Healing is a process, but a damn beautiful one. The more you get to know that inner child & how to help it cope w/ the shit that hurt you back then, everything else is a walk in the park. A long ass walk, but a walk nonetheless where you see other paths of how things could've turned out. Some paths for the better, some for the worse, but nevertheless it's all a part of the journey of said healing. How I've been goin about mine hasn't been deemed as wrong by anybody on my spiritual team, so I know I'm good. Last time I checked age ain't nothin but a number anyways, so show them that just b/c you're young you still have a lot of knowledge! I'm pretty sure all that time you spent in "a child's place" you gained an abundance of knowledge to knock them off that pedestal THEY PUT THEMSELVES on!

How I choose to heal is for me, not you. Ya don't like it? Look at ya own self & work on that so you can see how you'll heal.
