Although sightings of this creature are few and far between, that does not mean the stories aren't hair raising. Eli goes solo for the first time for a short camping trip to Northern Alabama to discuss the White Thang. Yup. Not a typo. This albino sasquatch like creature has been reported as far back as the early 1900s and is still seen today.

This week on Tall Tales we talk about the cousin of the Mokele Mbembe, the Kasai Rex. While not a sauropod like the Mbembe, this is a man eating, elephant eating Tyrannosaurus Rex living in the heart of Africa! So gather around the Campfire and listen to us break it down. In summer of 1964, reporter Robert Cockrell witnessed something he could not explain while on his drive back home. A huge 9 foot tall creature with white skin and no head lurked by the side of the road. This was the beginning of a frenzy that overtook the small town of Grafton, West Virginia in their pursuit of what became known as the the Grafton Monster!

Aaron Deese is an author and host of the podcast Hey Strangeness. Aaron compiled research on the dogman phenomenon in Texas and discovered a triangular pattern over the center of the state. The Dark Watchers are seen in the Santa Lucia Mountains of California's central coast. They are tall, silhouetted figures sometimes reported with a walking stick, but always, always watching. Marc Myrsell is the modish Maestro of all things Ape Canyon. As a follow up to our recent episode on the Incident, we decided to have Marc on to discuss the event in more detail, answer questions we had on what happened and drop that historical knowledge on us!
