"Are you pre-trib or post-trib?" That is a common topic amongst Christians. Bible believers know that the event is on the horizon, but what does the Bible teach about the timing?  Jesus said that He will raise the dead in Christ on the last day, and we know the dead in Christ are raised first, then the rapture occurs. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-4 also warns that "man of sin" antichrist shall be revealed before this event.  This all points to a post tribulation rapture. On a recent trip to the cemetery, I was struck by the rememberance of the words of Jesus Christ in John 5:28-29 "Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice, And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation." Jesus described many details about the final judgment of souls. They that wait upon The Lord shall renew their strength. Jesus Christ fulfilled all prophecy about healing, physically and spiritually, but He must be sought while there is still time. Once we pass away, there is no more hope of forgiveness, repent and believe before your time runs out.
