family, Chris, his wife Carol (Tracee Ellis Ross), and their three children must race against the clock to break Pepper’s spell, battle deviously magical characters, and save Christmas for everyone.

Written and directed by Steven E. de Souza, Street Fighter is the action film based on the video game series of the same name produced by Capcon. Luke and Jae select their fighters and return to 1994 to re-live the experience that is the first Street Fighter movie - the second of which was also released the same year - Street Fighter II: The Animated Movie. A one shot comic book adaptation of the live-action film, titled Street Fighter: The Battle for Shadaloo, was published by DC Comics in 1995. Gen. Bison (Raul Julia), the evil dictator of Shadaloo, captures a busload of relief workers and holds them for ransom. Col. Guile (Jean-Claude Van Damme) leads an international strike force to invade Shadaloo and rescue the hostages. Along the way, Guile recruits Chun-Li (Ming-Na Wen), a reporter and martial-arts expert whose father was killed by Bison years ago, two young con men (Damian Chapa, Byron Mann) and a sumo wrestler (Peter Navy Tuiasosopo).

It is the second animated feature from Sandler's production company Happy Madison Productions. Jaded 74-year-old lizard Leo (Adam Sandler) has been stuck in the same Florida classroom for decades with his terrarium-mate turtle (Bill Burr). When he learns he only has one year left to live, he plans to escape to experience life on the outside but instead gets caught up in the problems of his anxious students – including an impossibly mean substitute teacher. It ends up being the strangest but most rewarding bucket list ever.

But when Marvin Acme (Stubby Kaye), Jessica's alleged paramour and the owner of Toontown, is found murdered, the villainous Judge Doom (Christopher Lloyd) vows to catch and destroy Roger.

This episode of Rewind & Review will look at the musical romantic comedy film that, much like the majority of its actors, is now 45 years old! Grease explores the friendships, romances and adventures of a group of high school kids in the 1950s. A wholesome Australian transfer student Sandy Olsson (Olivia Newton-John) and a leather-clad greaser Danny Zuko (John Travolta) develop an attraction for each other during a summer romance, but they face conflict when they realise that their relationship crosses clique lines.

Almost human. Almost perfect. Almost under control. Directed by Roland Emmerich, Universal Soldier is the military science-fiction action film starring Jean-Claude Van Damme and Dolph Lundgren. Luke and Jae take on the futuristic bad attitudes presented in this 1992 movie, which was spawned multiple films and was adapted into a three-part comic miniseries that same year - written by Clint McElroy and published by NOW Comics. During the Vietnam War, soldier Luc Deveraux (Van Damme) finds that his superior officer, Andrew Scott (Lundgren), has turned violently deranged, and the two fight to the death. After their bodies are retrieved, they are placed into a secret program in which they are reanimated and trained to become unquestioning killing machines. While Devereaux and Scott initially have no memory of their former lives, glimpses of their pasts start to return, rekindling their intense conflict.

Up and away! Developed by Jake Wyatt, My Adventures with Superman is the animated superhero series based on the DC Comics character Superman created by Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster. Luke and Jae return to the world of animated DC as they discuss the 10-episode first season of this Warner Bros. Animation produced show. The story follows Clark Kent (Jack Quaid) as he builds his secret identity as Superman and explores his mysterious origins, and Lois Lane (Alice Lee) whom Clark develops a crush on and vice-versa, who is on her way to becoming a star reporter. Teaming up with photographer and Clark's best friend Jimmy Olsen (Ishmel Sahid), the trio breaks the stories that matter and save the day against many villains in the city of Metropolis, while also contending with Task Force X.

Murder is so 1987! Directed by Nahnatchka Khan, Totally Killer is the black comedy slasher film produced by the totally rad Jason Blum and starring Kiernan Shipka. Thirty-five years after the shocking murder of three teens, the infamous "Sweet Sixteen Killer" returns on Halloween night to claim a fourth victim. Seventeen-year-old Jamie (Kiernan Shipka) ignores her overprotective mom's (Julie Bowen) warning and comes face-to-face with the masked maniac and, on the run for her life, accidentally time travels back to 1987, the year of the original killings. Forced to navigate the unfamiliar and outrageous culture of the 1980s, Jamie teams up with her teen mom (Olivia Holt) to take down the killer once and for all, before she's stuck in the past forever.

Death is different here on Paramount+. Directed by Lindsey Anderson Beer, Pet Sematary: Bloodlines is the supernatural horror film which serves as a prequel to Pet Sematary (2019), which in turn was based on the 1983 novel of the same name by Stephen King. In 1969, a young Jud Crandall (Jackson White) dreams of escaping his hometown, until he discovers the malevolent secrets of what is buried in a cemetery. He confronts a haunting family legacy that forever connects him to the place and unites with his childhood friends as they face an ancient evil that has plagued Ludlow from its inception.

James Gunn clarifies a few things regarding the DCU and what is canon and who's returning, John Woo brings the Christmas cheer in the first trailer for Silent Night, and there's a picture of Joaquin Phoenix's Joker featuring colourful umbrellas. Jason Statham vows to put an end to telephone scammers in The Beekeeper, Disney+ has a few renewals for us, and Home Economics faces the three season curse (spoiler alert... it's cancelled).

This time there's two possessed girls! Directed by David Gordon Green, The Exorcist: Believer is the supernatural horror film which serves as a sequel to The Exorcist (1973). It is the sixth instalment in The Exorcist franchise but disregards any events featured in any previous instalment or television show, except for the original film. Since the death of his pregnant wife in a Haitian earthquake 12 years ago, Victor Fielding (Leslie Odom, Jr) has raised their daughter, Angela (Lidya Jewett) on his own. But when Angela and her friend Katherine (Olivia Marcum), disappear in the woods, only to return three days later with no memory of what happened to them, it unleashes a chain of events that will force Victor, in his terror and desperation, to seek out the only person alive who has witnessed anything like it before: Chris MacNeil (Ellen Burstyn).

Created and written by Dave Filoni for Disney+, Ahsoka is the television miniseries which is part of the Star Wars franchise and a spin-off from the series The Mandalorian (2019 - present) while also serving as a continuation to the animated series Star Wars Rebels (2014 - 2018). Luke and Jae leave their animated selves behind and go full live-action for this series which stars Rosario Dawson as the title character Ahsoka Tano. After the fall of the Galactic Empire, former Jedi Knight Ahsoka investigates an emerging threat to a vulnerable galaxy.

Luke and Nathan return to the world of colourful bricks and imagination for the first spin-off in The LEGO Movie franchise and the second installment overall. There are big changes brewing in Gotham, but if Batman (Will Arnett) wants to save the city from the Joker's (Zach Galifianakis) hostile takeover, he may have to drop the lone vigilante thing, try to work with others and maybe, just maybe, learn to lighten up. Maybe his superhero sidekick Robin (Michael Cera) and loyal butler Alfred (Ralph Fiennes) can show him a thing or two.

Luke and Jae check out the full first season of this Peacock series which stars Anthony Mackie, Stephanie Beatriz, Joe Seanoa, Will Arnett and Thomas Haden Church. A motor-mouthed outsider is offered a chance at a better life, but only if he can successfully deliver a mysterious package across a post-apocalyptic wasteland. It is the fourth animated adaption of the Marvel Comics X-Men characters following Pryde of the X-Men (1989), X-Men: The Animated Series (1992), and X-Men: Evolution (2000). Luke and Nathan travel to the days of future past, also known as 2008, to revisit this 26-episode single season comic book series. After an explosion at the school, the X-Men went their separate ways. But they must unite once again under the leadership of Wolverine to prevent an inevitable war in a battle against the injustices of the Mutant Response Division (MRD).

In the future, one man in the law! Directed by Danny Cannon, Judge Dredd is the science fiction action film based on the 2000 AD comics character of the same name. Luke and [co-host] return to the crime-ridden future that is 2080, as depicted in 1995, for this Sylvester Stallone led movie. In the crime-plagued future, the only thing standing between order and chaos is Judge Joseph Dredd (Sylvester Stallone). His duty: police the violent metropolitan sprawls that crowd the decaying earth, and kill criminals on the spot if necessary. The tables are turned, however, when maniacal ex-Judge Rico (Armand Assante) frames Dredd for murder.

Directed by Simon West, The Expendables 2 is the action film written by Richard Wenk and Sylvester Stallone. Luke and Jae go back for war in this 2012 sequel to The Expendables (2010) and second installment in The Expendables film series. Who have we got this time?
