My Bigfoot Sighting

On January 4th, of 2003, tonight’s guest left work at about a quarter to 7 PM. He was working in Tampa, Florida at the time. About 15 minutes after he had left work, he was driving down U.S. 301, heading for home. At the time, he was fiddling with the stereo in his truck, trying to find a good station, when all of a sudden he looked to his left because he saw movement from something white. Thinking it was another car or a deer, he slammed on his brakes. When his eyes fell upon the white object, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing…

Tonight’s guest, Stan, had his first Bigfoot sighting a year ago, almost to the day. You see, on March 1st, 2025, one of Stan’s friends, Ed, who is a member of the B.F.R.O, called Stan and asked him if he’d like to go out looking for Bigfoot. Stan said, “sure,” so his friend took him out to a reservoir close to Stan’s home, in Oregon, that has Bureau of Land Management land around it. After they made it to the reservoir, they drove the mountain roads in that area. The two men were drinking iced tea as they drove up and down the roads, so eventually, Stan wound up needing to relieve himself, so he asked his friend to pull over. The decision to get out for that nature call was the genesis of what became an obsession for Stan when it comes to investigating Sasquatch. Here we are, one year later, and he's had 5 sightings and numerous other experiences with them. We hope you'll tune in and listen to him share some of those experiences.

Tonight’s guest, Mel, has seen Yowies on two occasions. The first time she saw one, she was driving down a road and wound up hitting one with her car. That experience rattled her, but not nearly as much as her second Yowie encounter did. You see, the second time she saw a Yowie, she and her partner found themselves doing all they could to keep it from pushing its way into their house. The Yowie was on the outside of the door, pushing on it to get it to swing open while Mel and her partner were inside their house, pushing on the door with all their might, in an attempt to keep it from opening. Tonight’s guest, Doug Messer, had his first and only Bigfoot sighting in 1980. He had his sighting while he was in his bedroom, but his encounter started in the woods, behind his house, in Greenup County, Kentucky. You see, he had been camping in the woods behind his house with 3 friends of his. After the he and his 3 friends had turned in for the night, it started to rain pretty heavily and the rain washed out their camp. That caused them to decide to pack up their camp and head back to Doug’s house. After they had everything packed up, they had just started walking down an old timber road, to leave, when they noticed heavy footsteps pacing them to their right. When the boys would stop walking, the footsteps would stop too. They tested that several times and every time they’d stop walking the heavy footsteps would stop too. That frightened them, so they all took off running. Whatever it was that the boys were running from kept pace with them. Finally, after the boys made it to Tommy’s house, Tommy thought the experience was over. He was wrong.That was something he was about to find out.

That all changed one day, in late August of last year, when she went to a park near where she lives. You see that day, she went to that park to take a short walk and while she was at that park, she wound up making a new friend. Her new friend was a 9 to 10-foot tall, copper-colored Sasquatch that she’s been interacting with since that day. When tonight’s first guest was 8 or 9 years old, a Sasquatch she calls “The Gorilla Man” started paying visits to her family’s farm, in Larue County, Kentucky. Their property is in a very remote area that’s a solid 20-minute drive from stores or any moderately populated areas. The first time she saw the Gorilla Man, she was in bed one night when all of a sudden, she saw that something was looking in her window at her. What she was looking at seemed to be about 8-feet tall, with a wide head, and very human-looking eyes. After staring, in awe, at the figure for some time, she jumped up and ran to her mother. A couple of years past, after that experience, before she saw the Gorilla Man again but see him again she did. Her encounters with him have continued to happen until present day.

Craig Ancell has had 3 Bigfoot sightings and they all happened in Southeast Missouri. His first sighting happened between 1993 and 1995, at a place just outside of Scott City, Missouri, called “The Caves.” He was in high school, at the time, and had gone to The Caves with 3 other friends. He and his buddies were planning to hang out there, drink beer, and have a great time. As fate would have it, not long after they had arrived at the Caves, Craig’s friends had left to go get another friend who wanted to join them, when Craig suddenly realized he still wasn’t alone. It wouldn’t be long before Craig realized what kind of company he had now, and it wasn’t the kind of company he wanted.

When tonight’s first guest was growing up, she had a series of experiences that she didn’t understand. That is, she didn’t understand them until she came face to face with what had been behind those experiences. It was a Sasquatch. Her family thought the Sasquatch was Tara’s imaginary friend, but when you her what that Sasquatch did, you might look at it as being more of a guardian angel. It saved her life, one day.

Tonight’s second guest had his Bigfoot sightings in Gulf County Florida. His first Sasquatch-related experience happened one night when he was 10 years old. He was snake hunting with his dad. While they were driving down a back road, he and his dad saw what they thought was a snake crawl, on the side of the road. They stopped, got out, and walked over to take a closer look and realized they were looking at a giant set of hominid footprints. When he had his next experience, it didn’t involve seeing evidence. It involved a much more convincing experience. He saw a 6 ½ foot tall Sasquatch.

Tim and Eric Vogel went to see Sasquatch: The Legend of Bigfoot in the winter of 1976, when they were in their teens. Seeing that movie really sparked their interest in Sasquatch. About a month after seeing that movie, during a big snowstorm, something happened one morning that completely set the hook in them, with regards to their interest in the topic. The storm had dropped about 28 inches of snow on the area where Tim and Eric lived, in Western Massachusetts, and when the looked out their window that morning, they saw a horde of people in their driveway. There were Bigfoot investigators, news reporters, and other people out there who were focused on a trail of big tracks that led across their property. It turned out to be a hoax that a kid in their area had been responsible, but the damage was already done. Tim and Eric couldn’t get enough of the Bigfoot topic. It should come as no surprise that Tim and Eric decided to become Sasquatch investigators, years later and form Vogel Brothers Sasquatch Investigations. On tonight’s show, Tim and Eric are going to share numerous sightings and experiences they’ve had. Tonight’s guest, Kathleen Tedder, had her first Sasquatch sighting when she was 4 years old and over the years, since then, she’s had sightings in 7 different states. You see, when Kathy was 4 years old, her family lived in Alaska. One day, back then, she was sitting at the kitchen table, looking out the Dutch door, on the back wall of their kitchen. Suddenly, she saw what her 4-year-old mind identified as being a man-bear eating cherries, from a cherry tree outside. The “man-bear” was brown and about 8 feet tall. Being as young as Kathy was, she decided that her best course of action would be to run out to him and give him a hug. So, she got up and started to run outside to do that. She had made it 3 steps out the door when, suddenly, her father grabbed her by the seat of her pants and pulled her back inside. As her father was pulling her back inside the house, the “man-bear” did something she’ll never forget. What it did made a lasting impact on Kathy that she’s still moved by to this day. Tonight’s guest, Chris, had his first Bigfoot-related experience in 1989. As you’ll hear, if you listen to tonight’s show, many more were to follow. When Chris had his first experience with a Sasquatch, he was 19 years old, at the time, and had already spent a lot of time in the woods. The night he had his first encounter, he had decided to solo camp on a powerline section, not far from his girlfriend’s house. After turning in for the night, he was laying in his tent when he started to hear branches breaking about 100 yards away. As he laid in his tent, listening to the commotion, he could tell that whatever it was, was approaching his camp. Making matters even more intense was the fact Chris could hear that, whatever it was, it was walking bipedally. Things were about to get much more intense! Tonight’s guests, Montra Withers and Kyle Gibson, have had Bigfoot sightings in California and Washington State. Montra had her sighting in the late 70’s, in Tuolumne County, California. She’d gone on a camping trip with her parents, in their travel trailer. They found a nice camping spot to park their travel trailer and they stayed there for two weeks. Early one afternoon, Montra walked down a footpath, looking for a friend she had made while she and her family had been staying at that campsite, and wound up having way more excitement than she had bargained for. What happened next frightened Montra so much, she ran all the way back to he family’s trailer and stayed inside the trailer for the rest of their camping trip.

Kyle grew up close to where the Yakima River dumps into the Columbia River, and when he was a kid, he used to play down by the water a lot. Close to the river, there was a forest where Kyle and his friends used to play and build forts. Right before dark, though, they’d head home. Toward the end of the days when Kyle and his friends would play down there, they commonly felt like they were being watched. From time to time, they would find bare footprints down there that were too big to have been made by humans. One night, after Kyle had gotten older, he and a friend of his had their first chance to see what had been responsible for leaving those footprints. That was the night Kyle had his first Sasquatch sighting. That wasn’t going to be the last time he saw a Sasquatch and the day Montra had her sighting, in the late 70’s, wasn’t going to be the last time she saw one either. On January 6th, of 2020, tonight’s guest, Ernie Pack, had his first Bigfoot sighting while he was in a cemetery, on top of Mitchell Hill, in Jefferson County, Kentucky. He was doing a paranormal investigation there, at the time, with his wife, Denise. The area where they’d chosen to do their investigation is known by locals for being haunted. In fact, there’s a legend about the area that stemmed from people hearing what they thought was a baby crying in forests around that area. The night Ernie and Denise had their first Sasquatch sighting, they were trying to locate the grave of a spirit they’d been interacting with in that area. At that time, neither Ernie nor Denise were sure if Sasquatch were even a reality. That was about to change and change in a big way. You see, after what happened to them that night, both Ernie and Denise are almost obsessed with investigating Sasquatch. Fast forward almost 6 years since the night Ernie and Denise had that experience and they’ve had multiple other sightings and encounters. On tonight’s show, Ernie is going to tell you about them. Tonight’s second guest, Wendell Burroughs, founded Foukelore Bigfoot Investigations. His interest in Sasquatch didn’t really take of until he was 13 or 14 years old. He’d been squirrel hunting when he heard vocalizations he’d never heard before by a creek. Fast forward to 2014. Wendell had traveled to Fouke, Arkansas to look for the Boggy Creek monster. One of the nights Wendell and his team were there, they had just come around a bend on one of the back roads in Boggy Creek, when they saw a big, black, hairy creature that was walking on two legs cross the road and run into the woods. That was Wendell’s first sighting but it wasn’t his last one. He’s had multiple sightings and we hope you’ll tune in to listen to him share them on tonight’s show.

Tonight’s guest, Scott Hunt, had his first Bigfoot sighting in Americus, Georgia in July of 2022. When his sighting happened, he was mapping land that a paper mill owned, for a project that the company he worked for was about to begin. The land he was on was blanketed with pine trees. When Scott arrived at the property that day, Sasquatch was the last thing on his mind. He never would have thought Sasquatch could be in the area. He thought the only place they could have been was out west, in places like Washington or Oregon. That was about to change. What happened to Scott that day isn’t the only Sasquatch experience he’s had. He lives at a property now that overlooks Standing Stone State Park, in Tennessee. Tonight’s first guest, Dallas, had both of his Bigfoot sightings at Strawberry Reservoir, in Northern Utah. He was 15, at the time and had gone to Strawberry Reservoir for a camping trip with his mom, his uncle, and his 7-month-old nephew. The second night they were there, Dallas went out looking for firewood but wound up finding something he wasn’t looking for. Or, I should say that it found him. Tonight’s guest has loved being in the woods for about as long as he can remember. He has fond memories of going out with his dad, when he was a kid, to learn all he could from him, including how to hunt. Some of his memories, from spending time in the woods, aren’t positive, however. You see, there’s a tract of land in Switzerland County, Indiana, that he’s hunted on more times than he can remember. He kept going back to it because it has a lot to offer that he likes. There is something about that tract that’s left him shaken, on more than one occasion, though. Tonight’s first guest, Denny Coleman, has had many Bigfoot sightings but he had his first sighting in 1983. Back then, Denny’s family had moved from Jonesville, Louisianna to Summit, Mississippi, so his dad could work for his uncle. Knowing the area as well as he did, his uncle found a property for them to rent, way out in the country, for Denny’s family to move into. The property came with a catch, though. You see, the property had sat vacant since the 1940’s and when Denny and his family started cleaning up the house, they found what looked like a lot of human poop in the house. As Denny would come to realize, down the road, humans hadn’t left that poop in the house. Sasquatch had, and he was about to have his first encounter with one of them.

Tonight’s second guest was 10 years old when he had his sighting. He was in the third grade, at the time, and it was 1982. He and his family lived in Mahoning county at the time and their property was in a part of the county where they didn’t have many neighbors close to them. One day, he, his brother, and his friends were riding their bikes around the area where they all lived when they suddenly saw something about 120 from them, that was at least 7 feet tall and standing completely still. After he, his brother, and his friends stared at it for about 30 seconds, tonight’s second guest said… “That’s Bigfoot!”

When tonight’s first guest, Sonya, was 6, she had her first Sasquatch sighting. When it happened, she and her sister were playing by a creek, behind their home. After they saw it, the ran inside to tell their mother about what they saw. Unfortunately, their mother laughed and told them that it was just their imagination. Fast forward to present day and Sonya has a plethora of sightings under her belt. That’s due, in large part, to the fact that she has a family of Sasquatch living on and around her property, in East Tennessee. On tonight’s show, she’s not only going to share some of her experiences with them, she’s also going to give advice about how she recommends that you interact with them, if you ever find yourself in their presence. Tonight’s second guest, John, had his Sasquatch sighting in 1991, outside of Fox Creek, Alberta Canada. He was working on an oil field, up north at the time of his sighting. He was working on a crew that was running a seismic line through a forest there. When John’s sighting happened, John was riding in a truck, through the forest, at night. He was in the passenger seat and the moon was out. John had just been taking in the sights, due to how bright the moon was, when all of a sudden, he saw something he’d never seen before, in all the time he’d spent in the woods. Tonight, he’s going to go into detail, chronicling that experience for you.

Tonight’s guest, Norm Sollie, grew up in Washington State and due in large part to that, he developed a strong fascination with Sasquatch at an early age. Growing up, he spent a lot of time outdoors, but it wasn’t until 1980 that he went out for the sole purpose of looking for Sasquatch. On that outing, he experienced what was quite likely Sasquatch activity, but he didn’t see one. Fast forward to 2010, he had signed up for a spiritual retreat, just 40 miles outside of Chicago. Sasquatch wasn’t on his mind, due to how close he was from Chicago, but that didn’t stop him from having a sighting while he was there. In 1972, tonight’s guest, David Walker, was 11 years old and just learning the ropes, when it came to hunting. One day, after school had let out for the summer, he and his friend, George, decided that they wanted to camp out on top of a big hill behind a barn on his friend’s property. After slogging all of their equipment to the top of the hill, they set up camp and settled in. A little after 1 AM, Dave began to hear bipedal footsteps walking around their camp. Not Remembering how his friend had told him that no one ever went up there, on top of the hill, Dave thought he must have been hearing George’s brother, Dave, walking around out there, trying to frighten him and George. Thinking that one good turn deserved another, the boys decided that they’d try to turn the tables on Dave and scare him. Dave gathered himself and when the moment was right, he jumped out of the tent, raised his hands above his head and yelled at the figure that was right outside the tent door. The problem was, it wasn’t Dave that was out there. It was something Dave describes as being a big, black, hairy, monster! That isn’t the only Sasquatch-related experience Dave’s going to share on tonight’s show. He has several more to share. Both his own and experiences others have had. Tonight’s guest, LaVone, grew up in Great Falls, Montana, in an area her mother called the flats. LaVone and her family lived on a 10-acre property that was next to what she believes was a Native American reservation. Back then, she used to go horseback riding with a Native American girl who was a few years older than she was. One day, in 1976, LaVone went for a ride with that girl past a rock quarry that was close to where she lived. Normally, she avoided the area around the quarry due to a neighbor who routinely allowed his dangerous dogs run loose there. The day they went for that ride, LaVone didn’t see those dangerous dogs, luckily. What she did see, though, was something that took her by surprise much more so than those dogs would have. Tonight’s guest, Hugh Knight, had his Bigfoot sighting on the Oregon Washington State border, by the Columbia River. The day he had the sighting he was mining for agates and crystals. After drilling rocks for some time, he decided to climb up to an overlook, above where he’d been working, to try his luck at seeing a Sasquatch. Being such a prime area for Sasquatch sightings, his odds of seeing one were definitely better than they would have been in most places. The odds of him seeing one, though, were still extremely low. He was in for quite a surprise, however, because he actually wound up seeing one. He even has an 18-minute video he filmed that backs up his claim of seeing that Sasquatch. Tonight’s guest, Brian Minnick, is a Sasquatch researcher who has been visiting Camp Hero, in Montauk, New York, since 1988, when he was 11. Camp Hero is a military base that’s best known for being the inspiration for the hit show, Stranger Things. A lot of strange things have happened on the grounds, Camp Hero and around them, including Sasquatch activity. In 1981, Camp Hero was decommissioned, and it remained abandoned for 20 years, until it was turned into a state park. It’s been said that the base was abandoned due to it being destroyed by a beast that was unleashed when a portal to another dimension was opened, due to a clandestine experiment. Not being one to pass up on an opportunity for adventure, Brian made countless trips to Camp Hero, to explore the grounds and see if he could find any evidence supporting that claim. On tonight’s show, not only is he going to talk about the Sasquatch-related experiences he had there, he’s also going to talk about the evidence he found that just might support the whispers about a beast being unleashed on the base. Tonight’s second guest has had two Sasquatch sightings. The first one happened in 2002 and the second one took place in 2020. When he had his first sighting, just south of Fort Nelson, British Columbia, he didn’t realize what it was that he was looking at. He thought it must have been a bear, until it stood up and leapt toward his truck. After it did that, he knew it wasn’t a bear but wasn’t sure what it actually was. In 2020, when he had his second sighting, he was driving north, toward Meziadin Junction, BC, when he saw another one cross the road. That time, he knew what he had seen.

Tonight’s first guest had two Sasquatch sightings in Lincoln County, Kentucky, about 7 years ago, while he was on a property he was renting from his uncle. When he was growing up, that was the same property that his family used to host several family reunions. One of the peculiar things about the property he remembers is how strange the property always felt. When he, his sister, and cousins, would play in the woods on the property, as kids, they frequently felt like they were being watched. They didn’t understand why they always felt that way, back then, but it makes good sense now. Clarity came one night when his girlfriend woke him up, crying. She told him that something was outside, and that’s what had her so upset. What happened next is something tonight’s first guest still gets unpleasant feelings when he talks about it. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him chronicle what happened that night.

Tonight’s second guest had his Sasquatch sighting in Allegan County, Michigan. He was deer hunting, at the time. After getting to his stand that day, he noticed a lack of ambient noise, in his part of the woods. Although he found it strange, he brushed it off as just being one of those things. Later on in the day, he got out his binoculars and started glassing the area around his stand. When he did that, he saw a nice buck a fairly short distance from him. So, he climbed down from his stand and attempted to stalk the buck. Not long after trying to stalk the buck, he got the feeling he was being watched. Moments later, he realized why he had that feeling. He was being watched, and not by the buck!

In 2010, tonight’s guest, Ashlea Stinnett, moved into a house that was located just off the Columbia River Gorge, in Oregon, with her partner. The house was on a hill, so Ashlea had a good view of the Columbia River. Not long after moving in, Ashlea and her partner started to have UFO sightings, while sitting on their two-story deck. Those UFO sightings piqued her interest in paranormal phenomena in the Pacific Northwest. Not long after researching such phenomena there, in the PNW, she discovered the rich history of Sasquatch sightings. That discovery lead her to meeting people who were well versed, when it came to Sasquatch. Fast forward to 2013, which is when she had her first Sasquatch-related experience, on Mount Adams, in Washington State. That was far from the only experience she’d ever have with them, however. When tonight’s guest had her first Bigfoot sighting, she was only 6 or 7 years old. She was on a field trip, with other kids whose fathers worked in the forestry industry, just like her father did, on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. The plan was that the kids would be taken out to where their fathers were working in the forest. While they were there, they would have a barbeque for lunch. After the kids had boarded the work bus, that was going to take them to where their fathers were working, they got underway. After driving down a highway for some distance, the finally turned off onto a logging road and began to climb a hill. She was sitting by herself, on a seat that was on the passenger side of the bus, looking out the window at the trees going by. All of a sudden, she saw what looked like a hairy man standing beside a tree, at the bottom of the hill the bus was climbing. That’s when she locked eyes with the hairy man and a strange sensation came over her… We hope you’ll tune into tonight’s show, so you can find out what happened next and listen to her share a multitude of other Sasquatch-related sightings and encounters she’s had over the years. When tonight’s guest, Matt Williamson, was growing up, in Broward County Florida, his parents used to warn Matt and his siblings not to leave the bed of the truck or the tent, when they’d go on camping trips. Tonight’s first guest, Steve, had his first Sasquatch sighting in 1975, while he was stationed at Fort Polk, in Louisiana. His first sighting didn’t happen on the base, though. It happened at the farm his girlfriend’s family owned, about 4 1/2 hours away, 10 to 15 miles from Camden, Arkansas. Her family’s farm was 250 acres in size, and very remote. The closest neighboring house was about a mile away. He had weekends off, so he had decided to go spend the weekend with her when the encounter happened. Steve got along well with her father, so he’d help her father do various chores around the farm. About 9 PM, on the Friday he'd gone to the farm, his girlfriend’s grandmother screamed because she’d seen a Sasquatch that had been hanging around the property. All of the men, in the house, jumped into action, including Steve. They all grabbed guns and poured out of the house to try to deal with the problem. Steve didn’t know what his girlfriend’s grandmother had seen. He just wanted to help his girlfriend’s family deal with whatever it was that had frightened her grandmother so much. Moments later, Steve’s view of how the world and everything in it worked was shattered. That’s because he found himself just 25 feet from a creature that wasn’t supposed to exist. What happened that night left Steve forever changed. He’ll never be the same.

Tonight’s second guest, Mark Blank, had his sighting on the 28th of December, in 2023. He was driving north, on Route 87, through Colorado, at the time. He was heading north to visit a friend who lives in Northern Idaho, to help him build his new home. Mark expected to see some interesting things, but he never expected to see what became the highlight of his trip. After having that sighting, he’s been a hardcore Bigfoot enthusiast. He can’t get enough of the topic.

Tonight’s guest, Andy, had his first Sasquatch sighting when he was 4 years old. You see, at the time, he and his family lived in Troutdale, Virginia, in a home that was perched on the side of a mountain. Neighbors were very few and far between and their home was surrounded by a national forest, so the area was a perfect habitat for Sasquatch. One night, when he got up to answer a call from nature, he tried looking out one of the windows, but he couldn’t see anything outside. At first, that threw Andy for a loop. In short order, however, it became clear to him why he couldn’t see anything outside. What happened next was something he’ll never forget. Tonight’s first guest, Tamara Grantham, grew up way out in the woods of Southeast Texas. She had a very good childhood. You see, there was a lot of land around her family’s property that a papermill owned. That land was mostly forested, and for fun, Tamara and her siblings would explore that land and go on adventures. One of the things Tamara and her siblings decided to do back there was, they built a fort. A playhouse, of sorts. They would take toys, peanut butter sandwiches out there, and have all sorts of fun. One day, though, Tamara decided to go spend time at the playhouse by herself. She took her cat with her, but she didn’t have any other company with her that day. Or so she thought.

Tonight’s second guest, Burt Weitzman, had his Bigfoot sighting when he was 8 or 9 years old, in Harrison Hot Springs, British Columbia.  You see, Harrison Hot Springs has been known to be a Sasquatch hot spot for the past 100 years. When Burt was a kid, his parents used to take him with them to a resort in Harrison Hot Springs every year. His favorite thing to do at the resort was going on horseback rides. One morning, around 8:30, Burt walked around to the back of the stables, where a bridge crossed the Miami River. He had about half an hour to kill before it was going to be time to go on that morning’s ride. As he was standing there, admiring the beauty of the river and the surrounding country, he had an experience that he’s kept to himself for the past 67 years. On tonight’s show, however, he’s going to finally share it, in a public way. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him do that, so you can find out what happened next.

Tonight’s guest, Gregory Helton, is an Army veteran who was affected, so strongly, by his Bigfoot sightings, he’s included information about Sasquatch in several of the books he’s written. Greg’s first Bigfoot sighting happened in 1980, in Manitou Springs, Colorado, where he grew up. Tonight’s first guest, Joel Crawford, had his sighting in 1996 on Squaxin Island in Washington State. Squaxin Island is a remote, very heavily forested island with no residents living on it. When Joel had that encounter, he had gone to Squaxin Island on a camping trip with his mother, his mother’s boyfriend, and one of Joel’s close friends, Chris. Even though Chris had camped on the island several times before, there were still things about the island he didn’t know. However, he did know that other things were on the island besides wild dogs. He and the other group members learned that first-hand, on that trip.  

Tonight’s second guest, Marsha, had her sighting in 1992 in the fall. It was late at night, and she was driving to Henley Field, Mississippi when she had her encounter. She was driving on Harry Sones Rd. at the time. Back then, Harry Sones Rd was a narrow, two-lane road with no dividing line down the middle. Marsha had driven down that road several times before, but she’d never had an experience like the one she was about to have that night. The experience she had that night wasn’t the only Sasquatch-related experience she’s had, though. You see, she’s had several experiences around her property. Those experiences have continued to happen to the present day. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to her share some of those experiences too.

Tonight’s first guest describes himself as not being an avid outdoorsman, but he says that he’s outdoors a lot. One of the outdoor activities he enjoys is cycling, and that’s what he was doing when he had his sighting, 5 years ago. What happened to him, while his encounter was playing out, wasn’t unprecedented, when it comes to Sasquatch eyewitnesses, but it was very unnerving, nonetheless. Tonight’s first guest had her Bigfoot sighting in the late 70’s, while she was growing up, fairly close to Grants Pass, Oregon. You see, she and her family lived deep in the mountains. Their closest neighbor was about 2 miles away. The day tonight’s guest had her sighting, her mom, her best friend, her little sister, and her best friend were all sitting in the living room, talking, when they all heard a thump on the roof of their double wide trailer. At first, they all assumed that the noise had been caused by one of the trees or plants that were next to their trailer. Seconds later, it became clear to all of them that that wasn’t the case.  

Tonight’s second sighting happened in Leeds, Maine, in May of 2021, when tonight’s second group of guests, Dave Benner and his son Isaiah, were riding home from a trip to look at an ATV they were thinking about buying. They had been on the road home for two to three hours when the sighting happened. Isaiah saw the Sasquatch. His father, Dave, didn’t see it. Due to that sighting, both of them started researching Sasquatch. In the second segment, not only will they be talking about what happened that evening, at sunset, when they had that encounter, they’ll also be talking about the research they’ve done as well.  

Dave is a field researcher for the Maine Bigfoot Foundation and he's in the process of producing a full-length feature documentary, called “Bigfoot: Maine’s Secret Cryptid.” For the past few months, Dave has been going around, interviewing eyewitnesses, collecting their encounters for the documentary.  Please keep an eye on his YouTube Channel to be notified when it has been published.

Tonight’s guest, Dylan, was home on leave, in Colorado, from serving in the United States Marine Corps, when he had his Bigfoot sighting. You see, his mother had just been diagnosed with an illness that would affect her health for the rest of her life, so Dylan decided to ask her if she wanted to go with him up to Sedalia, not far from where they lived, to go for a short hike. On September 15th, of 1997, tonight’s guest, Myron Ptak, had a Sasquatch sighting up on Gavins Point Dam, in South Dakota. When he had that sighting, he was scoping out an area that he planned to bow hunt. The area where he had that sighting had tons of trees and it was around 4:30 in the morning, so the area where he was it very dark. Suddenly, something caught his attention off to his left. It wasn’t a deer, bear, an elk, or a person in a ghillie suit. It was a Sasquatch, and it walked by, right in front of him…

Tonight’s guest, Jon Marshall, had his first Bigfoot sighting when he was 12 years old. You see, at the time, he was on a golf course, in Smithfield, Utah, which is in the northern part of the state. The day that sighting happened, Jon had gone to the golf course, with his friend, Jimmy, to find golf balls. They were looking for golf balls because the golf course would pay them 25 cents for every golf ball they found. It was an early spring day and they had gone down into a gully, on the course, when they found a deer carcass that looked out of place. Upon seeing the deer carcass, Jon walked over to it, to take a closer look at it. There were several things about the carcass that didn’t seem right and when he turned to say something about it to Jimmy, he saw that Jimmy’s face was ashen. A split second later, Jimmy dropped everything he was carrying a bolted away, at top-speed…

Tonight’s guest, Ken Medsker, had his first Bigfoot sighting in 1978. It was a full-body sighting that happened at a range of 50 yards, when Ken saw a Sasquatch walking out of an alpine lake, called Crystal Lake, in Central Montana. That isn’t the only sighting Ken has had. More sightings were yet to follow, after the day he had his first sighting. Those experiences, that Ken had, motivated him to create a research group, 4 years ago, that investigates sightings and encounters people have with them. Tonight’s guest, Steve Britt, spent two months camping in the Kiamichi Mountains on a mountain the locals call “Flat Top.” While he was there, he met a hermit who lived on the mountain, his whole life, without electricity or a lot of the modern conveniences we take for granted. Flat Top is a remote place, that doesn’t see many visitors, at all. Due to how remote it is, you’d be hard-pressed to find a better place to live if you were a Sasquatch. Tonight’s guest, Joe, had his first Bigfoot sighting not long after he moved into the house where he and his wife live now. It wasn’t long before he started to have other experiences. They started paying late-night visits to their house and would make their presence known. Wanting to develop a relationship with them, Joe started putting apples, candy bars, and other things out for them too. That may or may not be the reason why he had a second sighting. That was the day he saw a big, red, one. Joe is always on the lookout for them. He looks out his windows on a regular basis, hoping to catch another glimpse of one. On January 7th of this year, around 3 PM Central Time, tonight’s guest, George Lunsford, had his first Bigfoot sighting. You see, George and 3 of his team members, from his organization (NCI – North Carolina Investigates), were looking for Sasquatch in an area, in Tennessee, where a well-known Sasquatch researcher had an experience that frightened him so much, he never went back to the area. After the 4 of them made it to the area, it wasn’t long before they found what appeared to be signs of Sasquatch and Dogman activity. In August of 2004, tonight’s guest, Kevin, went to pick up his son, from a friend’s house. It was close to dusk by the time they started heading home. Tonight’s guest’s spirit name is Standing Wolf. Standing Wolf had his Kitchi Sabe (Big Man) sighting about 2 hours north of Toronto, Canada, in 2018, while undergoing a Sasquatch summoning ceremony. He participated in the ceremony because he was trying to find himself, at the time. After speaking with an elder about the struggles he had been dealing with, the elder suggested that he participate in the ceremony, because he thought that by doing so, it might help Standing Wolf rediscover himself. The ceremony consisted of the participants partaking in a 3-day fast. Each one of the participants were also required to spend days alone, in a very remote forest, with minimal supplies. Things didn’t go as Standing Wolf had expected, while he was out there, in the woods, by himself. While he was out there, he had what was, most likely, the most frightening experience of his life! In October of 1977 or 78, tonight’s guest was spending the weekend with his father, uncle, and grandfather, at their hunting camp, in Northern Marquette County, Michigan. On Sunday morning, they woke up and prepared for a day of hunting. The sun was out, and it was a beautiful fall day. Tonight’s guest grew up in the backwoods of Oklahoma. As a kid, he loved spending time with his grandparents, on their farm. There were all sorts of fun things for him to do there. One of the things he liked doing most was spending time in the woods on and around their farm. You see, back then, when he was a kid, he spent a lot of time hunting and fishing with his grandad. While spending time together, one of his grandad’s favorite things to do was tell him stories about his buddy in the woods. He wouldn’t get into specifics about who his buddy in the woods was, he’d just share stories about him, without revealing who he was. Well, one day, his buddy’s identity was revealed, and it came as a huge shock! That was the day a Sasquatch saved tonight’s guest’s life, after he was bitten by a copperhead.

Tonight’s guest has spent just about as much time in the outdoors as pretty much anyone you’ll find. He grew up doing all sorts of things in the Ozark Mountains of Southwest Missouri. One of the things he used to like doing in those mountains was hunting deer. The last time he did any hunting in the Ozarks, however, was in the late 1990’s. You see, one day, in November, he went hunting on his parent’s farm and had an experience that caused him to swear off ever heading into the woods, in the Ozarks, by himself, ever again. He’ll be the first to tell you that the Sasquatch he encountered that day never displayed any aggressive behavior toward him, but now that he knows they’re actually out there, those mountains will never be the same for him.

Tonight’s guest had her sighting just south of Mount Shasta, in August of 2020, while she and her family were on a road trip to the Northwest corner of California. They were heading there in hopes of seeing a Sasquatch. That part of California is known to have several areas with a lot of Sasquatch activity, so that’s why they went there. She and her family live in the Arizona desert, so they were looking forward to getting a break from all of the heat. After they had their big 5th wheel camper hooked up to their truck, they started on their way. Before too long, they’d crossed into California and were driving west on Highway 44. Tonight’s first guest, Sharrie Sanders, had her first Bigfoot sighting when she was 15, in the fall of 1979, in Cloudy, Oklahoma. It was the first time she had been allowed to go deer hunting with her father and brother. That morning, Sharrie woke up at 4 AM and had breakfast with her dad and brother, excited about finally being able to head into the woods and hunt. If she only knew; she was going to experience a lot of excitement that day, but it wasn’t the kind of excitement she’d ever want to have. All these years later, you can hear how that encounter affected her, as she talks about it. What happened to her, that day, was just the first of multiple encounters she’d experience in her life, though. We hope you tune in and listen to her share the details of all 4 of them.

Tonight’s second guest, John, had his Bigfoot sighting just south of Whittier, North Carolina. You see, John had rented a cabin on top of a mountain, in 2021, hoping to have a great time with his family. On the Friday he and his family arrived at the cabin, they went out and saw the sightings, after unpacking. After they made it back to the cabin, that evening, John’s wife was making dinner while he watched some tv. While John’s wife was making dinner, though, she heard something on the front porch. When she heard something out there, she asked him to take a look. After looking outside, he didn’t see anything out of the ordinary, so he brushed it off. John figured it was just some animal that had wandered up onto the deck. They were in the mountains, after all. Just moments later, they found out what it actually was that had been stirring about, outside, and it wasn’t some common animal. It was something neither one of them had ever seen before, and they found themselves face to face with it!

Tonight’s third guest, She’Anna Slover, had her Bigfoot sighting in the Swan Range, of Northwest Montana, in September of 2013. The Swan Range backs up against the Bob Marshall Wilderness and the Bob Marshall Wilderness covers more that 1.5 million acres and is free of any roads or buildings. It’s a vast, rugged, wild, place. When She’Anna had her encounter, she had gone to the Swan Range, on a camping trip, with her husband (at the time), three children, and dog, to do some scouting for hunting season. By the time she and her husband had found a good spot to camp, it was almost dark out, so they hurried to get their camp set up, before it got too dark to see. After having dinner and putting their kids to bed, she and her husband, suddenly, heard a deep, resonant, howl coming from about a half-mile away. When she heard that extremely loud howl/growl, She’Anna froze. She’Anna has been hunting her whole life and is very experienced in the outdoors. Having spent so much time outdoors, she’s heard a lot of sounds, but never had she ever heard anything like that. Wondering what had made that sound, she asked her husband if he knew what had made that noise, but he had no clue. After about 10 minutes had gone by, they heard that same howl/growl, again, but this time, it came from about a half-mile away, in the other direction from the first vocalization. After they heard that second vocalization, She’Anna and her husband built up the fire and then decided to sit next to it, with her pit bull, Kazzie, in hopes of things calming down. Unfortunately, their night was about to become even more intense. Much more so!

When tonight’s guest, Pete, was 5 years old, his dad took him down to a local river, to go fishing. Being so young, Pete wasn’t going to do any fishing, that day. Only his father was. Before putting his line in the water, his dad put him by a pecan tree, in the middle of a field, close to where he planned to fish. Before heading over to his fishing spot, 40 yards away, Pete’s father told him, in no uncertain terms, to stay away from the water’s edge. Boys being boys, it wasn’t long before Pete had headed over to the riverbank, doing exactly what his father had instructed him not to do. Instead of the bank gently sloping down into the water, the bank formed a 10-foot ledge that stuck out over the water. Looking to entertain himself and see what would happen, Pete started jumping up and down on the edge of the bank. In short-order, the bank gave way. When the bank collapsed, underneath him, his arms went up and he started falling down. Before he’d fallen far, though, he felt something grab him. After being lifted back up and brought in, he thought it was a big dog that had grabbed him. It didn’t take him long to realize that it wasn’t a dog that had helped him. It was something entirely different. This is just one of the many encounters he’s going to share with you, on tonight’s show. We hope you’ll tune in and listen to him do that.

Tonight’s guest had his first Bigfoot sighting in Alaska, but he’s had sightings in several other places, as well. His most frightening encounter happened in Wyeth, Oregon, in the Columbia River Gorge. He was only 8 years old, at the time, and was out with 4 of his friends. Two of the boys were brothers. The plan was that tonight’s guest and two of the other boys would ride their bikes, that day, to the house where the two brothers lived. Due to all of the fun things there were to do close to where the brothers lived the boys expected to have a lot of fun that day. Not long after leaving the brother’s house, things took a drastic turn, though. You see, the boys planned to climb up to a rock-slide area that was visible from where the two brothers lived and after about 30 minutes of climbing, they made it to the boulder field. At first, they were glad they’d made it up there, to the boulder field. Not long after that, however, they wished more than anything that they’d never gone up there. Tonight’s first guest had her Sasquatch sighting in 1979, around dusk, while coming home from a fishing trip with her father and uncle. The 3 of them had gone on fishing trips, like that, many times before, but that evening, things would be different.

Tonight’s second guest has had multiple Sasquatch sightings in the Appalachian Mountains. 5 to be exact. You see, he enjoys camping and hiking, by himself, in the mountains there. Of course, there can be good things that come along with that, but there can also be bad things that come along with doing that too. He sees his experiences with the forest people as being positive. That means, for him, it’s all good.
